Abstract
本发明涉及造纸技术领域,公开了一种柔版印刷烟用接装原纸的制备方法,步骤为:(1)制浆:浆料包括60~70%的漂白阔叶木浆及30%~40%的漂白本色针叶木浆;(2)浆料改性:向浆料中加入浆料质量10~20%的甜菜碱,搅拌反应30~60min后再加入浆料质量50~60%的聚环氧氯丙烷‑二甲胺改性填料、1~1.5%的PAE湿强剂、1~2%的浆内胶和1~2%的AKD;(3)抄造;(4)压榨、干燥和压光。本发明在打浆过程中加入甜菜碱对纸浆纤维进行改性,并在纸浆中加入聚环氧氯丙烷‑二甲胺改性填料,无需表面施胶便能达到使用要求,可有效提高原纸透气性;同时还能赋予原纸抗菌性能,有利于人体健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及造纸技术领域,尤其是涉及一种柔版印刷烟用接装原纸的制备方法。
背景技术
烟用接装纸是生产卷烟的重要材料,是以接装原纸为基材,通过印前设计、印刷加工及印后处理等工序,将滤嘴与卷烟烟支卷接起来的一种专用纸。接装纸与吸烟者嘴唇直接接触,其中的有害成分会通过口腔进入人体内,因此,接装纸印刷油墨和涂层必须要求无毒,符合食品卫生标准。传统的烟用接装纸印刷方式主要采用醇溶或酯溶油墨进行凹印或胶印,有机溶剂会对人体造成危害。为了满足国家对烟草卫生条件的要求,目前国内造纸业开始采用柔版印刷烟用接装材料,柔版印刷采用新型的水性油墨,不使用有机溶剂,无毒、无污染,完全符合绿色环保的要求,因此生产出一种适用于柔版印刷的烟用接装原纸,具有重要意义。
柔版印刷烟用接装纸一方面对纸张的吸水性、平滑度以及强度有较高要求,以满足印刷要求和达到印刷效果;另一方面要保证纸张的自然孔隙率,提高纸张的透气性,以达到降焦减害效果。现有技术中的烟用接装纸一般通过表面施胶提高机械性能以满足印刷要求,例如,在中国专利文献上公开的“一种烟用接装原纸及其生产工艺”,其公告号CN103031779A,工艺包括打浆、配浆、除砂、冲浆、流浆、网部成型、表面施胶、干燥、压光、卷取、分切、修整、检验、成品、成品包装、成品入库工序,其中,配浆工序中将浆料、助剂和填料在配浆池中混合均匀,所述填料由碳酸钙和阻燃剂组成。但表面施胶会减小纸张的孔隙率,降低其透气度,烟用接装纸经过印刷加工后,油墨又会对纸张的孔隙有堵塞,进一步降低其透气性,从而使烟用接装纸的降焦减害效果差,不利于人体健康。
发明内容
本发明是为了克服现有技术中的生产烟用接装纸时表面施胶会减小纸张的孔隙率,降低其透气度,从而使烟用接装纸的降焦减害效果差,不利于人体健康的问题,提供一种柔版印刷烟用接装原纸的制备方法,在打浆过程中加入甜菜碱对纸浆纤维进行改性,并在纸浆中加入聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺改性填料,无需表面施胶便能达到使用要求,可有效提高原纸透气性;同时还能赋予原纸抗菌性能,有利于人体健康。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种柔版印刷烟用接装原纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制浆:打浆后配浆得浆料,所述浆料包括60~70%的漂白阔叶木浆及30%~40%的漂白本色针叶木浆;
(2)浆料改性:向浆料中加入浆料质量10~20%的甜菜碱,搅拌反应30~60min后再加入浆料质量50~60%的聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺改性填料、1~1.5%的PAE湿强剂、1~2%的浆内胶和1~2%的AKD,搅拌均匀后得到改性浆料;
(3)抄造:将改性浆料上网抄造后得到湿纸页;
(4)压榨和干燥:将湿纸页压榨、干燥并压光后得到所述柔版印刷烟用接装原纸。
本发明在制浆时采用适当的浆料配比,并使用甜菜碱对浆料进行改性,阔叶木浆成纸疏松多孔,透气性较好,而针叶木浆成纸紧度较大,透气性较差,采用适当的浆料比例可以使纸张的透气性和强度均达到使用要求;甜菜碱是一种天然生物碱,广泛存在于植物体中,将甜菜碱添加在浆料中后,其中的OH-可以通过氢键作用与浆料中的纤维素分子的羟基形成氢键,取代了纤维素分子自身的氢键,同时,带正电的季铵盐基团通过静电作用向纤维素分子间靠近,使得纤维素分子链分开,从而使纤维结构变得疏松,减少细小纤维含量,而不破坏纤维基本结构,有效提高了烟用接装原纸的透气性。并且,甜菜碱具有优良的抗菌性能且对皮肤刺激性低,用于烟用接装原纸中不但可以使原纸具有抗菌性,从而提高与人体唇部接触时的安全性和卫生性,还不会伤害皮肤。同时,在烟用接装原纸中添加甜菜碱,在吸烟时可以在口腔产生生津回甜的感觉,烟气湿润感好,可以减少吸烟引起的咳嗽等症状。
