Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an application of a chitosan gel thickener in shower gel, belonging to the field of daily chemical products.
Technical Field
The shower gel is a washing product prepared from a surfactant and a functional conditioner and used for cleaning and moistening skin. The existing shower gel products mainly play basic cleaning, moisturizing and cooling roles, and although part of shower gel products are declared to have the effects of resisting bacteria, relieving itching and the like, the effects are not ideal enough or gradually weakened along with the prolonging of the storage time.
More surfactants such as fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, betaine, fatty acid soap and the like are often added into the existing shower gel product, and various types of surfactants are usually used in combination. The traditional surfactant shower gel mainly comprises fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sulfate and betaine or fatty acid soap, but the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sulfate has the characteristic of strong adsorbability and is easy to cause the feeling of difficult washing for consumers, and the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sulfate can generate dioxane by-products in the process and can cause serious irritation to skin and the like; although the fatty acid soap-based body wash has good washability, the body wash has strong alkalinity and strong skin irritation, and is easy to cause dryness, tightness and pruritus after washing. When the content of the surfactant is high, the detergent has a good cleaning effect, but can easily take away normal sebum and other components, and can easily cause adverse reactions such as dryness, red swelling, pruritus and the like after long-term use.
Chitosan is an important component of the dermal matrix, which acts as a connective tissue support and water retention material. Chitosan in the skin and applied externally plays a key role in connective tissue, achieving a fuller, firmer and younger state of the skin.
Chlorophyll is a good natural pigment, has the effects of cooling, detoxifying, moisturizing, resisting radiation and the like, is insoluble in water, is easy to decompose under the conditions of heat, light, oxygen and the like, has high extraction and preparation difficulty, and is easy to deteriorate after being made into bath cream.
Squalane (Squalane): strengthen and repair the epidermis, effectively form the natural protective film, help the balance between skin and sebum. Has strong affinity, can be integrated with the skin lipid membrane of human body, and forms a natural barrier on the skin surface. Can also inhibit the peroxidation of skin lipid, effectively permeate into the skin, promote the proliferation of skin basal cells, and has obvious physiological effects on delaying skin aging, improving and eliminating chloasma. It also has effects in opening skin pore, promoting blood microcirculation, promoting cell metabolism, and repairing damaged cells.

Example 6 moisturizing Effect and whitening test
(1) The test method comprises the following steps: 80 healthy volunteer subjects were selected, with the age between 25-55 years. All subjects were randomly divided into 2 test groups of 40 persons each, test 1 and comparative 1 groups, respectively, wherein test 1 group used the body wash prepared from the formulation of example 6, respectively, and comparative 1 group used a commercially available body wash, respectively. Subjects in all test groups bathe every night. During the trial period, the sun is prevented from being exposed to the sun, and other bathing products are forbidden. After 1 month of continuous use, all subjects were tested and recorded for their moisturizing and whitening effect.
(2) Evaluation criteria for Effect
The whitening effect of the skin care product is evaluated by using the change rate of the skin melanin content and the brightness, and the specific method comprises ① the skin melanin content, analyzing the change condition of the melanin content of the facial skin of a subject by using a Japanese Meinengda CD-2600 spectrophotometer, collecting reflected light vertical to the surface of the skin by adopting a L ab color system, wherein b & lt & gt in measurement parameters reflects the color change range from yellow to blue (the value change range is +60 yellow to-60 blue), is positively correlated with the skin melanin content, and is related to the reflection of yellow light by melanin, before the test is started, the melanin content of the skin of each subject is detected and recorded, and after 1 month of the test, the melanin of the skin of each subject is detected again and recorded.
The skin melanin reduction rate was calculated using the following formula:
melanin reduction rate (pre-test value-post-test value)/pre-test value × 100%.
② the skin brightness is better when the skin brightness is measured by a skin test system (VISIA), the brighter the skin is, the higher the skin brightness is, and the darker the skin is, the brightness of the skin of each subject is detected and recorded before the test is started, the brightness of the skin of each subject is detected again after 1 month of the test, and the record is recorded, the change rate of the brightness of the skin is calculated by the following formula, namely the brightness change rate is (value after the test-value before the test)/value before the test is × 100%, the higher the brightness increase rate is, and the better the whitening effect is.
The results are shown in Table 1
Table 1 test results of moisturizing effect of bath according to the present invention
Group of | The average water content is increased% | Average melanin reduction% | The average brightness is increased% |
Test 1 group | 23.9 | 15.6 | 10 |
Comparative 1 group | 12.1 | 5.4 | 3.7 |
The results show that after the volunteer subjects in the test 1 group respectively use the bath foam prepared by the formula in example 5, the average skin dryness of the skin is obviously reduced, no white skin on the skin appears in autumn and winter, the average brightness increase rate of the skin is as high as about 10%, the whitening is improved by about 15.6%, and the moisture is improved by 23.9% on average; is obviously better than the use condition of the volunteer subjects in the comparative group 1. The results show that the components of the bath foam formula provided by the invention are mutually coordinated and enhanced, and the optimal moisturizing and whitening effects are exerted together.
