Abstract
本发明公开了一种干法PVC热压变色人造革的制造工艺,本发明利用干法PVC热压工艺制备变色人造革,通过精确控制原料层的配比以及热压工艺的参数,获得一种热压变色的人造革,本发明所制备的PVC人造革包括五层结构,依次为PVC面层、泡层、PVC底层、粘结层和布层。通过工艺参数的调整提高了热压变色的能力,同时也提高了人造革的耐磨性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及人造革加工技术领域,特别是涉及一种干法PVC热压变色人造革的制造工艺。
背景技术
人造革是一种外观、手感似皮革并可代替其使用的塑料制品。通常以织物为底基,涂覆合成树脂及各种塑料添加制成。主要有PVC人造革、PU人造革和PU合成革三类。
其中PVC人造革是指用PVC树脂为原料生产的人造革称为PVC人造革;目前,市场上PVC人造革的成本远远低于PU人造革,由于其低廉的价格,使得其应用越来越广泛,特别是在汽车制造行业。但是目前PVC人造革进行热压变色时,变色对比度远远低于PU人造革,且热压变色后的PVC人造革的使用寿命进一步缩短,极大降低了PVC的高端市场应用。
发明内容
基于上述问题,本发明的目的是提供了一种干法PVC热压变色人造革的制造工艺。该工艺所制备的PVC人造革包括五层结构,依次为PVC面层、泡层、PVC底层、粘结层和布层,通过工艺的调整提高了热压变色的能力,同时也提高了人造革的耐磨性能。
本发明的技术方案,包括以下步骤:
S1、配料,所述人造革从外到内包括PVC面层、泡层、PVC底层、粘结层和布层,依次配制各层的原料,
所述PVC面层包括PVC粉、增塑剂、有机颜料、热稳定剂,
所述泡层包括PVC粉、增塑剂、稳定剂、有机颜料和发泡剂,
所述PVC底层包括PVC粉、无机颜料、增塑剂、热稳定剂和碳酸钙粉,
所述粘结层包括聚氨酯树脂、稀释剂,
所述布层为基布层;
S2、依次将PVC面层、泡层、PVC底层、粘结层原料均匀涂在离型纸上,同时每涂覆一层并进行干燥后,再涂覆下一层原料;
S3、然后进行贴布处理,即将基布与粘结层相结合;
S4、将贴布后的产品进行烘干处理,冷却后进行剥离,裁边,印刷,包装。
具体而言,所述PVC面层的原料组成为:PVC粉100重量份、增塑剂50-80重量份、有机颜料3-5重量份、热稳定剂2-3重量份,

具体而言,在一些实施例中,本发明所述热稳定剂为钡锌热稳定剂或钾锌热稳定剂,所述增塑剂为DOTP,所述泡层中的有机颜料为透明颜料。
具体而言,在一些实施例中,本发明所述稀释剂为DMF。
具体而言,步骤S2中所述PVC面层、泡层、PVC底层、粘结层在离型纸上的涂覆量分别为50-300g/m2。
具体而言,步骤S2中所述的干燥温度为150-200℃,干燥时间为30-60s。
具体而言,步骤S4中所述的烘干温度为140-170℃,烘干时间为30-60s。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明简化了人造革的加工工艺,工艺成本低廉,且工艺效率高;同时利用本发明所制备的人造革能够进行热压变色,变色对比度高,且耐磨性好,具有较长的使用寿命。

实施例1
一种干法PVC热压变色人造革的制造工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、配料,所述人造革从外到内包括PVC面层、泡层、PVC底层、粘结层和布层,依次配制各层的原料,
所述PVC面层的原料组成为:PVC粉100重量份、DOTP增塑剂50重量份、有机颜料3重量份、钡锌热稳定剂2重量份,
所述泡层的原料组成为:PVC粉100重量份、DOTP增塑剂60重量份、钾锌热稳定剂3重量份、透明有机颜料4重量份、发泡剂5重量份,
所述PVC底层的原料组成为:PVC粉100重量份、无机颜料4重量份、DOTP增塑剂70重量份、钾锌热稳定剂2重量份、碳酸钙粉50重量份,
所述粘结层的原料组成为:聚氨酯树脂100重量份、DMF稀释剂30重量份,
所述布层为基布层;
S2、依次将PVC面层、泡层、PVC底层、粘结层原料均匀涂在离型纸上,同时每涂覆一层并进行干燥后,再涂覆下一层原料,具体工艺如下:将PVC面层原料均匀涂在离型纸上,涂覆量为120g/m2,在温度为170℃下干燥30s;冷却后涂泡层原料,涂覆量为100g/m2,在温度为160℃下干燥40s;冷却后涂PVC底层原料,涂覆量为150g/m2,在温度为180℃下干燥60s,并进行冷却;然后涂覆粘结层原料,涂覆量为80g/m2;
S3、然后进行贴布处理,即将基布与粘结层相结合;
S4、将贴布后的产品进行烘干处理,烘干温度为140℃,烘干时间为30s,冷却后进行剥离,裁边,印刷,包装。
实施例2
一种干法PVC热压变色人造革的制造工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、配料,所述人造革从外到内包括PVC面层、泡层、PVC底层、粘结层和布层,依次配制各层的原料,

S4、将贴布后的产品进行烘干处理,烘干温度为150℃,烘干时间为60s,冷却后进行剥离,裁边,印刷,包装。

所述PVC底层包括PVC粉、无机颜料、增塑剂、热稳定剂和碳酸钙粉,
所述粘结层包括聚氨酯树脂、稀释剂,
所述布层为基布层;
S2、依次将PVC面层、泡层、PVC底层、粘结层原料均匀涂在离型纸上,同时每涂覆一层并进行干燥后,再涂覆下一层原料;
S3、然后进行贴布处理,即将基布与粘结层相结合;
S4、将贴布后的产品进行烘干处理,冷却后进行剥离,裁边,印刷,包装。

3.根据权利要求2所述的干法PVC热压变色人造革的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述热稳定剂为钡锌热稳定剂或钾锌热稳定剂,所述增塑剂为DOTP,所述泡层中的有机颜料为透明颜料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的干法PVC热压变色人造革的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述稀释剂为DMF。
5.根据权利要求1所述的干法PVC热压变色人造革的制造工艺,其特征在于,步骤S2中所述PVC面层、泡层、PVC底层、粘结层在离型纸上的涂覆量分别为50-300g/m2。
6.根据权利要求1所述的干法PVC热压变色人造革的制造工艺,其特征在于,步骤S2中所述的干燥温度为150-200℃,干燥时间为30-60s。
7.根据权利要求1所述的干法PVC热压变色人造革的制造工艺,其特征在于,步骤S4中所述的烘干温度为140-170℃,烘干时间为30-60s。
