背景技术
目前,随着日趋激烈竞争的社会环境,人们生活节奏加快,造成过度劳累(包括脑力和体力)、饮食生活不规律、工作压力和心理压力过大等现象,易引起气短肾虚,焦躁乏力等症状,因此,一些能够补气养阴、缓解体力疲劳的食品或功能性食品越来越受到社会的青睐和欢迎。黄精,为百合科植物滇黄精、黄精或多花黄精的干燥根茎,具有养阴润肺、补脾益气,滋肾填精等功效,主治阴虚劳嗽、脾虚乏力、肾亏腰膝酸软,阳痿遗精等病症,是一种药食两用的植物。黄精,广泛分布于全国各地,近年来才逐渐引起人们的重视和开发热情,目前虽有许多黄精类产品的文献报道,但相关产品市场上还很缺乏,远远不能满足人们的健康保健需求。而且,目前文献报道和市场上销售的黄精类产品多为未经过九蒸九晒炮制的黄精,补肾益气的功效和产品的质量很难满足社会的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是先将黄精通过“九蒸九晒九露”的中药古法炮制技艺制成九制黄精,再以九制黄精为原料,提供一种能够补气养阴的九制黄精类食品及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案予以实现的。
一种能够补气养阴的九制黄精类食品及其制备方法,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料组成:黄精25-100份,且采用以下步骤制备:(1)将黄精原料炮制,制成九制黄精;(2)将步骤(1)中制成的九制黄精通过超微粉碎成细粉,或将九制黄精通过加入8倍量的水超声提取,提取后过滤,滤液干燥,制成九制黄精提取物;(3)以步骤(2)中的粉碎的九制黄精细粉或提取物为原料,再加入各种配料,制成产品,即得。
步骤(1)所述的黄精药材的炮制工艺为“九蒸九晒九露”的中药古法炮制技艺,具体为将黄精原料洗净,置木甑内蒸6-10小时,将蒸好的原料取出,置于日光下曝晒,将曝晒后的药材置于露天承露,使之返潮,重复以上流程共计八遍,将最后一遍夜露并回潮至含水量30%-40%的药材,切成条状,干燥,制成九制黄精。
步骤(2)所述的九制黄精通过超微粉碎成粒径为3-10μm的细粉。
步骤(2)所述的超声提取次数为2次,每次1h,超声波功率为60kw,温度为室温。
步骤(3)所述的加入各种配料是指分别加入米粉、面粉、酸枣、芝麻、蜂蜜、白砂糖、食用香精的一种或多种。
所述的九制黄精类食品为九制黄精可单独作为食品食用,也可将九制黄精添加至食品中分别制成九制黄精面条、九制黄精米粉、九制黄精薯粉、九制黄精饼干、九制黄精酸枣糕、九制黄精芝麻糕和九制黄精饮料,所述九制黄精细粉或提取物的添加量分别为5%~10%。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明精选药食两用的黄精为原料,先通过“九蒸九晒九露”的中药古法炮制技艺将黄精原料制成九制黄精,增强了黄精补气养阴、缓解体力疲劳的功效,再将九制黄精制成各种食品,使营养价值和保健效果更佳,更能满足目前市场的需求。

实施例1
配方:黄精100 kg,共制成18000袋(5g/袋)九制黄精。
且采用以下步骤制备:将配方量的黄精原料洗净,置木甑内蒸8小时,将蒸好的原料取出,置于日光下曝晒,将曝晒后的药材置于露天承露,使之返潮,重复以上流程共计八遍,将最后一遍夜露并回潮至含水量30%的药材,切成条状,干燥,最终通过“九蒸九晒九露”的中药古法制成九制黄精,分装,即得。
该产品补气养阴、缓解体力疲劳相关功能实验
1.材料和方法
1.1 样品 九制黄精样品,5g/袋,人体推荐量为每日3次,每次1袋。
实验动物昆明种小鼠,重18~25g(湖南斯莱克景达实验动物有限公司,合格证:No.43004700021,SPF级)。将小鼠分为2批,每批48只,按体重随机分为4组,每组12只。2批动物分别做负重游泳实验和血乳酸测定实验。
