棉花是关乎国计民生的重要物资,棉纤维则是纺织工业的重要原料。棉纤维具有优异的吸湿性、柔软性、保暖性等,光泽度也很好,其织物服用性能优良。怎样寻找到一种长期途径,既能弥补日益紧缺的棉花资源,又能满足消费者的“棉花”情结,涤纶长丝“超仿棉”被提到了前所未有的高度。顾名思义,“超仿棉”是指面料的属性既与棉花相仿,又要在某些指标上超过棉花。通俗地讲有以下特点:看起来像棉(视觉)、摸起来像棉(触觉)、穿起来像棉(亲和性)超棉(舒适性),用起来比棉方便(洗可穿性),兼有棉与涤纶的优良特性,达到仿棉似棉、仿棉胜棉的效果。科学地讲有超仿棉以下特点:产品要保证有棉花优异的吸湿性、穿着舒适性等,还要有涤纶良好的力学性能、耐热性、色牢度,甚至还要根据要求具备抗静电、抗起毛起球、抗菌、勾丝性、悬垂性、抗紫外线等性能。“超仿棉”产品将利用涤纶的特性,既弥补了棉制面料的不足,还能利用不同的细旦丝组合改变纤维的表面形态,在蓬松性、吸湿性和光泽等方面模仿棉纤维的基本特性,达到以假乱真的程度。同时,涤纶本身耐光性、耐热性、耐霉菌等性能较好,可以弥补棉面料耐用性方面的不足;涤纶初始模量较大,硬挺,不易变形,具有较好的保形性,可以弥补棉制面料易绉、易变形、不耐磨等不足。
现有的超仿棉面料中对于弹性超仿棉尤其是在阻燃方面、吸湿透气方面的研究不是很多,未见报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种吸湿防水透气弹性阻燃超仿棉面料的生产工艺,能够生产出具有永久阻燃功能的弹性的超仿棉面料,具有棉的手感和、触感以及棉更高的洗可穿性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是这样实现的:
本发明所涉及的一种吸湿防水透气弹性阻燃超仿棉面料的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)阻燃超仿棉长丝的制备:在制备超仿棉长丝的过程中,将阻燃剂粉末与PET切片混合均匀,再经过熔融挤出的方式制备阻燃超仿棉长丝,所加入的阻燃剂占超仿棉长丝质量的3-5%;所制备的阻燃仿棉长丝的细度为22.2dtex POY、29.9dtex FDY和83dtex/144fFDY;
(2)经纱的制备:经纱采用两根阻燃超仿棉长丝合股所制得;所使用的阻燃超仿棉长丝为22.2dtexPOY和29.9dtexFDY;在将一根22.2dtexPOY和一根 29.9dtexFDY进行并丝形成复合丝,并丝的捻度为30-50捻/10cm,并采用超声波焊接的方式在复合丝设置有固定点,固定点的间距为3-10cm;再将具有固定点的复合丝置入真空定型蒸箱中进行真空定型,水泡时间为30min,蒸丝时间为 80min,定型温度为80℃,定型时间为90min;
(3)纬纱的制备:所使用的纬纱为两根阻燃涤纶超仿棉长丝包缠在氨纶长丝的外侧,所使用的阻燃超仿棉长丝的细度为83dtex/144fFDY、捻度为16-20 捻/10cm;所使用的氨纶长丝的细度为44dtex;
(4)经纱上浆:上浆浓度为11%,上浆温度46℃;干燥温度为125-145℃;经丝张力控制在0.12-0.45G/D之间,浆车速度在125-200米/分钟;
所使用的浆料的包括复合改性马铃薯淀粉、磷酸酯淀粉、羧甲基纤维素、蜡片、抗静电剂、防腐剂、柔软剂、消泡剂、平滑剂、渗透剂和水;按照如下比例进行调浆,复合改性马铃薯淀粉为80-100kg、磷酸酯淀粉20-25kg、羧甲基纤维素10-15kg、蜡片2-2.5kg、抗静电剂2-2.5kg、防腐剂2-2.5kg、柔软剂2-2.5 kg、消泡剂1-2kg;平滑剂为1-1.5kg、渗透剂1-1.5kg和水,浆料定积为900L,煮浆时间为40-50min,供应桶温度为95±1℃,粘度为8.5-9mPa·s,浆液的pH 值为7.2-7.5;
(5)坯布的织造:在喷水织机采用平纹、斜纹或缎纹织物组织结构进行织造,坯布的下机纬密为152根/10cm,下机纬密为91根/10cm;
