At present, most of the drum washing machines on the market have only one washing drum. The present invention can significantly reduce vibration by connecting the first laundry treating tub structure 1 and the third laundry treating tub structure 3 together through the connecting frame 5, and connecting and fixing the third and third washing tubs together.
Preferably, the first laundry treating tub structure 1 is a first washing tub structure, the second laundry treating tub structure 2 is a second washing tub structure, and the third laundry treating tub structure 3 is a third washing tub structure. The first laundry treating tub structure 1 includes a first inner tub and a first outer tub, the second laundry treating tub structure 2 includes a second inner tub and a second outer tub, and the third laundry treating tub structure 3 includes a third inner tub and a third outer tub.
The three-barrel structure layout of the invention: the first laundry treatment tub structure 1 may be a large drum washing machine, also called lower tub, and the third laundry treatment tub structure 3 may be a small drum washing machine, also called upper tub. The second laundry treating tub structure 2 may be a small pulsator washing machine, also referred to as a middle tub or a middle tub. Namely, the size of the lower barrel which can be selected by the invention is larger than that of the upper barrel, and the size of the lower barrel is larger than that of the middle barrel.
The invention can select a small drum washing machine (a first clothes processing drum structure 1) as an upper drum, a drawer type small impeller washing machine (a second clothes processing drum structure 2) as a middle drum and a large drum washing machine (a third clothes processing drum structure 3) as a lower drum. The upper and lower drum washing machines are connected with each other by a metal connecting piece through a screw by using a metal piece satisfying rigidity and strength as a frame (connecting frame 5). The metal connecting piece is made of materials meeting the requirements of rigidity and strength, and a plurality of metal frame structural forms exist to meet the connection between the two drum washing machines which are arranged up and down and have different sizes. The metal connecting piece is connected with the outer barrel of the washing machine, through holes are formed in the metal connecting piece through a stamping process, the metal connecting piece penetrates through the through holes in the metal connecting piece through the tightening shockproof screws to be screwed on the outer barrel of the washing machine, the effect of connection and fixation is achieved, and the purposes of effectively supporting the two washing barrels which are arranged up and down and improving the supporting strength of the whole washing machine are achieved. Preferably, a space for accommodating the second laundry treating tub structure 2 is formed at a middle portion of the connection frame 5, and the second laundry treating tub structure 2 is formed with a drawer type supporting structure. The upper tub is also called an upper drum washing machine, and the lower tub is also called a lower drum washing machine. The first laundry treating tub structure 1 has a first laundry treating tub structure front panel 11, the third laundry treating tub structure has a third laundry treating tub structure front panel 31, and the support frame is formed with a support frame bottom beam 41, a support frame top beam 42.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, preferably, the connecting frame 5 is formed with four upright posts, namely a first upright post 54, a second upright post 54, a third upright post 54 and a fourth upright post 54; the upper ends of the first upright 51 and the second upright 52 are fixedly connected with a first supporting piece 55; the upper ends of the third and fourth upright posts 54 are fixedly connected with a third supporting piece 57; the first support 55 and the third support 57 are fixedly connected with the third outer tub; the lower ends of the first and second upright columns 52 are fixedly connected with a second supporting piece 56; the lower ends of the third and fourth upright posts 54 are fixedly connected with a fourth supporting piece 58; the second and fourth supporters 56 and 58 are fixedly connected with the first tub.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, preferably, the first support 55 is at least partially disposed around the third tub, and/or the second support 56 is at least partially disposed around the first tub, and/or the third support 57 is at least partially disposed around the third tub, and/or the fourth support 58 is at least partially disposed around the first tub. As shown in fig. 3, the second support 56 is disposed around the first tub, and the fourth support 58 is disposed around the first tub.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, preferably, the first laundry treating tub structure 1 has a size larger than that of the third laundry treating tub structure 3, and the connecting frame 5 includes a first frame fixedly connected with the first laundry treating tub structure 1, a second frame formed with a space for accommodating the second laundry treating tub structure 2, and a third frame fixedly connected with the third laundry treating tub structure 3, the size of which is smaller than that of the first frame structure. Preferably, a connecting beam is further arranged between the first upright column 54 and the fourth upright column 54, and a connecting beam is arranged between the second upright column 53 and the third upright column 53.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the multi-tub washing machine further preferably includes a support frame 4, the support frame 4 being used to provide support for the first, second and third laundry treatment tub structures 3. Preferably, the lower part of the first laundry treating tub structure 1 is supported on the supporting frame 4 by a plurality of vibration-damping dampers, and the upper part of the first laundry treating tub structure 1 is connected with the supporting frame 4 by a plurality of first elastic members 12; the upper part of the third laundry treating tub structure 3 is connected with the supporting frame 4 by a plurality of third elastic members. As shown in fig. 3, preferably, the first outer tub of the first laundry treating tub structure is provided with a weight block, and/or the outer tub of the third laundry treating tub structure is provided with another weight block.
