Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to an active composition for repairing ultraviolet injury, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Ultraviolet rays are the most important external factor causing skin aging, the ultraviolet rays can directly damage DNA, and the DNA has a plurality of absorption peaks near 260nm, so the DNA can absorb the ultraviolet rays to perform chemical reaction. UVA emitted from the sun is 10 times higher than UVB, which can penetrate the epidermis to the dermis, causing greater damage to the skin. Ultraviolet damage is the accumulation of damage from improper protection when exposed to ultraviolet light for extended periods of time. The external manifestations of uv damage are elevated skin temperature, formation of dandruff, itching, erythema, pigmentation, wrinkles, etc.; the intrinsic manifestations are sunburn cell formation, cellular DNA damage, increased free radical content, etc. The skin is stimulated by ultraviolet rays, and the skin aging is accelerated, and the process can be avoided and repaired. With the improvement of the consumption level of people, the outdoor activity frequency is gradually improved, the probability of the skin being damaged by ultraviolet rays is greatly increased, and the efficacy cosmetic for repairing the ultraviolet ray damage becomes an indispensable product for consumers.
At present, a plurality of products for repairing ultraviolet injury exist in the market, and mainly relate to after-sun repair products. The after-sun repair product is designed mainly aiming at the external manifestations of skin surface temperature rise, erythema, pigmentation, wrinkles and the like after ultraviolet injury, and generally mainly has the effects of physical cooling, soothing and calming and brightening skin color. The skin care product is used in different steps, firstly spray or facial mask is used for cooling the surface of the skin, then the soothing and calming product is used for soothing the skin and relieving inflammation, and finally the product containing the whitening component is used for brightening the skin color. The existing after-sun repair products cannot improve the immunity of cells to ultraviolet rays, and repair free radicals, cell DNA damage and the like caused by ultraviolet rays from deeper layers. Therefore, the problems of erythema, dull skin color, wrinkles and the like caused by ultraviolet ray damage cannot be fundamentally solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an active composition for repairing ultraviolet injury, which is added into a skin care product and can effectively reduce the formation of sunburn cells, inhibit the damage of ultraviolet rays to cell DNA and inhibit the increase of free radical content so as to improve the immunocompetence of cells to ultraviolet rays. The invention provides a solution for repairing ultraviolet injury from inside to outside, and the solution has better ultraviolet injury repairing effect compared with the traditional after-sun repairing product.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
an active composition for repairing ultraviolet injury comprises Tremella polysaccharide, glycogen, hydroxyethyl piperazine ethanesulfonic acid, stigma croci Sativi extract, β -dextran, and water.
The tremella polysaccharide is derived from tremella sporophore, is a kind of biogenic hyaluronic acid, and is water soluble high molecular heteropolysaccharide extracted from tremella, and has moisturizing performance superior to hyaluronic acid, excellent film forming property and smooth feeling. It has effects in enhancing cellular immunity, scavenging free radicals, resisting aging, enhancing skin moisture, and reducing skin texture.
The glycogen is prepared by taking waxy corn starch as a raw material through an enzymatic synthesis method. Can improve the ability of cell to resist ultraviolet, inhibit apoptosis caused by ultraviolet, and inhibit erythema generated by UVB irradiation; it can be used for improving wrinkle.
Hydroxyethylpiperazine ethanesulfonic acid is a very effective biological buffer, maintaining the structure and active components of biological enzymes. Can absorb UVA, has synergistic anti-photoaging effect, promotes cutin regeneration, and reduces wrinkle.
The saffron extract is a soothing anti-inflammatory active ingredient and is extracted from saffron planted in native organic agriculture of France. The saffron extract can be used for remarkably solving the discomfort of skin stabbing pain, red swelling and burning caused by ultraviolet rays, controlling skin micro-inflammation and repairing the skin damaged by ultraviolet irradiation.
β the glucan is obtained by fermenting Saccharomyces cerevisiae, and is polysaccharide composed of glucose connected by glycosidic bond, and has effects in keeping moisture, relieving stress, and promoting cell synthesis of collagen.
The inventor is dedicated to the development of after-sun repair products for a long time, and in the process of carrying out a large number of experiments and repeated exploration, the inventor discovers that the effect of compounding the 5 active substances is remarkable in the aspects of lightening the sunburn of sensitive skin and lightening erythema, and further discovers that the combination shows remarkable effects in the tests of free radical clearance rate, improving the immunity of Langerhans cells to ultraviolet rays, reducing the formation of sunburn cells and repairing the DNA damage of cells caused by ultraviolet rays through deeper research, so that the invention fully shows that the composition can repair the external problems of the skin caused by the ultraviolet rays from deeper layers, and provides a new solution for the current situation that the existing after-sun repair products are difficult to further develop in the aspect of effect.