但甜菜碱使纤维结构变得疏松的同时也会降低纸张的机械性能,并且降低填料留着率,从而影响烟用接装原纸的印刷适应性,因此本发明中在浆料中添加了聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺改性填料和PAE湿强剂以提高填料的留着率和纸张的机械性能。PAE湿强剂的成分为聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷,加入浆料中可以与纤维交联成网状结构,从而提高纸张的机械强度。加入填料可以提高纸张的吸墨性、均匀性、不透明度和尺寸稳定性,还可以降低纸张吸湿性,使纸浆容易脱水、易干燥,从而使纸张具有较好的印刷适应性;但经甜菜碱改性后,填料留着率降低,因此本发明用聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺对填料进行了改性,在碱性条件下,填料表面接枝的聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺中的氯甲基可以和纤维素的离子发生亲核反应,同时聚合物末端基也能转变为环氧基,然后和纤维素表面的羟基反应与纤维素分子连接,从而通过聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺层将填料与纤维连接起来,有效提高了填料的留着率以及填料和纤维间的作用力,进一步提高了纸页的机械性能和不透明度。同时填料与纤维之间的聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺层也具有良好的絮凝助留效果,有利于细小组分的留着,避免纸张出现掉毛掉粉现象,提高了烟用接装原纸的印刷性能。
同时,甜菜碱和聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺带有正电,而烟用接装纸印刷过程中的油墨中的呈色物质带负电,因此印刷过程中甜菜碱和聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺可以通过吸附作用加速纸张对油墨的吸收,提高固墨和印刷效果。
因此,本发明采用浆内施胶便能达到烟用接装原纸的使用要求,无需表面施胶,制得的烟用接装原纸吸墨性好、平滑度高、机械性能良好,适用于柔板印刷;同时孔隙率高、透气性好,具有良好的降焦减害效果,并且具有良好的抗菌性,可以提高与人体唇部接触时的安全性和卫生性。
作为优选,步骤(2)中所述聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺改性填料包括改性轻质碳酸钙和改性钛白粉的一种或两种,其制备方法为:
A)将轻质碳酸钙或钛白粉分散在二甲苯中,加入γ-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷,75~85℃加热反应8~10h后过滤,将产物在甲苯中抽提20~30h,得到氯丙基化填料;
B)将氯丙基化填料加入聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺溶液和NaOH的混合溶液中,85~95℃下搅拌反应3~5h后过滤,将产物用甲醇和水洗涤并烘干后,得到所述聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺改性填料。
本发明先通过步骤A),利用硅烷偶联剂γ-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷与碳酸钙或钛白粉上的羟基反应,在填料表面引入氯丙基;然后经过步骤B),通过氯丙基与聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺上的胺基反应,将聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺接枝在填料表面,得到聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺改性填料。填料经聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺表面改性后,表面能降低,具有良好的分散性,加入浆料中不会发生团聚,提高了纸页的不透明度、平滑度、均匀性和尺寸稳定性。
作为优选,步骤A)中所述轻质碳酸钙或钛白粉与γ-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷的质量体积比为1g:(1~2mL)。
作为优选,步骤B)中所述混合溶液中聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺的质量分数为10~15%,氢氧化钠的质量分数为4~6%,加入的氯丙基化填料与混合溶液的质量体积比为1g:(20~30mL)。
作为优选,步骤(1)中,所述漂白阔叶木浆的打浆度为20~30oSR,湿重2.0~4.0g,所述漂白本色针叶木浆的打浆度为70~80oSR,湿重为10~12g。在此打浆度范围内,既能保证纸张的物理强度又能保证纸张的透气度。
