Abstract

本发明公开了一种变色人造革,属于人造革的制备领域,通过底布层上方依次设置有发泡层,面层,变色层,保护层;变色层中填充有变色橡胶粒,变色橡胶粒均匀地分布于变色层中;变色橡胶粒由变色树脂、有机热合染料、丁苯橡胶混合制备而成;变色树脂采用Rs108IND型变色树脂;保护层中填充有EVA树脂,即乙烯‑醋酸乙烯酯共聚物树脂;所述的面层中填充有弹性纤维;本发明变色层中采用Rs108IND型变色树脂,在皮革经受拉力、顶起等应力改变后,变色层发生相对位移,改变人造革色彩,起到装饰的作用。

一种变色人造革
技术领域
本发明属于人造革的制备领域,具体是指一种变色人造革。
背景技术
随着现代技术的发展以及绿色生活的需要,人造革发展迅猛,人造革已经逐步取代了真皮制品的使用。但是,市面上现有的人造革多数比较单一,人们对市面上已经存在的人造革的研究也只局限于耐磨性能、透气性能等。
但是市面上的人造革的品种也比较单一,虽然现在人造革制品表面会设置多种不同的印花图案来改变皮革用品呆板单一的缺陷,但是印花图案并不能带来实质的改变,凹凸的印花图案在皮革用品使用一段时间后,也会出现图案不清晰的缺陷。其次,人造革的颜色也比较单一,对于人造革的装饰工艺,特别是在变色领域的研究甚少,就算有设计出变色的人造革,但还存在着皮革制品的柔软性能差、耐磨性能差以及变色效果差的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中存在的人造革的颜色单一以及在人造革的变色领域研究的空白,公开了一种变色人造革,通过设置变色层,同时在变色层上方设置保护层的工艺,解决了现有技术中存在的缺陷。
本发明是这样实现的:
一种变色人造革,包括底布层,通过底布层上方依次设置有发泡层,面层,变色层,保护层;所述的变色层中填充有变色橡胶粒,所述的变色橡胶粒均匀地分布于变色层中;所述的变色橡胶粒由变色树脂、有机热合染料、丁苯橡胶混合制备而成;所述的变色树脂比例为机热合染料的5%-10%,丁苯橡胶为机热合染料的1%-2%,所述的变色树脂采用Rs108IND型变色树脂;所述的保护层中填充有EVA树脂,即乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物树脂;所述的面层中填充有弹性纤维。本发明在变色层上方设置保护层,可以避免变色层在经受拉力、顶起等应力改变时而崩裂。其次,本发明变色层中采用Rs108IND型变色树脂,在皮革经受拉力、顶起等应力改变后,变色层发生相对位移,改变人造革色彩,起到装饰的作用,同时还可以通过颜色的变化大致估算人造革的受力大小,当颜色变化至表明皮革遭受极限的应力时,此时,应当停止对人造革施加额外的拉力,避免皮革因受力太大而崩裂,保护人造革制品。EVA树脂可以很大程度上提高本发明的柔软度以及弹性,丁苯橡胶添加至变色层中,提高耐磨性能。
进一步,所述的底布层中填充有玻璃纤维,填充玻璃纤维可以提高底布层的硬度以及刚度,便于本发明的变色人造革在更多领域的应用。
进一步,所述的底布层,发泡层,面层,变色层,保护层之间通过胶粘连接,后通过高压制备成品。
进一步,所述的底布层,发泡层,面层,变色层,保护层的厚度相等或不相等;当厚度不一致时,所述的底布层,发泡层,面层,变色层,保护层的厚度逐级依次降低。
进一步,所述的发泡层中填充有活性炭颗粒,且所述的活性炭颗粒均匀分布于发泡层(中,本发明的变色人造革填充的活性炭颗粒可以吸附制品周围以及皮革制品中的有害物质,提高本发明皮革的使用品质。
进一步,所述的保护层为聚氨酯树脂膜,在所述的聚氨酯树脂膜中填充EVA树脂,保护层为聚氨酯树脂膜,薄而透明,起到保护变色层、加强耐磨性、保持良好手感的作用。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚,明确,以下列举实例对本发明进一步详细说明。应当指出此处所描述的具体实施仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,图1为本发明一种变色人造革的结构示意图,本发明的结构为在底布层1上方依次设置有发泡层2,面层3,变色层4,保护层5,底布层1,发泡层2,面层3,变色层4,保护层5之间通过胶粘连接,后通过高压制备成品。底布层1,发泡层2,面层3,变色层4,保护层5的厚度相等或不相等;当厚度不一致时,所述的底布层1,发泡层2,面层3,变色层4,保护层5的厚度逐级依次降低。
底布层1中填充有玻璃纤维8,发泡层2中填充有活性炭颗粒,且所述的活性炭颗粒均匀分布于发泡层2中;变色层4中填充有变色橡胶粒7,所述的变色橡胶粒7均匀地分布于变色层4中;所述的变色橡胶粒7由变色树脂、有机热合染料、丁苯橡胶混合制备而成,变色层用变色树脂、有机热合染料、丁苯橡胶混合,所述的变色树脂比例为机热合染料的5%-10%,丁苯橡胶为机热合染料的1%-2%,上述混合液体在面层3表面刷3-4次后烘干定型;所述的变色树脂采用Rs108IND型变色树脂;所述的保护层5中填充有EVA树脂6;所述的面层3中填充有弹性纤维9。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种变色人造革,包括底布层(1),其特征在于,所述的底布层(1)上方依次设置有发泡层(2),面层(3),变色层(4),保护层(5);所述的变色层(4)中填充有变色橡胶粒(7),所述的变色橡胶粒(7)均匀地分布于变色层(4)中;所述的变色橡胶粒(7)由变色树脂、有机热合染料、丁苯橡胶混合制备而成,所述的变色树脂比例为机热合染料的5%-10%,丁苯橡胶为机热合染料的1%-2%;所述的变色树脂采用Rs108IND型变色树脂;所述的保护层(5)中填充有EVA树脂(6);所述的面层(3)中填充有弹性纤维(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种变色人造革,其特征在于,所述的底布层(1)中填充有玻璃纤维(8)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种变色人造革,其特征在于,所述的底布层(1),发泡层(2),面层(3),变色层(4),保护层(5)之间通过胶粘连接,后通过高压制备成品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种变色人造革,其特征在于,所述的底布层(1),发泡层(2),面层(3),变色层(4),保护层(5)的厚度相等或不相等;当厚度不一致时,所述的底布层(1),发泡层(2),面层(3),变色层(4),保护层(5)的厚度逐级依次降低。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种变色人造革,其特征在于,所述的发泡层(2)中填充有活性炭颗粒,且所述的活性炭颗粒均匀分布于发泡层(2)中。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种变色人造革,其特征在于,所述的保护层(5)为聚氨酯树脂膜,在所述的聚氨酯树脂膜中填充EVA树脂(6)。
