Description

两种按本发明的方法其特征在于:在包装材料上冲出开口和将撕裂片或倒出元件装在包装材料的开口上在一证实为有效的制造过程中在采用装灌机的情况下一起进行。通过一起或同时进行所要求的制造通过撕裂片或通过倒出元件封闭的开口的工艺步骤基本上可以不需要花费附加的时间,从而可以成本低廉地进行。对于冲孔、装入内标签以及封上撕裂片或倒出元件不需要单独的工具。
如果装灌机配备复合包装的消毒工位,那么安装撕裂片或倒出元件最好在消毒区前进行。
其次在装灌机带有用于预制包装外壳封底的芯轮时如果装撕裂片在芯轮的芯轴上进行的话是有利的。在这种情况下芯轴用作砧子。这特别是在通过超声波焊接或高频焊接装撕裂片时有好处。作为另一种选择安装撕裂片也可以通过粘接进行。
其次如果包装外壳这样地输送给装灌机,使其开口垂直于装灌机的工作方向朝外,那么,对于撕裂片或倒出元件得到一种合适的安装可能性。
按照按本发明的方法的另一种优良的方案可以设想,各包装外壳在一用来存放预制的包装外壳的装灌机上的存放箱和安装撕裂片或倒出元件的位置之间绕其纵轴旋转约90°。
按本发明的方法的其他优良特征在从属权利要求中给出。
下面借助于一表示不同实施例的根据按本发明的制造方法的第一种选择方案的附图对本发明作较详细的说明。在附图中示意表示:
图1制造预制包装外壳的工艺步骤的图示;
图2带有一用于按图1的预制包装外壳底面封闭和封口的芯轮的装灌机的图示;
图3按本发明的在一装灌机上的工艺步骤的图示,其中在一连接在装灌机前面的芯轮器械上装上撕裂片;
图4用来在芯轮的芯轴上焊接撕裂片的装置的透视图;
图5在一按本发明的方法工作的按图2的装灌机之内的工艺步骤的图示,其中安装撕裂片在芯轮和一无菌工位之间的链系内进行;和
图6在用于两条生产线的装灌机之内预制包装外壳的旋转。
在图1中表示用来制造包装外壳的工艺步骤。卷起的纸板原材料1以通常的方法单面涂覆阻挡层2,尤其是铝膜,并双面涂覆聚乙烯薄膜3。在涂覆之前在纸板原材料1上先冲出做成罐形孔的开口。然而开口也可以在纸板原材料1外侧涂覆后与聚乙烯薄膜一起冲出,接着进行铝膜和/或聚乙烯薄膜的继续涂覆。然后涂覆的包装材料进行印刷,并在冲床上分解成冲裁件4,并配备用于以后折叠成长方体包装盒的切口或棱边压痕。
然后包装冲裁件4分别折叠成包装外壳5,并沿搭接的纵边缘气体和液体密封地封口。纵缝封口的包装外壳5折平后一个接一个地排列,并以一定的数量装在输送箱等等内。
接着将这样预制好的包装外壳5输送给装灌机,装灌机可以具有两条、三条或多条生产线,在图2中示意表示的装灌机6具有两条生产线,相应地配备两个料仓7。包装外壳5以公知的方法在料仓7内经受振动并侧向布置,以便更容易分开。然后外壳5单个地通过抽吸装置从料仓7中取出,成形成矩形并分别套在一芯轴8上。装灌机配备两个装在一共同的轴上的芯轮9,它们各自具有六个等角设置的芯轴8。
在芯轮9周边设有不同的工位,它们用来在各包装外壳5上制造包装盒底。其中首先用热空气激活包装盒底的待拼接区。在各芯轮9将包装外壳5继续输送到一底面压制工位期间,旋转的横向折叠器和一纵向折叠器使包装盒底预成形。然后在底面压制工位中包装盒底通过一底面冲头在芯轴8端面上充分地挤压和封接。
接着将包装盒10从芯轴上拿下,并移到一未详细画出的单元内,它做得在一环形链系11上带有许多其他的单元,并承担沿链系继续输送,穿过不同工位直至输出的任务。箭头A表示装灌机的工作方向。
沿装灌机6的链系11在装灌工位12之前可以设置一个或几个用于包装盒消毒的工位。消毒可以主要通过将蒸汽形过氧化氢吹入上部打开的包装盒10内进行。在装灌工位12之后设有封口工具,它将包装盒之角折好并优先借助于超声波在装灌水平面之上气体密封地封口。在封口工具后面接着另一折叠工具,它将包装盒之角折成一平顶。然后在包装盒三角(所谓的“包装耳”)以及包装盒10的窄面上通过热空气加热聚乙烯,将包装盒之角向下折,并封接在包装盒10的窄面上。然后完工的包装盒从各单元中移入一排出器(未画出)中,最后在下一个机器节拍时转交给输出装置(未画出)。
如图2中所示,按照按本发明的方法的第一种实施形式装灌机6在芯轮9′上可以有一装置15,用该装置可以将撕裂片焊接或粘接在包装外壳5覆盖的开口上。在图3中示意表示按本发明的方法的第二种实施形式。为了与在图2中所示的方法相比有更多的时间来安装撕裂片,在这种实施形式中在用于封底的装灌机6的芯轮9前面连接一额外的用于安装撕裂片的芯轮9′。输入堆栈16的包装外壳5通过抽吸装置重新从垂直于装灌机6工作方向A设置的料仓中取出,成形成矩形并套在连接在前面的芯轮9′的各芯轴8上。因此这里安装撕裂片安排在封底的前面。
