Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of a medicine composition for resisting novel coronavirus, in particular to a medicine for resisting novel coronavirus, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
2019, the novel coronavirus is abbreviated as 2019-nCoV, people infected with the virus have common signs of respiratory symptoms, fever, cough, breathlessness, dyspnea and the like, in more serious cases, the infection can cause pneumonia, severe acute respiratory syndrome, renal failure and even death, the lethality rate of the virus is about 2% -4%, the virus is mainly transmitted through respiratory droplets, contact transmission, aerosol and other ways, and after the people infected with the 2019-nCoV, the virus firstly affects the lung, shows that the lung is subjected to compaction, a large amount of exudation, infiltration of inflammatory cytokines, a large amount of infiltration of inflammatory cells and the like. Meanwhile, many secretions are seen in small bronchus, so that small gas passages are blocked, and gas exchange is influenced. The immune system is more heavily affected. Clinically, a very clear correlation between leukopenia, lymphopenia and disease progression and even death can be seen. The immunity is low, bacterial and fungal infection is easy to occur, but no specific treatment method for diseases caused by the novel coronavirus exists at present.
It is seen that improvements and enhancements to the prior art are needed.
Disclosure of Invention