(6)冷堆:将上一步骤所织造的坯布通过冷堆处理液,带液率50-60%,在 24-30℃条件下,堆置30-36小时;所使用的冷堆处理液中含有氢氧化钠50g/L、低温除油剂5-10g/L、精炼渗透剂5-10g/L、保险粉2-5g/L;
(7)水洗:通过超声波震荡,再利用平幅退浆机对完成冷堆的坯布进行在 98℃条件下进行水洗处理,所使用的水洗处理液含有氧化退浆剂DL5-10g/L、螯合分散剂AB2-5g/L、氢氧化钠5-10g/L;
(8)预缩:采用圈码蒸缸对步一步骤处理后的坯布进行预缩处理,吊坯强的间距为8针,蒸缸内的处理液中含有氢氧化钠1-2g/L、纯碱5-8g/L、三聚磷三钠1-2g/L,1:10-50的浴比,在130-140℃条件下处理40-70min;
(9)预定型:采用拉幅定型机对经纱上一步骤的坯布进行预定型,定型温度为165-170℃,定型时间为50-60s;
(10)染色:采用染色剂对上一步骤所得到的坯布进行染色,染色剂包括染色助剂和染料,染色时浴比为1:10-15;染色助剂包括冰醋酸2-5g/L、匀染剂2-5g/L、柔软剂2-5g/L、染色稳定剂M-215为2-5g/L,染料为低温固着型分散染料;将坯布室温下置于染色剂中,按照1℃/min的升温速率升温对 128-132℃,并保温30-60min,再以及1.5-2℃/min的速率降温至78-82℃,保持 30-35min,并用酸性还原清洗剂对染色后的面料进行清洗;染色剂的pH值为5-6;
(11)吸湿排汗整理:采用的处理液包括欧特菲HSD20-40g/L、冰酸酸0.5-2 g/L,处理温度为130-140℃,处理时间为30-50min;
(12)泡沫定型:将上一步所处理的染色后的坯布,采用泡沫浸渍的方式,将面料在发泡机所形成的泡沫中,泡沫中含有定型剂和柔软剂,定型温度为 180-190℃,定型时间为1.5-2min;
(13)复合防水透湿膜:将上一步骤所制得的面料与防水透湿膜采用点状粘胶贴合。
作为上述方案的进一步说明,防水透湿膜为TPU膜或PU膜,透湿量为 4000g/m2/24h-10000g/m2/24h。
作为上述方案的进一步说明,所述的匀染剂中包括20-25质量份的N,N二甲基乙醇、75-80质量份的十八烷基异氰酸酯、0.2-0.5质量份的三乙醇胺、30-35 质量份的氯化苄、5-10质量份的乙氧基化羊毛脂。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所涉及的吸湿防水透气弹性阻燃超仿棉面料的生产工艺,使用了加入阻燃剂的超仿棉长丝作为经纱,使用了加入阻燃剂的超仿棉与氨纶长丝的包缠纱作为纬纱,使得面料在具有永久性的阻燃效果的同时,还具有良好的弹性及弹性恢复率。经过吸湿排汗整理和复合防水透湿膜,赋予了面料吸湿防水透气的性能,扩大了其应用范围。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进一步说明。
本发明所涉及的一种吸湿防水透气弹性阻燃超仿棉面料的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:阻燃超仿棉长丝的制备、经纱的制备、纬纱的制备、经纱上浆、坯布的织造、冷堆、水洗、预缩、预定型、染色、吸湿排汗整理、泡沫定型和复合防水透湿膜。
(1)阻燃超仿棉长丝的制备:在制备超仿棉长丝的过程中,将阻燃剂粉末与PET切片混合均匀,再经过熔融挤出的方式制备阻燃超仿棉长丝,所加入的阻燃剂占超仿棉长丝质量的3-5%,所加入的阻燃剂为纳米级2-羧乙基苯基次膦酸阻燃剂晶体粉末。所制备的阻燃仿棉长丝的细度为22.2dtex POY、29.9dtex FDY和83dtex/144fFDY,为后续经纱和纬纱的制备打下基础。
(2)经纱的制备:经纱采用两根阻燃超仿棉长丝合股所制得.所使用的阻燃超仿棉长丝为22.2dtexPOY和29.9dtexFDY,经纱的制备是将一根22.2dtexPOY 和一根29.9dtexFDY进行并丝形成复合丝,并丝的捻度为30-50捻/10cm,并采用超声波焊接的方式在复合丝设置有固定点,固定点的间距为3-10cm。再将具有固定点的复合丝置入真空定型蒸箱中进行真空定型,水泡时间为30min,蒸丝时间为80min,定型温度为80℃,定型时间为90min。通过两种阻燃超仿棉长丝的并丝,提高了经纱的强力。并在复合丝上通过超声波形成固定点,使得经纱的织造过程中不容易摩擦起毛,以及在后整理过程中经纱也不易起毛,使得面料的后期穿着使用过程中不易起毛起球。
