本发明公开了一种真丝面料的直练工艺,步骤一、将真丝坯布依次经过圈码、吊攀和分页三道工序,备用;步骤二、直练液配置,直练液包括下述重量份的原料:纯碱10‑20份,泡化碱5‑10份,硅酸钠10‑15份,脱胶剂30‑50份,净洗剂3‑7份,保鲜粉10‑25份,纯化水1500‑2000份;将所述直练液的各成份依次加入到精练缸内,制成直练液备用;步骤三、用星形架将步骤一加工后的真丝坯布挂起来并浸没到步骤二配置好的直练液中,并在精练缸用塑料薄膜覆盖,随后加温,温度控制在96‑98度,炼30‑40分钟,将星形架吊出。该真丝面料的直练工艺可方便快速脱丝胶,对环境友好,并且加工性能好。

本发明涉及纺织技术领域,是一种真丝面料的直练工艺。
背景技术:
生丝及其织物(称为坯绸)中含有大量的丝胶杂质,其中大部分是纤维材料本身固有的丝胶(约20%-30%及色素等,这些天然杂质的存在不仅有损于丝织物固有的优良品质,影响服用性能,而且使织物很难被染化料溶液润湿和渗透,妨碍染整加工,因此现有技术的生丝及其织物都必须经过直练工艺去除杂质,为后加工提供合格的半制品,但直练工艺中初炼和精炼加工耗时长,加工繁琐,提升了成本的同时还不环保。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种可方便快速去除杂质,起皱效果好的真丝面料的直练工艺。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种真丝面料的直练工艺,步骤一、将真丝坯布依次经过圈码、吊攀和分页三道工序,备用;步骤二、直练液配置,直练液包括下述重量份的原料:纯碱10-20份,泡化碱5-10份,硅酸钠10-15份,脱胶剂30-50份,净洗剂3-7份,保鲜粉10-25份,纯化水1500-2000份;将所述直练液的各成份依次加入到精练缸内,制成直练液备用;步骤三、用星形架将步骤一加工后的真丝坯布挂起来并浸没到步骤二配置好的直练液中,并在精练缸用塑料薄膜覆盖,随后加温,温度控制在96-98度,炼30-40分钟,将星形架吊出,使真丝坯布在空气中冷却到45-50度,然后放入18-22度水中进一步冷却后漂洗干净;步骤四,脱水后进行无张力退卷,完成直练。

采用以上工艺后与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:该直炼工艺可以有效脱丝胶,方便快捷,效果好,不需要后道精炼,节省了时间,降低了成本,而且对环境友好,加工性能好,满足使用需要。

该直炼工艺可以有效脱丝胶,方便快捷,效果好,不需要后道精炼,节省了时间,降低了成本,而且对环境友好,加工性能好,满足使用需要。

1.一种真丝面料的直练工艺,其特征在于:步骤一、将真丝坯布依次经过圈码、吊攀和分页三道工序,备用;步骤二、直练液配置,直练液包括下述重量份的原料:纯碱10-20份,泡化碱5-10份,硅酸钠10-15份,脱胶剂30-50份,净洗剂3-7份,保鲜粉10-25份,纯化水1500-2000份;将所述直练液的各成份依次加入到精练缸内,制成直练液备用;步骤三、用星形架将步骤一加工后的真丝坯布挂起来并浸没到步骤二配置好的直练液中,并在精练缸用塑料薄膜覆盖,随后加温,温度控制在96-98度,炼30-40分钟,将星形架吊出,使真丝坯布在空气中冷却到45-50度,然后放入18-22度水中进一步冷却后漂洗干净;步骤四,脱水后进行无张力退卷,完成直练。
