目前,我国膳食营养保健品行业起始于上世纪八十年代,至今已经走过了三十个春秋。近年来随着居民收入水平的不断提高、保健意识的增强、人口老龄化的到来以及不断扩大的亚健康群体使得我国保健品市场快速发展。随着膳食营养保健品进入居民的生活,保健品行业也引起了社会各界的关注。居民已经不能从日常饮食中获得足够的营养,膳食营养保健品对各种慢性病有一定的预防作用,因此将黑小麦的功效融入于保健品当中,制作一种黑小麦保健品已经是迫切需要。

发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供了一种黑小麦养生保健品及其制备方法。
本发明是这样实现的,一种黑小麦养生保健品,所述黑小麦养生保健品按质量份数由黑小麦30~40份、植物蛋白提取液15~20份、香菇菌盖粉10~12份、葛根6~10份、沙棘7~9份、复合维生素4~7份、膳食纤维粉5~8份、复合添加剂2~3份组成。
进一步,所述复合维生素为VA、VB1、VB2、VB6、VB12、VC、VD、VE、VK、泛酸钙、烟酸、叶酸、生物素、肌醇或微晶纤维素中的至少五种的混合物。
进一步,所述复合添加剂按果糖:羟丙基甲基纤维素:苯甲酸钠=1:0.5:0.2的比例混合而成。
进一步,所述植物蛋白提取液含清蛋白、球蛋白、谷蛋白和醇溶蛋白四种蛋白组分。
进一步,所述膳食纤维粉为小麦糠粉、玉米糠粉、芹菜纤维粉、红薯粉、燕麦麸营养粉中的一种或者一种以上的组合。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种黑小麦养生保健品的制备方法,所述黑小麦养生保健品的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一,粉碎:将黑小麦、葛根和沙棘分别用粉碎机粉碎后过20~50目筛,备用。
步骤二,原料有效成分的浸提:按配比准确称取黑小麦粉、葛根粉、沙棘粉,清洗后置入提取罐中,加入重量8倍的水,浸泡3小时后,加热至95~100℃保持3小时。
步骤三,过滤:用滤膜对步骤二中的物质提取液进行过滤,把直径2~5μm以上的杂质滤掉。
步骤四,合并:将步骤二所得料液混合浓缩后,按配比依次加入植物蛋白提取液、香菇菌盖粉、复合维生素和复合添加剂,溶解后再用滤膜过滤。
步骤五,灭菌制丸:采用饱和蒸汽115~120℃灭菌30~40分钟;采用“一步制丸法”的制丸工艺进行制丸,一步做好成丸,再进行烘干,筛出成品。

结合上述的所有技术方案,本发明所具备的优点及积极效果为:本发明提供的黑小麦养生保健品将黑小麦的功效应用于保健品中,采用先进的“一步制丸法”的工艺技术,中西药合并,低温灭菌、等技术生产出具有延年益寿、改善记忆、促进生长发育、免疫调节功能的保健品;其中,葛根具有解表退热、降低血糖的作用;沙棘具有降低血脂的功效。植物蛋白营养与动物蛋白相仿,但是更易于消化;本发明从稻米中制备出的含清蛋白、球蛋白、谷蛋白和醇溶蛋白四种蛋白组分的植物蛋白提取液,营养含量更高。而香菇菌盖脂肪含量在3%左右,脂肪的碘价为139,不饱和脂肪酸含量丰富,其中亚油酸、油酸含量高达90%以上,富含人体必需的脂肪酸,它不仅能降低血脂,又助于降低血清、胆固醇和抑制动脉血栓的形成。同时,本发明添加的黑小麦具有较好的控制糖尿病患者血糖升高的作用,是目前发现的国内唯一餐后可控血糖升高的黑粒小麦新品种。

为能进一步了解本发明的发明内容、特点及功效,兹例举以下实施例,并配合附图详细说明如下。
下面结合附图对本发明的结构作详细的描述。
本发明实施例提供的黑小麦养生保健品按质量份数由黑小麦30~40份、植物蛋白提取液15~20份、香菇菌盖粉10~12份、葛根6~10份、沙棘7~9份、复合维生素4~7份、膳食纤维粉5~8份、复合添加剂2~3份组成。
本发明实施例提供的复合维生素为VA、VB1、VB2、VB6、VB12、VC、VD、VE、VK、泛酸钙、烟酸、叶酸、生物素、肌醇或微晶纤维素中的至少五种的混合物。
本发明实施例提供的复合添加剂按果糖:羟丙基甲基纤维素:苯甲酸钠=1:0.5:0.2的比例混合而成。
