Abstract
本发明公开了一种瓦楞纸箱板的切割粉碎装置,包括工作面板,所述工作面板的顶面且由前往后依次设有送料底板、切割架以及下料通槽,切割架的顶板设有切割通槽,切割通槽内滑动设有切割座,切割座的下方设有切割片,工作面板的底面且位于下料通槽的左右两端固定有一对竖直安装板,粉碎滚筒的两端转动连接在两个竖直安装板之间。本发明的优点在于:它能将多块大型纸板叠放好后固定,然后进行统一的切割,切割完成的小面积纸板则迅速被粉碎回收,随着纸板地不断推进,整个切割粉碎过程自动化程度高,效率高,效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及瓦楞纸箱的回收设备领域,尤其涉及一种瓦楞纸箱板的切割粉碎装置。
背景技术:
大型的纸板箱在进行回收的时候由于体积大,需要先切割成小型的才能方便粉碎,现有技术是先通过人工切割或者机器切割好后,再统一集中去粉碎,费时费力,效率低。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种瓦楞纸箱板的切割粉碎装置,它能将多块大型纸板叠放好后固定,然后进行统一的切割,切割完成的小面积纸板则迅速被粉碎回收,随着纸板地不断推进,整个切割粉碎过程自动化程度高,效率高,效果好。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种瓦楞纸箱板的切割粉碎装置,包括工作面板,其特征在于:所述工作面板的顶面且由前往后依次设有送料底板、切割架以及下料通槽,所述切割架的顶板上活动设有切割片,工作面板的底面且位于下料通槽的正下方设有粉碎滚筒。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述工作面板的顶面左右两侧设有一对滑行气缸,两个滑行气缸位于切割架内,送料底板的两端固定在两个滑行气缸上。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述送料底板的顶面左右两侧固定有一对推料长座,推料长座中设有推料通槽,推料丝杆的两端转动连接在推料通槽的前后两端壁上,推料块螺接在推料丝杆上,推料块的上下两侧壁均设有自润滑层,自润滑层贴靠在推料通槽的上下内壁上,所述推料长座的前端侧壁上设有驱动推料丝杆转动的推料电机,推料竖板的两端连接在两个推料块之间。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述送料底板的前端壁中心设有安装座,安装座的顶面转动设有转动板,转动板的另一端顶面固定有压料气缸,压料气缸的活塞杆穿过转动板且连接有压料板。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述切割架的顶板顶面设有切割通槽,切割通槽的左右两端分别转动连接有切割螺杆和固定有导向杆,切割座螺接在切割螺杆上且套设在导向杆上,所述切割架的其中一个侧板的外侧壁上固定有移动电机,移动电机的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在切割螺杆的一端具有的花键孔中,所述切割座的顶面固定有升降气缸,升降气缸的活塞杆穿过切割座且连接有L形连接座,L形连接座的水平部朝向下料通槽且在水平部的顶面所具有的凹槽内设有切割电机,切割电机的输出轴穿过切割座的壁体且连接有切割片。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述工作面板的底面且位于下料通槽的左右两端固定有一对竖直安装板,粉碎滚筒的两端转动连接在两个竖直安装板之间,其中一个竖直安装板的外侧壁上固定有驱动粉碎滚筒转动的粉碎电机。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述工作面板的底面所设有的后支撑板的内侧壁上设有倾斜板,倾斜板位于粉碎滚筒的下方,倾斜板的顶面设有磁性层;所述工作面板的底面所设有的前支撑板的下端设有移动通槽,移动通槽中设有左右滑动的无杆气缸,送料小车位于前支撑板和后支撑板之间且连接在无杆气缸上,倾斜板的下端位于送料小车的上方。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述送料底板的底面设有两排滚轮,滚轮滚动设置在工作面板的顶面所设有的一对导向槽中。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述工作面板的顶面且位于下料通槽的四周设有防护板。
本发明的有益效果:它能将多块大型纸板叠放好后固定,然后进行统一的切割,切割完成的小面积纸板则迅速被粉碎回收,随着纸板地不断推进,整个切割粉碎过程自动化程度高,效率高,效果好。

由图1至图4所示,一种瓦楞纸箱板的切割粉碎装置,包括工作面板1,所述工作面板1的顶面且由前往后依次设有送料底板32、切割架2以及下料通槽102,所述切割架2的顶板上活动设有切割片28,工作面板1的底面且位于下料通槽102的正下方设有粉碎滚筒16。
进一步地说,所述工作面板1的顶面左右两侧设有一对滑行气缸31,两个滑行气缸31位于切割架2内,送料底板32的两端固定在两个滑行气缸31上。
进一步地说,所述送料底板32的顶面左右两侧固定有一对推料长座33,推料长座33中设有推料通槽331,推料丝杆332的两端转动连接在推料通槽331的前后两端壁上,推料块333螺接在推料丝杆332上,推料块333的上下两侧壁均设有自润滑层,自润滑层贴靠在推料通槽331的上下内壁上,所述推料长座33的前端侧壁上设有驱动推料丝杆332转动的推料电机334,推料竖板335的两端连接在两个推料块333之间。
