Claims (10)

1. The method for managing the construction cost of the staged engineering is characterized by comprising the following specific steps:
constructing a multidimensional data display type of the basic data based on the basic data contained in the contract engineering cost file to form an engineering quantity basic data packet;
the project quantity basic data packet is submitted to contractors of the contract project cost file to carry out cost editing of one metering period, so as to form a cost compiling file;
delivering the construction cost compiling file to a contractor of the contract engineering construction cost file for construction cost audit and engineering quantity data correction of one metering period to form an audit compiling file;
and (3) transmitting the audit compiling file to a contractor, compiling a table of the completed engineering quantity data of the contract engineering cost file in the next metering period, displaying report data of the table of the engineering quantity data, and storing and calling the report data.

The method according to claim 1, wherein in the step of constructing a multi-dimensional data display type of the basic data based on the basic data included in the contract project cost file to form a project volume basic data package, the contract project cost file is automatically converted into a check project cost file to form contract budget based data of the contract project cost file;
the multidimensional data display type of the basic data specifically comprises a subsection item, a measure item, man-machine summarization, contract engineering quantity of fee summarization, contract price, N-th engineering quantity, N-th price, N-th proportion, accumulated completed engineering quantity, accumulated completed price, accumulated completed proportion and unfinished engineering quantity;
wherein the contract engineering quantity, contract price and contract price are fixed appointment values of the contract engineering cost file.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein in said step of delivering said project volume base data package to contractors of said contractor project cost file to perform cost editing of a metering cycle to form a cost editing file, said step of performing cost editing comprises the steps of:
setting the starting time and the ending time of the metering period of the engineering quantity basic data packet;
and directly filling the finishing quantity of the N-th engineering quantity in the starting time and the ending time of the metering period in the engineering quantity basic data packet in the metering period.

A method for managing construction costs according to claim 1 or 3, wherein, in the completion amount of the nth construction amount in the start time and the end time of the direct filling of the construction amount basic data packet in the measurement period, the calculation formula of the nth construction amount is as follows: n-th period price = contract price x N-th period engineering quantity, and simultaneously linking the total price measure of the period, the number of working machines and the total engineering cost.

and a data summarizing module: actively loading dimension data processed by the stage adding module, summarizing the dimension data of a plurality of metering periods, comparing the dimension data with data of a contract engineering cost file, and transmitting summarized and compared data to the data viewing module;

accumulating the completed price = Σn+1th price,
cumulative completion ratio = cumulative completion closing price/contract engineering quantity 100%,
unfinished amount = contract amount-accumulated amount of completed work;
when the incomplete engineering quantity=negative value, the submitted quantity exceeds the contract about quantity, and a data summarizing module early warning signal is given;
the sub-order, material and fee-taking requirements are automatically summarized to form the construction cost of the N-th stage and the N+1-th stage of the unit engineering, and the construction cost of the N-th stage and the N+1-th stage of the unit engineering forming project is automatically summarized.
