The first housing 11 includes: a first bottom wall 111, and first side walls 112 facing right and left sides of the first bottom wall 111. The upper portion of the first laundry treating unit 2 may be coupled to the first sidewall 112 by a spring, and the lower portion of the first laundry treating unit 2 may be coupled to the reinforcement plate 6 by a damper. A plurality of parts such as a first motor for rotating the first washing tub, a water supply and drainage pipe, etc. are installed at the rear side of the first laundry treating unit 2, and in order to escape the parts, a first escape part 113 is formed on the first bottom wall 111 to leave a sufficient distance between the first laundry treating unit 2 and the first bottom wall 111, so that the first escape part 113 protrudes outward.
Since the housing 1 is an integrally molded component, in order to reinforce the strength of the housing 1, the first reinforcement rib 114 is surrounded around the first escape portion 113 on the first housing 11.
The first reinforcing rib 114 may be a plurality of first reinforcing ribs 114, and the plurality of first reinforcing ribs 114 are arranged in a radial direction of the first avoiding portion 113 from the near side to the far side around the first avoiding portion 113.
The above-mentioned middle "outer side" means a side away from the center of the laundry treating apparatus 100, for example: the first escape portion 113 protrudes outward, that is, the first escape portion 113 protrudes in a direction away from the first laundry treating unit 2.
The second bottom wall 121 has the same structure as the first bottom wall 111, the upper end of the second laundry treating unit 3 may be connected to the reinforcement plate 6 by a spring, and the lower end of the second laundry treating unit 3 may be connected to the base 4 by a damper. A plurality of parts such as a second motor for rotating the second washing tub, an upper and lower water supply pipe, etc. are installed at the rear side of the second laundry treating unit 3, and in order to avoid the parts, a second avoiding portion is formed at the second bottom wall 121, and it is distinguished that the parts are avoided through the avoiding hole 123 on the second bottom wall 121.
The second reinforcing ribs 124 surrounding the avoidance hole 123 are punched around the avoidance hole 123, the number of the second reinforcing ribs 124 can be multiple, the multiple second reinforcing ribs 124 are arranged in the radial direction of the avoidance hole 123 from near to far around the avoidance hole 123, and under the condition that the wall thickness of the shell 1 is not increased, the strength and the rigidity around the avoidance hole 123 are enhanced by using less cost and material consumption.
In order to further enhance the strength of the housing 1, a plurality of third ribs 115 are stamped on the first side wall 112, the third ribs 115 extend in the front-rear direction of the first side wall 112, the plurality of third ribs 115 may be in the shape of a strip or a ring, the ring-shaped third ribs 115 face the barrel body of the first washing barrel, and the rest of the space on the first side wall 112 is filled with the strip-shaped third ribs 115, so as to enhance the strength of the first housing 11.
Similarly, a plurality of fourth ribs 125 are stamped on the second side wall 122, the fourth ribs 125 extend in the front-rear direction of the second side wall 122, the plurality of fourth ribs 125 may be in the shape of a bar or a ring, the ring-shaped fourth ribs 125 directly face the tub body of the second washing tub, and the remaining space on the second side wall 122 is filled with the bar-shaped fourth ribs 125, so as to increase the strength of the second housing 12.
The plurality of third reinforcing beads 115 are spaced apart in the up-down direction of the first sidewall 112, and the plurality of fourth reinforcing beads 125 are spaced apart in the up-down direction of the second sidewall 122.
The housing 1 further includes: and the base 4 is positioned at the bottom of the shell 1 and is fixedly connected with the lower side of the second shell 12.
Between the second laundry treating unit 3 and the base 4, there is a damper, and the vibration energy can be absorbed by the damper, so that the vibration energy transmitted to the base 4 can be reduced, and the vibration amplitude generated by the second laundry treating unit 3 during the washing process can be reduced.
Base 4 includes four frames, is respectively: the base 4 is fixed to the lowermost side of the second housing 12, wherein the left cross beam is fixedly connected to the second side wall 122 on the left side of the second housing 12, the right cross beam is fixedly connected to the second side wall 122 on the right side of the second housing 12, and the rear cross beam is fixedly connected to the second bottom wall 121 of the second housing 12.