(3)纬纱的制备:所使用的纬纱为两根阻燃涤纶超仿棉长丝包缠在氨纶长丝的外侧,所使用的阻燃超仿棉长丝的细度为83dtex/144fFDY、捻度为16-20 捻/10cm;所使用的氨纶长丝的细度为44dtex。使用阻燃超仿棉长丝与氨纶长丝的包缠纱,使得经纱具有较好的弹性和弹性恢复率。
(4)经纱上浆:上浆浓度为11%,上浆温度46℃;干燥温度为125-145℃;经丝张力控制在0.12-0.45G/D之间,浆车速度在125-200米/分钟。
所使用的浆料的包括复合改性马铃薯淀粉、磷酸酯淀粉、羧甲基纤维素、蜡片、抗静电剂、防腐剂、柔软剂、消泡剂、平滑剂、渗透剂和水。按照如下比例进行调浆,复合改性马铃薯淀粉为80-100kg、磷酸酯淀粉20-25kg、羧甲基纤维素10-15kg、蜡片2-2.5kg、抗静电剂2-2.5kg、防腐剂2-2.5kg、柔软剂2-2.5 kg、消泡剂1-2kg;平滑剂为1-1.5kg、渗透剂1-1.5kg和水,浆料定积为900L,煮浆时间为40-50min,供应桶温度为95±1℃,粘度为8.5-9mPa·s,浆液的pH 值为7.2-7.5。经过本步骤中的上浆工艺,提高了经纱的强力,进一步的提高了经纱的耐磨性,使得在织造过程中不易断头,提高了织造效率。
(5)坯布的织造:在喷水织机采用平纹、斜纹或缎纹织物组织结构进行织造,坯布的下机纬密为152根/10cm,下机纬密为91根/10cm。根据经纬纱的性质,进行常规的织造,其织造工艺并无特殊之处。
(6)冷堆:将上一步骤所织造的坯布通过冷堆处理液,带液率50-60%,在 24-30℃条件下,堆置30-36小时;所使用的冷堆处理液中含有氢氧化钠50g/L、低温除油剂5-10g/L、精炼渗透剂5-10g/L、保险粉2-5g/L。
由于在织造过程中,涤纶坯布在织造过程中,为了保证织造的连续性,减少织造中的断头等现象,同时增加经纱表面的光滑度,一般都先对经纱进行上浆、上油处理,所上的浆料、油剂会对织物的染色及后整理产生影响,因此在染色之前一般都要对坯布进行前处理,除去织物上的部分浆料,以保证染色加工的正品率。以前对涤纶长丝织物的退浆一般采用间歇式退浆,需要采用强碱,退浆后需要大量水洗,耗水量大。为节能减排,走清洁生产的道路,采用冷堆工艺+高效水洗进行前处理。冷堆主要是对杂质的氧化漂白反应。冷堆处理
有以下优点:(1)常温条件下处理,化学性能比较稳定,对纤维的作用力柔和均一,对纤维损伤小,可以避免产品批量间的质量差异。(2)化学反应可控,可以有效控制化学助剂的分解,纤维的物理指标不下降,克服机缸炼布质量差异,提高染色重现性和一次成功率。(3)全过程低张力,纤维可充分溶胀和释放内应力,较为彻底的解决织物在缸内张力不一,易产生的不均匀折皱问题,手感较好。(4)处理完全,碱的使用率高。
(7)水洗:通过超声波震荡,再利用平幅退浆机对完成冷堆的坯布进行在 98℃条件下进行水洗处理,所使用的水洗处理液含有氧化退浆剂DL5-10g/L、螯合分散剂AB2-5g/L、氢氧化钠5-10g/L;
(8)预缩:采用圈码蒸缸对步一步骤处理后的坯布进行预缩处理,吊坯强的间距为8针,蒸缸内的处理液中含有氢氧化钠1-2g/L、纯碱5-8g/L、三聚磷三钠1-2g/L,1:10-50的浴比,在130-140℃条件下处理40-70min。蒸缸预缩可以消除纤维在加捻定型时产生的内应力,使之得到彻底解除,同时在应力产生→回复→固定的过程中还能使织物产生弹性,在织物表面产生大量细小皱纹,增强织物对光的漫反射,同时增强超仿棉织物的棉感。
(9)预定型:采用拉幅定型机对经纱上一步骤的坯布进行预定型,定型温度为165-170℃,定型时间为50-60s。