The upper barrel and the lower barrel are connected through a connecting piece to form a whole, hanging spring fixing positions are arranged on two sides above the upper barrel, and damping shock absorber fixing positions are arranged on two sides below the lower barrel. The connecting whole body and the upper beam of the whole frame are elastically connected and fixed through hanging springs with the same quantity left and right, and the shock absorption effect is achieved; the connecting body is elastically connected and fixed with the lower beam of the whole frame through the left and right shock absorption dampers with the same number, so that the shock absorption effect is achieved. The upper barrel and the lower barrel are independently used for balancing weight, and the distribution of the balancing weight blocks is not interfered with each other, so that an independent balancing weight system is formed, and the whole machine can run more stably and safely.
The first and third laundry treating tub structures 3 are fixedly coupled together by the coupling frame 4, and since they are coupled together, the weight is increased and the vibration can be remarkably reduced. Meanwhile, the first and third laundry treating tub structures 3 may be counter-weighted with each other, and thus, the counter-weight may be omitted. Since the first and third laundry treating tubs are fixed together, the first and third laundry treating tubs vibrate in unison, and the vibrations of the first and third laundry treating tubs can be treated together, e.g., when a counterweight is provided, they can be provided together with the counterweight. The connection frame 4 forms an escape space (accommodation space) between the first and third laundry treating tub structures 3, which can be used as an accommodation space for the second laundry treating tub structure 2. the present invention preferably provides the second laundry treating tub structure 2 in the middle, and the second laundry treating tub structure 2 is formed as a drawer type pulsator structure, which has a suitable height from the ground, and is convenient to operate. Above-mentioned structural style, when three barrel washing machine establish the impeller structure topmost, because the impeller structure will upwards open, its height is higher, inconvenient operations such as child. The impeller structure is arranged in the middle, and the drawer type structure is adopted, so that the impeller structure is in a pull type action, is proper in height, and is convenient for children to operate. The preferred upper barrel and lower bucket are the cylinder structure, because the cylinder structure is opened for the side door, consequently, it can not be because of its setting is topmost, and because of the inconvenient operation of height problem extraction. The drawer type impeller structure ingeniously utilizes the space formed by the connecting frame 4, is convenient to operate and has obvious effect.
Example two:
As shown in fig. 2, another form of the connecting frame of the multi-tub washing machine of the present invention is illustrated, the upper tub and the lower tub are connected by the connecting frame 5 (metal connecting member), the structural form of the metal connecting member is variable, the material is variable, the fixing mode is set with the front panel and the rear panel of the outer tub of the washing tub, and the fixing mode is performed by the shockproof fastening screw mode. As shown in fig. 2, the upper tub and the lower tub are connected by a connecting frame 5 (metal connecting member), the structural form of the metal connecting member is variable, the material is variable, and the fixing mode is set on the front panel and the rear panel of the outer tub of the washing tub, and the fixing mode is performed by a shockproof set screw mode. As shown in fig. 2, the upper portion of the connection frame 5 is fixedly connected with the lower portion of the third laundry treatment tub structure 3, and the lower portion is fixedly connected with the upper portion of the first laundry treatment tub structure 1. Example three:
As shown in fig. 3, illustrating still another form of the coupling frame of the multi-tub washing machine of the present invention, the upper portion of the coupling frame 5 is fixedly connected with the lower portion of the third laundry treating tub structure 3, and the lower portion of the coupling frame 5 is fixedly connected with the first laundry treating tub structure 1. The lower part of the connecting frame 5, each upright (vertical beam) has at least two fixing points with the lower barrel in the vertical direction, and each upright is fixed on the outer barrel of the lower barrel through a metal sheet structure (second and fourth supporting structures).
