本发明公开了一种高档汽车内饰用超细纤维仿麂皮的制造方法包括步骤选材、起毛、染色前处理、染色、磨毛、浸渍耐日晒助剂和成品。由于采用的是高日晒和环保性极佳的水性PU树脂,不仅提高了树脂的耐日晒效果,而且不含有机溶剂,使产品避免排放有毒气体,且工艺简短精练,易于操作,更加节能环保。通过后段浸渍耐日晒助剂,使纤维耐日晒牢度提高了3级以上,成品达到了5‑6级满足了汽车内饰的要求。通过对基布及半成品的不断打磨,使布面更加细腻,书写效果明显,麂皮感更强。本产品可实现大规模生产,比国外产品价格低50%。因此本发明能够制造出成本低、不排放毒气、耐晒的饰用超细纤维仿麂皮,并且制造工艺简单,成本低,可大规模生产。

高档汽车内饰用超细纤维仿麂皮的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及人造革技术领域,尤其涉及一种高档汽车内饰用超细纤维仿麂皮的制造方法。
背景技术
随着汽车工业的发展及人们对高档豪华汽车内饰的追求,许多高档豪华轿车都会用到仿麂皮类的内饰织物,如汽车顶棚、方向盘套、汽车座椅中,使车的内饰显得雍容华贵。但是这类仿麂皮类织物技术含量高,被日本、意大利极少数公司所垄断。由于此类织物不光绒面细腻均匀,而且在物性上耐晒牢度极佳,国内虽有个别工厂生产出外观类似的产品,但该类车饰在高温、寒冷等恶劣环境下,极易变色,造成客户投诉、索赔,从而使客户不敢选用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高档汽车内饰用超细纤维仿麂皮的制造方法,该方法能够制造出成本低、不排放毒气、耐晒的饰用超细纤维仿麂皮,并且制造工艺简单,成本低,可大规模生产。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种高档汽车内饰用超细纤维仿麂皮的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)选材,选用无纺布作为基布;
(2)起毛,利用起毛机对所述基布进行打磨,使所述基布表面布满绒毛;
(3)染色前处理,先让步骤(2)中得到的起毛的所述基布进行浸渍树脂、轧和烘干处理得到半成品;所述浸渍树脂处理中的树脂含有30%的PU树脂,所述烘干处理是在100℃~150 ℃料下进行,烘干时间为1分钟;
(4)减量处理,对上述半成品进行碱减量处理,在火碱5克/L下,温度为95℃的条件下进行50分钟;
(5)染色,采用高日晒酸性染对上述半成品进行染色,所述染色在温度95℃~100℃下进行,所述染色时间为30~60分钟;
(6)磨毛,利用100目~140目砂带的多辊磨毛机,对经过染色的半成品进行打磨;
(7)浸渍耐日晒助剂,对经过磨毛的半成品进行浸渍,所述浸渍的溶液中含有尼龙耐日晒助剂,所述尼龙耐日晒助剂的浓度为5~10g/L;
(8)成品,将上述半成品100℃下进行烘干,利用揉皮机慢揉得到手感柔软的成品。
优选方式为,所述步骤(8)中利用所述揉皮机慢揉30分钟。
优选方式为,所述步骤(1)中的无纺布可以选用尼龙、涤纶或海岛超细纤维,所述基布为280g/㎡。

一种高档汽车内饰用超细纤维仿麂皮的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
1、选材,选用无纺布作为基布;无纺布可以选用尼龙、涤纶或海岛超细纤维,所述基布为280g/㎡。
2、起毛,利用起毛机对基布进行打磨,使基布表面布满绒毛,表面绒感丰满。
3、染色前处理,先表面布满绒的基布进行浸渍树脂、轧和烘干处理得到半成品;浸渍树脂处理中的树脂含有30%的PU树脂,烘干处理是在20℃料下进行,烘干时间为1分钟。
4、减量处理,对上述半成品进行碱减量处理,在火碱5克/L下,温度为95℃的条件下进行50分钟。
5、染色,采用高日晒酸性染对上述半成品进行染色,染色在温度95℃~100℃下进行,染色时间为30~60分钟。
6、磨毛,利用具有100目~140目砂带的多辊磨毛机,对经过染色的半成品进行打磨。
7、浸渍耐日晒助剂,对经过磨毛的半成品进行浸渍,浸渍的溶液中含有尼龙耐日晒助剂,所述尼龙耐日晒助剂的浓度为5~10g/L。
8、成品,将上述半成品100℃下进行烘干,利用揉皮机慢揉,慢揉30分钟可得到手感柔软的成品。

Claims (3)

1.高档汽车内饰用超细纤维仿麂皮的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)选材,选用无纺布作为基布;
(2)起毛,利用起毛机对所述基布进行打磨,使所述基布表面布满绒毛;
(3)染色前处理,先让步骤(2)中得到的起毛的所述基布进行浸渍水性树脂、轧和烘干处理得到半成品;所述浸渍树脂处理中的树脂含有30%的PU树脂;再进行烘干处理,烘干是在100℃~150℃下进行,烘干时间为1分钟;
(4)减量处理,对上述半成品进行碱减量处理,在火碱5克/L下,温度为95℃的条件下进行50分钟;
(5)染色,采用高日晒酸性染对上述半成品进行染色,所述染色在温度95℃~100℃下进行,所述染色时间为30~60分钟;
(6)磨毛,利用100目~140目砂带的多辊磨毛机,对经过染色的半成品进行打磨;