涤纶纤维具有很高的结晶度,其纤维的结晶区和非结晶区紧密排列,通过预定型可以使涤纶的结晶区和非结晶区的排列变得有序,这样就可以有效提高染色和减碱量的均匀度。同时,通过预定型还可以提高织物表面的平整度和抗皱能力,减少织物在染色中产生的皱印,同时可以增加织物在后续加工中的尺寸稳定性,预定型的工艺条件要根据织物成品要求进行控制定型温度,温度太高织物会发硬影响手感,温度太低则织物抗皱性不好,同时涤纶的结晶区和非结晶区未能有效重排,也会影响到织物的染色均匀性。
(10)染色:采用染色剂对上一步骤所得到的坯布进行染色,染色剂包括染色助剂和染料,染色时浴比为1:10-15;染色助剂包括冰醋酸2-5g/L、匀染剂2-5g/L、柔软剂2-5g/L、染色稳定剂M-2152-5g/L,染料为低温固着型分散染料,浅色选用高日晒的染料,深色选用高水洗的染料。。将坯布室温下置于染色剂中,按照1℃/min的升温速率升温对128-130℃,并保温30-60min,再以及 1.5-2℃/min的速率降温至78-82℃,保持30-35min,并用酸性还原清洗剂对染色后的面料进行清洗;染色剂的pH值为5-6。所染颜色为黑色。
由于超仿棉涤纶长丝纤维与普通涤纶纤维有些许不同,因此在染色时工艺和条件会做一些改变,以保证超仿棉涤纶纤维在工艺完成后可以达到我们预期的目标。
匀染剂中包括20-25质量份的N,N二甲基乙醇、75-80质量份的十八烷基异氰酸酯、0.2-0.5质量份的三乙醇胺、30-35质量份的氯化苄、5-10质量份的乙氧基化羊毛脂。
(11)吸湿排汗整理:采用的处理液包括欧特菲HSD20-40g/L、冰酸酸0.5-2 g/L,处理温度为130-140℃,处理时间为30-50min。由于涤纶先天的拒水性,为使超仿棉涤纶纤维
具有和棉相似的吸水性,需要对超仿棉织物进行吸湿排汗易去污整理,以提高织物的吸湿性,增强织物的棉型感。欧特菲HSD就是含亲水性聚硅氧烷和亲水性聚酯的分散体。由于其分子结构中有与涤纶分子结构相同的苯环,在高温作用下,分子链段被锚牢在涤纶的表面,使涤纶由原来的疏水性表面变成耐久的亲水性表面,但由于涤纶组分本身的拒水性质并未被改变,所以其吸收的水分又可以很快地散发到大气中,并经亲水性柔软剂HSD整理后,除能明显提高织物的导湿快干功能外,尚有抗静电和易去污效果。
(12)泡沫定型:将上一步所处理的染色后的坯布,采用泡沫浸渍的方式,将面料在发泡机所形成的泡沫中,泡沫中含有定型剂和柔软剂,定型温度为 180-190℃,定型时间为1.5-2min。
(13)复合防水透湿膜:将上一步骤所制得的面料与防水透湿膜采用点状粘胶贴合。防水透湿膜为TPU膜或PU膜,透湿量为 4000g/m2/24h-10000g/m2/24h。
实施例一
本实施例所涉及的吸湿防水透气弹性阻燃超仿棉面料的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:阻燃超仿棉长丝的制备、经纱的制备、纬纱的制备、经纱上浆、坯布的织造、冷堆、水洗、预缩、预定型、染色、吸湿排汗整理、泡沫定型和复合防水透湿膜。
在在制备超仿棉长丝的过程中,将阻燃剂粉末与PET切片混合均匀,再经过熔融挤出的方式制备阻燃超仿棉长丝,所加入的阻燃剂占超仿棉长丝质量的 3%;所制备的阻燃仿棉长丝的细度为22.2dtex POY、29.9dtex FDY和83dtex/144f FDY。
经纱是使用的阻燃超仿棉长丝为22.2dtexPOY和29.9dtexFDY,将一根22.2dtexPOY和一根29.9dtexFDY进行并丝形成复合丝,并丝的捻度为30-50捻 /10cm,并采用超声波焊接的方式在复合丝设置有固定点,固定点的间距为3cm;再将具有固定点的复合丝置入真空定型蒸箱中进行真空定型,水泡时间为 30min,蒸丝时间为80min,定型温度为80℃,定型时间为90min;
纬纱是所使用的纬纱为两根阻燃涤纶超仿棉长丝包缠在氨纶长丝的外侧,使用的阻燃超仿棉长丝的细度为83dtex/144fFDY、捻度为16捻/10cm;所使用的氨纶长丝的细度为44dtex。
对经纱上浆时,上浆浓度为11%,上浆温度46℃;干燥温度为125℃;经丝张力控制在0.12G/D之间,浆车速度在125米/分钟。

在喷水织机采用平纹、斜纹或缎纹织物组织结构进行织造,坯布的下机纬密为152根/10cm,下机纬密为91根/10cm。