As shown in fig. 3, the upper drum washing tub (upper tub) and the lower drum washing tub (lower tub) are connected by a connecting member (connecting frame 5) to form a whole, and both sides above the upper tub are provided with hanging spring fixing positions and both sides below the lower tub are provided with damping shock absorber fixing positions. The whole body and the upper beam of the whole frame are elastically connected and fixed through hanging springs with the same number left and right, and the whole frame has a damping effect; the connecting body is elastically connected and fixed with the lower beam of the whole frame through the left and right shock absorption dampers with the same number, so that the shock absorption effect is achieved. The upper barrel and the lower barrel are connected through a connecting piece to form a whole, hanging spring fixing positions are arranged on two sides above the upper barrel, and damping shock absorber fixing positions are arranged on two sides below the lower barrel. The middle parts of an upper drum washing machine (upper barrel) and a lower drum washing machine (lower barrel) are connected by a metal connecting piece, and the position layout of the balancing weights is a split independent layout, namely the balancing weights of the upper drum washing machine are independently arranged and fixed at the outer barrel of the upper drum washing machine; the balancing weight of the lower drum washing machine is separately distributed and fixed at the balancing weight outer barrel of the lower drum washing machine.
The split independent counterweight block system can reduce the vibration of the whole machine during working, so that the product is safer, more reliable and quieter in operation.
Example four:
Referring to fig. 4, illustrating still another form of the supporting frame 4 of the multi-tub washing machine of the present invention, the supporting frame 4 includes a bottom beam 41 and a top beam 42, wherein a second longitudinal beam 44 is provided on the top beam 42, wherein the number of the second longitudinal beams 44 is illustrated as two, and an elastic member connecting portion, which may be a spring hanging hole 46, is provided thereon, and the second elastic member may be connected to the second longitudinal beam 44 through the spring hanging hole 46. By providing the second longitudinal beam 44, it reduces the distance of the hanging hole 46 compared to hanging directly on the top beam 42, i.e. it reduces the possibility of the outer tub of the washing tub colliding with the upright of the support frame 4 when vibrating. The bottom beam 41 of the invention is connected with two first longitudinal beams 43, the first longitudinal beam 43 is formed with a damper supporting part which can be a damper supporting seat 45, and the installation position of the outer barrel of the washing barrel can be adjusted by arranging the first longitudinal beam 43 on the bottom beam 41 by the same principle as the above, thereby reducing the possibility that the outer barrel of the washing barrel collides with the upright post of the supporting frame 4 when vibrating.
In summary, the multi-tub washing machine provided by the present invention connects the first laundry treating tub structure 1 and the third laundry treating tub structure 3 together through the connecting frame 5, and when the first laundry treating tub structure 1 and the third laundry treating tub structure are connected together, the overall weight is increased, and the vibration of the first laundry treating tub structure 1 and the third laundry treating tub structure 3 can be effectively reduced. Optionally, when the two are connected together, the size of the third laundry treating drum structure 3 is smaller than that of the first laundry treating drum structure 1, and the third laundry treating drum structure 3 is located above and can be used as a counterweight of the first laundry treating drum structure 1, so as to reduce vibration of the first laundry treating drum structure 1. The supporting frame 4 of the present invention is used for supporting the first, second and third laundry treating tub structures 3, the first washing tub is supported on the supporting frame 4 through the damper, the first and third laundry treating tub structures 3 are connected to the supporting frame 4 through the elastic member, and the first and third washing tubs are connected together through the connecting frame 5 and then supported and fixed on the supporting frame 4, so that the supporting stability can be improved and the vibration can be further reduced. The present invention can further reduce vibrations, optionally by adding a counterweight to either or both of the first laundry treating tub structure 1 and the third laundry treating tub structure 3.

3) The scheme reduces the vibration generated by the washing machine with a multi-barrel layout, realizes the stable operation of the whole machine during working, and is safer.
