Abstract

本发明提供一种粗氯乙烯气体除汞吸附剂,特别是一种适用于乙炔氢氯化反应合成粗氯乙烯气体的除汞吸附剂,该吸附剂载体为活性炭、二氧化硅和沸石中的至少一种,第一活性组分难溶或不溶于盐酸的金属氧化物,第二活性组分金属卤化物。通过将金属Zr、Ti、W、Ce的可溶性盐浸渍载体焙烧负载第一活性组分制备除汞吸附剂前驱体,继续将金属Mn、Fe、Ni、Cu、Zn的可溶性卤化盐浸渍负载到除汞剂前驱体制得除汞吸附剂。本发明所制备的除汞吸附剂,具有载体吸附汞和活性组分固定汞的双重作用,汞去除效率高,吸附容量大,生产工艺简单。

Description

一种粗氯乙烯气体除汞吸附剂
技术领域
本发明涉及化工制造领域,尤其是一种粗氯乙烯气体除汞吸附剂。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯是世界五大合成树脂之一,广泛用于工业、农业、建材等国民经济重要领域。氯乙烯单体是重要的有机化工合成原料,主要用途是生产聚氯乙烯树脂和其他氯乙烯共聚物,随着社会经济的发展其需求量与日俱增。氯乙烯来源主要有电石乙炔法、石油乙烯法和二氯乙烷裂解法。我国“缺油、贫气、富煤”的能源结构,决定了电石乙炔法生产聚氯乙烯成为主流。
电石乙炔法聚氯乙烯生产氯乙烯单体时使用汞催化剂,氯化汞含量4%-6.5%。这种催化剂活性组分氯化汞存在一定的流失,如流失到自然界会造成严重地环境污染。潜在的汞污染和汞资源匮乏是影响电石乙炔法聚氯乙烯行业持续健康发展的重大问题,业已引起国家的高度重视。2017年8月16日《水俣公约》的正式生效,更将行业的用汞问题推向新的高度。为高质量实现履约目标,需要相应的技术以减少汞的使用和排放、释放。国内部分企业在进行该方面的研究,并申请了相应专利。CN201110157029.7描述了一种电石法氯乙烯气体中氯化汞的脱除方法,该方法的核心为径向床结构的脱汞器,通过新设备的开发应用提高脱汞效率。CN201710042643.6描述了氯乙烯合成过程的脱汞装置,通过装置结构的改进,增强了除汞效率,避免了底层粉末堵塞。CN201720456132.4描述了电石法PVC氯乙烯转化工序用除汞装置,装置结构合理紧凑,提高了除汞效率、降低了工作强度。以上技术均是关于除汞吸附剂的包括燃煤烟气、天然气、金属冶炼烟气和废水等的除汞吸附剂技术。粗氯乙烯气体中含有HCl酸性腐蚀性气体、C2H2和H2还原性气体,且净化后为产品气体,除汞过程中应避免其它杂质成分的引入,因此,上述技术用于粗氯乙烯气体中后稳定性很差、吸附率很低,不能满足高性能聚氯乙烯生产要求。
发明内容
为使除汞吸附剂在用于粗氯乙烯气体中更稳定、活性好、选择性高,本发明提供一种粗氯乙烯气体除汞吸附剂,特别是一种适用于乙炔氢氯化反应合成粗氯乙烯气体的除汞吸附剂。该吸附剂,载体为活性炭、二氧化硅和沸石中的至少一种,第一活性组分难溶或不溶于盐酸的金属氧化物,第二活性组分金属卤化物。具体如下:
一种粗氯乙烯气体除汞吸附剂,包括载体、第一活性组分和第二活性组分依次负载组成;载体包括活性炭、二氧化硅和沸石中的至少一种,第一活性组分包括难溶或不溶于盐酸的金属氧化物制得除汞吸附剂前驱体,第二活性组分包括金属卤化物。
如上所述载体占吸附剂总重的60~90%。
如上所述第一活性组分难溶或不溶于盐酸的金属氧化物为金属Zr、Ti、W、Ce氧化物的至少一种。
如上所述第一活性组分难溶或不溶于盐酸的金属氧化物通过将金属Zr、Ti、W、Ce的可溶性盐浸渍负载到载体焙烧而成。
如上所述第二活性组分金属卤化物为金属Mn、Fe、Ni、Cu、Zn卤化盐的至少一种。
如上所述第二活性组分金属卤化物通过将金属Mn、Fe、Ni、Cu、Zn的可溶性卤化盐浸渍负载到除汞剂前驱体上。
本发明提供的一种粗氯乙烯气体除汞吸附剂,通过载体吸附汞和活性组分固定汞的双重作用,高效去除气体中的汞,得到一种适用于乙炔氢氯化反应合成粗氯乙烯气体的除汞吸附剂。与单一以的活性炭或金属氧化物为载体的催化剂相比,由于复合载体的特殊性质及复合载体与活性组分的相互作用,具有更高的反应活性,是一种活性好、稳定性强、选择性高的气体除汞吸附剂。
具体实施方式
为了更好的阐述本发明技术方案,举出以下实例。但本发明的范围并不仅局限于实例,其要求保护的范围记载于权利要求的权项中。
实施例1:
一种粗氯乙烯气体除汞吸附剂,包括活性炭、硝酸锆、溴化铜,具体如下:称取硝酸锆8.00g,溶于去离子水配制成溶液;称取活性炭30.00g,倒入配制好的硝酸锆溶液中。60℃水浴蒸干,105℃烘干。300℃氮气保护氛围焙烧3小时,冷却得除汞剂前躯体。称取溴化铜3.00g,溶于去离子水配制成溶液。除汞剂前躯体倒入配制好的溴化铜溶液中,过滤,干燥,得除汞吸附剂。
实施例2:
一种粗氯乙烯气体除汞吸附剂,包括二氧化硅、硝酸锆、硝酸铈、氯化锰,具体如下:称取硝酸锆和硝酸铈各5.00g,溶于去离子水配制成溶液;称取二氧化硅35.00g,倒入配制好的硝酸锆和硝酸铈的混合溶液中,过滤,干燥,350℃氮气保护氛围焙烧3小时,冷却得除汞剂前躯体。称取氯化锰1.00g,溶于去离子水配制成溶液。除汞剂前躯体倒入配制好的氯化锰溶液中,过滤,干燥,得除汞吸附剂。
实施例3:
一种粗氯乙烯气体除汞吸附剂,包括沸石、硝酸铈、氯化铜、氯化锰,具体如下:称取硝酸铈3.00g,溶于去离子水配制成溶液;称取沸石30.00g,倒入配制好的硝酸铈的溶液中,过滤,干燥,350℃氮气保护氛围焙烧2小时,冷却得除汞剂前躯体。称取氯化铜和氯化锰各2.00g,溶于去离子水配制成溶液。除汞剂前躯体倒入配制好的氯化铜和氯化锰的混合溶液中,过滤,干燥,得除汞吸附剂。
实施例4:
一种粗氯乙烯气体除汞吸附剂,包括沸石、钨酸铵、氯化铁、氯化铜、氯化锰,具体如下:称取钨酸铵2.00g,溶于去离子水配制成溶液;称取沸石40.00g,倒入配制好的钨酸铵溶液中,过滤,干燥,400℃氮气保护氛围焙烧4小时,冷却得除汞剂前躯体。称取氯化铁、氯化铜、氯化锰各2.00g,溶于去离子水配制成溶液。除汞剂前躯体倒入配制好的氯化铁、氯化铜、氯化锰的混合溶液中,过滤,干燥,得除汞吸附剂。
实施例5:
一种粗氯乙烯气体除汞吸附剂,包括活性炭、硝酸锆、硝酸铈、氯化铁、氯化锌,具体如下:称取硝酸锆和硝酸铈各2.00g,溶于去离子水配制成溶液;称取活性炭25.00g,倒入配制好的硝酸锆和硝酸铈的混合溶液中,过滤,干燥,300℃氮气保护氛围焙烧3小时,冷却得除汞剂前躯体。称取氯化铁和氯化锌各2.00g,溶于去离子水配制成溶液。除汞剂前躯体倒入配制好的氯化铁和氯化锌的混合溶液中,过滤,干燥,得除汞吸附剂。