所织造的坯布通过冷堆处理液,带液率50%,在24℃条件下,堆置30小时;所使用的冷堆处理液中含有氢氧化钠50g/L、低温除油剂5g/L、精炼渗透剂5g/L、保险粉2g/L。
通过超声波震荡,再利用平幅退浆机对完成冷堆的坯布进行在98℃条件下进行水洗处理,所使用的水洗处理液含有氧化退浆剂DL5g/L、螯合分散剂AB2g/L、氢氧化钠5g/L。
采用圈码蒸缸对步一步骤处理后的坯布进行预缩处理,吊坯强的间距为8 针,蒸缸内的处理液中含有氢氧化钠1g/L、纯碱5g/L、三聚磷三钠1g/L,1: 10的浴比,在130℃条件下处理40min。
采用拉幅定型机对经纱上一步骤的坯布进行预定型,定型温度为165℃,定型时间为50s;
采用染色剂对上一步骤所得到的坯布进行染色,染色剂包括染色助剂和染料,染色时浴比为1:10;染色助剂包括冰醋酸2g/L、匀染剂2g/L、柔软剂2g/L、染色稳定剂M-215为2g/L,染料为低温固着型分散染料;将坯布室温下置于染色剂中,按照1℃/min的升温速率升温对128℃,并保温30min,再以及1.5℃/min 的速率降温至78℃,保持30min,并用酸性还原清洗剂对染色后的面料进行清洗;染色剂的pH值为5;
将上一步所处理的染色后的坯布,采用的处理液包括欧特菲HSD20g/L、冰酸酸0.5g/L,处理温度为130℃,处理时间为30min。
采用泡沫浸渍的方式,将面料在发泡机所形成的泡沫中,泡沫中含有定型剂和柔软剂,定型温度为180℃,定型时间为1.5min。
将上一步骤所制得的面料与防水透湿膜采用点状粘胶贴合。防水透湿膜为 TPU膜或PU膜,透湿量为4000g/m2/24h。
实施例二
本实施例所涉及的吸湿防水透气弹性阻燃超仿棉面料的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:阻燃超仿棉长丝的制备、经纱的制备、纬纱的制备、经纱上浆、坯布的织造、冷堆、水洗、预缩、预定型、染色、吸湿排汗整理、泡沫定型和复合防水透湿膜。
在在制备超仿棉长丝的过程中,将阻燃剂粉末与PET切片混合均匀,再经过熔融挤出的方式制备阻燃超仿棉长丝,所加入的阻燃剂占超仿棉长丝质量的 4%;所制备的阻燃仿棉长丝的细度为22.2dtex POY、29.9dtex FDY和83dtex/144f FDY。
经纱是使用的阻燃超仿棉长丝为22.2dtexPOY和29.9dtexFDY,将一根22.2dtexPOY和一根29.9dtexFDY进行并丝形成复合丝,并丝的捻度为40捻 /10cm,并采用超声波焊接的方式在复合丝设置有固定点,固定点的间距为6cm;再将具有固定点的复合丝置入真空定型蒸箱中进行真空定型,水泡时间为 30min,蒸丝时间为80min,定型温度为80℃,定型时间为90min;
纬纱是所使用的纬纱为两根阻燃涤纶超仿棉长丝包缠在氨纶长丝的外侧,使用的阻燃超仿棉长丝的细度为83dtex/144fFDY、捻度为16-20捻/10cm;所使用的氨纶长丝的细度为44dtex。
对经纱上浆时,上浆浓度为11%,上浆温度46℃;干燥温度为135℃;经丝张力控制在0.36G/D之间,浆车速度在160米/分钟。
所使用的浆料的包括复合改性马铃薯淀粉、磷酸酯淀粉、羧甲基纤维素、蜡片、抗静电剂、防腐剂、柔软剂、消泡剂、平滑剂、渗透剂和水;按照如下比例进行调浆,复合改性马铃薯淀粉为90kg、磷酸酯淀粉22kg、羧甲基纤维素 13kg、蜡片2.3kg、抗静电剂2.2kg、防腐剂2.2kg、柔软剂2.3kg、消泡剂1.5kg;平滑剂为1.3kg、渗透剂1.2kg和水,浆料定积为900L,煮浆时间为45min,供应桶温度为95±1℃,粘度为8.7mPa·s,浆液的pH值为7.3。
在喷水织机采用平纹、斜纹或缎纹织物组织结构进行织造,坯布的下机纬密为152根/10cm,下机纬密为91根/10cm。
所织造的坯布通过冷堆处理液,带液率55%,在27℃条件下,堆置33小时;所使用的冷堆处理液中含有氢氧化钠50g/L、低温除油剂8g/L、精炼渗透剂8 g/L、保险粉3g/L。