剂量选择低、中、高三个剂量组分别为人体推荐量的5倍、10倍和30倍,即1.00g/kg、2.00g/kg和6.00g/kg,分别取样品5g、10g和30g加蒸馏水至100mL,作为低、中、高三个剂量组的受试液。另取溶剂对照组,给予蒸馏水。灌胃量为20mL/kg,各试验组均连续灌胃30天后测相应的指标。
实验方法
1.4.1负重游泳实验小鼠尾部负重5%体重的铅皮,在水深不少于30cm,水温25±1℃的游泳箱中游泳,记录小鼠自游泳开始至死亡的时间。

由表1可知,1.00、2.00和6.00g/kg剂量组小鼠负重游泳时间均长于溶剂对照组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05),实验结果表明在本实验条件下九制黄精能延长小鼠负重游泳时间。

由表2可见,2.00g/kg剂量组与6.00g/kg剂量组小鼠运动时血乳酸曲线下面积小于溶剂对照组,差异有极显著意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),表明在本实验条件下该九制黄精能减少小鼠血乳酸曲线下面积,该项实验结果为阳性。
结论
在本次实验条件下,昆明小鼠连续30天经口服给予九制黄精后,其补气养阴、缓解体力疲劳功能指标测定的指标(负重游泳实验和血乳酸测定)的结果均为阳性,实验结果均表明该产品具有补气养阴、缓解体力疲劳的作用。
实施例2
配方:黄精110kg,面粉750kg,白砂糖150kg,食用香精2kg,制成20000袋九制黄精饼干(50g/袋)。
且采用以下步骤制备:将配方量的黄精原料洗净,置木甑内蒸6小时,将蒸好的原料取出,置于日光下曝晒,将曝晒后的药材置于露天承露,使之返潮,重复以上流程共计八遍,将最后一遍夜露并回潮至含水量35%的药材,切成条状,干燥,最终通过“九蒸九晒九露”的中药古法制成九制黄精,再将九制黄精通过超微粉碎成8μm的细粉;再将粉碎的九制黄精细粉加入加入面粉、白砂糖和食用香精,混合均匀,制成饼干,即得九制黄精饼干。
实施例3
配方:黄精80kg,面粉940kg,共制成2000袋面条(500g/袋)。
且采用以下步骤制备:将配方量的黄精原料洗净,置木甑内蒸6小时,将蒸好的原料取出,置于日光下曝晒,将曝晒后的药材置于露天承露,使之返潮,重复以上流程共计八遍,将最后一遍夜露并回潮至含水量40%的药材,切成条状,干燥,最终通过“九蒸九晒九露”的中药古法制成九制黄精,再将九制黄精通过超微粉碎成8μm的细粉;再将粉碎的九制黄精细粉加入面粉,混合均匀,制成面条,即得九制黄精面条。
实施例4
配方:黄精100kg,米粉950kg,共制成2200袋米粉(500g/袋)。
且采用以下步骤制备:将配方量的黄精原料洗净,置木甑内蒸6小时,将蒸好的原料取出,置于日光下曝晒,将曝晒后的药材置于露天承露,使之返潮,重复以上流程共计八遍,将最后一遍夜露并回潮至含水量30%的药材,切成条状,干燥,最终通过“九蒸九晒九露”的中药古法制成九制黄精,再将九制黄精通过超微粉碎成5μm的细粉;再将粉碎的九制黄精细粉加入米粉,混合均匀,制成米粉,即得九制黄精米粉。
实施例5
配方:黄精100kg,酸枣850kg,白砂糖200kg,共制成5700盒酸枣糕(200g/盒)。
且采用以下步骤制备:将配方量的黄精原料洗净,置木甑内蒸6小时,将蒸好的原料取出,置于日光下曝晒,将曝晒后的药材置于露天承露,使之返潮,重复以上流程共计八遍,将最后一遍夜露并回潮至含水量40%的药材,切成条状,干燥,最终通过“九蒸九晒九露”的中药古法制成九制黄精,再将九制黄精通过超微粉碎成5μm的细粉;再将粉碎的九制黄精细粉加入酸枣粉和白砂糖,混合均匀,制成糕点,即得九制黄精酸枣糕。
实施例6
配方:黄精25kg,白砂糖150kg,食用香精8kg,纯化水350kg,共制成2000瓶饮料(250mL/瓶)。
