Abstract

Description

基于甲霜灵的杀真菌组合物
本发明涉及活性得到意料不到的增强且基于R-对映体含量大于70wt%的甲霜灵的双组分杀真菌混合物,涉及这些混合物在防治和预防卵菌纲侵染中的用途。甲霜灵组分称为活性组分I。
混合的第二种组分II为下列杀真菌剂之一:IIA)4-[3-(4-氯苯基)-3-(3,4-二甲氧基苯基)丙烯酰基]吗啉(“烯酰吗啉”)(农药手册,第十版,第351-2页,1994),或IIB)3-苯胺基-5-甲基-5-(4-苯氧基苯基)-1,3-噁唑烷-2,4-二酮(“famoxadone”)(Brighton Crop Protection Conference,害虫与病害(Pests&Diseases),1996,第I卷,第21-26页)。也可以使用化合物IIA或IIB的盐或金属配合物,例如铜或锰盐。
从更窄的意义上讲,本发明涉及R-对映体含量大于85wt%,尤其是大于92wt%,或更优选大于95wt%的纯甲霜灵的混合物。最好的结果由基本不含S-对映体的纯R-对映体得到。
甲霜灵是N-(2,6-二甲基苯基)-N-(甲氧基乙酰基)-DL-丙氨酸甲酯且具有如下结构:
它具有一个不对称*C原子且可以常规方式分离成对映体(GB-1500 581)。自1975年以来本领域熟练技术人员就已知R-对映体的杀真菌作用远远超过S-对映体,而且实践中认为R-对映体构成真正的活性成分。市售的甲霜灵以外消旋体形式得到。在过去,由于实际的原因一直没有拆分该外消旋体的需要,而该外消旋体的一半由所需的R-对映体组成。
现已完全令人惊奇地发现,纯净的或在该外消旋体中浓缩至大于70%的R-甲霜灵与杀真菌组分IIA或IIB之一组合达到了意想不到的高增强效果,其中一些超过基于外消旋体的混合物(例如在EP-280348或EP-393911中提到)的效果达10倍。基于该外消旋体的R-对映体含量为约50%所预期的倍数最大为2。
由于这一完全意想不到的结果,本发明极大地丰富了本领域且显示可以降低用于防治植物中的卵菌纲的杀真菌剂的总施用量,从而可以保护环境。从WO-96/01559已知,只要R-对映体含量超过70wt%,就可大大改善甲霜灵在土壤中的降解性。
除了双组分混合物I∶II外,本发明还涉及一种防治真菌的方法,包括用a)组分I和b)组分II以任何顺序或同时处理受真菌侵染或可能受真菌侵染的场所,例如植物。
该两种化合物的有利混合比I∶II为30∶1-1∶30,尤其是10∶1-1∶10,更优选为10∶1-1∶5。在许多情况下,其中化合物I与化合物II的混合比为1∶1-1∶5的混合物是有利的。
本发明的化合物混合物I+II具有非常有利的治疗、预防和内吸杀真菌性能以保护栽培植物,如防治疫霉属的种、单轴霉属、腐霉属、假霜霉属、西方白锈菌和/或盘梗霉属。使用本发明的化合物混合物可以抑制或消灭发生在各种有用作物的植株或植株部分(果实、花、叶、茎、块茎或根)上的微生物,同时以后生长的植株部分也受到保护而免受该类微生物的侵害。这尤其也适用于对甲霜灵的敏感性已经降低的微生物。
化合物I和II的混合物通常以组合物的形式使用。R-甲霜灵(I)和化合物(II)可以同时或直接依次施用于待处理的区域或植物上,若需要还可与其他载体、表面活性剂或常用于配制技术中的其他促进施用的添加剂一起施用。
合适的载体和添加剂可以为固体或液体且是在配制技术中有利的物质,例如天然或再生矿物质、溶剂、分散剂、润湿剂、增粘剂、增稠剂、粘合剂或肥料。
施用包括每一种化合物I和II中的至少一种的化合物混合物的优选方法是施用于土壤以上的植物部分,尤其是叶(叶面施用)。施用的频率和施用量取决于所涉及的病菌的生物学和环境生活条件。该化合物也可以通过用液体制剂浸渍植物的场所或将该化合物以固体形式,例如以颗粒形式引入土壤中(土壤施用)而经根系由土壤渗入植物中(内吸作用)。
该组合的化合物以未改性的形式使用或优选与常用于配制技术中的助剂一起使用,因此其被配制成例如乳油、可涂敷的糊料、可直接喷雾或可稀释的溶液、稀乳液、可湿性粉剂、可溶性粉剂、粉剂或颗粒剂,或通过用材料如聚合物材料包封。正如组合物的性质一样,可以根据意欲的目的和流行的环境选择施用方法,如喷雾、喷粉、撒粉、分散、涂敷或浇注。该化合物混合物的有利施用率一般为每公顷(ha)50-1800g活性成分(a.i.),尤其是100-1000ga.i./ha。
配制剂以已知的方式制备,例如通过紧密混合和/或研磨活性成分和增量剂,如溶剂、固态载体以及合适的话还有表面活性化合物(表面活性剂)。
该农化组合物通常含有0.1-99wt%,尤其是0.1-95wt%式I和II化合物,99.9-1wt%,尤其是99.9-5wt%固体或液体助剂以及0-25wt%,尤其是0.1-25wt%表面活性剂。
尽管市售产品优选配制成浓缩物,但最终用户通常使用稀释的配方。
合适的目标作物尤其是土豆、葡萄藤、啤酒花、玉米、糖用甜菜、烟草、蔬菜(西红柿、红辣椒、莴苣等),还有香蕉、橡胶、草坪青草和装饰植物。从与甲霜灵有关的文献中尤其可以知道受霜霉病危害的其他植物。

