Abstract
The invention provides a washing machine and a control method thereof, wherein the washing machine comprises a set of control panel, at least two sets of washing devices and a control system respectively connected with the control panel and the washing devices, and the control panel is provided with: a knob, which can be used as a selection key to select a washing device for the next operation and control and also can be used for selecting the program of the washing device; a group of control keys shared by all the washing devices, and used for controlling the programs and parameters corresponding to the washing devices after a washing device is selected by the selection key; and the at least two display units correspond to the washing device one to display the setting and running states of the washing device. The washing machine provided by the invention can realize the control and display of at least two sets of washing devices only by one control panel, thereby simplifying the overall structure of the washing machine and reducing the cost.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of washing devices, in particular to a washing machine and a control method thereof.
Background
In modern life, the washing machine can not be used by every family, and the washing machine becomes a good helper for people's life. At present, the washing machines have more and more styles and more powerful functions, and along with the increase of the functions and the styles, the double-drum washing machine gradually appears in the life of people. The dual drum washing machine has two independent washing drums, and the user may select either one of the washing drums to wash the laundry or select both washing drums to wash the laundry separately. Therefore, the double-drum washing machine can wash more clothes at one time, thereby avoiding repeated operation of a user and reducing the workload of the user; in addition, the double-drum washing machine can wash clothes according to the material class of the clothes, the class of the clothes of adults and infants and the like, and the use experience of users is improved; meanwhile, the double drum washing machine improves washing efficiency.

The washing machine control method of the invention firstly selects the washing device through the selection key, then the setting work of the washing program and the parameters can be completed according to the existing washing machine operation mode, and the setting and the running state of the selected washing device can be visually displayed on the display unit. Therefore, the control method of the washing machine has simple and reasonable logic, realizes the control of the double-drum washing machine and even the multi-drum washing machine, and is more convenient for users to operate.

The washing machine of the invention has at least two sets of washing devices which can independently operate, the functions of the control panel of each washing device are integrated on one control panel 200, and the control panel 200 is provided with a selection key 210 for selecting one of the washing devices; a set of control keys 260 common to each washing device. The control panel 200 of the invention is also provided with a plurality of groups of clothes material icons and washing program icons, and the clothes material icons and the washing program icons are respectively arranged around the selection key; the control panel 200 is further provided with a rotary knob or a touch knob for selecting the clothes material icon and the washing program icon; when a selection icon of one washing device on the selection key is activated, the clothes material icon and the washing program icon of the set of washing device can be selected by operating the rotary knob or the touch control knob.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the selection key is disposed on a rotary knob or a touch knob. Thus, the selection keys are integrated on the rotary knob or the touch knob, and independent setting on the control panel 200 is not needed, so that the setting area of the control panel is reduced, and the overall simplicity of the control panel 200 is ensured.
The washing machine of the invention can realize the control and display of at least two sets of washing devices only by one control panel 200, thereby simplifying the overall structure of the washing machine and reducing the cost.

The control panel of the invention is provided with a first display unit and a second display unit which correspondingly display the setting and running states of the first washing device 400 and the second washing device 300. The first washing device 400 and the second washing device 300 of the present invention share one control panel 200, and the control panel 200 can simultaneously display the setting and operation states of the first washing device 400 and the second washing device 300, thereby being more intuitive and convenient for a user to operate.
In order to facilitate the operation of the user and correspondingly display the result on the display unit of the control panel 200, the set of control keys 260 of the present invention is disposed between the first display unit and the second display unit, so that the two sets of washing devices can share the set of control keys 260, and the overall layout of the control panel is more concise and reasonable. As shown in fig. 2, a washing machine of the present embodiment includes a first washing device 400 and a second washing device 300, a control panel 200 is disposed at a front portion of a cabinet of the washing machine, and the control panel 200 can control and display the first washing device 400 and the second washing device 300.
The control panel 200 is provided with a selection key 210, the selection key 210 is provided with a first selection icon 211, namely an upper tube, and a second selection icon 212, namely a lower tube, and the upper tube and the lower tube of the selection key 210 are activated and selected in a touch manner.