通过超声波震荡,再利用平幅退浆机对完成冷堆的坯布进行在98℃条件下进行水洗处理,所使用的水洗处理液含有氧化退浆剂DL8g/L、螯合分散剂AB3 g/L、氢氧化钠8g/L。
采用圈码蒸缸对步一步骤处理后的坯布进行预缩处理,吊坯强的间距为8 针,蒸缸内的处理液中含有氢氧化钠1.5g/L、纯碱6g/L、三聚磷三钠1.5g/L,1: 30的浴比,在135℃条件下处理55min。
采用拉幅定型机对经纱上一步骤的坯布进行预定型,定型温度为168℃,定型时间为55;
采用染色剂对上一步骤所得到的坯布进行染色,染色剂包括染色助剂和染料,染色时浴比为1:12;染色助剂包括冰醋酸3g/L、匀染剂4g/L、柔软剂3g/L、染色稳定剂M-215为3g/L,染料为低温固着型分散染料;将坯布室温下置于染色剂中,按照1℃/min的升温速率升温对130℃,并保温45min,再以及1.8℃/min 的速率降温至80℃,保持33min,并用酸性还原清洗剂对染色后的面料进行清洗;染色剂的pH值为5.5;
将上一步所处理的染色后的坯布,采用的处理液包括欧特菲HSD30g/L、冰酸酸1g/L,处理温度为135℃,处理时间为40min。
采用泡沫浸渍的方式,将面料在发泡机所形成的泡沫中,泡沫中含有定型剂和柔软剂,定型温度为180℃,定型时间为1.5min。
将上一步骤所制得的面料与防水透湿膜采用点状粘胶贴合。防水透湿膜为TPU膜或PU膜,透湿量为7000g/m2/24h。
实施例三
本实施例所涉及的吸湿防水透气弹性阻燃超仿棉面料的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:阻燃超仿棉长丝的制备、经纱的制备、纬纱的制备、经纱上浆、坯布的织造、冷堆、水洗、预缩、预定型、染色、吸湿排汗整理、泡沫定型和复合防水透湿膜。
在在制备超仿棉长丝的过程中,将阻燃剂粉末与PET切片混合均匀,再经过熔融挤出的方式制备阻燃超仿棉长丝,所加入的阻燃剂占超仿棉长丝质量的 5%;所制备的阻燃仿棉长丝的细度为22.2dtex POY、29.9dtex FDY和83dtex/144f FDY。
经纱是使用的阻燃超仿棉长丝为22.2dtexPOY和29.9dtexFDY,将一根22.2dtexPOY和一根29.9dtexFDY进行并丝形成复合丝,并丝的捻度为50捻 /10cm,并采用超声波焊接的方式在复合丝设置有固定点,固定点的间距为10cm;再将具有固定点的复合丝置入真空定型蒸箱中进行真空定型,水泡时间为 30min,蒸丝时间为80min,定型温度为80℃,定型时间为90min;
纬纱是所使用的纬纱为两根阻燃涤纶超仿棉长丝包缠在氨纶长丝的外侧,使用的阻燃超仿棉长丝的细度为83dtex/144fFDY、捻度为20捻/10cm;所使用的氨纶长丝的细度为44dtex。
对经纱上浆时,上浆浓度为11%,上浆温度46℃;干燥温度为145℃;经丝张力控制在0.45G/D之间,浆车速度在200米/分钟。
所使用的浆料的包括复合改性马铃薯淀粉、磷酸酯淀粉、羧甲基纤维素、蜡片、抗静电剂、防腐剂、柔软剂、消泡剂、平滑剂、渗透剂和水;按照如下比例进行调浆,复合改性马铃薯淀粉为100kg、磷酸酯淀粉25kg、羧甲基纤维素15kg、蜡片2.5kg、抗静电剂2.5kg、防腐剂2.5kg、柔软剂2.5kg、消泡剂2 kg;平滑剂为1.5kg、渗透剂1.5kg和水,浆料定积为900L,煮浆时间为50min,供应桶温度为95±1℃,粘度为9mPa·s,浆液的pH值为7.5。
在喷水织机采用平纹、斜纹或缎纹织物组织结构进行织造,坯布的下机纬密为152根/10cm,下机纬密为91根/10cm。
所织造的坯布通过冷堆处理液,带液率60%,在30℃条件下,堆置36小时;所使用的冷堆处理液中含有氢氧化钠50g/L、低温除油剂10g/L、精炼渗透剂10 g/L、保险粉5g/L。
通过超声波震荡,再利用平幅退浆机对完成冷堆的坯布进行在98℃条件下进行水洗处理,所使用的水洗处理液含有氧化退浆剂DL10g/L、螯合分散剂 AB2-5g/L、氢氧化钠10g/L。
