Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition, pig feed additive and application of pig feed additive in preparation of control agent for porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome or swine fever
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pig feed additives, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition, a pig feed additive and application thereof in preparation of a control agent for porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome or swine fever.
Background
The porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome is caused by porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus infection, the contagious property is strong, and pigs of various ages and breeds can be infected, wherein piglets and pregnant sows with the age of 1 month are the most susceptible pig groups. Once blue-ear disease occurs, piglets and pregnant sows have the highest incidence and have the greatest impact on pig farms.
It is known that the clinical symptoms of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome are greatly different under the influence of virus strains, immune states, feeding management factors, environmental conditions and other factors, and can be classified into acute type, chronic type, subclinical type and the like. The chronic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome is the main clinical symptom of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus infection in a large-scale pig farm and mainly shows that: the reproductive performance, the production performance and the immune function of the pregnant sows are reduced, the immunity of piglets is low, and the piglets grow slowly; it is susceptible to secondary infection with other bacterial and viral diseases, and has increased incidence rate of respiratory diseases (such as mycoplasma infection, infectious pleuropneumonia, streptococcosis, eperythrozoonosis) of swinery.
In order to prevent and treat the porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome, a plurality of traditional Chinese medicine formulas are proposed at present, and the effective components of the traditional Chinese medicine formulas are added into the feed or drinking water of the pigs for administration, so that the porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome can be conveniently prevented and treated.
For example, the chinese patent application with publication number CN109106792A discloses a compound traditional Chinese medicine preparation for inhibiting blue ear virus and a preparation method thereof, the compound traditional Chinese medicine preparation comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 5-10 parts of rheum officinale, 10-20 parts of folium isatidis, 5-15 parts of fructus forsythiae, 5-15 parts of fructus gardeniae, 5-15 parts of sweet wormwood, 5-15 parts of honeysuckle, 5-15 parts of radix bupleuri, 5-15 parts of herba houttuyniae and 10-20 parts of folium mori, wherein the sum of the parts by weight of the raw materials is 100 parts.
Also, as disclosed in chinese patent application publication No. CN108030906A, a Chinese medicinal composition for preventing and treating respiratory diseases of swine, a feed and a preparation method thereof are disclosed, the Chinese medicinal composition comprises the following Chinese medicinal components in parts by weight: 5-15 parts of agilawood, 15-35 parts of pinellia ternate, 5-25 parts of coptis chinensis, 5-15 parts of dried orange peel, 5-15 parts of ginger, 5-15 parts of poria cocos and 10-30 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome.
The existing traditional Chinese medicine formulas have more complex components, and some traditional Chinese medicine formulas need more famous and expensive medicinal materials (such as agilawood), so that the prevention and treatment cost of the porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome is generally higher.

(5) drying all the medicine residues, mixing the medicine residues with the extract granules uniformly, and crushing the mixture to be less than 100 mu m to obtain the pig feed additive.
The pig feed additives prepared in examples 1 to 9 were taken to test the control effect of the pig feed additives on porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome and the influence on the productivity of pregnant sows and the growth and development level of piglets.
The analysis test of the prevention and treatment effect is carried out in a certain pig farm in the Shanghai between 2019-2020, 860 sows are kept in the farm, 9 test groups ① - ⑨ and 1 control group are randomly selected for the sows, 36 sows/group of the test groups and 33 control groups are selected for the sows, wherein after the sows are bred, the pig feed added with the pig feed additive prepared in the examples 1-9 is correspondingly used in the whole process of the test groups ① - ⑨, the adding amount of the pig feed additive is 33kg per ton and the immunization of the porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome vaccine is not carried out, the porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome vaccine is inoculated to the sows of the control groups after the breeding, but no additive is added to the pig feed, other components in the pig feed are the same as the test groups, and the test is completed until the piglets are weaned.
After the test is finished, the number of live pigs born by each test group and each control group, the number of weaned live piglets after the weaning and the weight of weaned piglets are counted and compared, and the counting and comparing results are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002508716630000111
As can be seen from Table 1, compared with the control group, the sows in each test group have good productivity, sufficient milk after farrowing, good growth vigor of the suckling piglets and larger average body weight average of the piglets after slaughtering although the sows are not inoculated with the blue-ear disease vaccine.
Taking a test group ① as an example, after sows in the test group are fed with the pig feed additive prepared in the example 1, the average number of pigs per litter is 0.9 more than that of live pigs produced in a control group, 0.34 more live pigs are bred, 1.24 live piglets are added in total, 2.7 piglets can be bred by using the feed additive, calculated according to the production of 2.2 piglets of one sow in the whole year, 1350 pigs can be produced in one year by one breeding sow, the economic income is increased by 81 ten thousand yuan by calculating the net profit of one pig, calculated by about 1 ton of feed used by one sow in the whole year, 3kg of Lanwenbike is required to be added in total, the production cost is increased by about 450 yuan, the total cost is increased by 22.5 yuan, the income of one sow in 500 farrow can be increased by 58 yuan in year, and if 2000 yuan of the profit of one pig in the current pigsty can be analyzed, and the income of hundreds of million yuan can be increased.
An experiment is carried out by selecting one pig herd with the risk of swine fever epidemic situation, selecting 600 pigs, randomly dividing the pigs into three test groups and a control group according to the principle that the proportion of the day age, the weight, the health condition and the sex is the same, wherein each group comprises 150 pigs, ① of the test group is fed with the pig feed added with the feed additive prepared in the embodiment 1 (the addition amount is 3kg per ton) continuously for 60 days, ② of the test group is fed with the pig feed added with the feed additive prepared in the embodiment 4 (the addition amount is 3kg per ton) continuously for 60 days, ③ of the test group is fed with the pig feed added with the feed additive prepared in the embodiment 7 (the addition amount is 3kg per ton) continuously for 60 days, and the control group is fed with the pig feed not added with the feed additive prepared in the embodiment 1 continuously for 60 days and is injected with oxytetracycline to treat the sick pigs.
The daily health care of the experimental group and the control group is carried out according to the same pig farm feeding scheme, the pig plague incidence conditions of the experimental group and the control group are counted after 60 days, and the statistical results are shown in table 2.
TABLE 2
Figure BDA0002508716630000131
As can be seen from the table 2, after the feed additive provided by the invention is fed, the number of diseased pigs is greatly reduced, and the feed additive provided by the invention has a good prevention and treatment effect on swine fever.
