In one embodiment, the first laundry treating unit 2 is mounted with four first elastic members respectively hung on the housing 1 at the left front side, the left rear side, the right front side and the right rear side of the upper portion of the first laundry treating unit 2; four second elastic members are installed on the second laundry treating unit 3, and hung on the case 1 at the left front side, the left rear side, the right front side and the right rear side of the upper portion of the second laundry treating unit 3, respectively.
The laundry treating apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present application is described in detail below with reference to fig. 1 to 4. It is to be understood that the following description is illustrative only and is not intended to be in any way limiting.
The laundry treating apparatus 100 includes: a housing 1, a first laundry treating unit 2, and a second laundry treating unit 3.
The housing 1 serves as a framework of the laundry treatment apparatus 100 and provides mounting points for other parts inside the laundry treatment apparatus 100, including a first laundry treatment unit 2 and a second laundry treatment unit 3, wherein the first laundry treatment unit 2 serves as one of the laundry treatment apparatuses 100 and can perform various operations such as washing, dehydrating, and drying, the second laundry treatment unit 3 is the same as the first laundry treatment unit 2, the second laundry treatment unit 3 serves as another laundry treatment apparatus within the laundry treatment apparatus 100 and can perform various operations such as washing, dehydrating, and drying, and the first laundry treatment unit 2 and the second laundry treatment unit 3 are independent laundry treatment apparatuses.
During the process of treating the clothes, the clothes can be independently operated or simultaneously operated, and different operation functions can be implemented during the simultaneous operation, such as: the second laundry treating unit 3 may be in an operating state or a shutdown state when the first laundry treating unit 2 is operated; when the second laundry treating unit 3 is operated, the first laundry treating unit 2 may be in an operating state or a shutdown state; when the first laundry treating unit 2 performs a washing function, the second laundry treating unit 3 may be a washing function, a dehydrating function, or a drying function; when the second laundry treating unit 3 performs a washing function, the first laundry treating unit 2 may be a washing function, a dehydrating function, and a drying function.
Inside the casing 1, there are a first laundry treating unit 2 and a second laundry treating unit 3 stacked in an up-down direction; and a first damper 4 is installed between the first laundry treating unit 2 and the second laundry treating unit 3.
In order to save lateral space, a plurality of laundry treating units are disposed in a height direction, and the present application exemplifies a first laundry treating unit 2 and a second laundry treating unit 3, the first laundry treating unit 2 and the second laundry treating unit 3 are stacked in an up-down direction, and an upper laundry treating unit is named as the first laundry treating unit 2, and a lower laundry treating unit is named as the second laundry treating unit 3.
The first laundry treating unit 2 is formed of a plurality of parts, and most importantly, a first washing tub is provided in the first laundry treating unit 2, and various operations such as washing, dehydrating, and drying can be performed in the first washing tub. The second laundry treating unit 3 is composed of a plurality of parts, and most importantly, a second washing tub is provided in the second laundry treating unit 3, and various operations such as washing, dehydrating, and drying can be performed in the second washing tub.
In the working process of the first washing barrel and the second washing barrel, the first washing barrel and the second washing barrel are both rotary drums, the rotary drums need to rotate to imitate a stick hammer to beat clothes to wash clothes, the clothes are continuously lifted and dropped in the rotary drums and then lifted and dropped again to do repeated motion, the clothes treatment equipment 100 can vibrate accordingly, the first shock absorber 4 is installed on the first clothes treatment unit 2, when the first washing barrel on the upper portion vibrates, the vibration energy is transmitted and absorbed along the first shock absorber 4 through the first clothes treatment unit 2, and the noise generated when the first clothes treatment unit 2 vibrates is reduced.
The opening of the first washing barrel faces the front side and faces the front sealing door, the opening of the second washing barrel faces the front side and faces the front sealing door, clothes to be washed can be taken conveniently, one end of the first shock absorber 4 is connected with the first clothes processing unit 2 by the aid of the first shock absorber 4, the other end of the first shock absorber 4 is connected with the second clothes processing unit 3, when the first clothes processing unit 2 works, vibration energy is transmitted to the first shock absorber 4, the first shock absorber 4 absorbs part of the vibration energy, redundant vibration energy which cannot be absorbed is transmitted to the second clothes processing unit 3, and vibration influence of the first clothes processing unit 2 on the whole machine during working is reduced; when the second clothes processing unit 3 works, vibration energy is transmitted to the first shock absorber 4, the first shock absorber 4 absorbs part of the vibration energy, and redundant vibration energy which cannot be absorbed is transmitted to the first clothes processing unit 2, so that the vibration influence of the second clothes processing unit 3 on the whole machine in work is reduced.
A plurality of first dampers 4 are installed in the laundry treating apparatus 100, and the plurality of first dampers 4 are spaced between the first laundry treating unit 2 and the second laundry treating unit 3.
The plurality of first dampers 4 are arranged between the first clothes treatment unit 2 and the second clothes treatment unit 3, so that more vibration energy can be absorbed, the vibration energy which cannot be absorbed can be transmitted in a plurality of paths, the absorption of the vibration energy is accelerated, and the vibration reduction of the whole machine is better.
Within the laundry treating apparatus 100, the first damper 4 may be installed between the left side of the first laundry treating unit 2 and the left side of the second laundry treating unit 3, between the right side of the first laundry treating unit 2 and the right side of the second laundry treating unit 3.
The first dampers 4 are respectively provided at corresponding positions of left and right sides of the first and second laundry treating units 2 and 3 to absorb vibration energy, and the first dampers 4 are provided at the same sides of the first and second laundry treating units 2 and 3, for example, one of the first dampers 4 may be connected to the left side of the first washing tub and the left side of the second washing tub, and the other first damper 4 may be connected to the right side of the first washing tub and the right side of the second washing tub.
The four first dampers 4 are respectively installed between the left front side of the first laundry treating unit 2 and the left front side of the second laundry treating unit 3, between the left rear side of the first laundry treating unit 2 and the left front and rear sides of the second laundry treating unit 3, between the right front side of the first laundry treating unit 2 and the right front side of the second laundry treating unit 3, and between the right rear side of the first laundry treating unit 2 and the right rear side of the second laundry treating unit 3, the first dampers 4 at the same side are spaced apart, and do not interfere with each other when absorbing vibration energy.
