Abstract

本发明公开了一种吸湿透气抗菌防臭超细纤维鞋里革的制造方法包括选材、染色前处理、染色、表面涂饰、烘干、压花和抗菌除臭步骤,将尼龙或PU超纤皮经过上述步骤后得到具有真皮质感的鞋里革。因本发明的制造方法采用尼龙或PU超细纤维基材,经过环保PU表面涂饰、轧花、抗菌防臭处理制成的鞋里革,在外观、触感、舒适性各方面更接近于真皮,但比真皮更环保,不存在重金属污染,达到REACH标准,比真皮裁剪更方便。而且制造工艺成本低,工艺步骤简单。

吸湿透气抗菌防臭超细纤维鞋里革的制造方法
技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及鞋里革技术领域,尤其涉及一种吸湿透气抗菌防臭超细纤维鞋里革的制造方法。
背景技术
[0002]目前在鞋内里材料中,高档次鞋的应用牛皮或猪皮,使鞋穿着舒服。但是采用牛皮或猪皮等真皮的鞋,在生产时会造成污染的严重。并且鞋含有六价铬等重金属,对人体有害。低档次鞋的应用PU涂饰类产品,由于PU涂饰类产品存在物性方面诸多原因,使鞋穿着时容易破损,还不透气,使鞋穿着不舒服。
发明内容
[0003]本发明的目的在于提供一种吸湿透气抗菌防臭超细纤维鞋里革的制造方法,该方法制造的鞋里革具有吸湿、透气、抗菌和防臭的优点,同时其外观、触感以及舒适性各方面更接近于真皮,比真皮更环保,不存在重金属污染,达到了 REACH标准,比真皮裁剪更方便。
[0004]为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种吸湿透气抗菌防臭超细纤维鞋里革的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(I)基布,所述基布成分包括纤维和PU超纤皮;
(2 )减量前处理,对所述基布在98 °C〜100 0C的5%〜13%浓度火碱液浸泡40〜60分钟进行减量处理,得到超细纤维基材;
(3)染色,将所述超细纤维基材放入染锅内,在95°C〜1000C下进行染色处理;
(4)表面涂饰,利用多功能性水性PU对经过染色的半成品进行表面涂饰;
(5)后处理,将上述步骤得到的半成品进行上浆处理,上浆量为30g/L〜50g/L;上浆后进行烘干机进行烘干处理;
(6)压花,利用花纹辊在150°C〜130°C下对上述步骤的半成品进行压花,使半成品上形成花纹;
(7)抗菌除臭,选用5g/L〜10g/L生物抗菌剂在95°C〜100°C下进行烘干,经过抗菌除臭后得到成品。
[0005] 优选方式为,所述步骤(5)中的上浆处理包括助剂A、助剂B和助剂C,所述助剂A为20g/L〜30g/L,所述助剂B为10g/L〜20g/L,所述助剂C为5g/L〜10g/L。

[0008]采用上述技术方案后,本发明的有益效果是:由于本发明的吸湿透气抗菌防臭超细纤维鞋里革的制造方法包括选材、染色前处理、染色、表面涂饰、烘干、压花和抗菌除臭步骤,将纤维或PU超纤皮经过上述步骤后得到具有真皮质感的鞋里革。因本发明的制造方法采用尼龙或PU超细纤维基材,经过环保PU表面涂饰、乳花、抗菌防臭处理制成的鞋里革,在外观、触感、舒适性各方面更接近于真皮,但比真皮更环保,不存在重金属污染,达到欧洲REACH标准,比真皮裁剪更方便。而且制造工艺成本低,工艺步骤简单。
具体实施方式
[0009]为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
[0010] —种吸湿透气抗菌防臭超细纤维鞋里革的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
1、基布,基布成分包括纤维和PU超纤皮;纤维包括尼龙和涤纶,并且尼龙和/或涤纶经针刺无纺布制成。
[0011] 2、减量前处理,基布在98 °C〜100 0C的5%〜13%浓度火碱液浸泡40〜60分钟,进行减量处理,得到超细纤维基材。
[0012] 3、染色,将超细纤维基材放入染锅内,在95°C〜100°C下进行染色处理。
[0013] 4、表面涂饰,利用多功能性水性HJ对经过染色的半成品进行表面涂饰。
[0014] 5、后处理,将上述步骤得到的半成品进行上浆处理,上浆量为30g/L〜50g/L;上浆后进行烘干机进行烘干处理。本实施例的上浆处理包括助剂A、助剂B和助剂C,其中助剂A为20g/L 〜30g/L,助剂 B 为 10g/L 〜20g/L,助剂 C 为 5g/L 〜10g/L。
[0015] 6、压花,利用花纹辊在140°C〜150°C下对上述步骤的半成品进行压花,使半成品上形成花纹;其中花纹辊具有牛皮、羊皮或猪皮的花纹。
[0016] 7、抗菌除臭,选用5g/L〜10g/L生物抗菌剂浸乳,在95 °C〜100 V下进行烘干后得到成品。
[0017]因本发明的制造方法采用纤维或PU超细纤维基材(酷似真皮),经过环保PU表面涂饰、乳花、抗菌防臭处理制成的鞋里革,使其具有吸湿、透气、抗菌和防臭的优点,在外观、触感、舒适性各方面更接近于真皮,但比真皮更环保,不存在重金属污染,达到欧洲REACH标准,比真皮裁剪更方便。而且制造工艺成本低,工艺步骤简单。
[0018] PU是Polyure thane的缩写,中文名为聚氨基甲酸酯简称聚氨酯,也称超纤皮。

Claims (4)

1.吸湿透气抗菌防臭超细纤维鞋里革的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤: (I)基布,所述基布成分包括纤维和PU超纤皮; 减量前处理,对所述基布在98 °C〜100 0C的5%〜13%浓度火碱液浸泡40〜60分钟进行减量处理,得到超细纤维基材; 染色,将所述超细纤维基材放入染锅内,在95 °C〜100 0C下进行染色处理; (4)表面涂饰,利用多功能性水性PU对经过染色的半成品进行表面涂饰; (5)后处理,将上述步骤得到的半成品进行上浆处理,上浆量为30g/L〜50g/L;上浆后进行烘干机进行烘干处理; (6)压花,利用花纹辊在130°C〜150°C下对上述步骤的半成品进行压花,使半成品上形成花纹; (7)抗菌除臭,选用5g/L〜10g/L生物抗菌剂在95°C〜100°C下进行烘干,经过抗菌除臭后得到成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸湿透气抗菌防臭超细纤维鞋里革的制造方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)中的上浆处理包括助剂A、助剂B和助剂C,所述助剂A为20g/L〜30g/L,所述助剂B为10g/L〜20g/L,所述助剂C为5g/L〜10g/L。
3.根据权利要求1所述的吸湿透气抗菌防臭超细纤维鞋里革的制造方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(I)中的所述纤维包括尼龙和涤纶,所述尼龙和/或所述涤纶经针刺无纺布制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的吸湿透气抗菌防臭超细纤维鞋里革的制造方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(6)中的所述花纹辊具有牛皮、羊皮或猪皮的花纹。