The selection key 210 is provided at the periphery thereof with laundry material icons and washing program icons, the upper half of the selection key 210 is a first washing program icon 241 including laundry material icons and washing program icons of a first washing device, and the lower half of the selection key 210 is a second washing program icon 242 including laundry material icons and washing program icons of a second washing device.
The selection key 210 further includes a rotation knob 213, and the rotation knob 213 is rotated to select, and when an upper barrel of the selection key is selected, the rotation knob 213 is selected in the first wash program icon 241, and when a lower barrel of the selection key is selected, the rotation knob 213 is selected in the second wash program icon 242.
The first washing program icons 241 of the present invention include shirt, quick wash, dehydration, rinse, cradle wash, baby wash, underwear clean and cartridge self-cleaning, and the second washing program icons 242 include mix, quick wash, dehydration, rinse, bulk wash, jean, down, cartridge self-cleaning.
The control panel 200 is further provided with a group of control keys 260, and the control keys 260 comprise a temperature control key, a rotating speed control key, a washing control key, a rinsing control key, a reservation control key and a night washing control key.
A first display unit including a first display region 221 and a third display region 222 is provided on the control panel 200 at an upper side of the set of control keys 260 and a second display unit is provided at a lower side. The first display area 221 displays heating temperature parameters corresponding to the temperature control keys, which may be 30 ℃, 40 ℃, 60 ℃, 95 ℃ and the like, and when the temperature control keys are operated, the selected heating temperature parameters are lighted. The first display area 221 displays the rotation speed parameters corresponding to the rotation speed control keys, which may be 600 rotations, 800 rotations, 1000 rotations, 1200 rotations, etc., and when the rotation speed control keys are operated, the selected rotation speed parameters are lighted. The first display area 221 displays washing time parameters corresponding to the washing control keys, which may be 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes, 40 minutes, etc., and when the washing control keys are operated, the selected washing time parameters are lighted. The first display area 221 displays the rinsing number parameter corresponding to the rinsing control key, which may be 1 time, 2 times, 3 times, 4 times, etc., and when the rinsing control key is operated, the selected rinsing number parameter is lighted.
The second display unit includes a second display area 231 and a fourth display area 232, and the second display area 231 and the first display area 221 have the same display interface or are symmetrically arranged by the control key 260, which is not described herein again.
The third display area 222 displays the current washing course of the upper tub and the remaining time thereof, and the fourth display area 232 displays the current washing course of the lower tub and the remaining time thereof.
The control panel of this embodiment is further provided with a first pause/start key 251 and a second pause/start key 252.
Example two
As shown in fig. 4, the present embodiment provides a control method for a washing machine, where the washing machine includes at least two sets of washing devices, a control panel, and a control system respectively connected to the control panel and the washing devices, and includes the following steps:
step S1: the selective key receives a selective control signal for selecting any one set of washing devices;
step S2: according to the selection control signal, the control system controls the corresponding washing device to independently operate, and the control key can control the program and the parameter corresponding to the washing device; and the control system also controls the display units to respectively and simultaneously display the corresponding operating states of the washing units according to the corresponding operating states of the washing devices.
Specifically, the washing machine control method of the present embodiment includes the steps of:
one of the selection icons on the selection keys is activated, the control system receives the activation signal of the selection icon of the selection key and controls the corresponding set of washing devices to operate independently, and the group of control keys and the selection key control and adjust the programs and parameters of the set of washing devices;
when another selection icon on the selection key is switched and activated, the control system switches and controls the other set of corresponding washing device to operate independently, and the group of control keys and the selection key are switched to control and adjust programs and parameters of the other set of washing device.
