Abstract
本发明提供了一种单层胶膜、形成其的组合物、共挤胶膜及太阳能电池组件。按重量份计,该组合物包括:100份聚合树脂,0.01~1份第一抗氧剂,0.01~1份第二抗氧剂和0.01~1份交联剂及0.01~5份助交联剂,第一抗氧剂为非对称型受阻酚类抗氧剂,酚羟基邻位取代基中含有苯环,第二抗氧剂为亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂或硫醚类抗氧剂。非对称型受阻酚类抗氧剂的加入有利于提高胶膜的抗氧化性,且在其和第二抗氧剂形成的分子内氢键的作用下,有利于提高胶膜的抗氧化性能和透光率。聚合树脂、第一抗氧剂、第二抗氧剂、交联剂及助交联剂的用量限定在上述范围内,能够使上述组合物形成的胶膜同时具有较高的抗氧化性能和抗PID性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能电池领域,具体而言,涉及一种单层胶膜、形成其的组合物、共挤胶膜及太阳能电池组件。
背景技术
目前,双面双玻组件在各大组件厂商均已实现量产,并处于爆发式增长状态。同时,双面单玻组件又因其重量低的优点占据一席之地,一个60片2.5mm双玻组件约为24-25kg,而同样的单玻组件只有18-19kg,重量相差30%。即使使用2.0mm的玻璃,双玻组件仍然比单玻组件重10-15%。因此双面单玻组件可明显减少运输、安装及维护成本。
常规封装胶膜用于封装双面电池组件背面,尤其是双面电池单玻组件背面时,在高温老化后易发生电极、焊带发黄等现象,造成外观缺陷。目前,实现封装胶膜抗氧化、耐黄变的常用方法是添加光稳定剂和/或抗氧剂。常用的光稳定剂为受阻胺类光稳定剂,常用的抗氧剂为3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八烷醇酯、三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯、亚磷酸三(单壬基苯和二壬基苯混合酯)。这些助剂在较低添加量时无法解决此现象,而添加量较高会导致抗PID能力大幅下降。
现有文献CN110591572A提供了一种添加二乙撑三胺五乙酸(DTPA)、N-羟乙基乙胺三乙酸(HEDTA)、乙二醇-双-(B-氨基乙醚)-N,N-四乙酸(EGTA)、聚丙烯酸、马来酸(MAO)、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸(EDTMPA)、羟基乙叉二膦酸(HEDP)、氨基三亚甲基膦酸(ATMP)作为PID助剂的封装胶膜,能起到一定的抗PID(抗功率衰减)作用,但效果不明显,且无法解决双面电池背面高温老化后电极、焊带发黄等现象。
现有文献CN102586710A提供了一种添加二[3-(1,1-二甲基乙基)-4-羟基-5-甲基苯丙酸]三聚乙二醇作为抗氧剂的EVA封装胶膜,能减少高温老化后电池发生电极、焊带发黄的现象,但用于封装双面电池无法通过PID 96h测试。
鉴于上述问题的存在,有必要提供一种能同时满足组件抗氧化和抗PID要求的胶膜。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种单层胶膜、形成其的组合物、共挤胶膜及太阳能电池组件,以解决现有的封装胶膜无法同时满足组件抗氧化和抗PID要求的问题。
为了实现上述目的,根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种形成胶膜的组合物,按重量份计,该组合物包括:100份聚合树脂,0.01~1份第一抗氧剂,0.01~1份第二抗氧剂和0.01~1份交联剂及0.01~5份助交联剂,其中,第一抗氧剂为非对称型受阻酚类抗氧剂,酚羟基邻位取代基中含有苯环,第二抗氧剂为亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂或硫醚类抗氧剂。
进一步地,按重量份计,组合物包括:100份聚合树脂,0.05~1份第一抗氧剂,0.01~0.5份第二抗氧剂和0.1~1份交联剂及0.05~1份助交联剂。
进一步地,第一抗氧剂选自N,N-1,2-乙烷双-1,3-丙二胺与2,4,6-三氯-1,3,5-三嗪和N-丁基-2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶胺反应产物的聚合物、2-(5-氯-2H-苯并三唑-2-基)-6-(1,1-二甲基乙基)-4-甲基苯酚、亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四甲基丁基苯酚、2,2’-亚甲基双6-(1-甲基环已基)-对甲酚、N,N′-1,3-丙二基双(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基氢化肉桂酰胺)、N,N′-六亚甲基双(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基氢化肉桂酰胺)、1,2-双(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基氢化肉桂酰基)肼组成的组中的一种或多种。