进一步地说,所述送料底板32的前端壁中心设有安装座34,安装座34的顶面转动设有转动板341,转动板341的另一端顶面固定有压料气缸35,压料气缸35的活塞杆穿过转动板341且连接有压料板351。
进一步地说,所述切割架2的顶板顶面设有切割通槽21,切割通槽21的左右两端分别转动连接有切割螺杆22和固定有导向杆23,切割座29螺接在切割螺杆22上且套设在导向杆23上,所述切割架2的其中一个侧板的外侧壁上固定有移动电机24,移动电机24的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在切割螺杆22的一端具有的花键孔中,所述切割座29的顶面固定有升降气缸25,升降气缸25的活塞杆穿过切割座29且连接有L形连接座26,L形连接座26的水平部朝向下料通槽102且在水平部的顶面所具有的凹槽内设有切割电机27,切割电机27的输出轴穿过切割座29的壁体且连接有切割片28。
进一步地说,所述工作面板1的底面且位于下料通槽102的左右两端固定有一对竖直安装板14,粉碎滚筒16的两端转动连接在两个竖直安装板14之间,其中一个竖直安装板14的外侧壁上固定有驱动粉碎滚筒16转动的粉碎电机15。
进一步地说,所述工作面板1的底面所设有的后支撑板13的内侧壁上设有倾斜板131,倾斜板131位于粉碎滚筒16的下方,倾斜板131的顶面设有磁性层132;所述工作面板1的底面所设有的前支撑板12的下端设有移动通槽121,移动通槽121中设有左右滑动的无杆气缸17,送料小车18位于前支撑板12和后支撑板13之间且连接在无杆气缸17上,倾斜板131的下端位于送料小车18的上方。
进一步地说,所述送料底板32的底面设有两排滚轮321,滚轮321滚动设置在工作面板1的顶面所设有的一对导向槽101中。
进一步地说,所述工作面板1的顶面且位于下料通槽102的四周设有防护板11。
本发明的工作原理:
将大面积的纸板叠放在送料底板32上,由于考虑到采用气缸送料,速度较快并且纸板之间的摩擦力很小,为了防止纸板错乱,首先转动转动板341,使压料气缸35转动至纸板的上方,启动压料气缸35,压料板351实现对纸板的压紧;然后启动滑行气缸31将纸板带至切割架2的下方,此时停止压料气缸35的压紧,然后启动推料电机334,推料竖板335可以缓慢推着纸板往下料通槽102移动,移动一定的距离后,切割片28在升降气缸25的作用下下降合并切割纸板,然后在切割座29的移动下对纸板进行的切断,被切割的纸板从下料通槽102中落下并在粉碎滚筒16的作用下被粉碎,被粉碎的纸箱沿着倾斜板131落到送料小车18上,由于纸板中存在一些卡扣钉,这些卡扣钉在脱离纸板后会被磁性层132所吸附,收集完碎纸箱后,送料小车18在无杆气缸17的作用下被带至外面,方便拿取。

1.一种瓦楞纸箱板的切割粉碎装置,包括工作面板(1),其特征在于:所述工作面板(1)的顶面且由前往后依次设有送料底板(32)、切割架(2)以及下料通槽(102),所述切割架(2)的顶板上活动设有切割片(28),工作面板(1)的底面且位于下料通槽(102)的正下方设有粉碎滚筒(16);
所述工作面板(1)的顶面左右两侧设有一对滑行气缸(31),两个滑行气缸(31)位于切割架(2)内,送料底板(32)的两端固定在两个滑行气缸(31)上;
所述送料底板(32)的顶面左右两侧固定有一对推料长座(33),推料长座(33)中设有推料通槽(331),推料丝杆(332)的两端转动连接在推料通槽(331)的前后两端壁上,推料块(333)螺接在推料丝杆(332)上,推料块(333)的上下两侧壁均设有自润滑层,自润滑层贴靠在推料通槽(331)的上下内壁上,所述推料长座(33)的前端侧壁上设有驱动推料丝杆(332)转动的推料电机(334),推料竖板(335)的两端连接在两个推料块(333)之间;
所述送料底板(32)的前端壁中心设有安装座(34),安装座(34)的顶面转动设有转动板(341),转动板(341)的另一端顶面固定有压料气缸(35),压料气缸(35)的活塞杆穿过转动板(341)且连接有压料板(351);
所述切割架(2)的顶板顶面设有切割通槽(21),切割通槽(21)的左右两端分别转动连接有切割螺杆(22)和固定有导向杆(23),切割座(29)螺接在切割螺杆(22)上且套设在导向杆(23)上,所述切割架(2)的其中一个侧板的外侧壁上固定有移动电机(24),移动电机(24)的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在切割螺杆(22)的一端具有的花键孔中,所述切割座(29)的顶面固定有升降气缸(25),升降气缸(25)的活塞杆穿过切割座(29)且连接有L形连接座(26),L形连接座(26)的水平部朝向下料通槽(102)且在水平部的顶面所具有的凹槽内设有切割电机(27),切割电机(27)的输出轴穿过切割座(29)的壁体且连接有切割片(28);
所述工作面板(1)的底面且位于下料通槽(102)的左右两端固定有一对竖直安装板(14),粉碎滚筒(16)的两端转动连接在两个竖直安装板(14)之间,其中一个竖直安装板(14)的外侧壁上固定有驱动粉碎滚筒(16)转动的粉碎电机(15);
所述工作面板(1)的底面所设有的后支撑板(13)的内侧壁上设有倾斜板(131),倾斜板(131)位于粉碎滚筒(16)的下方,倾斜板(131)的顶面设有磁性层(132);所述工作面板(1)的底面所设有的前支撑板(12)的下端设有移动通槽(121),移动通槽(121)中设有左右滑动的无杆气缸(17),送料小车(18)位于前支撑板(12)和后支撑板(13)之间且连接在无杆气缸(17)上,倾斜板(131)的下端位于送料小车(18)的上方;
所述送料底板(32)的底面设有两排滚轮(321),滚轮(321)滚动设置在工作面板(1)的顶面所设有的一对导向槽(101)中;
所述工作面板(1)的顶面且位于下料通槽(102)的四周设有防护板(11)。