作为优选,步骤(2)中所述浆内胶为阳离子淀粉,所述PAE湿强剂的固含量为12~15%,所述AKD的固含量为10~12%。
作为优选,步骤(3)中抄造时车速450~500m/min。
作为优选,步骤(4)中的压榨采用两道压榨,一道压榨线压力为45~55kN/m,二道压榨线压力为65~75kN/m。
作为优选,步骤(4)中的压光采用软压光处理,线压力为75~85kN/m,温度为115~125℃。
因此,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)使用甜菜碱对浆料进行改性,可以使纤维结构变得疏松,而不破坏纤维基本结构,有效提高了烟用接装原纸的透气性;并且,甜菜碱用于烟用接装原纸中不但可以使原纸具有抗菌性,从而提高与人体唇部接触时的安全性和卫生性,还不会伤害皮肤;同时,在烟用接装原纸中添加甜菜碱,在吸烟时可以在口腔产生生津回甜的感觉,烟气湿润感好,可以减少吸烟引起的咳嗽等症状;
(2)在浆料中加入聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺改性填料可以提高纸张的吸墨性、均匀性、不透明度和尺寸稳定性,还可以降低纸张吸湿性,使纸浆容易脱水、易干燥,从而使纸张具有较好的印刷适应性;并且可以通过聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺层将填料与纤维连接起来,有效提高了填料的留着率以及填料和纤维间的作用力,进一步提高了纸页的机械性能和不透明度;同时填料与纤维之间的聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺层也具有良好的絮凝助留效果,有利于细小组分的留着,避免纸张出现掉毛掉粉现象,提高了烟用接装原纸的印刷性能;

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的描述。
实施例1:
一种柔版印刷烟用接装原纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制浆:打浆后配浆得浆料,浆料包括65%的漂白阔叶木浆及35%的漂白本色针叶木浆,漂白阔叶木浆的打浆度为25°SR,湿重3.0g,漂白本色针叶木浆的打浆度为75°SR,湿重为11g;
(2)浆料改性:向浆料中加入浆料质量15%的甜菜碱,搅拌反应40min后再加入浆料质量55%的聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺改性填料、1.2%的PAE湿强剂(固含量15%)、1.5%的阳离子淀粉和1.5%的AKD(固含量10%),搅拌均匀后得到改性浆料;
聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺改性填料包括质量比为5:1的改性轻质碳酸钙和改性钛白粉的一种或两种,其制备方法为:
A)将轻质碳酸钙或钛白粉分散在二甲苯中,加入γ-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷,80℃加热反应9h后过滤,将产物在甲苯中抽提24h,得到氯丙基化填料;轻质碳酸钙或钛白粉与γ-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷的质量体积比为1g:1.5mL;
B)将氯丙基化填料加入聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺溶液和NaOH的混合溶液中,90℃下搅拌反应4h后过滤,将产物用甲醇和水洗涤并烘干后,得到所述聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺改性填料;混合溶液中聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺的质量分数为12%,氢氧化钠的质量分数为5%,加入的氯丙基化填料与混合溶液的质量体积比为1g:25mL;
(3)抄造:将改性浆料上网抄造后得到湿纸页,车速480m/min;
(4)压榨和干燥:将湿纸页压榨、干燥并压光后得到所述柔版印刷烟用接装原纸;压榨采用两道压榨,一道压榨线压力为50kN/m,二道压榨线压力为70kN/m;压光采用软压光处理,线压力为80kN/m,温度为120℃。
实施例2:
一种柔版印刷烟用接装原纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制浆:打浆后配浆得浆料,浆料包括60%的漂白阔叶木浆及40%的漂白本色针叶木浆,漂白阔叶木浆的打浆度为20°SR,湿重4.0g,漂白本色针叶木浆的打浆度为70°SR,湿重为12g;
(2)浆料改性:向浆料中加入浆料质量10%的甜菜碱,搅拌反应60min后再加入浆料质量50%的聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺改性填料、1%的PAE湿强剂(固含量12%)、1%的阳离子淀粉和2%的AKD(固含量10%),搅拌均匀后得到改性浆料;
聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺改性填料为的改性轻质碳酸钙,其制备方法为:
A)将轻质碳酸钙分散在二甲苯中,加入γ-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷,75℃加热反应8h后过滤,将产物在甲苯中抽提20h,得到氯丙基化填料;轻质碳酸钙或钛白粉与γ-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷的质量体积比为1g:1mL;
B)将氯丙基化填料加入聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺溶液和NaOH的混合溶液中,85℃下搅拌反应3h后过滤,将产物用甲醇和水洗涤并烘干后,得到所述聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺改性填料;混合溶液中聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺的质量分数为10%,氢氧化钠的质量分数为4%,加入的氯丙基化填料与混合溶液的质量体积比为1g:20mL;
(3)抄造:将改性浆料上网抄造后得到湿纸页,车速450m/min;
(4)压榨和干燥:将湿纸页压榨、干燥并压光后得到所述柔版印刷烟用接装原纸;压榨采用两道压榨,一道压榨线压力为45kN/m,二道压榨线压力为75kN/m;压光采用软压光处理,线压力为75kN/m,温度为115℃。
实施例3:
一种柔版印刷烟用接装原纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制浆:打浆后配浆得浆料,浆料包括70%的漂白阔叶木浆及30%的漂白本色针叶木浆,漂白阔叶木浆的打浆度为30°SR,湿重2.0g,漂白本色针叶木浆的打浆度为80°SR,湿重为10g;
(2)浆料改性:向浆料中加入浆料质量20%的甜菜碱,搅拌反应30min后再加入浆料质量60%的聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺改性填料、1.5%的PAE湿强剂(固含量15%)、2%的阳离子淀粉和1%的AKD(固含量12%),搅拌均匀后得到改性浆料;
聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺改性填料为的改性轻质碳酸钙,其制备方法为:
A)将轻质碳酸钙分散在二甲苯中,加入γ-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷,85℃加热反应10h后过滤,将产物在甲苯中抽提30h,得到氯丙基化填料;轻质碳酸钙或钛白粉与γ-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷的质量体积比为1g:2mL;
B)将氯丙基化填料加入聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺溶液和NaOH的混合溶液中,95℃下搅拌反应5h后过滤,将产物用甲醇和水洗涤并烘干后,得到所述聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺改性填料;混合溶液中聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺的质量分数为15%,氢氧化钠的质量分数为6%,加入的氯丙基化填料与混合溶液的质量体积比为1g:30mL;
(3)抄造:将改性浆料上网抄造后得到湿纸页,车速500m/min;
(4)压榨和干燥:将湿纸页压榨、干燥并压光后得到所述柔版印刷烟用接装原纸;压榨采用两道压榨,一道压榨线压力为55kN/m,二道压榨线压力为65kN/m;压光采用软压光处理,线压力为85kN/m,温度为125℃。
对比例1(不用甜菜碱对浆料改性):
一种柔版印刷烟用接装原纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制浆:打浆后配浆得浆料,浆料包括65%的漂白阔叶木浆及35%的漂白本色针叶木浆,漂白阔叶木浆的打浆度为25°SR,湿重3.0g,漂白本色针叶木浆的打浆度为75°SR,湿重为11g;
(2)浆料改性:向浆料中加入浆料质量55%的聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺改性填料、1.2%的PAE湿强剂(固含量15%)、1.5%的阳离子淀粉和1.5%的AKD(固含量10%),搅拌均匀后得到改性浆料;
聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺改性填料包括质量比为5:1的改性轻质碳酸钙和改性钛白粉的一种或两种,其制备方法为:

对比例2(不对填料进行改性):
一种柔版印刷烟用接装原纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制浆:打浆后配浆得浆料,浆料包括65%的漂白阔叶木浆及35%的漂白本色针叶木浆,漂白阔叶木浆的打浆度为25°SR,湿重3.0g,漂白本色针叶木浆的打浆度为75°SR,湿重为11g;
(2)浆料改性:向浆料中加入浆料质量15%的甜菜碱,搅拌反应40min后再加入浆料质量55%的轻质碳酸钙、1.2%的PAE湿强剂(固含量15%)、1.5%的阳离子淀粉和1.5%的AKD(固含量10%),搅拌均匀后得到改性浆料;
(3)抄造:将改性浆料上网抄造后得到湿纸页,车速480m/min;
(4)压榨和干燥:将湿纸页压榨、干燥并压光后得到所述柔版印刷烟用接装原纸;压榨采用两道压榨,一道压榨线压力为50kN/m,二道压榨线压力为70kN/m;压光采用软压光处理,线压力为80kN/m,温度为120℃。
对比例3(改变浆料配比和打浆度):
一种柔版印刷烟用接装原纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制浆:打浆后配浆得浆料,浆料包括50%的漂白阔叶木浆及50%的漂白本色针叶木浆,漂白阔叶木浆的打浆度为40°SR,湿重3.0g,漂白本色针叶木浆的打浆度为60°SR,湿重为11g;
(2)浆料改性:向浆料中加入浆料质量15%的甜菜碱,搅拌反应40min后再加入浆料质量55%的聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺改性填料、1.2%的PAE湿强剂(固含量15%)、1.5%的阳离子淀粉和1.5%的AKD(固含量10%),搅拌均匀后得到改性浆料;
聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺改性填料包括质量比为5:1的改性轻质碳酸钙和改性钛白粉的一种或两种,其制备方法为:
A)将轻质碳酸钙或钛白粉分散在二甲苯中,加入γ-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷,80℃加热反应9h后过滤,将产物在甲苯中抽提24h,得到氯丙基化填料;轻质碳酸钙或钛白粉与γ-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷的质量体积比为1g:1.5mL;
B)将氯丙基化填料加入聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺溶液和NaOH的混合溶液中,90℃下搅拌反应4h后过滤,将产物用甲醇和水洗涤并烘干后,得到所述聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺改性填料;混合溶液中聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺的质量分数为12%,氢氧化钠的质量分数为5%,加入的氯丙基化填料与混合溶液的质量体积比为1g:25mL;
(3)抄造:将改性浆料上网抄造后得到湿纸页,车速480m/min;
(4)压榨和干燥:将湿纸页压榨、干燥并压光后得到所述柔版印刷烟用接装原纸;压榨采用两道压榨,一道压榨线压力为50kN/m,二道压榨线压力为70kN/m;压光采用软压光处理,线压力为80kN/m,温度为120℃。
对比例4(改变抄造、压榨和压光参数):
一种柔版印刷烟用接装原纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制浆:打浆后配浆得浆料,浆料包括65%的漂白阔叶木浆及35%的漂白本色针叶木浆,漂白阔叶木浆的打浆度为25°SR,湿重3.0g,漂白本色针叶木浆的打浆度为75°SR,湿重为11g;
(2)浆料改性:向浆料中加入浆料质量15%的甜菜碱,搅拌反应40min后再加入浆料质量55%的聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺改性填料、1.2%的PAE湿强剂(固含量15%)、1.5%的阳离子淀粉和1.5%的AKD(固含量10%),搅拌均匀后得到改性浆料;
聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺改性填料包括质量比为5:1的改性轻质碳酸钙和改性钛白粉的一种或两种,其制备方法为:
A)将轻质碳酸钙或钛白粉分散在二甲苯中,加入γ-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷,80℃加热反应9h后过滤,将产物在甲苯中抽提24h,得到氯丙基化填料;轻质碳酸钙或钛白粉与γ-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷的质量体积比为1g:1.5mL;
