Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetic application, in particular to a sodium hyaluronate stock solution containing plant bacteriostatic components and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The sodium hyaluronate is an acidic mucopolysaccharide naturally existing in a human body, has different physiological activities according to different molecular sizes, can form an invisible breathable film when acting on the surface of the skin, is used for adjusting the relative humidity of the surface of the skin, provides a wet environment suitable for the skin, can penetrate through a epidermal layer and permeate into a superficial dermis to play a role in supplementing water, can remove free radicals, promotes the synthesis of collagen and elastin, and plays a role in resisting aging. At present, a great number of sodium hyaluronate stock solutions are available on the market, however, the necessary condition for commercialization is shelf life, and the preservative therein is a key ingredient for ensuring the quality of cosmetics and the safety of consumers. The chemical preservative has high preservative effect and small dosage, is widely applied in the field of pharmacy, but is worthy of attention, the application course in the field of pharmacy is short, the period is long, the preservative can be applied only when diseases appear, and skin care products are daily products which need to be used every day, so the influence of the preservative is particularly important, data reports show that the incidence rate of skin or heavy or light anaphylactic reaction is 60-70%, most of patients are caused by improper use of the skin care products, and the preservative is an important factor, so that it is necessary to find a safe and plant-derived natural material with bacteriostatic action, and the inventor finds that 5 plant mixtures are extracted according to a certain proportion: the obtained extract has the function of antisepsis, can be used in cosmetics, can pass antiseptic challenge experiments, and has no adverse reaction in the using process. The sodium hyaluronate stock solution prepared by the antibacterial mixture does not contain a preservative, has good safety and stability, has a moisturizing effect on skin, has no sensitization on the skin, improves the skin elasticity, tightens the skin and plays a role in rejuvenating the skin.