A first mounting leg 41 is provided on an outer surface of the first laundry treating unit 2 for mounting one end of the first damper 4, and a second mounting leg 42 is provided on an outer surface of the second laundry treating unit 3 for mounting the other end of the first damper 4.
Mounting legs are provided at positions where the first dampers 4 are to be mounted, the first mounting legs 41 are provided on the first laundry treating unit 2, the second mounting legs 42 are provided on the second laundry treating unit 3, the first and second mounting legs 41 and 42 are configured to form legs protruding from the outer surfaces of the first and second laundry treating units 2 and 3, and the first dampers 4 are fixed to the first and second laundry treating units 2 and 3 by fixing pins 7, respectively.
A second damper 5 is further provided between the second laundry treating unit 3 and the pedestal 6 of the cabinet 1. In order to further solve the problem of the vibration of the whole machine during the washing process of the first laundry treating unit 2, a second damper 5 is installed between the second laundry treating unit 3 and the casing 1, and after the vibration energy of the first laundry treating unit 2 is transmitted to the second laundry treating unit 3 through the first damper 4, the second laundry treating unit 3 continues to transmit the vibration energy, and the vibration energy which cannot be absorbed by the second laundry treating unit 3 is transmitted to the base 6 along the second damper 5, thereby further damping the vibration of the whole machine of the laundry treating apparatus 100.
The second damper 5 is plural, and the plural second dampers 5 are arranged at intervals. The plurality of second dampers 5 are disposed between the second laundry treating unit 3 and the base 6, which is advantageous to further absorb more vibration energy, and can transmit vibration energy which cannot be absorbed through a plurality of paths, so that absorption of vibration energy is accelerated, and it is more preferable to reduce vibration of the whole machine.
Certainly, the greater the number of the second shock absorbers 5, the better the shock absorption effect, but the number of the second shock absorbers 5 also affects the production cost, and based on the cost consideration, the number of the second shock absorbers 5 should be reduced as much as possible on the basis of effectively preventing the vibration of the whole machine so as to achieve the optimal solution.
The plurality of second dampers 5 are respectively disposed between the left side of the second laundry treating unit 3 and the left side of the pedestal 6, and between the right side of the second laundry treating unit 3 and the right side of the pedestal 6. The second dampers 5 are respectively provided at corresponding positions of left and right sides of the second laundry treating unit 3 and the pedestal 6 to absorb more vibration energy, and the second dampers 5 are provided at the same side of the second laundry treating unit 3 and the pedestal 6, for example, one of the second dampers 5 may be connected to the left side of the second washing tub and the left side of the pedestal 6, and the other second damper 5 may be connected to the right side of the second washing tub and the right side of the pedestal 6.
Four second dampers 5 are installed between the left front side of the second laundry treating unit 3 and the left front side of the pedestal 6, between the left rear side of the second laundry treating unit 3 and the left front and rear sides of the pedestal 6, between the right front side of the second laundry treating unit 3 and the right front side of the pedestal 6, and between the right rear side of the second laundry treating unit 3 and the right rear side of the pedestal 6, the second dampers 5 on the same side are spaced apart and do not interfere with each other when absorbing vibration energy.
The second laundry treating unit 3 is provided with a third mounting leg 51, the base 6 is provided with a fourth mounting leg 52, and both ends of the second damper 5 are connected to the third mounting leg 51 and the fourth mounting leg 52, respectively. Mounting legs are provided at positions where the second dampers 5 need to be mounted, a third mounting leg 51 is provided on the second laundry treating unit 3, a fourth mounting leg 52 is provided on the base 6, the third mounting leg 51 and the fourth mounting leg 52 are configured to form legs protruding on the outer surface of the second laundry treating unit 3 and the base 6, and the second dampers 5 are fixed to the second laundry treating unit 3 and the base 6 by fixing pins 7, respectively.
In general, the number of the third mounting legs 51 and the fourth mounting legs 52 is in a one-to-one correspondence, and the third mounting legs 51 and the fourth mounting legs 52 define an example matching the length of the second shock absorber 5.
It should be noted that the second clothes treating unit 3 is provided with the second mounting leg 42 and the third mounting leg 51 at the same time, and the positions of the second mounting leg 42 and the third mounting leg 51 do not overlap. Since the diameters of the first and second laundry treating units 2 and 3 are large, the first damper 4 may be connected at a position corresponding to upper and lower portions of the same side of the first and second laundry treating units 2 and 3, and the second damper 5 may be connected at a position corresponding to upper and lower portions of the same side of the second laundry treating unit 3 and the pedestal 6, that is, the first damper 4 may be connected at a left front lower portion of the first laundry treating unit 2 and a left front upper portion of the second laundry treating unit 3, a left rear lower portion of the first laundry treating unit 2 and a left rear upper portion of the second laundry treating unit 3, a right front lower portion of the first laundry treating unit 2 and a right front upper portion of the second laundry treating unit 3, a right rear lower portion of the first laundry treating unit 2 and a right rear upper portion of the second laundry treating unit 3, and, at the same time, the second damper 5 may be connected at a left front lower portion of the second laundry treating unit 3 and a left front upper portion of the pedestal 6, Left rear lower portion of second laundry treating unit 3 and left rear upper portion of pedestal 6, right front lower portion of second laundry treating unit 3 and right front upper portion of pedestal 6, right rear lower portion of second laundry treating unit 3 and right rear upper portion of pedestal 6, and correspondingly, second mounting feet 42 on second laundry treating unit 3 are provided on left front upper portion, left rear upper portion, right front upper portion and right rear upper portion of second laundry treating unit 3, and third mounting feet 51 on second laundry treating unit 3 are provided on left front lower portion, left rear lower portion, right front lower portion and right rear lower portion of second laundry treating unit 3.
The first laundry treating unit 2 is hung on the case 1 by a plurality of first elastic members, and the second laundry treating unit 3 is hung on the case 1 by a plurality of second elastic members. The left and right sides of the first laundry treating unit 2 are connected to the case 1 by a first elastic member, and the left and right sides of the upper portion of the second laundry treating unit 3 are connected to the case 1 by a second elastic member.