且采用以下步骤制备:将配方量的黄精原料洗净,置木甑内蒸10小时,将蒸好的原料取出,置于日光下曝晒,将曝晒后的药材置于露天承露,使之返潮,重复以上流程共计八遍,将最后一遍夜露并回潮至含水量30%的药材,切成条状,干燥,最终通过“九蒸九晒九露”的中药古法制成九制黄精,再将将九制黄精通过加入8倍量的水超声提取,超声提取次数为2次,每次1h,超声波功率为60kw,温度为室温,过滤,合并滤液,干燥,得九制黄精提取物;再将粉碎的九制黄精提取物加入白砂糖、食用香精和纯化水,溶解完全,混合均匀,分装,即得九制黄精饮料。
实施例7
配方:黄精50kg,面粉800kg,芝麻100kg,白砂糖200kg,蜂蜜20kg,共制成6000盒芝麻糕(200g/盒)。
且采用以下步骤制备:将配方量的黄精原料洗净,置木甑内蒸6小时,将蒸好的原料取出,置于日光下曝晒,将曝晒后的药材置于露天承露,使之返潮,重复以上流程共计八遍,将最后一遍夜露并回潮至含水量40%的药材,切成条状,干燥,最终通过“九蒸九晒九露”的中药古法制成九制黄精,再将九制黄精通过超微粉碎成5μm的细粉;再将粉碎的九制黄精细粉加入面粉、芝麻、蜂蜜和白砂糖,混合均匀,制成糕点,即得九制黄精芝麻糕。
Claims (6)
1.一种能够补气养阴的九制黄精类食品及其制备方法,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料组成:黄精25-100份,且采用以下步骤制备:(1)将黄精原料炮制,制成九制黄精;
将步骤(1)中制成的九制黄精通过超微粉碎成细粉,或将九制黄精通过加入8倍量的水超声提取,提取后过滤,滤液干燥,制成九制黄精提取物;
(3)以步骤(2)中的粉碎的九制黄精细粉或提取物为原料,再加入各种配料,制成产品,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种能够补气养阴的九制黄精类食品及其制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)所述的黄精药材的炮制工艺为“九蒸九晒九露”的中药古法炮制技艺,具体为将黄精原料洗净,置木甑内蒸6-10小时,将蒸好的原料取出,置于日光下曝晒,将曝晒后的药材置于露天承露,使之返潮,重复以上流程共计八遍,将最后一遍夜露并回潮至含水量30%-40%的药材,切成条状,干燥,制成九制黄精。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种能够补气养阴的九制黄精类食品及其制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)所述的九制黄精通过超微粉碎成粒径为3-10μm的细粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种能够补气养阴的九制黄精类食品及其制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)所述的超声提取次数为2次,每次1h,超声波功率为60kw,温度为室温。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种能够补气养阴的九制黄精类食品及其制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)所述的加入各种配料是指分别加入米粉、面粉、酸枣、芝麻、蜂蜜、白砂糖、食用香精的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种能够补气养阴的九制黄精类食品及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的九制黄精类食品为九制黄精可单独作为食品食用,也可将九制黄精添加至食品中分别制成九制黄精面条、九制黄精米粉、九制黄精薯粉、九制黄精饼干、九制黄精酸枣糕、九制黄精芝麻糕和九制黄精饮料,所述九制黄精细粉或提取物的添加量分别为5%~10%。