将细碎的活性成分与助剂紧密混合,得到悬浮浓缩物,通过用水稀释可以由该浓缩物得到任何所需稀释度的悬浮液。可以通过喷雾、灌溉或浸渍使用这些稀释液处理活体植物并保护其免受微生物的侵染。生物实施例实施例1)对葡萄藤上的葡萄生单轴霉(Plasmopara viticola)的作用
使栽培品种为Gutedel的葡萄藤幼苗在温室条件(20-24℃)下生长至4-5叶阶段(3周)。然后从其叶中切割出直径为10mm的圆片。将叶片置于陪替氏培养皿上,使其上侧朝下。该培养皿含有1.8ml水/0.16%琼脂。将杀真菌剂加入软化水中并适当稀释。在接种前一天进行杀真菌处理。然后用葡萄生单轴霉的新制孢子囊悬浮液(50000-60000/ml)均匀喷雾整个叶片表面直至滴流。然后将植株在18℃和大约100%的相对湿度下保持于受控的环境室中7天,其间用人造日光照射12小时(3000lux)。然后评价侵染情况。
评价叶面侵染百分数并计算相对于对照的作用百分数。混合物R-甲霜灵(>95wt%)/famoxadone和混合物甲霜灵(外消旋体)/famoxadone的作用百分数之间的对比给出对比因子。

实施例2)对西红柿上的致病疫霉(Phytophthora infestans)的作用
使栽培品种为Baby的西红柿植株单独在花盆(直径=8cm)中于温室条件下生长4周。然后用由乳油制备的活性成分配剂喷雾植株。每种情况下使用三个植株。然后用致病疫霉的新制孢子囊悬浮液(80000/ml)均匀喷雾植株底部叶子的整个叶面。然后将植株在15℃和大约100%的相对湿度下保持2天,其间用人造日光照射16小时,然后再在15℃和60%的相对湿度下保持5天。然后评价侵染情况。

Claims (10)

1.一种基于甲霜灵的双组分杀真菌组合物,其中大于70wt%的甲霜灵为R-对映体(I)且该组合物包含作为其他组分的如下组分:IIA)烯酰吗啉,或组分IIA的盐或金属配合物中的一种,以及一种合适的载体,其中I∶II的重量比为10∶1-1∶10。
2.根据权利要求1的组合物,其中甲霜灵的R-对映体含量大于85wt%。
3.根据权利要求2的组合物,其中甲霜灵的R-对映体含量大于92wt%。
4.根据权利要求3的组合物,其中甲霜灵的R-对映体含量大于95wt%。
5.根据权利要求4的组合物,其中使用基本不含S-对映体的纯R-甲霜灵。
6.一种防治和预防卵菌纲真菌对植物、植物部分或其生长场所的侵染的方法,包括同时或以任何顺序直接依次施用R-对映体含量大于70wt%的甲霜灵和烯酰吗啉,其中施用量为50-1800克/公顷。
7.根据权利要求6的方法,其中所用甲霜灵中R-对映体含量大于85wt%。
8.根据权利要求7的方法,其中所用甲霜灵中R-对映体含量大于92wt%。
9.根据权利要求8的方法,其中基本不含S-对映体的纯R-甲霜灵用作甲霜灵组分。
10.根据权利要求6的方法,其中防治疫霉属的种、单轴霉属、腐霉属、假霜霉属、西方白锈菌和/或盘梗霉属。