The number of the first elastic members, which is defined according to the size, weight, etc. of the first laundry treating unit 2, and the number of the second elastic members, which is the same as the first elastic members, which is defined according to the size, weight, etc. of the second laundry treating unit 3, are not limited.
Four first elastic pieces are arranged on the first clothes processing unit 2, are respectively arranged at the left front side, the left rear side, the right front side and the right rear side of the upper part of the first clothes processing unit 2 and are hung on the shell 1; four second elastic members are installed on the second laundry treating unit 3, and hung on the case 1 at the left front side, the left rear side, the right front side and the right rear side of the upper portion of the second laundry treating unit 3, respectively.

1. A laundry treating apparatus, comprising:
a housing (1);
a first laundry treating unit (2) and a second laundry treating unit (3), both the first laundry treating unit (2) and the second laundry treating unit (3) being disposed within the casing (1) and arranged in sequence in an up-down direction; wherein
A first damper (4) is provided between the first laundry treating unit (2) and the second laundry treating unit (3).
2. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the first damper (4) is plural, and the plural first dampers (4) are provided at intervals.

The laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 2, characterized in that a plurality of the first dampers (4) are respectively provided between the left side of the first laundry treatment unit (2) and the left side of the second laundry treatment unit (3), and between the right side of the first laundry treatment unit (2) and the right side of the second laundry treatment unit (3).

The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that a first mounting leg (41) is provided on the first laundry treating unit (2), a second mounting leg (42) is provided on the second laundry treating unit (3), and both ends of the first damper (4) are connected to the first mounting leg (41) and the second mounting leg (42), respectively.

6. Laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that a second damper (5) is further provided between the second laundry treatment unit (3) and the base (6) of the casing (1).
7. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the second damper (5) is plural, and the plural second dampers (5) are provided at intervals.

The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 7, characterized in that a plurality of the second dampers (5) are respectively provided between a left side of the second laundry treating unit (3) and a left side of the pedestal (6), and between a right side of the second laundry treating unit (3) and a right side of the pedestal (6).

The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 6 or 7, characterized in that a third mounting leg (51) is provided on the second laundry treating unit (3), a fourth mounting leg (52) is provided on the base (6), and both ends of the second damper (5) are connected to the third mounting leg (51) and the fourth mounting leg (52), respectively.

The laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that said first laundry treatment unit (2) is suspended on said casing (1) by a plurality of first elastic pieces, said second laundry treatment unit (3) is suspended on said casing (1) by a plurality of second elastic pieces;
the left side and the right side of the first clothes treatment unit (2) are connected with the shell (1) through the first elastic piece, and the left side and the right side of the second clothes treatment unit (3) are connected with the shell (1) through the second elastic piece.