因为长方体复合包装盒的纵缝通常设置在其宽面上,包装盒的开口或罐形孔通常设置在包装盒三角区域内纵缝的旁边,开口或罐形孔良好的可接近性使可靠地安装撕裂片更容易,在图2和3中芯轮9或9′的芯轴8相对于已知装灌机6的芯轴旋转90°。因此各包装外壳的纵缝位于芯轮9或9′的轴向外侧,用来安装撕裂片的装置15也安装在这一侧上。
相应于图2的芯轮9图3中的芯轮9附设一交接工位17,在该工位内包装盒在制作底面后从芯轴上取下并移入链系11的一个单元内。沿装灌机6的工作方向A在交接工位上又连接一消毒工位18、一装灌工位19、一三角接缝封接工位20、三角成形工位(包装耳封接工位)21、一排出器以及一输出装置。
图4中示意表示用来在包装外壳5的被涂覆的开口22上安装撕裂片的装置15。成形的包装外壳套在一芯轴8上,此芯轴用作用于一超声波发生器的23的砧子,借助于该超声波发生器将最好由可焊接和抗断裂的铝带组成的撕裂片24焊接在包装外壳5涂覆的开口22上。为此撕裂片24从贮存辊25上抽出,并通过相互平行设置的、摩擦锁合地带动撕裂片的牵引辊26输送到使用部位。一旦待安装的撕裂片24正确地布置并与包装外壳5足够牢固定连接,便将撕裂片通过一切割装置27从贮存辊25上切下。可以看到,在这种情况下带有涂覆的开口22的包装外壳5的宽面朝向芯轮9的旋转方向,这里芯轮9按节拍旋转,超声波发生器23在芯轮9的运动间隙期间从外面移入两个芯轴之间,并在在有关芯轴上焊接有封口能力的撕裂片24后重新退回。
图5表示本发明的另一种实施形式。与图2和4中所示的实施形式不同撕裂片的安装不是在芯轮9的芯轴8上,而是沿单元链系11在交接工位和无菌工位28(Aseptikstation)之间借助于一焊接装置或粘接装置15和一砧子8a进行。包装外壳5同样在堆栈16中垂直于装灌机的工作方向A输送给装灌机,因此包装外壳5涂覆的开口在链系中朝向外面。从而包装外壳5或芯轴8的宽面平行于装灌机的工作方向分布。这里在封底期间芯轮9仅仅用作包装外壳5的导向。沿链系11的其余工位相应于图3中的工位。
如果和在图2、3和5中所示的实施例一样包装外壳5垂直于装灌机的工作方向输送,那么机器的结构比较宽,因为这样的话带堆栈16的料仓垂直于装灌机的纵轴分布。如果包装外壳5在各料仓7和安装撕裂片的部位之间旋转约90°,那么可以实现结构较窄的装灌机。在图6中示意表示一带有两个生产线的装灌机,其中箭头A表示机器的工作方向,可以看到,已经成形的左包装外壳在装灌机之内顺时针旋转90°,而已经成形的右包装外壳在装灌机之内逆时针旋转90°。这里不同的旋转方向导致生产线内撕裂片安装部位28的错位。但是两个安装部位28都朝外,因此可以很好地接近。
Claims (13)
1.用于制造带有一通过撕裂片(24)封闭的开口(22)的复合包装的方法,其中在包装材料(1)上冲出一个开口(22),并且其中包装材料(1)至少在开口(22)区域内进行涂覆,以及由包装材料(1)制成包装外壳(5),并且其中将一个撕裂片(24)装在包装外壳(5)的开口(22)上,
其特征在于:所述的包装外壳(5)在上游从装灌机(6)滑移到一个芯轮(9)的芯轴(8)上,并且,撕裂片(24)安装在芯轮(9)的芯轴(8)上或借助于一砧子(8a)安装在链系(11)的区域内。
2.按权利要求1的方法,其特征为:包装外壳这样地输送给装灌机(6),使其开口(22)垂直于装灌机(6)的工作方向(A)朝向外面。
3.按权利要求1或2的方法,其特征为:包装外壳(5)在装灌机(6)上的用来存放预制包装外壳(5)的料仓(7)和安装撕裂片(24)的部位(28)之间绕其纵轴旋转90°。
4.按权利要求1的方法,其特征为:装撕裂片(24)在一按节拍驱动的芯轮(9)的芯轴(8)之间在至少应用一焊接装置(23)的情况下进行,焊接装置移入两个芯轴之间并在撕裂片(24)焊接后重新退回。
5.按权利要求1的方法,其特征为:安装撕裂片(24)或倒出元件在装灌机(6)的无菌工位(28)之前进行。
6.按权利要求1的方法,其特征为:撕裂片(24)或倒出元件通过焊接安装。
7.按权利要求6的方法,其特征为:撕裂片(24)或倒出元件通过超声波焊接或高频焊接安装。
8.按权利要求1的方法,其特征为:撕裂片(24)或倒出元件通过粘接安装。
9.按权利要求1的方法,其特征为:撕裂片(24)或倒出元件从一具有许多撕裂片的贮存辊(25)上抽出。
10.按权利要求9的方法,其特征为:撕裂片(24)或倒出元件借助于牵引辊(26)输送,并通过一切断装置(27)从贮存辊(25)上切下。
11.按权利要求1的方法,其特征为:撕裂片(24)由抗断裂的铝带组成。
12.按权利要求1的方法,其特征为:装灌机(6)是多轨道装灌机。
13.带有通过一撕裂片(24)封闭的开口(22)的复合包装,其特征为:包装按权利要求1至12之任一项的方法制造。
