背景技术
我国是茶的故乡,也是茶的发源地,从神农时代开始,已有四千七百多年的饮茶历史。
随着生活水平不断提高,人们饮茶从原来单一的茶,升级到多样复合性的饮品。从原来止渴到保健养颜的特性,从只要好味、好饮的需求,到求亮丽、色美、观赏性相结合,人们对茶的要求是步步升级。
大麦茶是中国、日本、韩国等民间广泛流传的一种传统清凉浓郁的香茶,又称麦茶,麦汤,是将大麦焙烤,再磨成粉末而制成的饮品。它在制作过程中保留了大麦中原有的一些营养素,如碳水化合物、植物蛋白、B 族维生素、不饱和脂肪酸等,具有消暑热、止干渴、助消化、减肥、壮血脉之功效。
壮药中称灵芝为“艳当”,广西全区发现中药4000千多种,是我国中药材重要主产基地之一,为壮、瑶、苗医药提供大量民族特色中药,同时也是灵芝的主要产区之一。
灵芝不仅是我国医药学宝库中的一味珍贵药材,也是一种食用的真菌,在我国已有两千多年的历史。自古以来,灵芝就被我国人民当作“治百病”的名贵中药材,有“仙草”、“还魂草”等的美誉,具有极高的医疗价值和营养价值。在我国的第一部药学著作《神农本草经》就有记载,灵芝其味苦涩,但功效不凡,被认为是一种益气补虚、健身增智、扶正固本、延年益寿的珍贵补品。
因此,根据我国人民喜爱饮茶的习惯,将灵芝与大麦相结合研发了壮药灵芝茶,可以祛湿解毒,健脾养胃,补中益气、延年益寿,亦可防治高血脂症及提高免疫力等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种壮药灵芝茶及其制备方法,具有无毒副作用,无刺激性,成本低,取材方便的特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:该壮药灵芝茶,其特征在于按以下原料配制而成:灵芝、大麦。
作为优选,本发明中所述壮药灵芝茶,其特征在于以下重量份数的原料配制而成:灵芝8~10份,大麦45~50份。
作为优选,本发明中所述壮药灵芝茶,其特征在于按以下重量份数的原料配制而成:灵芝10份,大麦50份。
具体的,本发明中各原料的功效为:
灵芝(壮药中称为“艳当”)中医 味甘,平。具有补气安神,止咳平喘的功效。用于心神不宁,失眠心悸,肺虚咳喘,虚劳短气,不思饮食。壮医 调龙路,通气道、谷道,补气养血。用于年闹诺(失眠),兰喯(眩晕),血压桑(高血压),冠心病,慢性肝炎,墨病(哮喘),埃病(咳嗽),矽肺。
大麦味甘、咸,凉。具有健脾和胃,宽肠,利水的功效。用于食滞泄泻,小便淋痛,水肿,烫火伤。
本发明还公开了一种壮药灵芝茶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)大麦的预处理:取新鲜饱满圆润、质重脱粒的大麦,用真空干燥箱烘干;进行风选,分级,同时去杂质等;用滚筒式焙炒机焙炒,炒至表皮焦黄为止,水分小于2%;采用专用颗粒机破碎成颗粒,采用双筛法,将不能通过10目筛的继续破碎后过筛,能通过30目筛的颗粒弃去,备用;
(2)灵芝提取:取广西特产灵芝,在壮药中称为“艳当”,进行拣选,清洗干净,切块后晾干;按配方称取灵芝,加水煎煮三次,第一次加水9倍量,第二次加水7倍量,第三次加水6倍量,每次煎煮2小时;合并三次煎液,滤过,滤液浓缩至1:1.10~1.20,在70℃测定的清膏,备用;
(3)将上述大麦颗粒加入灵芝清膏中混合,用搅拌机进行搅拌,至大麦将灵芝清膏吸收完毕为止,70℃烘干,测定水分,控制在2~5%范围内,即得半成品;将上述半成品过30目筛弃去小于30目筛的颗粒,灭菌后装入袋泡茶专用滤纸袋,即得本发明的壮药灵芝茶。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明具有祛湿解毒,健脾养胃,补中益气、延年益寿,亦可防治高血脂症及提高免疫力等作用。
(2)本发明为袋泡茶,具有便于携带、储存,易溶于水和稳定性好等的优点。

(3)将上述大麦颗粒加入灵芝清膏中混合,用搅拌机进行搅拌,至大麦将灵芝清膏吸收完毕为止,70℃烘干,测定水分,控制在2~5%范围内,即得半成品;将上述半成品过30目筛弃去小于30目筛的颗粒,灭菌后装入袋泡茶专用滤纸袋,即得本发明的壮药灵芝茶。

Claims (4)
1.一种壮药灵芝茶,其特征在于按以下原料配制而成:灵芝、大麦。
2.根据权利要求1所述壮药灵芝茶,其特征在于以下重量份数的原料配制而成:灵芝8~10份,大麦45~50份。
3.根据权利要求2所述壮药灵芝茶,其特征在于按以下重量份数的原料配制而成:灵芝10份,大麦50份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述壮药灵芝茶的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下主要步骤:
(1)大麦的预处理:取新鲜饱满圆润、质重脱粒的大麦,用真空干燥箱烘干;进行风选,分级,同时去杂质等;用滚筒式焙炒机焙炒,炒至表皮焦黄为止,水分小于2%;采用专用颗粒机破碎成颗粒,采用双筛法,将不能通过10目筛的继续破碎后过筛,能通过30目筛的颗粒弃去,备用;
(2)灵芝提取:取广西特产灵芝,在壮药中称为“艳当”,进行拣选,清洗干净,切块后晾干;按配方称取灵芝,加水煎煮三次,第一次加水9倍量,第二次加水7倍量,第三次加水6倍量,每次煎煮2小时;合并三次煎液,滤过,滤液浓缩至1:1.10~1.20,在70℃测定的清膏,备用;
(3)将上述大麦颗粒加入灵芝清膏中混合,用搅拌机进行搅拌,至大麦将灵芝清膏吸收完毕为止,70℃烘干,测定水分,控制在2~5%范围内,即得半成品;将上述半成品过30目筛弃去小于30目筛的颗粒,灭菌后装入袋泡茶专用滤纸袋,即得本发明的壮药灵芝茶。
