Abstract

本发明公开了一种结构改进的印刷切纸装置,包括左右设置的切纸平台和接料平台,切纸平台的左端滑动连接有可左右移动的推板,切纸平台的右端上方设有切纸机构,接料平台的前侧壁和后侧壁上各设有一对左右设置的轮轴,每个轮轴的外端铰接有滚轮,前侧的两个滚轮和后侧的两个滚轮分别插套在对应的一个引导座的导向槽内,导向槽包括水平设置的横向槽和左低右高倾斜设置的斜向槽;接料平台的下底面的右端通过第一铰链与气缸的活塞杆连接,气缸的缸体通过第二铰链与支座连接。本发明通过将接料平台倾斜可自动将废料送至收集箱内,大大地降低了工人的工作量,可有效提高工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及印刷机械技术领域,具体涉及一种结构改进的印刷切纸装置。
背景技术
印刷切纸机是一种印刷过程中可对纸张实施裁切,促使纸张符合加工尺寸的专用装置。印刷传统的切纸机主要由工作台、设于工作台上的刀架、固设于刀架上的切纸刀、在纸张需要实施裁切时对纸张实施压置的固定机构及驱动切纸刀处于工作台上升降的升降机构组成。切纸机在对印刷过的纸张进行切纸工作中会产生很多细长的中间废料,中间废料落在工作台上,此类废料一般需要人工清理,增加了工人的工作量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构改进的印刷切纸装置,它通过将接料平台倾斜可自动将废料送至收集箱内,大大地降低了工人的工作量,可有效提高工作效率。
本发明解决所述技术问题的方案是:
一种结构改进的印刷切纸装置,包括左右设置的切纸平台和接料平台,切纸平台通过支脚固定在地面上;所述切纸平台的上底面与接料平台的上底面光滑设置且两者齐平设置;所述切纸平台的左端滑动连接有可左右移动的推板,切纸平台的右端上方设有切纸机构,所述接料平台的前侧壁和后侧壁上各设有一对左右设置的轮轴,左侧的两个轮轴同轴心设置,右侧的两个轮轴同轴心设置,每个轮轴的外端铰接有滚轮,前侧的两个滚轮和后侧的两个滚轮分别插套在对应的一个引导座的导向槽内,所述导向槽包括水平设置的横向槽和左低右高倾斜设置的斜向槽;所述接料平台的下底面的右端与第一铰链的一端固定连接,第一铰链的另一端与气缸的活塞杆固定连接,气缸的缸体固定在第二铰链的一端,第二铰接的另一端固定在支座上,支座和两个引导座固定在地面上。
所述切纸平台和接料平台的中间下方设有上侧开口的收集箱,收集箱的底部安装有多个万向轮。
所述收集箱的右侧壁上固定有圆柱锁销;所述支座上成型有与圆柱锁销相对应的通孔,圆柱锁销穿过通孔的伸出端成型有环形凹槽,环形凹槽内套接有呈倒“U”字型的插板。
所述切纸平台和接料平台之间留有间隙;
所述接料平台的下端固定有向左凸起的小凸台,小凸台压靠在切纸平台的右侧壁上。
所述推板的下底面上成型有多个前后方向线性布置的矩形条,所述切纸平台的中部成型有多个前后方向线性布置的矩形槽,每根矩形条插套在对应的矩形槽内。
其中一个矩形条螺接在左右方向设置的螺杆的中部,螺杆的两端铰接在对应的矩形槽上,螺杆穿过切纸平台的左伸出端固定有大齿轮,大齿轮啮合有小齿轮,小齿轮固定在电机的电机轴上,电机固定在切纸平台的左端。
所述切纸机构包括设置在切纸平台的最右端上方的切刀,切刀固定在刀架上,刀架固定在第一油缸的活塞缸上,第一油缸固定在支撑架上,支撑架与切纸平台固定连接;
所述刀架的左侧壁和切刀的左侧壁齐平设置且都压靠在压块的右侧壁上,压块固定在第二油缸的活塞缸上,第二油缸固定在支撑架上;
所述压块套接在竖直设置的导向杆上,导向杆固定在支撑架上。
本发明的突出效果是:与现有技术相比,它通过将接料平台倾斜可自动将废料送至收集箱内,大大地降低了工人的工作量,可有效提高工作效率。