采用圈码蒸缸对步一步骤处理后的坯布进行预缩处理,吊坯强的间距为8 针,蒸缸内的处理液中含有氢氧化钠2g/L、纯碱8g/L、三聚磷三钠2g/L,1:50 的浴比,在140℃条件下处理70min。
采用拉幅定型机对经纱上一步骤的坯布进行预定型,定型温度为170℃,定型时间为60s;
采用染色剂对上一步骤所得到的坯布进行染色,染色剂包括染色助剂和染料,染色时浴比为1:15;染色助剂包括冰醋酸5g/L、匀染剂5g/L、柔软剂2-5g/L、染色稳定剂M-215为5g/L,染料为低温固着型分散染料;将坯布室温下置于染色剂中,按照1℃/min的升温速率升温对132℃,并保温60min,再以及2℃/min 的速率降温至82℃,保持35min,并用酸性还原清洗剂对染色后的面料进行清洗;染色剂的pH值为6;
将上一步所处理的染色后的坯布,采用的处理液包括欧特菲HSD40g/L、冰酸酸2g/L,处理温度为140℃,处理时间为30-50min。
采用泡沫浸渍的方式,将面料在发泡机所形成的泡沫中,泡沫中含有定型剂和柔软剂,定型温度为180℃,定型时间为1.5min。
将上一步骤所制得的面料与防水透湿膜采用点状粘胶贴合。防水透湿膜为 TPU膜或PU膜,透湿量为10000g/m2/24h。
为了证实超仿棉织物具有和棉织物相似,甚至是优于棉织物的性能,我们对加工好的超仿棉织物进行各项性能测试,另外,我们也选择了与所染超仿棉的颜色、克重比较相近的纯棉织物进行对比测试,比较两者之间的差异。
测试内容包括:断裂强力、撕破强力、硬挺度、织物回潮率、抗起毛起球性、光照牢度。除以上测试外,同时比较两者的手感与光泽,以验证超仿棉的仿真度。
断裂强力按《纺织品织物拉伸性能第1部分断裂强力和断裂伸长率的测定》进行测试;撕破强力按《纺织品织物撕破性能第2部分:裤型试样(单缝)撕破强力的测定》进行测试;硬挺度按《织物硬挺性测试方法》进行测试;尺寸变化率按《测定织物尺寸变化时试样的准备、标记和测量》和《纺织品试验时采用的家庭洗涤及干燥程序》进行测试,起毛起球性能按《纺织品织物起毛起球性能的测定第1部分:圆轨迹法》进行测试。测试结果列于下表。
从测试结果我们不难看到,超仿棉织物具有与纯棉织物相似的断裂强力,力值均超过国家产品标准规定200N要求,而超仿棉织物具有比纯棉织物更加优良的撕破断裂强力。涤纶的模量比较大,外观表现为织物比较挺括,织物不易变形。但是作为超仿棉织物,我们要求它要有接近棉织物的柔软手感,在进行柔软整理后,涤纶的硬挺度势必会受到一定的影响,但经过柔软整理的超仿棉涤纶织物在硬挺性上依然优于纯棉织物。从表1还可看出,超仿棉织物具有比纯棉织物小得多的回潮率,而具有比纯棉织物更加优良的水洗缩率,超仿棉织物水洗前后基本不缩水。尽管涤纶的模量比较大,但由于单丝较细,且经过柔软整理,因此抗起球效果明显。但从测试结果看,超仿棉面料的抗起毛起达到4.5级,而精纺棉面料为3级,超仿棉面料具有优良的抗起毛起球性。
按ISO《纺织品色牢度试验第B02部分::耐人照光色牢度:氙弧》方法2进行测试。测试结构见下表。

从测试结果我们不难看出,超仿棉织物具有比纯棉织物更加优良的耐光照色牢度。
以上详细描述了本发明的较佳具体实施例。应当理解,本领域的普通技术人员无需创造性劳动就可以根据本发明的构思做出诸多修改和变化。因此,凡本技术领域中技术人员依本发明的构思在现有技术的基础上通过逻辑分析、推理或者有限的实验可以得到的技术方案,皆应在由权利要求书所确定的保护范围内。

Claims (3)

1.一种吸湿防水透气弹性阻燃超仿棉面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)阻燃超仿棉长丝的制备:在制备超仿棉长丝的过程中,将阻燃剂粉末与PET切片混合均匀,再经过熔融挤出的方式制备阻燃超仿棉长丝,所加入的阻燃剂占超仿棉长丝质量的3-5%;所制备的阻燃仿棉长丝的细度为22.2dtex POY、29.9dtex FDY和83dtex/144fFDY;
