本发明公开了一种仿色织泡泡纱立体面料及其制备方法,所述的面料经纬纱线均包含A、B两种纱线,A纱线由50~75D/36~48F阳离子可染改性涤纶FDY及50~75D/36~48F并列型双组分复合弹性涤纶长丝经网络交缠复合而成,B纱线为100~150D/72~144F低弹型涤纶DTY,A纱线与B纱线的纤度相等,均加弱捻且捻向相反,所述的面料经纬线的排列方式相同,均为先(m根A纱线,n根B纱线)循环排列3次,然后依次是m根A纱线与p根B纱线,且m:n=3:1~5:1,p=4m+3n,n=1~3,所述的织造上机经纱密度为28~36n/cm,上机纬纱密度为20~25n/cm,采用4~16片综的喷水织机,按平纹组织进行织造,所述的蒸丝定型采用最高温度低于80℃的方式。具有泡泡纱起绉效果与色织条格效果。

一种仿色织泡泡纱立体面料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料及其制备方法,尤其涉及到一种仿色织泡泡纱立体面料及其制备方法,属于纺织领域。
背景技术
泡泡纱织物,因为立体感强,与皮肤接触面积小,有利于散热散湿,且其本身就是皱类织物的一种,有一定的抗皱性能,尤其适应了夏令服饰的需求。根据其起绉原理,通常分为碱缩泡泡纱及机织泡泡纱。碱缩泡泡纱利用了棉纤维在氢氧化钠溶液无张力作用下溶胀收缩,仅适用于纯棉面料,不适用于涤纶等化纤织物;机织泡泡纱则是采用多经轴织造,泡经的送经速度快于地经的送经速度,其坯布状态就有明显的凹凸状泡泡,一方面不利于坯布织疵的检测,另一方面对织机的要求较高,成本较大。另外,因为加工工艺的要求,这两种方式形成的泡泡纱织物多为单一的素色,不能满足人们对于条格型泡泡纱织物的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足,而提供一种工艺简单,坯布平整易于检测织疵,兼具泡泡纱起绉效果与色织条格效果的一种仿色织泡泡纱立体面料及其制备方法。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采取如下技术方案:
一种仿色织泡泡纱立体面料,由涤纶长丝经络筒、倍捻、蒸丝定型、分条整经、造机后,使用喷水织机织造,再依次经预缩精炼、水洗复漂、染色、定型后整理制备得到,其特征在于,所述的面料经纬纱线均包含A、B两种纱线,A纱线由50~75D/36~48F 阳离子可染改性涤纶FDY及50~75D/36~48F并列型双组分复合弹性涤纶长丝经网络交缠复合而成,B纱线为100~150D/72~144F低弹型涤纶DTY,A纱线与B纱线的纤度相等,均加弱捻且捻向相反,所述的面料经纬线的排列方式相同,均为先(m根A纱线,n根B纱线)循环排列3次,然后依次是m根A纱线与p根B纱线,且m:n=3:1~5:1,p=4m+3n,n=1~3,所述的织造上机经纱密度为28~36n/cm,上机纬纱密度为20~25n/cm,采用4~16片综的喷水织机,按平纹组织进行织造,所述的蒸丝定型采用最高温度低于80℃的方式。
具体地,所述的面料经纬线的排列方式相同,均为先(m根A纱线,n根B纱线)循环排列3次,然后依次是m根A纱线与p根B纱线,且m:n=3:1,p=4m+3n,n=1~3
优选地,所述的面料经纬线的排列方式相同,均为先(6根A纱线,2根B纱线)循环排列3次,然后依次是6根A纱线与30根B纱线。
具体地,所述的倍捻工序采用中高速化纤倍捻机,纱线的捻度为500~800T/m。
优选地,所述的加弹倍捻的倍捻捻度为800T/m,A纱线捻向为S捻,B纱线捻向为Z捻。