本申请的又一方面还提供了一种共挤胶膜,共挤胶膜通过将至少两层上述单层胶膜进行层压制成。
本申请的又一方面还提供了一种太阳能电池组件,包括封装胶膜,封装胶膜为上述单层胶膜和/或上述共挤胶膜制成。
应用本发明的技术方案,上述组合物中,非对称型受阻酚类抗氧剂的酚羟基邻位取代基为含有苯环的大体积取代基,这有利于保护酚羟基不被快速氧化,并减少电荷转移,因而其具有较好的抗氧化性。同时上述非对称型受阻酚类抗氧剂和亚磷酸酯或硫醚等第二抗氧剂之间会形成分子内氢键,在上述分子内氢键的作用下,这不仅有利于提高胶膜的抗氧化性能,还有利于提高其透光率。而将聚合树脂、第一抗氧剂、第二抗氧剂、交联剂及助交联剂的用量限定在上述范围内,能够使上述组合物形成的胶膜同时具有较高的抗氧化性能和抗PID性能。
具体实施方式
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将结合实施例来详细说明本发明。
正如背景技术所描述的,现有的封装胶膜无法同时满足抗氧化和抗PID的问题。为了解决上述技术问题,本申请提供了一种形成胶膜的组合物,按重量份计,组合物包括:100份聚合树脂,0.01~1份第一抗氧剂,0.01~1份第二抗氧剂和0.01~1份交联剂及0.01~5份助交联剂,其中,第一抗氧剂为非对称型受阻酚类抗氧剂,且酚羟基邻位取代基中含有苯环,第二抗氧剂为亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂或硫醚类抗氧剂。
上述组合物中,非对称型受阻酚类抗氧剂的酚羟基邻位取代基为含有苯环的大体积取代基,这有利于保护酚羟基不被快速氧化,并减少电荷转移,因而其具有较好的抗氧化性。同时上述非对称型受阻酚类抗氧剂和亚磷酸酯或硫醚等第二抗氧剂之间会形成分子内氢键,在上述分子内氢键的作用下有利于提高胶膜的抗氧化性能。而将聚合树脂、第一抗氧剂、第二抗氧剂、交联剂及助交联剂的用量限定在上述范围内,能够使上述组合物形成的胶膜同时具有较高的抗氧化性能和抗PID性能。
在一种优选的实施例中,按重量份计,上述组合物包括:100份聚合树脂,0.05~1份第一抗氧剂,0.01~0.5份第二抗氧剂和0.1~1份交联剂及0.05~1份助交联剂。将上述各组分的用量限定在上述范围内有利于使第一抗氧剂、第二抗氧剂以及助交联剂之间发挥更好的协同作用,以进一步提高其形成胶膜的综合性能。
上述非对称型受阻酚类抗氧剂在应用过程中能够捕捉自由基,从而实现抗氧化的作用。在一种优选的实施例中,第一抗氧剂包括但不限于N,N-1,2-乙烷双-1,3-丙二胺与2,4,6-三氯-1,3,5-三嗪和N-丁基-2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶胺反应产物的聚合物、2-(5-氯-2H-苯并三唑-2-基)-6-(1,1-二甲基乙基)-4-甲基苯酚、亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四甲基丁基苯酚、2,2’-亚甲基双6-(1-甲基环已基)-对甲酚、N,N′-1,3-丙二基双(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基氢化肉桂酰胺)、N,N′-六亚甲基双(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基氢化肉桂酰胺)、1,2-双(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基氢化肉桂酰基)肼组成的组中的一种或多种。上述几种抗氧剂中,酚羟基的对位均是给电子取代基(如长分子链烷基),这使得上述抗氧剂与组合物中其它组分具有更好的相容性,从而有利于进一步提高上述组合物的抗氧化性能;同时上述几种抗氧剂还能够使第一抗氧剂与第二抗氧剂之间形成的分子内氢键的作用力更强,胶膜更加致密,从而有利于提高胶膜的水汽和电气阻隔性能。电气阻隔性较高时,胶膜的电绝缘性能更好,有利于提高组件抗PID能力。
亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂具有消除过氧自由基和烷氧自由基,因而在应用过程中能够实现抗氧化的作用。硫醚类抗氧剂能够与氢过氧化物形成砜或亚砜等较为稳定的物质,从而实现抗氧化的效果。