The intelligent adjustment method for the man-machine price difference in engineering settlement according to claim 6, wherein the price difference is automatically counted according to different selected adjustment methods when the unit price at the nth stage is modified or the unit price at the nth stage is loaded in batches, taking the adjustment method for the difference between the settlement price and the contract price as an example, and the specific method comprises:
calculating the difference of the ratio of the unit price at the nth stage to the unit price at the contract (1+ risk range) to obtain the unit price difference at the nth stage;
if the unit price of the nth stage is within the contract unit price (1 +/-risk range), the unit price difference of the nth stage is 0, and if the unit price difference of the nth stage is outside the range, the unit price difference of the nth stage is the unit price of the nth stage-the contract unit price (1+ risk range); or the nth stage unit price difference is nth stage unit price-contract unit price (1-risk range);
and then automatically counting the nth-stage difference adjustment engineering quantity and the nth-stage unit price difference to obtain the difference adjustment price of the difference adjustment material after the difference price is charged.

The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein the price fluctuation range of the difference adjustment material is assumed by contractors of the project contract within the risk range, and outside the risk range, the contractors of the project contract undertake, and the risk range of each material in the difference adjustment material can be set in batch or individually.

The method for intelligently adjusting the man-machine price difference in engineering settlement according to claim 6 or 7, characterized in that in the settlement period difference adjustment period of the difference adjustment material in the period of setting the construction progress, uniform difference adjustment or periodic difference adjustment is selected, and after the difference adjustment mode is confirmed, the single-period or multi-period combined difference adjustment is continued for the periodic difference adjustment.
10. The method as claimed in claim 9, wherein when the installment adjustment is selected, if the current installment is different from the original installment, the original installment proportion or amount is not changed, and the original data of the user is retained.