4) The multi-tub washing machine layout of the double-drum washing machine and the drawer type small-impeller washing machine can meet the higher and higher washing requirements of the market, such as: the partition washing, save space, save water and energy etc. reasonable humanized many buckets overall arrangement will make the user more at will in-process of daily use, and user experience is more comfortable convenient.

A multiple tub washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein: the first laundry treatment tub structure (1) has a size larger than the second laundry treatment tub structure (2), and/or the second laundry treatment tub structure (2) has a size larger than the third laundry treatment tub structure (3).
5. A multiple tub washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein: the multi-tub washing machine further comprises a support frame (4), the support frame (4) being adapted to provide support for the first, second and third laundry treatment tub structures (3).
6. A multiple tub washing machine as claimed in claim 5 wherein: the lower part of the first laundry treatment tub structure (1) is supported on a supporting frame (4) by means of a plurality of vibration-damping dampers; the upper part of the third laundry treating tub structure (3) is connected with the supporting frame (4) by a plurality of third elastic members.
7. A multiple tub washing machine as claimed in claim 6 wherein: the upper part of the first laundry treatment tub structure (1) is connected with the support frame (4) by a plurality of first elastic members (12).
8. A multiple tub washing machine as claimed in claim 5 wherein: the supporting frame (4) is sleeved on the periphery of the connecting frame (5), and a drawer type supporting structure is further formed on the supporting frame (4) and used for providing sliding type supporting for the second clothes processing barrel structure (2).
9. A multiple tub washing machine as claimed in claim 5 wherein: the supporting frame (4) comprises at least two top beams (42), at least one second longitudinal beam (44) is connected between the two top beams (42), and an elastic part connecting part is formed on the second longitudinal beam (44).
10. A multiple tub washing machine as claimed in claim 5 wherein: the supporting frame (4) comprises at least two bottom beams (41), at least one first longitudinal beam (43) is connected between the two bottom beams (41), and a damper supporting part is formed on the first longitudinal beam (43).
11. A multiple tub washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1-3, 6-10 wherein: the first laundry treatment tub structure (1) is provided with a balancing weight and/or the third laundry treatment tub structure (3) is provided with a further balancing weight.
12. A multiple tub washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1-3, 6-10 wherein: the first laundry treatment tub structure (1) and the third laundry treatment tub structure (3) are provided with a common counterweight.
13. A multiple tub washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1-3, 6-10 wherein: the connecting frame (5) is provided with four upright posts which are respectively a first upright post, a second upright post, a third upright post and a fourth upright post (54);
The upper ends of the first and second upright columns (52) are fixedly connected with a first supporting piece (55); the upper ends of the third and fourth upright columns (54) are fixedly connected with a third supporting piece (57); the first supporting piece (55) and the third supporting piece (57) are fixedly connected with the third outer barrel structure (3);
The lower ends of the first and second upright columns (52) are fixedly connected with a second supporting piece (56); the lower ends of the third and fourth upright posts (54) are fixedly connected with a fourth supporting piece (58); the second supporting piece (56) and the fourth supporting piece (58) are fixedly connected with the first outer barrel structure (1).
14. A multiple tub washing machine as claimed in claim 13 wherein: the first support (55) is at least partially arranged around the third tub, and/or the second support (56) is at least partially arranged around the first tub, and/or the third support (57) is at least partially arranged around the third tub, and/or the fourth support (58) is at least partially arranged around the first tub.

A multiple tub washing machine as claimed in claim 13 wherein: a connecting beam is also arranged between the first upright post and the fourth upright post (54); and/or a connecting beam is arranged between the second upright post and the third upright post (53); and/or a connecting cross beam is arranged between the first upright column (52) and the second upright column (52); and/or a connecting cross beam is arranged between the third upright column and the fourth upright column (54).

A multiple tub washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1-3, 6-10, 14, 15 wherein: the size of the first laundry treating tub structure (1) is larger than the size of the third laundry treating tub structure (3), the connecting frame (5) includes a first frame, a second frame, and a third frame, the first frame is fixedly connected with the first laundry treating tub structure (1), the second frame is formed with a space for accommodating the second laundry treating tub structure (2), the third frame is fixedly connected with the third laundry treating tub structure (3), and the size of the third frame structure is smaller than the size of the first frame structure.
