Abstract

本发明公开了弹性卸载式绞肉装置,其由绞肉筒、弹性式螺旋进料器、绞肉刀片、筛片和螺帽组成,弹性式螺旋进料器在螺旋轴体的轴心开设通孔,通孔容置轴芯和螺钉,轴芯螺纹连接螺钉,轴芯与螺钉之间套装弹性件。使用时,用户可随意拧紧螺帽,无论螺帽拧紧力多大,都能避免绞肉刀片和筛片因过度摩擦阻力导致磨损,产生微量金属粉末妨害食品卫生安全的问题;另一方面当遇绞肉堵塞导致负载过大和或摩擦阻力突增时,借助弹性装置的微量回退起到卸载作用,可继续顺畅绞肉,防止机器故障和延长机器寿命。

技术领域
本发明属于肉类食物加工领域,具体是涉及一种将待加工肉品及其它待加工食材加工成肉馅或食料的绞肉装置。
背景技术
绞肉是一种将原料肉加工成规格不等的颗粒状肉馅的过程,常见的有各种:香肠、火腿肠、午餐肉、丸子、宠物食品和其他肉制品的绞碎加工。作为绞肉设备的推料部件,一般采用螺旋轴依靠螺旋叶片将肉料推送至刀片处,在刀片的剪切力作用下将内料切碎后输送出机外。
中国专利文献CN210010034U公开了一种绞肉装置,其进料螺旋轴的轴体一端(驱动端)用于连接驱动机构(电机),另一端(作业端)用于安装绞肉刀片和筛片,绞肉刀片随螺旋轴转动,筛片则固定在绞肉筒口部保持不动,两者平面贴合后因相对运动产生剪切作用,并依赖螺帽的锁紧力来保持剪切平面始终贴合从而实现持续绞肉功能。然而,当螺帽锁紧时,若拧紧力度过大,会产生过大的正压力导致绞肉刀片与筛片的剪切平面之间的运动摩擦阻力过大,使得剪切平面容易磨损产生微量金属粉末,妨害食品卫生安全,并且,过大的摩擦阻力使得电机及传动机构的负载大大增加,从而降低产品寿命或增加故障率。由于用户都凭手感随意拧紧螺帽且一般都会偏好于拧得更紧,难以避免过大的拧紧力度,上述食品卫生问题和机器故障率恶化问题在所难免。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型绞肉装置,用户可随意用力拧紧螺帽均能保持绞肉刀片与筛片的剪切平面之间只有轻度的运动摩擦阻力,且能始终贴合实现持续绞肉功能,从而避免了剪切平面磨损产生微量金属粉末妨害食品卫生安全的问题,同时也避免了过大的摩擦阻力使得电机及传动机构的过载增加故障降低寿命的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种弹性卸载式绞肉装置,包括绞肉筒,绞肉筒内装配有绞肉刀片、筛片和弹性式螺旋进料器,绞肉筒出口安装螺帽;所述弹性式螺旋进料器由螺旋轴体、螺旋叶片、轴芯、弹簧和限位螺钉组成,所述螺旋轴体的轴心开设通孔,通孔容置轴芯和限位螺钉,轴芯通过螺纹连接限位螺钉;所述轴芯与限位螺钉之间套装弹性件,弹性件的一端抵住轴芯端面而另一端抵住通孔内端面。
进一步地,所述弹性件为弹簧。
进一步地,所述弹性件为一对同极性相互排斥的磁铁。
进一步地,所述通孔分为用于插置轴芯的轴芯孔、容置弹性件的型腔和插置限位螺钉的螺钉孔。
进一步地,所述轴芯在轴向的位置根据绞肉所需的绞肉刀片和筛片之间轴向力设计弹簧和限位螺钉的轴向尺寸确定。
进一步地,所述螺钉孔的开口端设置花键槽。
实施上述技术方案,由于在螺旋轴体以弹性方式连接固定轴芯,轴芯在轴向的位置根据绞肉所需的绞肉刀片和筛片之间轴向力通过设计弹簧和限位螺钉的轴向尺寸确定,使绞肉刀片和筛片安装于轴芯上时,无论螺帽拧紧力多大,都既保证了两者剪切平面始终紧密贴合实现持续绞肉功能,又保证了两者之间的运动摩擦阻力始终处于较小的合适值。这样,一方面避免了剪切平面因过度摩擦阻力导致磨损,产生微量金属粉末妨害食品卫生安全的问题;另一方面当遇绞肉堵塞导致负载过大和或摩擦阻力突增时,在弹簧对过度负载和高摩擦力的吸收作用下,轴芯能够产生轻微缩回动作,防止机器故障和电机烧坏,同时保持绞肉刀片和筛片的剪切平面一直紧密贴合,切肉质量没发生变化,当释放压力后在弹簧作用下快速恢复正常工作状态,绞肉刀片和筛片工作时属于弹性工作状态,绞肉过程顺畅,延长了使用寿命,安全性非常高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本发明,但并不构成对本发明的限定。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
如图1所示,弹性卸载式绞肉装置主要由绞肉筒1、弹性式螺旋进料器2、绞肉刀片3、筛片4和螺帽5组成。
弹性式螺旋进料器2由螺旋轴体2.1、螺旋叶片2.2、轴芯2.3、弹簧2.4、限位螺钉2.5、密封圈2.6组成。螺旋轴体2.1的周围环绕螺旋叶片2.2,螺旋叶片2.2与螺旋轴体2.1一体成型制成。
螺旋轴体2.1的中心贯穿开设有轴芯孔2.1a、型腔2.1b和螺钉孔2.1c,三个孔相互连通。
螺旋轴体2.1的轴芯孔2.1a插置轴芯2.3,轴芯2.3用于安装绞肉刀片3和筛片4,轴芯2.3外侧面套装有密封圈2.6。螺旋轴体2.1的螺钉孔2.1c插置限位螺钉2.5,限位螺钉2.5通过螺纹连接轴芯2.3。螺旋轴体2.1的型腔2.1b容置弹簧2.4,限位螺钉2.5穿过弹簧2.4中心,弹簧2.4的一端顶住型腔2.1b内端面,弹簧2.4的另一端顶住轴芯2.3的外端面。
螺旋轴体2.1的驱动端加工有花键轴,螺旋轴体2.1的驱动端也可以加工有花键槽。
装配好的弹性式螺旋进料器2按图示方向装入绞肉筒1内,轴芯头朝向绞肉筒口外,再依次安装套入绞肉刀片3、筛片4并将筛片4的卡位卡入绞肉筒1口部的卡位中固定,最后拧紧螺帽5。

