中国专利CN107684113A公开了一种吸汗抗菌防臭袜,包括袜身和连接布料层,袜身的顶部设有袜口,袜身底部的两侧分别设有袜头和袜跟,袜跟与袜口之间的袜身缝制有耐磨棉垫,袜跟的外部缝合连接有柔性网格层,袜头的外部缝合连接有防滑布料层。但是,此发明吸汗抗菌防臭袜的结构复杂,实用性不高。
中国专利CN103361823A公开了一种吸汗防臭袜子面料,所述的面料由经纱和纬纱按照组织结构交织而成,所述的经纱为竹炭纤维和腈纶纤维构成的混纺纱,所述的纬纱为棉纤维;所述竹炭纤维与腈纶纤维构成的混纺纱的纱支为10英支~60英支;但是,此发明吸汗防臭袜子的透气性差、防臭性一般,不能长时间抑菌、防臭。
因此,本发明针对目前国内袜子存在的吸汗透气性能差、容易臭脚以及制备工艺复杂等问题,提供一种吸汗防臭袜子及其制备方法。

本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:一种吸汗防臭袜子,由竹炭纤维、氨纶纤维和棉纤维混纺制成;其中,竹炭纤维、氨纶纤维和棉纤维的质量比为1.0:0.5:3.0~5.0。氨纶纤维和棉纤维具有较好的吸汗性和透气性,且舒适度高,可提高袜子的吸汗透气能力以及穿着舒适度。
进一步的,吸汗防臭袜子由竹炭纤维、氨纶纤维和棉纤维混纺制成;其中,竹炭纤维、氨纶纤维和棉纤维的质量比为1.0:0.5:4.0。
进一步的,竹炭纤维须浸没在改性溶液中超声60min~120min,并在温度为85℃~95℃的条件下热处理6小时~8小时。竹炭纤维经过改性溶液浸泡,具有较强的抗菌抑菌性,可有效防臭,而且柔软舒适度提高,吸汗性增强。

由竹炭纤维、氨纶纤维和棉纤维混纺制成;其中,竹炭纤维、氨纶纤维和棉纤维的质量比为1.0:0.5:5.0;竹炭纤维须浸没在改性溶液中超声120min,并在温度为95℃的条件下热处理8小时;改性溶液由以下重量份的原料制成:溴化双十八烷基二甲基铵0.8kg、蛭石粉2.0kg、芦荟粉1.8kg、壳聚糖0.9kg、海藻酸钠3.4kg、去离子水36.0kg;改性溶液的制备方法为:所述重量份的溴化双十八烷基二甲基铵、壳聚糖、芦荟粉和蛭石粉混合后,在研磨机中以2000转/分钟的速率研磨60min,然后加入所述重量份的海藻酸钠和去离子水,搅拌混合30min,得到所述改性溶液。

制备步骤如下:
步骤一、纱线制备:将所述竹炭纤维、氨纶纤维和棉纤维按质量比混纺制成54支的纱线,备用;
步骤二、袜子制备:将步骤一中得到的纱线装入自动喷气织机,编织成袜子的袜头、袜底和袜身,然后依次缝合,得到袜子初品;
上述,步骤一中得到的纱线装入自动喷气织机之前还包括染色、软化步骤。
步骤三、袜子后整理:步骤二中得到的袜子初品在温度为83℃的定型机中定型11min,得到所述吸汗防臭袜子。
经测试,本实施例制备的吸汗防臭袜子的初次抑菌率为99.77%,洗涤25次以后抑菌率为99.56%;且比普通棉袜的吸汗性能提高了81.8%。
实施例5
一种吸汗防臭袜子
由竹炭纤维、氨纶纤维和棉纤维混纺制成;其中,竹炭纤维、氨纶纤维和棉纤维的质量比为1.0:0.5:4.0;竹炭纤维须浸没在改性溶液中超声90min,并在温度为90℃的条件下热处理7小时;改性溶液由以下重量份的原料制成:溴化双十八烷基二甲基铵0.6kg、蛭石粉1.6kg、芦荟粉1.3kg、壳聚糖0.7kg、海藻酸钠2.8kg、去离子水31.0kg;改性溶液的制备方法为:所述重量份的溴化双十八烷基二甲基铵、壳聚糖、芦荟粉和蛭石粉混合后,在研磨机中以1600转/分钟的速率研磨45min,然后加入所述重量份的海藻酸钠和去离子水,搅拌混合25min,得到所述改性溶液。
制备步骤如下:
步骤一、纱线制备:将所述竹炭纤维、氨纶纤维和棉纤维按质量比混纺制成50支的纱线,备用;
步骤二、袜子制备:将步骤一中得到的纱线装入自动喷气织机,编织成袜子的袜头、袜底和袜身,然后依次缝合,得到袜子初品;
上述,步骤一中得到的纱线装入自动喷气织机之前还包括染色、软化步骤。
步骤三、袜子后整理:步骤二中得到的袜子初品在温度为80℃的定型机中定型13min,得到所述吸汗防臭袜子。
经测试,本实施例制备的吸汗防臭袜子的初次抑菌率为99.65%,洗涤25次以后抑菌率为99.42%;且比普通棉袜的吸汗性能提高了83.5%。

Claims (1)

1.一种吸汗防臭袜子,其特征在于,所述吸汗防臭袜子由竹炭纤维、氨纶纤维和棉纤维混纺制成;其中,所述竹炭纤维、氨纶纤维和棉纤维的质量比为1.0:0.5:4.0;所述竹炭纤维须浸没在改性溶液中超声60min~120min,并在温度为85℃~95℃的条件下热处理6小时~8小时;所述改性溶液由以下重量份的原料制成:溴化双十八烷基二甲基铵0.6份~0.7份、蛭石粉1.4份~1.8份、芦荟粉1.0份~1.6份、壳聚糖0.7份~0.8份、海藻酸钠2.5份~3.0份、去离子水28.0份~32.0份;所述改性溶液的制备方法为:所述重量份的溴化双十八烷基二甲基铵、壳聚糖、芦荟粉和蛭石粉混合后,在研磨机中以1200转/分钟~2000转/分钟的速率研磨30min~60min,然后加入所述重量份的海藻酸钠和去离子水,搅拌混合20min~30min,得到所述改性溶液;所述的吸汗防臭袜子的制备方法,制备步骤如下:
步骤一、纱线制备:将所述竹炭纤维、氨纶纤维和棉纤维按质量比混纺制成40支~60支的纱线,备用;
步骤二、袜子制备:将步骤一中得到的纱线装入自动喷气织机,编织成袜子的袜头、袜底和袜身,然后依次缝合,得到袜子初品;
步骤三、袜子后整理:步骤二中得到的袜子初品在温度为75℃~85℃的定型机中定型10min~15min,得到所述吸汗防臭袜子;
步骤二中,所述步骤一中得到的纱线装入自动喷气织机之前还包括染色、软化步骤;
步骤三中,所述袜子初品在定型机中的定型温度为80℃,定型时间为13min。