在一种优选的实施例中,第二抗氧剂包括但不限于亚磷酸三壬基苯酯、亚磷酸三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)酯、2,2-亚甲基-双(4,6-叔丁基-苯基)-辛基亚磷酸酯、2,2′-亚乙基双(4,6-二叔丁基苯基)氟亚磷酸酯、双(2,4-二叔丁基-6-甲基苯基)乙基亚磷酸酯、2,4,6-三叔丁基苯基-2-丁基-2-乙基-1,3-丙二醇亚磷酸酯、双十八烷基季戊四醇二亚磷酸酯、四(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)-4,4’-亚联苯基-二亚磷酸酯、双(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)季戊四醇二亚磷酸酯、双(2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基-苯基)季戊四醇二亚磷酸酯、双(2,4-二枯基苯基)季戊四醇二亚磷酸酯、1,3-双(二苯基膦基)-2,2-二甲基-丙烷、2,2’,2”-次氮基三乙基-三[3,3’,5,5’-四叔丁基-1,1’-联苯基-2,2’-二基]亚磷酸酯、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯、硫代二丙酸二肉豆蔻酯、硫代二丙酸双十八烷基酯、二(十八烷基)二硫醚和四(β-十二烷基硫代丙酸)季戊四醇酯组成的组中的一种或多种。相比于其它亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂和硫醚类抗氧剂,上述几种抗氧剂与本申请中使用的第一抗氧剂具有更好的协同作用,从而有利于进一步提高胶膜的抗氧化性能。
上述组合物中,助交联剂的加入能够使其形成的胶膜具有较好的抗PID性能。在一种优选的实施例中,助交联剂为酰胺类助剂。相比于其它助交联剂,选用酰胺类助剂有利于进一步提高其形成的胶膜的抗PID性能。更优选地,酰胺类助剂包括但不限于4-甲氧基苯甲酰胺、N-叔丁基丙烯酰胺、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、3-氨基-2,2-二甲基丙酰胺、丙二酰胺、异丁酰胺、N-甲氧基-N-甲基乙酰胺、N-乙基-5-甲基-2-(1-甲基乙基)环己甲酰胺、2,4-二羟基苯甲酰胺、N,N-二乙基-2-氯乙酰胺、2-羟基异丁酰胺和乙氧酰胺苯甲酯组成的组中的一种或多种。
为了进一步提高胶膜的综合性能,在一种优选的实施例中,第一抗氧剂、第二抗氧剂和助交联剂的重量比为1:(0.01~10):(0.05~20)。
为了进一步提高上述组合物形成的胶膜的综合性能,可以添加一些常用的助剂,比如光稳定剂和增粘剂。在一种优选的实施例中,按重量份计,组合物还包括0.01~1份光稳定剂和0.01~1份增粘剂。将光稳定剂和增粘剂限定在上述范围内有利于进一步提高其形成的胶膜的耐老化性能和成膜性。
上述组合物中的聚合树脂可以选用本领域常用的树脂。在一种优选的实施例中,聚合树脂包括但不限于乙烯共聚物、聚丙烯、聚丁烯、聚氨酯弹性体、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛和有机硅橡胶组成的组中的一种或多种,更优选为乙烯共聚物。乙烯共聚物与组合物中的其它组分具有更好的相容性,从而有利于进一步提高胶膜的综合性能。
本申请的另一方面还提供了一种单层胶膜,单层胶膜通过将上述形成胶膜的组合物进行熔融挤出制成。
上述组合物中,非对称型受阻酚类抗氧剂的酚羟基邻位取代基为含有苯环的大体积取代基,这有利于保护酚羟基不被快速氧化,并减少电荷转移,因而其具有较好的抗氧化性。同时上述非对称型受阻酚类抗氧剂和亚磷酸酯或硫醚等第二抗氧剂之间会形成分子内氢键,在上述分子内氢键的作用下,将聚合树脂、第一抗氧剂、第二抗氧剂、交联剂及助交联剂的用量限定在上述范围内,能够使上述组合物形成胶膜同时具有较高的抗氧化性能和抗PID性能。
由前述内容可知,采用上述组合物制得的单层胶膜具有较高的抗氧化性能、抗PID性能及透光率。为了满足不同的应用环境,本申请的第三方面还提供了一种共挤胶膜,共挤胶膜通过将至少两层上述单层胶膜进行层压制成。采用上述方法和原料制得共挤胶膜同样具有较好的抗氧化性能和抗PID性能。
本申请的第四方面还提供了一种太阳能电池组件,其包括封装胶膜,封装胶膜为本申请提供的单层胶膜和/或共挤胶膜制成。
无论是上述组合物形成单层胶膜还是共挤胶膜均具有较好的抗氧化性能和抗PID性能,因而将其应用于太阳能电池组件中同样能够有利于大幅提高太阳能电池组件的综合性能。
以下结合具体实施例对本申请作进一步详细描述,这些实施例不能理解为限制本申请所要求保护的范围。
实施例1
按重量份计,形成胶膜的组合物包括:
100份聚合树脂(乙烯辛烯共聚物),0.01份第一抗氧剂(N,N′-六亚甲基双(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基氢化肉桂酰胺)),1份第二抗氧剂(双(2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基-苯基)季戊四醇二亚磷酸酯)和0.01份交联剂(三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯(上海阿拉丁生化科技股份有限公司,货号T123406))及0.05份助交联剂(3-氨基-2,2-二甲基丙酰胺)。
