Description

Multi-component plant extract and oxidation hair dye prepared from same
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, and in particular relates to a multi-component plant extract and an oxidation hair dye prepared from the same.
Background
Hair dyes are a cosmetic product for dyeing hair. In the hair dyeing, the hair dye actually starts from interfacial reaction such as contact wetting and adsorption of the outermost layer of the hair cuticle, and then reaches the hair epithelium and hair marrow through a complex of cell membranes to cause permeation and diffusion phenomena, and in some cases, the hair dye undergoes a "polymerization" reaction, thereby acting on the hair to change the color of the hair. The dyeing can be classified into three types, temporary, semi-permanent and permanent, according to the fastness of dyeing. The permanent hair dye accounts for 70-80% of the whole hair dyeing cosmetic product, and the active ingredients of the permanent hair dye can permeate into hair pith inside hair to form stable larger dye molecules which are sealed in hair fibers, so that the permanent hair dyeing effect is achieved, and the permanent hair dyeing effect can be kept for 1-3 months generally. The action mechanism can be briefly described as follows: the micromolecule dye color developing agent → permeates into the interior of the hair mass → is oxidized by an oxidizing agent → is condensed with a coupling agent to generate the macromolecular dye → is locked in the interior of the hair mass → forms permanent hair dyeing. The permanent hair dyeing agent is mainly an oxidation type hair dyeing product, generally has a two-part type, and consists of a hair dyeing agent I mainly composed of a color developing agent and a coupling agent and a hair dyeing agent II mainly composed of an oxidizing agent. The two agents are separately prepared during production and preparation, and when the hair dye is used, the two agents are mixed and then coated and infiltrated into hair for dyeing. Researches prove that the oxidative hair dye has certain damage to scalp, has large stimulation, is easy to cause skin to generate red swelling, stabbing pain and other discomforts, how to develop the hair dye which is safe, has low stimulation, has no toxic or side effect, has good hair dyeing effect increasingly draws attention of people, and the mild hair dye added with the active ingredients from natural plants has important significance.
CN109833263A discloses a composition for an oxidative hair dye and application thereof, wherein the composition comprises phytosterol, glycyrrhizic acid and salt thereof, hydrolyzed royal jelly protein and purslane extract, and can obviously relieve the tingling sensation of the oxidative hair dye product on the scalp, reduce the generation of erythema and lower the sensitization rate, thereby obviously improving the health state of the oxidative hair dye product on the scalp. It does not simultaneously solve the problem of damage to the hair by the hair dye and does not confirm the associated dyeing effects such as firmness of dyeing and dyeing effect.

The main component of the silybum marianum fruit extract is silymarin, the phenolic hydroxyl group of the silybum marianum fruit extract provides a hydrogen atom and has strong antioxidation, and the silybum marianum fruit extract has the characteristics of scavenging free radicals, resisting lipid peroxidation activity, directly scavenging active oxygen, carrying out lipid peroxidation on Hangzhou, maintaining the fluidity of cell membranes, promoting the effective action of hair dyes, and improving the hair dyeing uniformity and firmness.
The artichoke leaf extract has an obvious skin-soothing effect and can effectively improve the capability of the skin of resisting external injury.
The herba Portulacae extract is rich in flavonoids, epinephrine, polysaccharides, vitamins, amino acids, etc., has antiallergic, antiinflammatory and skin irritation resisting effects, and can reduce scalp and hair injury.
The extract of the wild soybean germ is rich in plant polyamines, wherein the main three plant polyamines are putrescine, spermidine and spermine, have the effect of promoting the growth of certain tissues and can also promote the penetration of active substances; the amino group with positive charge has good affinity with hair, so that the hair is smoother.

Result detection
(1) Evaluation of dyeing Effect
The first part (the content of the multi-component plant extract is 30%) of the oxidation hair dye prepared from the multi-component plant extracts of examples and comparative examples was mixed with the second part (developer) at a ratio of 1:1, and the mixture was applied to evenly dye human hair having a length of 12cm in an amount of twice the weight of the hair. The hair contains about 30% white hair. After 30 minutes, the hair is washed for 1 minute by running water with shampoo and then dried by a hair drier.
The color of the dried hair was measured with a spectrocolorimeter (CM-2600 d). The results of the luminance values L measured by the spectrocolorimeter were compared. Higher values of L are light colors, while lower values of L are dark colors. Thus, a lower value of L indicates a better hair coloring effect.
The results of the measurements are shown in Table 1 below:
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002341892530000071
Figure BDA0002341892530000081
(2) Fastness to washing test
The dyed hair was immersed in the shampoo solution, shaken at 200rpm for 30 minutes with a shaker, rinsed in running water for 1 minute, and then blow dried with a hair dryer, then the difference in brightness value was measured by a spectrophotometer, △ L was calculated, and the fastness of the dyeing was evaluated based on △ L and the values in Table 1, with the lower △ L value indicating better fastness of the color.

(3) Real person hair dyeing test (irritation evaluation)
40 volunteers with sensitive skin were divided into 10 groups of 4 persons each, and they were subjected to test dyeing with the oxidative hair dyeing compositions provided in examples 1 to 8 and comparative examples 1 to 2, respectively. The specific operation is that the oxidation hair-dyeing composition of the embodiment 1-8 is adopted to dye the hair of 4 persons in each group, the same oxidation hair-dyeing composition is used for 4 persons in each group, and different oxidation hair-dyeing compositions are used for different groups; then, they were asked to evaluate the degree of improvement of stimulation and scored, and the degree of improvement of stimulation was represented by the height of the average score of 4 persons; dyeing 4 persons per group with the oxidative hair dyeing composition of comparative example 1, 4 persons per group using the same oxidative hair dyeing composition and different groups using different oxidative hair dyeing compositions; they were then asked to assess the degree of improvement in stimulation and scored, with the level of improvement in stimulation being represented by the average score of 4 people.
After dyeing, each group was asked to evaluate the improvement of stimulation at 1-5 and 0.05 minute intervals. They were given a score of 1 when they felt a small improvement in the stimulation and a score of 5 when they felt a significant improvement in the scalp stimulation. Finally, the scores of 4 persons are integrated and averaged, and the calculation result is shown in table 3.