Claims (4)

1.一种弹性卸载式绞肉装置,包括绞肉筒,绞肉筒内装配有绞肉刀片、筛片和弹性式螺旋进料器,绞肉筒出口安装螺帽;其特征在于:所述弹性式螺旋进料器由螺旋轴体、螺旋叶片、轴芯、弹性件、密封圈和限位螺钉组成,螺旋轴体的外周围环绕设置螺旋叶片;所述螺旋轴体的轴心开设通孔,通孔容置轴芯和限位螺钉;所述通孔分为用于插置轴芯的轴芯孔、容置弹性件的型腔和插置限位螺钉的螺钉孔;轴芯用于安装绞肉刀片和筛片,轴芯外侧面套装有密封圈;轴芯通过螺纹连接限位螺钉;所述轴芯与限位螺钉之间套装弹性件,弹性件的一端抵住轴芯外端面而另一端抵住型腔内端面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性卸载式绞肉装置,其特征在于,所述弹性件为弹簧,限位螺钉穿过弹簧中心。
3.根据权利要求2项所述的一种弹性卸载式绞肉装置,其特征在于,所述轴芯在轴向的位置根据绞肉所需的绞肉刀片和筛片之间的轴向力通过设计弹性件和限位螺钉的轴向尺寸确定。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种弹性卸载式绞肉装置,其特征在于,所述螺钉孔的开口端设置花键槽。
