Background
Asperellum is a newly recorded trichoderma strain in China in recent years, and the development and utilization of the trichoderma strain are still in the beginning stage.
Tea trees are mostly planted in mountain barren soil, and fertilizer application can increase nutrient supply of the soil to the tea trees, so that the normal physiological metabolic process of the tea trees is maintained, and the method has important significance for improving the yield and quality of the tea trees. With the large-area popularization of clonal tea plant varieties and the pursuit of high yield of partial tea growers, the fertilizer consumption of the tea garden is gradually increased. Excessive fertilization not only increases production cost but also causes environmental problems such as soil acidification, non-point source pollution, greenhouse gas emission and the like. The research of finding a new fertilizer source to replace or partially replace chemical fertilizers is more and more important, the biological bacterial fertilizer grows along with the operation, and the application of the biological bacterial fertilizer into the soil can improve the physicochemical property of the soil, increase the content of the quick-acting nutrients in the soil and promote the absorption of crops to the nutrients.

Experimental example 1
The tea tree specific bacterial manure prepared in example 1 was applied to tea tree (CB) and a Control (CK) was set.
The application method comprises the following steps: in the middle and late 10 months, experimental group CB: applying a tea formula fertilizer and a special tea tree bacterial fertilizer according to a ratio of 7:3, wherein the application amount is 35 kg/mu of the tea formula fertilizer and 15 kg/mu of the special tea tree bacterial fertilizer; control CK: only applying the tea formula fertilizer according to 50 kg/mu. And then topdressing is carried out on the experimental group and the control group in the last 1 month of the next year, and 15kg of urea is topdressed per mu. The formula fertilizer for the tea comprises: N-P2O5-K2O18: 8:12 (available from shizhu agriculture science and technology ltd, mush, north).
Sampling soil samples before top dressing in 1 month of the next year and before picking tea in 3 months of spring, and detecting the change of soil nutrient content, as shown in table 1:
TABLE 1 variation of soil nutrient content (unit: mg/kg)
The data are analyzed statistically, and p is less than 0.05, so that the statistical significance is achieved.
As can be seen from Table 1, the application of the bacterial manure of the invention to tea trees increases the content of available nutrients in soil, and the trichoderma asperellum TC01 is beneficial to the transportation and absorption of nutrients in soil by tea trees.
Experimental example 2
Fertilizing according to the method of experimental example 1, after topdressing tea leaves in 1 month later, inoculating anthrax pathogenic bacteria, investigating disease index after inoculating for 10 days, and calculating disease index and relative prevention effect of tea trees according to disease grading standard.
The disease grading criteria are as follows:
level 0: the leaves are healthy and disease-free;
level 1:1 to 25 percent of leaf area is attacked;
and 2, stage: 26 to 50 percent of leaf area;
and 3, level: 51 to 75 percent of leaf area is attacked;
4, level: more than 76 percent of the area of the leaf blade is yellow and festered.
Disease index [ Σ (disease number × number of diseased leaves at this level)/(highest disease number × total investigation number) ] ×%;
relative control effect (%) [ (CK group leaf disease index-CB group leaf disease index)/CK group leaf disease index ] ×%.
The investigation and calculation result shows that the disease index of the CB group is 35.6 percent, the disease index of the CK group is 60.2 percent, the relative control effect is 40.86 percent, the resistance of the tea tree is improved, and the application of pesticides is reduced.
Meanwhile, the growth of tea trees is promoted by applying the special bacterial fertilizer for tea trees, and as can be seen from the graph 1-2, the tea branches and leaves applied with the special bacterial fertilizer for tea trees are flourishing, the leaves are tender green, and the tea trees in a control group are short and the leaves are yellow.
The growth of tea trees in the CB and CK groups was compared in this experiment, as shown in Table 2; the fresh weight of the plant height, the stem thickness, the underground part and the overground part of the tea tree are all increased compared with CK.
TABLE 2 comparison of growth of tea plants
Therefore, the special bacterial fertilizer for the tea trees can promote the growth of the tea trees and improve the quality of the tea.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