The washing machine control method of the embodiment can complete the setting work of the washing program and the parameters according to the operation mode of the existing washing machine by firstly selecting the washing device through the selection key and can visually observe the setting and the running state of the selected washing device on the display unit. Therefore, the control method of the washing machine has simple and reasonable logic, realizes the control of the double-drum washing machine and even the multi-drum washing machine, and is more convenient for users to operate.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A washing machine comprises at least two sets of washing devices, a control panel shared by the washing devices, and a control system respectively connected with the control panel and the washing devices, and is characterized in that the control panel is provided with: a selection key for selecting a washing device for the next operation; a group of control keys which are shared by all the washing devices, after a washing device is selected by the selection key, the program and the parameters corresponding to the washing device are controlled, a certain set of washing device is selected by the selection key, the washing program and the parameters of the selected set of washing device can be controlled by one group of control keys, when the other set of washing device is selected by switching the selection key, the washing program and the parameters of the other set of washing device are controlled by one group of control keys; and the at least two display units correspond to the washing device one to display the setting and running states of the washing device.
2. The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the washing device includes a first washing device and a second washing device, and the control panel is provided with a first display unit and a second display unit for displaying the setting and operation states of the first washing device and the second washing device;
a group of control keys are arranged between the first display unit and the second display unit, and a group of parameters of the control keys are respectively displayed in the areas of the first display unit and the second display unit corresponding to one or more control keys.
3. The washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the plurality of control keys are arranged between the first display unit and the second display unit in a horizontal direction, and one or more control keys are arranged and displayed on the display units at both sides of the control keys in a vertical direction corresponding to a set of parameters displayed.
4. A washing machine as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the set of control keys comprises at least control keys for controlling temperature, and/or rotation speed, and/or washing and/or rinsing, and the first display unit and the second display unit respectively display a set of temperature value parameters, and/or rotation speed value parameters, and/or washing time parameters and/or rinsing time parameters of the first washing device and the second washing device corresponding to the display areas of the control keys for controlling temperature, and/or rotation speed, and/or washing and/or rinsing.
5. The washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first display unit includes a display area for displaying the current washing course of the first washing device and the remaining time thereof, and the second display unit includes a display area for displaying the current washing course of the second washing device and the remaining time thereof.
6. The washing machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein the set of control keys further includes control keys for controlling the reservation and the night washing, and the display areas of the washing programs and the remaining time of the first display unit and the second display unit correspond to both sides of the control keys for the reservation and the night washing.
7. A washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the selection key has selection icons corresponding to respective washing means; after the corresponding selection icon is activated, the washing device corresponding to the selection icon can be selected;
when the selection icon of one washing device of the selection keys is activated, the control keys control the programs and parameters of the set of washing devices and display the programs and parameters on the display unit corresponding to the programs and parameters;
when the selection icon of the other washing device in the selection keys is switched, the control keys are switched to control programs and parameters of the other set of washing device and are displayed on the other display unit corresponding to the programs and parameters.
8. The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the control panel is further provided with a plurality of groups of clothes material icons and washing program icons, and the clothes material icons and the washing program icons are respectively arranged around the selection key;
the control panel is provided with a rotary knob or a touch knob for selecting the clothes material icon and the washing program icon;
each set of washing device respectively corresponds to a group of clothes material icons and washing program icons: when a selection icon of one washing device on the selection key is activated, a rotary knob or a touch knob is operated to select a group of clothes material icons and washing program icons corresponding to the set of washing devices;
preferably, the selection key is arranged on a rotary knob or a touch knob.
9. A control method of a washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, said washing machine comprising at least two sets of washing devices, a control panel, and a control system connected to said control panel and to said washing devices, respectively, comprising the steps of:
the selective key receives a selective control signal for selecting any one set of washing devices;
according to the selection control signal, the control system controls the corresponding washing device to independently operate, and the control key can control the program and the parameter corresponding to the washing device; and the control system also controls the display units to respectively and simultaneously display the corresponding operating states of the washing units according to the corresponding operating states of the washing devices.
10. The control method of a washing machine according to claim 9, comprising the steps of:
one of the selection icons on the selection keys is activated, the control system receives the activation signal of the selection icon of the selection key and controls the corresponding set of washing devices to operate independently, and the group of control keys and the selection key control and adjust the programs and parameters of the set of washing devices;
when another selection icon on the selection key is switched and activated, the control system switches and controls the other set of corresponding washing device to operate independently, and the group of control keys and the selection key are switched to control and adjust programs and parameters of the other set of washing device.