In the production process, the base 4 can be stamped out together with the housing 1, and four frames of the base 4 are formed by bending.
The first clothes treating unit 2 is provided with a plurality of first elastic members 5, and the first clothes treating unit 2 is hung on the shell 1 through the first elastic members 5.
Second elastic member 7 is installed on second clothing processing unit 3, and second elastic member 7 can be a plurality of, installs reinforcing plate 6 on casing 1, and stronger board 6 is installed on first casing 11 or second casing 12, through a plurality of second elastic member 7 with second clothing processing unit 3 hoist and mount on reinforcing plate 6.
By adding the reinforcement plate 6, the assembly of a plurality of laundry treating units can be realized, in the present exemplary figure, only the first laundry treating unit 2 and the second laundry treating unit 3, and by the design of the reinforcement plate 6, the assembly of two laundry treating units can be realized in the double-layered laundry treating apparatus 100.
A plurality of first elastic members 5 are respectively disposed at both sides of the top of the first laundry treating unit 2, one ends of the first elastic members 5 are connected to the first laundry treating unit 2, the other ends of the first elastic members are connected to the casing 1, and the first laundry treating unit 2 further includes a first motor driving the first washing tub to rotate. It should be noted that the first motor and the first elastic member 5 are staggered, and the first motor and the plurality of first elastic members 5 are arranged in a staggered manner, so that the first motor and the plurality of first elastic members 5 are not affected when the first washing tub works. The reinforcing plate 6 is installed on the first sidewall 112 or the second sidewall 122, and is obliquely above the second laundry treating unit 3, so that the second laundry treating unit 3 can be lifted, a plurality of second elastic members 7 are respectively disposed at both sides of the top of the second laundry treating unit 3, one ends of the plurality of second elastic members 7 are connected to the second laundry treating unit 3, and the other ends thereof are connected to the casing 1, and the second laundry treating unit 3 further includes a second motor driving the second washing tub to rotate. It should be noted that the second motor and the second elastic member 7 are staggered, and the second motor and the second elastic members 7 are not affected by each other when the second washing tub works through the staggered arrangement of the second motor and the second elastic members 7.
The number of the first elastic members 5 and the number of the second elastic members 7 are not limited, the number of the first elastic members 5 is limited according to the size, weight, etc. of the first laundry treating unit 2, the second elastic members 7 are identical to the first elastic members 5, and the number of the second elastic members 7 is limited according to the size, weight, etc. of the second laundry treating unit 3.
Four first elastic members 5 are installed on the first laundry treating unit 2, and hung on the first casing 11 at the left front side, the left rear side, the right front side and the right rear side of the upper portion of the first laundry treating unit 2, respectively; the second laundry treating unit 3 is provided with four second elastic members 7, the left upper side and the right upper side of the second laundry treating unit 3 are respectively provided with a reinforcing plate 6, and the second elastic members 7 are respectively installed on the left front side, the left rear side, the right front side and the right rear side of the upper portion of the second laundry treating unit 3 and hung on the reinforcing plates 6 on the left and right sides.
In order to better hook the second elastic member 7 on the second elastic member 7, a groove 601 matched with the second elastic member 7 is provided on the reinforcing plate 6, one end of the second elastic member 7 is connected with the second clothes treating unit 3, and the other end is fixed in the groove 601 through a hook, thereby realizing the assembly of the double-layer clothes treating apparatus 100.

The housing (1) comprises: a first casing (11) facing the first laundry treating unit (2) and a second casing (12) facing the second laundry treating unit (3), the first casing (11) and the second casing (12) each being configured in a 'U' shape with an opening open to a front side, the first casing (11) and the second casing (12) being integrally formed.

The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the first casing (11) includes: a first bottom wall (111) and first side walls (112) provided on left and right sides of the first bottom wall (111), the second housing (12) including: a second bottom wall (121) and second side walls (122) disposed at left and right sides of the second bottom wall (121), wherein