(2)经纱的制备:经纱采用两根阻燃超仿棉长丝合股所制得;所使用的阻燃超仿棉长丝为22.2dtexPOY和29.9dtexFDY;在将一根22.2dtexPOY和一根29.9dtexFDY进行并丝形成复合丝,并丝的捻度为30-50捻/10cm,并采用超声波焊接的方式在复合丝设置有固定点,固定点的间距为3-10cm;再将具有固定点的复合丝置入真空定型蒸箱中进行真空定型,水泡时间为30min,蒸丝时间为80min,定型温度为80℃,定型时间为90min;
(3)纬纱的制备:所使用的纬纱为两根阻燃涤纶超仿棉长丝包缠在氨纶长丝的外侧,所使用的阻燃超仿棉长丝的细度为83dtex/144f FDY、捻度为16-20捻/10cm;所使用的氨纶长丝的细度为44dtex;
(4)经纱上浆:上浆浓度为11%,上浆温度46℃;干燥温度为125-145℃;经丝张力控制在0.12-0.45G/D之间,浆车速度在125-200米/分钟;
所使用的浆料的包括复合改性马铃薯淀粉、磷酸酯淀粉、羧甲基纤维素、蜡片、抗静电剂、防腐剂、柔软剂、消泡剂、平滑剂、渗透剂和水;按照如下比例进行调浆,复合改性马铃薯淀粉为80-100kg、磷酸酯淀粉20-25kg、羧甲基纤维素10-15kg、蜡片2-2.5kg、抗静电剂2-2.5kg、防腐剂2-2.5kg、柔软剂2-2.5kg、消泡剂1-2kg;平滑剂为1-1.5kg、渗透剂1-1.5kg和水,浆料定积为900L,煮浆时间为40-50min,供应桶温度为95±1℃,粘度为8.5-9mPa·s,浆液的pH值为7.2-7.5;
(5)坯布的织造:在喷水织机采用平纹、斜纹或缎纹织物组织结构进行织造,坯布的下机纬密为152根/10cm,下机纬密为91根/10cm;
(6)冷堆:将上一步骤所织造的坯布通过冷堆处理液,带液率50-60%,在24-30℃条件下,堆置30-36小时;所使用的冷堆处理液中含有氢氧化钠50g/L、低温除油剂5-10g/L、精炼渗透剂5-10g/L、保险粉2-5g/L;
(7)水洗:通过超声波震荡,再利用平幅退浆机对完成冷堆的坯布进行在98℃条件下进行水洗处理,所使用的水洗处理液含有氧化退浆剂DL5-10g/L、螯合分散剂AB2-5g/L、氢氧化钠5-10g/L;
(8)预缩:采用圈码蒸缸对步一步骤处理后的坯布进行预缩处理,吊坯强的间距为8针,蒸缸内的处理液中含有氢氧化钠1-2g/L、纯碱5-8g/L、三聚磷三钠1-2g/L,1:10-50的浴比,在130-140℃条件下处理40-70min;
(9)预定型:采用拉幅定型机对经纱上一步骤的坯布进行预定型,定型温度为165-170℃,定型时间为50-60s;
(10)染色:采用染色剂对上一步骤所得到的坯布进行染色,染色剂包括染色助剂和染料,染色时浴比为1:10-15;染色助剂包括冰醋酸2-5g/L、匀染剂2-5g/L、柔软剂2-5g/L、染色稳定剂M-215为2-5g/L,染料为低温固着型分散染料;将坯布室温下置于染色剂中,按照1℃/min的升温速率升温对128-132℃,并保温30-60min,再以及1.5-2℃/min的速率降温至78-82℃,保持30-35min,并用酸性还原清洗剂对染色后的面料进行清洗;染色剂的pH值为5-6;
(11)吸湿排汗整理:采用的处理液包括欧特菲HSD20-40g/L、冰酸酸0.5-2 g/L,处理温度为130-140℃,处理时间为30-50min;
(12)泡沫定型:将上一步所处理的染色后的坯布,采用泡沫浸渍的方式,将面料在发泡机所形成的泡沫中,泡沫中含有定型剂和柔软剂,定型温度为180-190℃,定型时间为1.5-2min;
(13)复合防水透湿膜:将上一步骤所制得的面料与防水透湿膜采用点状粘胶贴合。
2.如权利要求1所述的吸湿防水透气弹性阻燃超仿棉面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,防水透湿膜为TPU膜或PU膜,透湿量为4000g/m2/24h-10000g/m2/24h。
3.如权利要求1所述的吸湿防水透气弹性阻燃超仿棉面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述的匀染剂中包括20-25质量份的N,N二甲基乙醇、75-80质量份的十八烷基异氰酸酯、0.2-0.5质量份的三乙醇胺、30-35质量份的氯化苄、5-10质量份的乙氧基化羊毛脂。
