本发明公开了一种真丝织物的初炼工艺,其特征在于:首先,调制初炼溶液,按以下质量份数进行,用5吨热水的初炼缸,加入分散剂16‑20kg、纯碱4‑5kg、泡化碱4‑6kg、保险粉1‑1.5kg,混合均匀后,用星形架将真丝织物挂起来,然后将真丝织物浸入到初炼缸中,随后加温,温度控制在96‑98度,炼90‑100分钟,将星形架吊出,使真丝织物在空气中冷却到55‑60度,然后放入25‑27度水中漂洗干净。该真丝织物的初炼工艺可方便快速脱丝胶,对环境友好。

技术领域:
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,是一种真丝织物的初炼工艺。
背景技术:
生丝及其织物(称为坯绸)中含有大量的丝胶杂质,其中大部分是纤维材料本身固有的丝胶(约20%-30%及色素等,这些天然杂质的存在不仅有损于丝织物固有的优良品质,影响服用性能,而且使织物很难被染化料溶液润湿和渗透,妨碍染整加工,因此现有技术的生丝及其织物都必须经过初炼和精炼加工以去除杂质,也为后加工提供合格的半制品或直接得到炼白产品,但初炼和精炼加工耗时长,加工繁琐,提升了成本的同时还不环保。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种可方便快速脱丝胶,对环境友好的真丝织物的初炼工艺。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种真丝织物的初炼工艺,首先,调制初炼溶液,按以下质量份数进行,用5吨热水的初炼缸,加入分散剂16-20kg、纯碱4-5kg、泡化碱4-6kg、保险粉1-1.5kg,混合均匀后,用星形架将真丝织物挂起来,然后将真丝织物浸入到初炼缸中,随后加温,温度控制在96-98度,炼90-100分钟,将星形架吊出,使真丝织物在空气中冷却到55-60度,然后放入25-27度水中漂洗干净。
作为优选,初炼缸的初炼溶液加温到55-60度维持10分钟,并不断搅动初炼溶液,随后继续加温到指定温度为止。
采用以上工艺后与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:该初炼工艺可以有效脱丝胶,方便快捷,效果好,不需要后道精炼,节省了时间,降低了成本,而且对环境友好。
