Abstract

本发明涉及一种家居整木真空吸附喷涂工艺,包括如下步骤:对家居整木表面进行抛光处理;采用清洗液经过喷淋、超声波清洗去除家居整木表面的油污;将家居整木送入真空脱气炉内去除微裂纹或微孔内残留的空气杂质;采用真空静电喷涂流水线在家居整木表面喷涂防腐涂料及环保改性耐磨涂料,完成加工。本发明全自动完成油漆喷涂过程,每个过程均自动完成,不需要过多人员参与,节省人工成本,生产节拍连续、紧凑,生产效率高,产品质量控制严格,有效保证油漆喷涂质量,提高了产品的使用寿命。

一种家居整木真空吸附喷涂工艺
技术领域:
本发明涉及家居木材加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种环保型的家居整木真空吸附喷涂工艺。
背景技术:
在家具的生产过程中,需要对家具的面板喷涂油漆,以使家具表面光滑,带有质感。目前,空气喷涂技术应用十分普遍,但是空气喷涂多为手工喷涂,不但劳动强度大而且工件的喷涂质量难以得到保证,无法保证漆层厚度均匀性,涂料利用率低,能源消耗大,空气中的涂料和恪剂污染环境,影响操作人员的健康。
发明内容:
为了克服上述的现有技术的缺点与不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种家居整木真空吸附喷涂工艺,实现在家居整木制作中的应用,从而达到家具表面质量好、油漆用量少、能耗小、操作简单、喷涂效率高的目的。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:一种家居整木真空吸附喷涂工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)对家居整木表面进行抛光处理;
(2)采用清洗液经过喷淋、超声波清洗去除家居整木表面的油污;
(3)将家居整木送入真空脱气炉内去除微裂纹或微孔内残留的空气杂质;
(4)采用真空静电喷涂流水线在家居整木表面喷涂防腐涂料及环保改性耐磨涂料,完成加工。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述防腐涂料优选为ACQ防腐涂料,其具有较好的防腐效果。
作为优选,所述防腐涂料的涂层厚度为100-150μm。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述环保改性耐磨涂料由如下成分组成:丙烯酸树脂20-30份、柏油10-15份、改性聚硅醚5-10份、聚氨酯5-10份、钛白粉10-20份、醋酸乙烯酯-乙烯共聚乳液10-20份、玻璃纤维5-10份、石墨烯5-10份、及无卤阻燃剂1-5份。该环保改性耐磨涂料具有优异的耐腐蚀性、防水性、韧性、抗划伤性等优异性能。
作为优选,所述环保改性耐磨涂料的涂层厚度为130-150μm。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述真空静电喷涂流水线包括依次连接的除尘装置、油漆喷涂装置、一次烘干装置和二次烘干装置。
其中,除尘装置内部采用真空除尘器,通过在装置内形成负压将家具板材表面上的碎屑吸除。
油漆喷涂装置设有可移动的油漆喷涂机构,使油漆喷涂机构仅在板材上部区域往下喷涂油漆,减少油漆浪费,油漆喷涂装置内还设有可去除传送带上残留油漆的刮板,工作台四周设置水清洗机构,从而将废物油漆进行收集再利用,避免浪费。
烘干装置采用多层立体式放置台,可以容纳更多的家具板材、占地少,每一层放置台首尾通过升降机构连接,可将家具板材逐层堆放至上一层,并在该过程中完成烘干,有助于连续化生产,加快生产节奏,提高生产效率。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)能用较少的油漆达到较高的喷涂质量;
(2)较少操作工人和油漆的接触,对人直接危害小;
(3)溶剂废漆回收率高,能实现低排放甚至零排放;
(4)漆膜表面固化快;
(5)全自动完成油漆喷涂过程,每个过程均自动完成,不需要过多人员参与,节省人工成本,生产节拍连续、紧凑,生产效率高,产品质量控制严格,有效保证油漆喷涂质量;
(6)其含水率:8-12%;甲醛释放量:≤1.5mg/L;挥发性有机化合物含量:≤600g/L;油漆内苯含量:≤0.5%。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易被本领域人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
实施例1:
选取松木,分切裁剪后成整木后,对表面进行抛光处理;
采用清洗液经过喷淋、超声波清洗去除整木表面的油污;
将整木送入真空脱气炉内去除微裂纹或微孔内残留的空气杂质;
采用真空静电喷涂流水线在在家居整木表面喷涂ACQ防腐涂料,涂层厚度为120μm;
将丙烯酸树脂25份、柏油12份、改性聚硅醚8份、聚氨酯7份、钛白粉15份、醋酸乙烯酯-乙烯共聚乳液15份、玻璃纤维7份、石墨烯8份、及无卤阻燃剂3份加入200份的去离子水中,在40摄氏度下搅拌1h,得到环保改性耐磨涂料,采用真空静电喷涂流水线在整木表面喷涂环保改性耐磨涂料,涂层厚度为140μm。
实施例2:
选取柳木,分切裁剪后成整木后,对表面进行抛光处理;
采用清洗液经过喷淋、超声波清洗去除整木表面的油污;
将整木送入真空脱气炉内去除微裂纹或微孔内残留的空气杂质;
采用真空静电喷涂流水线在家居整木表面喷涂ACQ防腐涂料,涂层厚度为150μm;
将丙烯酸树脂30份、柏油10份、改性聚硅醚10份、聚氨酯5份、钛白粉10份、醋酸乙烯酯-乙烯共聚乳液20份、玻璃纤维5份、石墨烯5份、及无卤阻燃剂5份加入200份的去离子水中,在40摄氏度下搅拌1h,得到环保改性耐磨涂料,采用真空静电喷涂流水线在整木表面喷涂环保改性耐磨涂料,涂层厚度为150μm。
实施例3:
选取榆木,分切裁剪后成整木后,对表面进行抛光处理;
采用清洗液经过喷淋、超声波清洗去除整木表面的油污;
将整木送入真空脱气炉内去除微裂纹或微孔内残留的空气杂质;
采用真空静电喷涂流水线在在家居整木表面喷涂ACQ防腐涂料,涂层厚度为125μm;
将丙烯酸树脂28份、柏油14份、改性聚硅醚9份、聚氨酯9份、钛白粉12份、醋酸乙烯酯-乙烯共聚乳液12份、玻璃纤维7份、石墨烯6份、及无卤阻燃剂3份加入200份的去离子水中,在40摄氏度下搅拌1h,得到环保改性耐磨涂料,采用真空静电喷涂流水线在整木表面喷涂环保改性耐磨涂料,涂层厚度为140μm。