Claims (6)

1.一种粗氯乙烯气体除汞吸附剂,其特征在于:该吸附剂包括载体、第一活性组分和第二活性组分依次负载组成;载体包括活性炭、二氧化硅和沸石中的至少一种,第一活性组分包括难溶或不溶于盐酸的金属氧化物制得除汞吸附剂前驱体,第二活性组分包括金属卤化物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种粗氯乙烯气体除汞吸附剂,其特征在于所述载体占吸附剂总重的60~90%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种粗氯乙烯气体除汞吸附剂,其特征在于所述第一活性组分难溶或不溶于盐酸的金属氧化物为金属Zr、Ti、W、Ce氧化物的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种粗氯乙烯气体除汞吸附剂,其特征在于所述第一活性组分难溶或不溶于盐酸的金属氧化物通过将金属Zr、Ti、W、Ce的可溶性盐浸渍负载到载体焙烧而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种粗氯乙烯气体除汞吸附剂,其特征在于所述第二活性组分金属卤化物包括金属Mn、Fe、Ni、Cu、Zn卤化盐的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1-3和5任一所述的一种粗氯乙烯气体除汞吸附剂,其特征在于所述第二活性组分金属卤化物通过将金属Mn、Fe、Ni、Cu、Zn的可溶性卤化盐浸渍负载到除汞剂前驱体上。