本发明实施例提供的植物蛋白提取液含清蛋白、球蛋白、谷蛋白和醇溶蛋白四种蛋白组分。
本发明实施例提供的膳食纤维粉为小麦糠粉、玉米糠粉、芹菜纤维粉、红薯粉、燕麦麸营养粉中的一种或者一种以上的组合。
葛根,主要含碳水化合物,植物蛋白,多种维生素和矿物质,此外还含有异黄酮成分葛根素、葛根素木糖甙、大豆黄酮、大豆黄酮甙及β-谷甾醇、花生酸,又含多量淀粉(新鲜葛根中含量为19~20%)。性凉味甘辛,有解表退热,生津、透疹、升阳止泻等多种功能,可治外感发热头痛、高血压颈项强痛、口渴、消渴、麻疹不透、热疹、泄泻等多种疾病。老少皆宜,特别适用下列人群:高血压、高血脂、高血糖及偏头痛等心脑血管病患者、更年期妇女、易上火人群(包括孕妇和婴儿)、常期饮酒者(减少酒精对肝脏影响)、女性滋容养颜,中老年人日常饮食调理等。
沙棘籽油是一种含有多种维生素、多种微量元素、多种氨基酸和其他生物活性物质的药用食物,可使高血脂、高血糖患者的血清甘油三酯(TG)和胆固醇(TC)及血糖等指标下降,而使血清高密度脂蛋白(HDL)升高,从而调节血脂和血糖,预防心脑血管病的发生。
香菇干品中矿物质含量较多,其中钙为124mg,磷415mg,铁26mg,可作为补钙、补铁、补磷的良好来源。此外,香菇还含有锰、锌、铜、镁、硒等微量元素,可维持肌体正常代谢从而延长人类寿命,并对某些矿物质缺乏地区儿童的生长发育具有良好的预防和治疗作用。香菇干品碳水化合物含量高达54%左右,不同地区和品系之间含量稍有差异。它所含的碳水化合物以半纤维素为最多,此外还有多糖、海藻糖、葡萄糖、糖原、戊聚糖和甘露醇等。香菇干品中维生素含量较多,其中维生素B10.07mg,维生素B21.13mg,尼克酸18.9mg,维生素C含量较少。据研究,香菇还含有麦角甾醇和菌甾醇,前者在阳光下可转变为维生素D,所以香菇是抗佝偻病的重要食物之一。同时,香菇干品脂肪含量在3%左右,脂肪的碘价为139,不饱和脂肪酸含量丰富,其中亚油酸、油酸含量高达90%以上。由于香菇富含人体必需的脂肪酸,它不仅能降低血脂,又助于降低血清、胆固醇和抑制动脉血栓的形成。
如图1所示,本发明实施例提供的黑小麦养生保健品的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S101,粉碎:将黑小麦、葛根和沙棘分别用粉碎机粉碎后过20~50目筛,备用。
S102,原料有效成分的浸提:按配比准确称取黑小麦粉、葛根粉、沙棘粉,清洗后置入提取罐中,加入重量8倍的水,浸泡3小时后,加热至95~100℃保持3小时。
S103,过滤:用滤膜对S102中的物质提取液进行过滤,把直径2~5μm以上的杂质滤掉。
S104,合并:将S102所得料液混合浓缩后,按配比依次加入植物蛋白提取液、香菇菌盖粉、复合维生素和复合添加剂,溶解后再用滤膜过滤。
S105,灭菌制丸:采用饱和蒸汽115~120℃灭菌30~40分钟;采用“一步制丸法”的制丸工艺进行制丸,一步做好成丸,再进行烘干,筛出成品。
本发明实施例提供的步骤S104中,所述植物蛋白提取液的制备方法如下:称取新鲜稻米,烘干后粉碎,过200~230目筛,将稻米粉依次用去离子水、3~5%NaCl溶液、0.05~0.06mol/LNaOH和65~70%乙醇提取,分别制得含清蛋白、球蛋白、谷蛋白和醇溶蛋白四种蛋白组分的提取液。
本发明实施例提供的步骤S104中,所述香菇菌盖粉的制备方法包括:将富硒香菇洗净、去柄、留菌盖后,将香菇菌盖烘干、超细磨粉碎后过150~200目筛。
本发明实施例提供的黑小麦养生保健品的剂型还可以为汤剂、颗粒剂、胶囊剂、片剂、膏汁、口服液或固体饮料。
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1:黑小麦养生保健品剂型及饮用方式:
①将制得的黑小麦养生保健品剂粉末加入温水复溶后直接饮用;
②可加入药学上可接受的载体或赋形剂混合均匀制成粉状的固体饮料或颗粒剂,并分装成5~15g每包,用温水溶解后,直接饮用;
③可加入适量附料制成胶囊、片剂,用水顺服饮用;
④可将原液浓缩加入定量添加剂制成口感佳的膏汁5~20毫升每包,也可分装成瓶,制成口服液直接饮用。