1.一种家居整木真空吸附喷涂工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)对家居整木表面进行抛光处理;
(2)采用清洗液经过喷淋、超声波清洗去除家居整木表面的油污;
(3)将家居整木送入真空脱气炉内去除微裂纹或微孔内残留的空气杂质;
(4)采用真空静电喷涂流水线在家居整木表面喷涂防腐涂料及环保改性耐磨涂料,完成加工。
2.根据权利要求1所述的家居整木真空吸附喷涂工艺,其特征在于:步骤(4)中,所述防腐涂料为ACQ防腐涂料。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的家居整木真空吸附喷涂工艺,其特征在于:所述防腐涂料的涂层厚度为100-150μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的家居整木真空吸附喷涂工艺,其特征在于:步骤(4)中,所述环保改性耐磨涂料由如下成分组成:丙烯酸树脂20-30份、柏油10-15份、改性聚硅醚5-10份、聚氨酯5-10份、钛白粉10-20份、醋酸乙烯酯-乙烯共聚乳液10-20份、玻璃纤维5-10份、石墨烯5-10份、及无卤阻燃剂1-5份。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的家居整木真空吸附喷涂工艺,其特征在于:所述环保改性耐磨涂料的涂层厚度为130-150μm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的家居整木真空吸附喷涂工艺,其特征在于:步骤(4)中,所述真空静电喷涂流水线包括依次连接的除尘装置、油漆喷涂装置、一次烘干装置和二次烘干装置。