B)将氯丙基化填料加入聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺溶液和NaOH的混合溶液中,90℃下搅拌反应4h后过滤,将产物用甲醇和水洗涤并烘干后,得到所述聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺改性填料;混合溶液中聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺的质量分数为12%,氢氧化钠的质量分数为5%,加入的氯丙基化填料与混合溶液的质量体积比为1g:25mL;
(3)抄造:将改性浆料上网抄造后得到湿纸页,车速600m/min;
(4)压榨和干燥:将湿纸页压榨、干燥并压光后得到所述柔版印刷烟用接装原纸;压榨采用两道压榨,一道压榨线压力为70kN/m,二道压榨线压力为90kN/m;压光采用软压光处理,线压力为100kN/m,温度为120℃。
对上述实施例和对比例中制得的柔版印刷烟用接装原纸的性能进行测试,结果如表1所示。

(其中抗菌率参照GB15979-2002中的方法测试。)
从表1中可以看出,实施例1~3采用本发明中的方法制得的烟用接装原纸透气度高,且具有优良的抗菌效果,有利于人体健康,且纵向抗张强度、吸水性和平滑性好,适用于柔版印刷。而对比例1中不使用甜菜碱对浆料进行改性,制得的烟用接装原纸透气度显著降低,且不具有抗菌性能,不利于人体健康;对比例2中不对填料进行改性,烟用接装原纸的纵向抗张强度、吸水性、平滑性均有下降,印刷性能降低;对比例3和对比例4中改变浆料配或抄造、压榨、压光参数,都会影响纸张的透气度或机械性能。
Claims (4)
1.一种柔版印刷烟用接装原纸的制备方法,其特征是,包括如下步骤:
(1)制浆:打浆后配浆得浆料,所述浆料包括60~70%的漂白阔叶木浆及30%~40%的漂白本色针叶木浆;所述漂白阔叶木浆的打浆度为20~30oSR,湿重2.0~4.0g,所述漂白本色针叶木浆的打浆度为70~80oSR,湿重为10~12g;
(2)浆料改性:向浆料中加入浆料质量10~20%的甜菜碱,搅拌反应30~60min后再加入浆料质量50~60%的聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺改性填料、1~1.5%的PAE湿强剂、1~2%的浆内胶和1~2%的AKD,搅拌均匀后得到改性浆料;
(3)抄造:将改性浆料上网抄造后得到湿纸页,抄造时车速450~500m/min;
(4)压榨和干燥:将湿纸页压榨、干燥并压光后得到所述柔版印刷烟用接装原纸;压榨采用两道压榨,一道压榨线压力为45~55kN/m,二道压榨线压力为65~75kN/m;压光采用软压光处理,线压力为75~85kN/m,温度为115~125℃;
步骤(2)中所述聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺改性填料包括改性轻质碳酸钙和改性钛白粉的一种或两种,其制备方法为:
A)将轻质碳酸钙或钛白粉分散在二甲苯中,加入γ-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷,75~85℃加热反应8~10h后过滤,将产物在甲苯中抽提20~30h,得到氯丙基化填料;
B)将氯丙基化填料加入聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺溶液和NaOH的混合溶液中,85~95℃下搅拌反应3~5h后过滤,将产物用甲醇和水洗涤并烘干后,得到所述聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺改性填料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔版印刷烟用接装原纸的制备方法,其特征是,步骤A)中所述轻质碳酸钙或钛白粉与γ-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷的质量体积比为1g:(1~2mL)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔版印刷烟用接装原纸的制备方法,其特征是,步骤B)中所述混合溶液中聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺的质量分数为10~15%,氢氧化钠的质量分数为4~6%,加入的氯丙基化填料与混合溶液的质量体积比为1g:(20~30mL)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔版印刷烟用接装原纸的制备方法,其特征是,步骤(2)中所述浆内胶为阳离子淀粉,所述PAE湿强剂的固含量为12~15%,所述AKD的固含量为10~12%。