实施例2:药理学实验
实验1:
本发明的黑小麦养生保健品,对60名年龄在40~69岁的糖尿病前期(空腹血糖平均6.2~7.1毫摩尔/升,餐后2小时血糖7.8~11.2毫摩尔/升)患者进行的服用降糖效果观察。
用法和用量:每日三次(早、午、晚),每次口服3g,连续服用三个月,进行血液检查,空腹血糖降低18%毫摩尔/升,餐后2小时血糖降低19%毫摩尔/升,糖化血红蛋白稳定在3.8~6.1毫摩尔/升之间。
实验2:
将60名糖尿病患者分成二组,每组30人,第一组为对照组,第二组为试验组,通过服用本发明的黑小麦养生保健品进行降糖效果观察。
这些糖尿病患者空腹血糖≥7.3毫摩尔/升,餐后2小时血糖≥11.2毫摩尔/升。
对照组和试验组口服相同药物。消渴丸,每日三次,每次6g。
试验组30人,每天早、午、晚服用本发明的黑小麦养生保健品,每次服用6g,连续服用三个月。试验组与对照组相比,普遍自觉症状大有改善,身体不乏力,口渴减轻,尿不频。经血液检查,取平均值,试验组比对照组平均空腹血糖低7%毫摩尔/升,餐后2小时血糖低19%毫摩尔/升。
上述两组试验实施例证明本发明的黑小麦养生保健品确实具有良好的降糖效果,而且无副作用。
降血糖“冀紫439”(冀资黑小麦1号)是由河北省农林科学院粮油作物研究所利用澳大利亚黑小麦14928与95-5031杂交,选出矮8,然后与漯珍1号杂交,选育出具有高附加值的黑小麦新品种。实物图如图2~3所示。
2009年12月通过河北省品种审定委员会审定,同年3月获得农业部的品种保护。该品种为河北省审定的第一个富铬黑小麦新品种,该品种的成功选育填补了我国乃至世界富铬黑小麦的空白。
1、生物学特性
该品种属半冬性,生育期239天左右,比藁8901早熟1天。幼苗半匍匐,叶片绿色,生长健壮。抗寒性中等。分蘖力一般,成穗率较高,穗层较整齐。成株株型紧凑。株高70cm左右。穗长方型,长芒,紫壳,粒色深紫,硬质,籽粒饱满度2-3级。穗粒数33个,千粒重36.6~40g,容重779.0g/l。该品种抗倒性强,抗病性中等,中感白粉病和叶枯病。
2、产量表现
2004年参加本所黑粒新品系初比试验,亩产为462.73公斤,比对照白粒石4185增产1.45%。比紫粒小麦对照漯珍1号增产22.3%。辛集市西泽北村示范20亩,平均亩产为488公斤。2005~2006年度冀中南优质组区域试验,6点汇总平均亩产425.78公斤。2006~2007年8点汇总,平均亩产470.99公斤。在栾城试验站亩产达571.85公斤,比对照藁8901增产4.89%。2007~2008年度参加同组生产试验,7点汇总,5点增产,平均亩产474.42公斤,比对照藁8901增产0.89%。
3、品质特点
该品种突出特点是富含蛋白质、三价有机铬、硒、镁、蛋白质、可溶性膳食纤维、花青素等营养元素。经河北省品种品质检测中心检测,该品种蛋白质含量为15.99~16.21%;2004年经农业部谷物品质监督检测中心检测,镁含量为1424.0mg/kg,硒含量为81.0~203.95ug/kg,三价有机铬含量为1.916mg/kg;2009年在河北师大检测,该品种直链淀粉含量为31%,较普通小麦高50%左右。
4、保健价值研究
经河北省人民医院宋光耀院长研究证明:
1)冀紫439面粉生糖指数(GI)为74.66,比白小麦面粉降低了19.7%。
2)糖尿病人食用冀紫439具有明显的控制血糖升高作用。经北京协和医院利用120名糖尿病患者,进行了37天的试验研究证明:“冀紫439”黑小麦具有较好的控制糖尿病患者血糖升高的作用。因此,“冀紫439”是糖尿病人食品的最佳选择。河北科技网、河北经济网、河北经济日报、食品产业网等200多个网站进行了报道,是目前发现的国内唯一餐后可控血糖升高的黑粒小麦新品种。
5、“冀紫439”受到国内多家食品企业的青睐和开发利用