所述的蒸丝定型工序采用先冷水泡后,再使用饱和水蒸汽真空定型的方式,冷水温度为10~25℃,浸泡时间为15~20min,水蒸汽定型温度为65~70℃,定型时间为25~30min。
优选地,所述的蒸丝定型工序水蒸汽定型温度为65℃,定型时间为25min。
具体地,所述的分条整经工序,整经门幅为185~195cm,整经张力为0.3~0.4cN/D,整经车速为200~220m/min。
具体地,所述的喷水织机织造,车速为560rpm,经纱张力控制在0.3~0.5cN/D之间。
具体地,所述的预缩精炼处理的具体方法为:先平幅精炼,温度区间为50~95℃,车速为30m/min,再于气流缸中松弛预缩,温度为130℃,保温40~45min;所述的松弛预缩溶液助剂配方为7.5~10%(o.w.f)的纯碱、1~2%(o.w.f)的双氧水、0.5~1%(o.w.f)的去油灵、1~2%(o.w.f)的退浆剂,其余为水。
具体地,所述的水洗复漂处理的具体方法为:于溢流喷射缸中进行,温度为100℃,保温20~30min,所述的水洗复漂处理助剂配方为15~20%(o.w.f)的纯碱、0.5~1%(o.w.f)的消泡剂,其余为水。
优选地,所述的水洗复漂处理助剂配方为15%(o.w.f)的纯碱、0.5%(o.w.f)的消泡剂,其余为水。
具体地,所述的染色处理的具体方法为:于溢流喷射缸中采用阳离子染料进行所述的染色,控制染色浴比为1:6~1:8,染色温度为120℃,保温时间为30~40min,pH为3.0~4.5。
具体地,所述的定型后整理处理的具体方法为:温度区间为150~165℃,超喂率为+1~+2,车速为30m/min,0.5~1.5%的绒感蓬松剂TF-408A,0.5~1.5%的非离子抗静电剂TK-DF,其余为水。
优选地,所述的定型后整理助剂配方为:1%的绒感蓬松剂TF-408A,1%的非离子抗静电剂TK-DF,其余为水。
由于以上技术方案的实施,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点:
本发明采用了在染整加工过程具有高收缩性的A纱线与低收缩性的B纱线,两种纱线按照特定规律进行排列,在染整加工后因为原料的收缩特性,B纱线交织的部位形成凹凸的起泡结构。使得化纤面料也可以做成纯棉面料一样的泡泡纱风格织物,且降低了对织布机多经轴的要求与坯布面料检验织疵的难度。本发明在蒸丝定型过程中采用低于玻璃化温度的方式,在保证释放了纤维低捻度扭力以利于分条整经的同时,控制了A纱线的结晶与热收缩,使得面料在染整受热过程可以有较大的收缩起泡效果;在染整过程的预缩精炼、水洗复漂中采用无NaOH添加的方式,利用纯碱动态电离出的低浓度OH-对涤纶进行表层的轻微减量,且未使用预定型工序,一方面减轻了污水中碱处理的要求,另一方面使得较娇贵并列型双组分复合弹性涤纶长丝中易水解组分的强力得到保护,进一步增强了面料的收缩起泡效果。此外,本发明的A组分原料含阳离子可染改性涤纶,在染色时采用阳离子染料染色,可实现非起泡部分的深浅色条格,比同等规格色织泡泡纱涤纶织物成品低廉,面料整体视触觉感受新颖别致,满足人们对与时装色织泡泡纱织物的需求。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施例对本发明做进一步详细的说明,但本发明不限于以下实施例。
如图1 所示,一种仿色织泡泡纱立体面料的制备方法,所述的面料经纬纱线均包含A、B两种纱线,A纱线由由75D/48F 阳离子可染改性涤纶FDY及75D/36F并列型双组分复合弹性涤纶长丝经网络交缠复合而成,B纱线为150D/144F低弹型涤纶DTY,其包括依次进行的如下步骤:
(1)倍捻:在络筒后,采用中高速化纤倍捻机进对经纱行倍捻加工,纱线的捻度为800T/m,A纱线捻向为S捻,B纱线捻向为Z捻。
(2)蒸丝定型:先冷水泡,温度为10~25℃,浸泡时间为20min,再使用饱和水蒸汽定型,水蒸汽定型温度为65℃,定型时间为25min。
(3)分条整经:整经门幅为185cm,整经张力为0.3~0.4cN/D,整经车速为200m/min。
(4)喷水织机织造:在津田驹ZW408喷水织机上进行织造,采用平纹组织及如附图1所示的经纬纱排布方式,即6A2B 6A2B 6A2B 6A30B。上机经纱密度为28n/cm,纬纱密度为20n/cm,车速为560rpm,经纱张力控制在0.3~0.5cN/D之间。
(5)预缩精炼:先用平幅预缩机对坯布进行平幅精炼,温度区间50~95℃,车速30m/min;再于气流缸中松弛预缩,温度130℃,保温30~40min。松弛预缩处理助剂配方为:7.5%(o.w.f)的纯碱、1.5%(o.w.f)的双氧水、0.75%(o.w.f)的去油灵、1.25%(o.w.f)的退浆剂,其余为水。
(6)水洗复漂:于溢流喷射缸中进行,温度为100℃,保温20~30min,所述的水洗复漂处理助剂配方为15%(o.w.f)的纯碱、0.5%(o.w.f)的消泡剂,其余为水。
(7)染色:于溢流喷射缸中采用阳离子染料进行所述的染色,控制染色浴比为1:6~1:8,染色温度为120℃,保温时间为30~40min,pH为3.0~4.5。
(8)定型后整理:温度区间160~165℃,超喂率+1,车速30m/min。定型后整理助剂配方:1%的绒感蓬松剂TF-408A,1%的非离子抗静电剂TK-DF,其余为水。
成品门幅148cm,经纱密度35n/cm,纬纱密度25n/cm,平方米克重110gsm,兼具泡泡纱外观与色织条格效果的立体涤纶面料。

1.一种仿色织泡泡纱立体面料,由涤纶长丝经络筒、倍捻、蒸丝定型、分条整经、造机后,使用喷水织机织造,再依次经预缩精炼、水洗复漂、染色、定型后整理制备得到,其特征在于,所述的面料经纬纱线均包含A、B两种纱线,A纱线由50~75D/36~48F 阳离子可染改性涤纶FDY及50~75D/36~48F并列型双组分复合弹性涤纶长丝经网络交缠复合而成,B纱线为100~150D/72~144F低弹型涤纶DTY,A纱线与B纱线的纤度相等,均加弱捻且捻向相反,所述的面料经纬线的排列方式相同,均为先(m根A纱线,n根B纱线)循环排列3次,然后依次是m根A纱线与p根B纱线,且m:n=3:1~5:1,p=4m+3n,n=1~3,所述的织造上机经纱密度为28~36n/cm,上机纬纱密度为20~25n/cm,采用4~16片综的喷水织机,按平纹组织进行织造,所述的蒸丝定型采用最高温度低于80℃的方式。
2.一种根据权利要求1所述的仿色织泡泡纱立体面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的倍捻工序采用中高速化纤倍捻机,纱线的捻度为500~800T/m。
3.一种根据权利要求1所述的仿色织泡泡纱立体面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的蒸丝定型工序采用先冷水泡后,再使用饱和水蒸汽真空定型的方式,冷水温度为10~25℃,浸泡时间为15~20min,水蒸汽定型温度为65~70℃,定型时间为25~30min。
4.一种根据权利要求1所述的仿色织泡泡纱立体面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的分条整经工序中整经门幅为185~195cm,整经张力为0.3~0.4cN/D,整经车速为200~220m/min。