具体实施方式
实施例,见如图1至图3所示,一种结构改进的印刷切纸装置,包括左右设置的切纸平台1和接料平台2,切纸平台1通过支脚固定在地面上;所述切纸平台1的上底面与接料平台2的上底面光滑设置且两者齐平设置;所述切纸平台1的左端滑动连接有可左右移动的推板31,切纸平台1的右端上方设有切纸机构4,所述接料平台2的前侧壁和后侧壁上各设有一对左右设置的轮轴51,左侧的两个轮轴51同轴心设置,右侧的两个轮轴51同轴心设置,每个轮轴51的外端铰接有滚轮52,前侧的两个滚轮52和后侧的两个滚轮52分别插套在对应的一个引导座53的导向槽内,所述导向槽包括水平设置的横向槽531和左低右高倾斜设置的斜向槽532;所述接料平台2的下底面的右端与第一铰链54的一端固定连接,第一铰链54的另一端与气缸55的活塞杆固定连接,气缸55的缸体固定在第二铰链56的一端,第二铰接56的另一端固定在支座57上,支座57和两个引导座53固定在地面上。
更进一步的说,所述切纸平台1和接料平台2的中间下方设有上侧开口的收集箱61,收集箱61的底部安装有多个万向轮62。
更进一步的说,所述收集箱61的右侧壁上固定有圆柱锁销63;所述支座57上成型有与圆柱锁销63相对应的通孔571,圆柱锁销63穿过通孔571的伸出端成型有环形凹槽631,环形凹槽631内套接有呈倒“U”字型的插板64。
更进一步的说,所述切纸平台1和接料平台2之间留有间隙;
所述接料平台2的下端固定有向左凸起的小凸台7,小凸台7压靠在切纸平台1的右侧壁上。
更进一步的说,所述推板31的下底面上成型有多个前后方向线性布置的矩形条311,所述切纸平台1的中部成型有多个前后方向线性布置的矩形槽11,每根矩形条311插套在对应的矩形槽11内。
更进一步的说,其中一个矩形条311螺接在左右方向设置的螺杆32的中部,螺杆32的两端铰接在对应的矩形槽21上,螺杆32穿过切纸平台2的左伸出端固定有大齿轮33,大齿轮33啮合有小齿轮34,小齿轮34固定在电机35的电机轴上,电机35固定在切纸平台1的左端。
更进一步的说,所述切纸机构4包括设置在切纸平台1的最右端上方的切刀41,切刀41固定在刀架42上,刀架42固定在第一油缸43的活塞缸上,第一油缸43固定在支撑架44上,支撑架44与切纸平台1固定连接;
所述刀架42的左侧壁和切刀41的左侧壁齐平设置且都压靠在压块45的右侧壁上,压块45固定在第二油缸46的活塞缸上,第二油缸46固定在支撑架44上;
所述压块45套接在竖直设置的导向杆47上,导向杆47固定在支撑架44上。
工作原理:第一,将需要进行切裁的纸张9放置在切纸平台1上且放置在推板31的右侧;
第二,电机带动小齿轮34转动,小齿轮34带动大齿轮33转动,大齿轮33转动螺杆32转动,螺杆32嗲嗲推板31向右移动,从而将纸张9向右推,通过控制电机转过的圈数,可控制推板移动的位移量;
第三,当将纸张9推到需要的位置时,电机停止工作,第二油缸46的活塞杆伸展带动压块45下移并将纸张9压紧,然后第一油缸43的活塞杆伸展带动刀架42下移,刀架42带动切刀41下移,切刀41下移从而切裁纸张,切裁后的纸张的右侧部分则落在接料平台2上;
第四,切裁下来如果是需要的部分则将其取走,如果是废料则气缸55的活塞杆伸展,通过第一铰链54带动接料平台2向右移动,在四个滚轮及两个导向槽的作用下,接料平台2的右端沿斜向槽532向右上方移动,此时接料平台2左低右高倾斜设置,在接料平台2上的废料则自动下滑到收集箱61内;
第五,收集箱61底部设有万向轮62则方便收集箱移动;通过圆柱锁销63和插板64的作用可将收集箱61与支座57固定,可有效防止收集箱61自动滑移;当需要移动收集箱61时,只需取出插板64,然后圆柱锁销63脱离通孔即可任意移动。