实施例2
按重量份计,形成胶膜的组合物包括:
100份聚合树脂(乙烯辛烯共聚物),1份第一抗氧剂(N,N′-1,3-丙二基双(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基氢化肉桂酰胺)),0.01份第二抗氧剂(硫代二丙酸二月桂酯)和1份交联剂(叔丁基过氧化碳酸异丙酯)及5份助交联剂(丙二酰胺)。
实施例3
与实施例1的区别为:
按重量份计,形成胶膜的组合物包括:100份聚合树脂,0.05份第一抗氧剂,0.5份第二抗氧剂和0.1份交联剂及1份助交联剂。
实施例4
与实施例1的区别为:
按重量份计,形成胶膜的组合物包括:100份聚合树脂,1份第一抗氧剂,0.01份第二抗氧剂和1份交联剂及0.05份助交联剂。
实施例5
与实施例1的区别为:第一抗氧剂为N,N-1,2-乙烷双-1,3-丙二胺与2,4,6-三氯-1,3,5-三嗪和N-丁基-2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶胺反应产物的聚合物,第二抗氧剂为硫代二丙酸二肉豆蔻酯,助交联剂为4-甲氧基苯甲酰胺。
实施例6
与实施例1的区别为:第一抗氧剂为2-(5-氯-2H-苯并三唑-2-基)-6-(1,1-二甲基乙基)-4-甲基苯酚,第二抗氧剂为亚磷酸三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)酯,助交联剂为N-叔丁基丙烯酰胺。
实施例7
与实施例1的区别为:第一抗氧剂为2,2’-亚甲基双6-(1-甲基环已基)-对甲酚,第二抗氧剂为双(2,4-二叔丁基-6-甲基苯基)乙基亚磷酸酯,助交联剂为N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺。
实施例8
与实施例1的区别为:第一抗氧剂、第二抗氧剂和助交联剂的重量比为1:0.01:0.05。
实施例9
与实施例1的区别为:第一抗氧剂、第二抗氧剂和助交联剂的重量比为1:10:20。
实施例10
与实施例1的区别为:第一抗氧剂、第二抗氧剂和助交联剂的重量比为1: 20 : 0.01。
实施例11
与实施例1的区别为:助交联剂为聚苯乙烯磺酸钠。
对比例1
与实施例1的区别为:不添加助交联剂。
对比例2
与实施例1的区别为:不添加第一抗氧剂。
对比例3
与实施例1的区别为:不添加第二抗氧剂。
将实施例1至11及对比例1至3中的组合物进行熔融挤出并经流延成膜制得胶膜,并进行性能测试,测试结果见表1。
性能测试的方法如下:
抗氧化性能:取尺寸为30cm×30cm的封装胶膜两块,叠合后将其夹在相同尺寸的钢化玻璃与透明背板之间,按照层压条件150℃/15min进行层压固化,制得层压件试样。将试样放入150±5℃烘箱中,相对湿度低于50%,500h后将试样取出。分别对实验前后的试样按照ASTM E313-2010进行黄色指数YI测量,每块试样不少于3个点并取平均值,黄变指数△YI=老化后黄色指数YI-老化前黄色指数YI。
组件PID老化测试;选择双面电池,依据IECTS2804-1:2015进行测试,测试条件加严到85℃,85%RH,外加负1500V恒定直流电压,经192h后,测定光伏组件PID试验前后的功率衰减。
电气阻隔性能:依据CQC3307-2013中5.5.8部分进行试样体积电阻率的测试

从以上的描述中,可以看出,本发明上述的实施例实现了如下技术效果:
比较实施例1至11及对比例1至3可知,采用本申请提供的组合物形成胶膜具有更好的抗氧化性能和抗PID性能。
比较实施例1至4、8至10可知,将本申请提供的组合物中各组分的用量限定在本申请优选的范围内有利于提高其形成的胶膜的抗氧化性能和抗PID性能。
比较实施例1、5至7及11可知,选用本申请优选的抗氧剂和助交联剂有利于提高其形成的胶膜的抗氧化性能、抗PID性能、水汽阻隔性能和电气阻隔性能。
需要说明的是,本申请的说明书和权利要求书中的术语“第一”、“第二”等是用于区别类似的对象,而不必用于描述特定的顺序或先后次序。应该理解这样使用的术语在适当情况下可以互换,以便这里描述的本申请的实施方式例如能够以除了在这里描述的那些以外的顺序实施。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (12)
