Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pig feed additives, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition, a pig feed additive and application thereof in preparation of a control agent for porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome or swine fever.
Background
The porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome is caused by porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus infection, the contagious property is strong, and pigs of various ages and breeds can be infected, wherein piglets and pregnant sows with the age of 1 month are the most susceptible pig groups. Once blue-ear disease occurs, piglets and pregnant sows have the highest incidence and have the greatest impact on pig farms.
It is known that the clinical symptoms of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome are greatly different under the influence of virus strains, immune states, feeding management factors, environmental conditions and other factors, and can be classified into acute type, chronic type, subclinical type and the like. The chronic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome is the main clinical symptom of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus infection in a large-scale pig farm and mainly shows that: the reproductive performance, the production performance and the immune function of the pregnant sows are reduced, the immunity of piglets is low, and the piglets grow slowly; it is susceptible to secondary infection with other bacterial and viral diseases, and has increased incidence rate of respiratory diseases (such as mycoplasma infection, infectious pleuropneumonia, streptococcosis, eperythrozoonosis) of swinery.
In order to prevent and treat the porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome, a plurality of traditional Chinese medicine formulas are proposed at present, and the effective components of the traditional Chinese medicine formulas are added into the feed or drinking water of the pigs for administration, so that the porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome can be conveniently prevented and treated.
For example, the chinese patent application with publication number CN109106792A discloses a compound traditional Chinese medicine preparation for inhibiting blue ear virus and a preparation method thereof, the compound traditional Chinese medicine preparation comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 5-10 parts of rheum officinale, 10-20 parts of folium isatidis, 5-15 parts of fructus forsythiae, 5-15 parts of fructus gardeniae, 5-15 parts of sweet wormwood, 5-15 parts of honeysuckle, 5-15 parts of radix bupleuri, 5-15 parts of herba houttuyniae and 10-20 parts of folium mori, wherein the sum of the parts by weight of the raw materials is 100 parts.
Also, as disclosed in chinese patent application publication No. CN108030906A, a Chinese medicinal composition for preventing and treating respiratory diseases of swine, a feed and a preparation method thereof are disclosed, the Chinese medicinal composition comprises the following Chinese medicinal components in parts by weight: 5-15 parts of agilawood, 15-35 parts of pinellia ternate, 5-25 parts of coptis chinensis, 5-15 parts of dried orange peel, 5-15 parts of ginger, 5-15 parts of poria cocos and 10-30 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome.
The existing traditional Chinese medicine formulas have more complex components, and some traditional Chinese medicine formulas need more famous and expensive medicinal materials (such as agilawood), so that the prevention and treatment cost of the porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome is generally higher.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a traditional Chinese medicine composition, a pig feed additive and application of the traditional Chinese medicine composition and the pig feed additive in preparation of a control agent for porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome or swine fever.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-50 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 10-30 parts of cortex mori, 5-25 parts of honeysuckle, 5-30 parts of liquorice and 5-25 parts of agastache rugosus.
The traditional Chinese medicine composition has a simple formula, adopts common traditional Chinese medicinal materials, is easy to obtain and has low price; the pig feed additive prepared by the traditional Chinese medicine composition has the functions of clearing heat and removing toxicity, and can be used for improving pig immunity and preventing and treating pig respiratory diseases such as porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome or hog cholera; can improve the production performance of pregnant sows, promote the growth of piglets, ensure the prevention and treatment effect and greatly reduce the prevention and treatment cost.
Preferably, the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 10-20 parts of cortex mori, 15-20 parts of honeysuckle, 15-20 parts of liquorice and 5-10 parts of agastache rugosus.
Or, the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15-20 parts of astragalus, 20-30 parts of cortex mori, 5-15 parts of honeysuckle, 15-30 parts of liquorice and 10-15 parts of agastache rugosus.
Or, the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-45 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 10-15 parts of cortex mori, 5-10 parts of honeysuckle, 5-10 parts of liquorice and 10-25 parts of agastache rugosus.
Therefore, the invention also provides the application of the traditional Chinese medicine composition in preparing the pig feed additive; and a pig feed additive, which is prepared from the traditional Chinese medicine composition; also provides the application of the pig feed additive in preparing a control agent for porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome or swine fever, a pig immunity enhancer or a piglet growth promoter.
The application of the traditional Chinese medicine composition in preparing the pig feed additive comprises the following steps:
(1) taking agastache rugosus according to preset mass parts, and distilling under reduced pressure to obtain agastache rugosus distillate;
the solvent used in the reduced pressure distillation can be water or 5-30% ethanol.
(2) Taking radix astragali, cortex mori radicis, honeysuckle and liquorice according to preset mass parts, and cooking;
when in cooking, the surfaces of the four traditional Chinese medicines are moistened and then put into a steam box for cooking for 0.5 to 2 hours; after the cooking is finished, the four cooked traditional Chinese medicines and the cooking liquor are collected simultaneously.
(3) Mixing the four Chinese medicinal materials and their decoction with the herba Agastaches distillate, and heating for 10-60min to obtain water extractive solution;
heating for 10-60min refers to keeping boiling state for 10-60min after boiling.
(4) Concentrating the water extract into an extract, uniformly mixing the extract with auxiliary materials, and granulating to obtain extract granules; the extract particles are the pig feed additive.