1.一种结构改进的印刷切纸装置,包括左右设置的切纸平台(1)和接料平台(2),切纸平台(1)通过支脚固定在地面上;其特征在于:所述切纸平台(1)的上底面与接料平台(2)的上底面光滑设置且两者齐平设置;所述切纸平台(1)的左端滑动连接有可左右移动的推板(31),切纸平台(1)的右端上方设有切纸机构(4),所述接料平台(2)的前侧壁和后侧壁上各设有一对左右设置的轮轴(51),左侧的两个轮轴(51)同轴心设置,右侧的两个轮轴(51)同轴心设置,每个轮轴(51)的外端铰接有滚轮(52),前侧的两个滚轮(52)和后侧的两个滚轮(52)分别插套在对应的一个引导座(53)的导向槽内,所述导向槽包括水平设置的横向槽(531)和左低右高倾斜设置的斜向槽(532);所述接料平台(2)的下底面的右端与第一铰链(54)的一端固定连接,第一铰链(54)的另一端与气缸(55)的活塞杆固定连接,气缸(55)的缸体固定在第二铰链(56)的一端,第二铰接(56)的另一端固定在支座(57)上,支座(57)和两个引导座(53)固定在地面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种结构改进的印刷切纸装置,其特征在于:所述切纸平台(1)和接料平台(2)的中间下方设有上侧开口的收集箱(61),收集箱(61)的底部安装有多个万向轮(62)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种结构改进的印刷切纸装置,其特征在于:所述收集箱(61)的右侧壁上固定有圆柱锁销(63);所述支座(57)上成型有与圆柱锁销(63)相对应的通孔(571),圆柱锁销(63)穿过通孔(571)的伸出端成型有环形凹槽(631),环形凹槽(631)内套接有呈倒“U”字型的插板(64)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种结构改进的印刷切纸装置,其特征在于:所述切纸平台(1)和接料平台(2)之间留有间隙;
所述接料平台(2)的下端固定有向左凸起的小凸台(7),小凸台(7)压靠在切纸平台(1)的右侧壁上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种结构改进的印刷切纸装置,其特征在于:所述推板(31)的下底面上成型有多个前后方向线性布置的矩形条(311),所述切纸平台(1)的中部成型有多个前后方向线性布置的矩形槽(11),每根矩形条(311)插套在对应的矩形槽(11)内。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种结构改进的印刷切纸装置,其特征在于:其中一个矩形条(311)螺接在左右方向设置的螺杆(32)的中部,螺杆(32)的两端铰接在对应的矩形槽(21)上,螺杆(32)穿过切纸平台(2)的左伸出端固定有大齿轮(33),大齿轮(33)啮合有小齿轮(34),小齿轮(34)固定在电机(35)的电机轴上,电机(35)固定在切纸平台(1)的左端。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种结构改进的印刷切纸装置,其特征在于:所述切纸机构(4)包括设置在切纸平台(1)的最右端上方的切刀(41),切刀(41)固定在刀架(42)上,刀架(42)固定在第一油缸(43)的活塞缸上,第一油缸(43)固定在支撑架(44)上,支撑架(44)与切纸平台(1)固定连接;
所述刀架(42)的左侧壁和切刀(41)的左侧壁齐平设置且都压靠在压块(45)的右侧壁上,压块(45)固定在第二油缸(46)的活塞缸上,第二油缸(46)固定在支撑架(44)上;
