本发明所述一种变色合成革,包括面层、变色层和发泡层,变色层原料按照重量份包括:聚氨酯100份,碳酸氢钙50‑60份,热稳定剂1‑3份,PVC色浆4‑6份,应力变色革蜡粉1‑2份,感温变色粉5‑20份,石墨烯粉2‑4份,银粉2‑5份,纳米二氧化钛1‑3份,本发明可以不仅可以随着温度变化,而且当踩在上面,或者制作成鞋,走路时也会产生变化,颜色多变,而且颜色鲜亮。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种合成革,具体地说,涉及一种变色合成革及其生产工艺。
背景技术
皮革在包括汽车工业、沙发等在内的多种领域中被广泛应用,皮革通常包括天然皮革和合成革,其中,合成革由于造价相比天然皮革便宜且容易批量生产。
合成革是一种外观、手感似皮革并可代替其使用的塑料制品,主要有PVC合成革、PU合成革和PU合成革三类。合成革领域大多数采用以100%化学合成纤维(涤纶、尼龙)的无纺布作为底基,涂覆合成树脂及各种塑料添加制成。
目前,给皮革制品带来更多的变化,是现阶段业界着重研发的因素之一,现有变色人造革随着温度的变化产生不同的颜色,但是其仍然存在变色速度慢,颜色亮度不够的缺点。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的缺点,提供了一种变色合成革及其生产工艺,其变色速度快,颜色鲜亮,变化彻底。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种变色合成革,包括面层、变色层和发泡层,变色层原料按照重量份包括:聚氨酯100份,碳酸氢钙50-60份,热稳定剂1-3份,PVC色浆4-6份,应力变色革蜡粉1-2份,感温变色粉5-20份,石墨烯粉2-4份,银粉2-5份,纳米二氧化钛1-3份。
进一步,还加入3-6份的蛋白质粉。
进一步,还加入1-3份的琥珀辛酯磺酸钠。
进一步,还加入1-3份的琥珀酸锌。
进一步,所述面层为PU面层。
进一步,所述发泡层包括PVC树脂90-100份,增塑剂25-35份,稳定剂2-4份,银粉2-5份,发泡剂4-6份。
一种变色合成革的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)制备面层,将所述面层浆料涂覆在离型纸上,于120-140℃条件下烘干60-70S;
2)制备变色层,将变色层浆料涂敷于烘干后的面层浆料上,于140-160℃条件下烘干70-80S;
3)制备发泡层;将发泡层浆料涂敷于烘干后的变色层浆料上,于140-160℃条件下进行发泡反应,发泡反应时间为80-90S,然后于发泡层浆料上涂覆聚氨酯粘合剂,将发泡层通过聚氨酯粘合剂与基布粘合,于130-160℃下烘干80-90S,将离型纸抽离,得到变色合成革。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:

具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1:
本发明所述一种变色合成革,包括面层、变色层和发泡层,变色层原料按照重量份包括:聚氨酯100份,碳酸氢钙55份,热稳定剂2份,PVC色浆5份,应力变色革蜡粉1.5份,感温变色粉7份,石墨烯粉3份,银粉3份,纳米二氧化钛2份,还加入4份的蛋白质粉,2份的琥珀辛酯磺酸钠,2份的琥珀酸锌,石墨烯粉加快了变色的速度,蛋白质粉、琥珀辛酯磺酸钠和琥珀酸锌使人造革的颜色变得更细腻,银粉使颜色鲜亮。
面层为PU面层。
发泡层包括PVC树脂92份,增塑剂28份,稳定剂3份,银粉3份,发泡剂5份。
一种变色合成革的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)制备面层,将所述面层浆料涂覆在离型纸上,于120-140℃条件下烘干60-70S;
2)制备变色层,将变色层浆料涂敷于烘干后的面层浆料上,于140-160℃条件下烘干70-80S;
3)制备发泡层;将发泡层浆料涂敷于烘干后的变色层浆料上,于140-160℃条件下进行发泡反应,发泡反应时间为80-90S,然后于发泡层浆料上涂覆聚氨酯粘合剂,将发泡层通过聚氨酯粘合剂与基布粘合,于130-160℃下烘干80-90S,将离型纸抽离,得到变色合成革。
本发明的人造革能随着受到外力变化,其形变部位就会呈现不同颜色。
实施例2:
本实施例与实施例1的技术方案基本相同,相同之处不再赘述,其区别在于:
本发明所述一种变色合成革,包括面层、变色层和发泡层,变色层原料按照重量份包括:聚氨酯100份,碳酸氢钙58份,热稳定剂2.5份,PVC色浆5.5份,应力变色革蜡粉1.8份,感温变色粉12份,石墨烯粉3.5份,银粉4份,纳米二氧化钛2.5份,还加入5份的蛋白质粉,2.8份的琥珀辛酯磺酸钠,2.8份的琥珀酸锌。
面层为PU面层。
发泡层包括PVC树脂97份,增塑剂32份,稳定剂3.5份,银粉4份,发泡剂5.5份。

1.一种变色合成革,其特征在于,包括面层、变色层和发泡层,变色层原料按照重量份包括:聚氨酯100份,碳酸氢钙50-60份,热稳定剂1-3份,PVC色浆4-6份,应力变色革蜡粉1-2份,感温变色粉5-20份,石墨烯粉2-4份,银粉2-5份,纳米二氧化钛1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种变色合成革,其特征在于,还加入3-6份的蛋白质粉。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种变色合成革,其特征在于,还加入1-3份的琥珀辛酯磺酸钠。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种变色合成革,其特征在于,还加入1-3份的琥珀酸锌。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种变色合成革,其特征在于,所述面层为PU面层。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种变色合成革,其特征在于,所述发泡层包括PVC树脂90-100份,增塑剂25-35份,稳定剂2-4份,银粉2-5份,发泡剂4-6份。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种变色合成革的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)制备面层,将所述面层浆料涂覆在离型纸上,于120-140℃条件下烘干60-70S;
2)制备变色层,将变色层浆料涂敷于烘干后的面层浆料上,于140-160℃条件下烘干70-80S;