由于黑小麦具有特殊利用价值,很多食品加工企业对该品种产生了浓厚的兴趣。河北华野庄园、月青科技、承德市金煌食品厂、河北葵克生物科技有限公司、艺峰科技、北京二商集团、云南福泽药业有限公司、石家庄今中道食品科技开发有限公司、河北高碑店市春雨糖尿病食疗研究所、石家庄康美庄园、衡水市景县景泓苑现代农业科技有限公司、李义妹兔业、等16个企业进行了产品的研发。开发了黑小麦方便面、黑小麦全粉、麦片、糕点和面包等40多个产品投入市场。石家庄康美庄园生产的“有机富铬全粉”,已经注册了QS标识,2009年12月正式上市销售,市场反应很好。该产品2009年在河北有机、特色农产品、农业引智成果转化精品展销推介会荣获创新奖。研发出桶装的冀紫439全粒麦片、有机富铬黑麦粉礼盒和黑麦尊谷礼盒这3种产品注册了QS标识,并且已经在石家庄市家家缘和北国超市连锁店及北京、上海、广州等省市销售,深受三高病人(特别是糖尿病患者)、肥胖人群和老年人的青睐。

Claims (10)
1.一种黑小麦养生保健品,其特征在于,所述黑小麦养生保健品按质量份数由黑小麦30~40份、植物蛋白提取液15~20份、香菇菌盖粉10~12份、葛根6~10份、沙棘7~9份、复合维生素4~7份、膳食纤维粉5~8份、复合添加剂2~3份组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的黑小麦养生保健品,其特征在于,所述复合维生素为VA、VB1、VB2、VB6、VB12、VC、VD、VE、VK、泛酸钙、烟酸、叶酸、生物素、肌醇或微晶纤维素中的至少五种的混合物。
3.如权利要求1所述的黑小麦养生保健品,其特征在于,所述复合添加剂按果糖:羟丙基甲基纤维素:苯甲酸钠=1:0.5:0.2的比例混合而成。
4.如权利要求1所述的黑小麦养生保健品,其特征在于,所述植物蛋白提取液含清蛋白、球蛋白、谷蛋白和醇溶蛋白四种蛋白组分。
5.如权利要求1所述的黑小麦养生保健品,其特征在于,所述膳食纤维粉为小麦糠粉、玉米糠粉、芹菜纤维粉、红薯粉、燕麦麸营养粉中的一种或者一种以上的组合。
6.一种如权利要求1~5任意一项所述的黑小麦养生保健品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述黑小麦养生保健品的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一,粉碎:将黑小麦、葛根和沙棘分别用粉碎机粉碎后过20~50目筛,备用;
步骤二,原料有效成分的浸提:按配比准确称取黑小麦粉、葛根粉、沙棘粉,清洗后置入提取罐中,加入重量8倍的水,浸泡3小时后,加热至95~100℃保持3小时;
步骤三,过滤:用滤膜对步骤二中的物质提取液进行过滤,把直径2~5μm以上的杂质滤掉;
步骤四,合并:将步骤二所得料液混合浓缩后,按配比依次加入植物蛋白提取液、香菇菌盖粉、复合维生素和复合添加剂,溶解后再用滤膜过滤;
步骤五,灭菌制丸:采用饱和蒸汽灭菌;采用“一步制丸法”的制丸工艺进行制丸,一步做好成丸,再进行烘干,筛出成品。
7.如权利要求6所述的黑小麦养生保健品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤四中,所述植物蛋白提取液的制备方法如下:
称取新鲜稻米,烘干后粉碎,过200~230目筛,将稻米粉依次用去离子水、3~5%NaCl溶液、0.05~0.06mol/L NaOH和65~70%乙醇提取,分别制得含清蛋白、球蛋白、谷蛋白和醇溶蛋白四种蛋白组分的提取液。
8.如权利要求6所述的黑小麦养生保健品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤四中,所述香菇菌盖粉的制备方法包括:
将富硒香菇洗净、去柄、留菌盖后,将香菇菌盖烘干、超细磨粉碎后过150~200目筛。
9.如权利要求6所述的黑小麦养生保健品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤五中,所述饱和蒸汽温度为115~120℃,灭菌时间为30~40分钟。
10.如权利要求6所述的黑小麦养生保健品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述黑小麦养生保健品的剂型还可以为汤剂、颗粒剂、胶囊剂、片剂、膏汁、口服液或固体饮料。