1.一种形成胶膜的组合物,其特征在于,按重量份计,所述组合物包括:100份聚合树脂,0.01~1份第一抗氧剂,0.01~1份第二抗氧剂和0.01~1份交联剂及0.01~5份助交联剂,其中,所述第一抗氧剂为非对称型受阻酚类抗氧剂,酚羟基邻位取代基中含有苯环,所述第二抗氧剂为亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂或硫醚类抗氧剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,按重量份计,所述组合物包括:100份聚合树脂,0.05~1份第一抗氧剂,0.01~0.5份第二抗氧剂和0.1~1份交联剂及0.05~1份所述助交联剂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述第一抗氧剂选自N,N-1,2-乙烷双-1,3-丙二胺与2,4,6-三氯-1,3,5-三嗪和N-丁基-2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶胺反应产物的聚合物、2-(5-氯-2H-苯并三唑-2-基)-6-(1,1-二甲基乙基)-4-甲基苯酚、亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四甲基丁基苯酚、2,2’-亚甲基双6-(1-甲基环已基)-对甲酚、N,N′-1,3-丙二基双(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基氢化肉桂酰胺)、N,N′-六亚甲基双(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基氢化肉桂酰胺)、1,2-双(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基氢化肉桂酰基)肼组成的组中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述第二抗氧剂选自亚磷酸三壬基苯酯、亚磷酸三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)酯、2,2-亚甲基-双(4,6-叔丁基-苯基)-辛基亚磷酸酯、2,2′-亚乙基双(4,6-二叔丁基苯基)氟亚磷酸酯、双(2,4-二叔丁基-6-甲基苯基)乙基亚磷酸酯、2,4,6-三叔丁基苯基-2-丁基-2-乙基-1,3-丙二醇亚磷酸酯、双十八烷基季戊四醇二亚磷酸酯、四(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)-4,4’-亚联苯基-二亚磷酸酯、双(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)季戊四醇二亚磷酸酯、双(2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基-苯基)季戊四醇二亚磷酸酯、双(2,4-二枯基苯基)季戊四醇二亚磷酸酯、1,3-双(二苯基膦基)-2,2-二甲基-丙烷、2,2’,2”-次氮基三乙基-三[3,3’,5,5’-四叔丁基-1,1’-联苯基-2,2’-二基]亚磷酸酯、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯、硫代二丙酸二肉豆蔻酯、硫代二丙酸双十八烷基酯、二(十八烷基)二硫醚和四(β-十二烷基硫代丙酸)季戊四醇酯组成的组中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求3所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述助交联剂为酰胺类助剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述助交联剂选自4-甲氧基苯甲酰胺、N-叔丁基丙烯酰胺、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、3-氨基-2,2-二甲基丙酰胺、丙二酰胺、异丁酰胺、N-甲氧基-N-甲基乙酰胺、N-乙基-5-甲基-2-(1-甲基乙基)环己甲酰胺、2,4-二羟基苯甲酰胺、N,N-二乙基-2-氯乙酰胺、2-羟基异丁酰胺和乙氧酰胺苯甲酯组成的组中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求5所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述第一抗氧剂、所述第二抗氧剂和所述助交联剂的重量比为1:(0.01~10):(0.05~20)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,按重量份计,所述组合物还包括0.01~1份光稳定剂和0.01~1份增粘剂。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述聚合树脂选自乙烯共聚物、聚丙烯、聚丁烯、聚氨酯弹性体、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛和有机硅橡胶组成的组中的一种或多种。
10.一种单层胶膜,其特征在于,所述单层胶膜通过将权利要求1至9中任一项所述的组合物进行熔融挤出制成。
11.一种共挤胶膜,其特征在于,所述共挤胶膜通过将至少两层权利要求10所述的单层胶膜进行层压制成。
12.一种太阳能电池组件,包括封装胶膜,其特征在于,所述封装胶膜为权利要求10所述的单层胶膜和/或权利要求11所述的共挤胶膜制成。
