Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the application to those skilled in the art.
It is noted that unless otherwise indicated, technical or scientific terms used herein should be given the ordinary meaning as understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs.
A washing control method, apparatus, laundry treating device, and storage medium according to embodiments of the present application are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Microbial stains and poorly soluble inorganic stains are stubborn stains common in daily life. Microbial stains are often formed by the multiplication of microbes such as bacteria, fungi or viruses on clothing, such as mildew stains, which are difficult to remove. Insoluble inorganic stains mainly comprise dust, clay, carbon black, lime and the like, and the substances are insoluble in water, and the surfaces of the substances are sometimes positively charged and sometimes negatively charged. The combination of the fabric and the fabric is mainly based on mechanical force, and the combination force is different according to the organization mode of the fabric, the fineness of yarns and fibers and the fiber characteristics. When the soil particles are small, they are liable to penetrate into the fiber gaps or adhere to the fiber surface, which causes washing difficulties. The other binding force of indissolvable inorganic substance stains and fabrics is electrostatic binding, cellulose fibers and protein fibers are negatively charged in neutral or alkaline solution, and stains such as carbon black and ferric oxide are positively charged under certain conditions, so that stronger electrostatic binding force is formed with the fibers, and the electrostatic binding force is stronger than mechanical force, so that the stains are difficult to remove during washing.
According to the washing control method provided by the embodiment of the application, a washing program suitable for the type of the stains is set aiming at the characteristics of the microbial stains and the indissoluble inorganic stains, and the washing effect on the microbial stains and the indissoluble inorganic stains is improved by adopting a proper temperature and a strong washing mechanical force. Referring to fig. 1, the method specifically includes the steps of:
step 101: and determining the stain type of the load as a preset type.
The predetermined types may include poorly soluble inorganic species and/or microbial species.
The execution main body of the embodiment of the application is clothes processing equipment such as a drum washing machine, a pulsator washing machine and the like. The clothes treatment equipment is provided with buttons for a user to set the stain type, and the buttons of the stain type can comprise a button of 'indissolvable inorganic matters', a button of 'microorganisms', or a button of 'mud stains', a button of 'mildew stains' and the like. In other embodiments of the present application, the stain type may also be set by a touch screen of the laundry treatment apparatus.
The user puts the load into the washing tub of the laundry treatment apparatus, and sets the soil type of the load through a key or a touch screen for setting the soil type. The laundry treatment apparatus determines whether the stain type is a preset type according to the stain type of the load set by the user.
After the load is put into the washing tub, the laundry treatment apparatus further weighs by a weight sensor provided at the bottom of the washing tub, to obtain a load weight corresponding to the load. The amount of water and the detergent dosage are determined according to the load weight and the stain type. Embodiments of the present application may determine the amount of water and the dosage of detergent in either the first or second modes as follows.
First, the amount of water is determined based on the load weight. And then determining the dosage of the detergent according to the preset type and the water quantity.
Specifically, the correspondence between the load weight interval and the water amount and the correspondence between the different water amount interval and the dosage of the detergent for each stain type are preset in the laundry treatment apparatus. The preset two corresponding relations are set according to the requirement of the stain type on the concentration of the washing liquid, so that the concentration of the washing agent in the aqueous solution is improved to the maximum extent under the condition that the load is completely soaked, and the washing efficiency is improved.
The laundry treating apparatus determines a load weight section to which the load weight belongs. And acquiring the water quantity corresponding to the load weight interval to which the current load weight belongs from the corresponding relation between the preset load weight interval and the water quantity. Determining the water volume interval to which the water volume belongs. And according to the determined water volume interval, acquiring the dosage corresponding to the determined water volume interval from the corresponding relation between the stain type of the load, namely the preset type water volume interval and the dosage of the detergent.
Second, the dosage of detergent is determined based on the load weight. And determining the water quantity according to the preset type and the determined dosage.
Specifically, the correspondence between the load weight interval and the dosage of the detergent and the correspondence between the different dosage intervals and the amount of water for each stain type are preset in the laundry treatment apparatus.
And acquiring the dosage corresponding to the load weight interval to which the current load weight belongs from the corresponding relation between the preset load weight interval and the dosage of the detergent. Determining the dosage interval to which the dosage belongs. And according to the determined dosage interval, acquiring the water quantity corresponding to the determined dosage interval from the corresponding relation between the dosage interval and the water quantity of the stain type of the load, namely, the preset type.
The water amount determined by any of the above methods is greater than the load weight of a preset multiple, which may be 3 or 4, etc. After the water yield and the dosage of the detergent are determined, the water inlet device is controlled to inject the water with the water yield into the washing barrel, and the detergent injecting device is controlled to inject the dosage of the detergent into the washing barrel, so that the concentration of the detergent in the solution in the washing barrel meets the requirement of the stain type (namely the preset type) of the current load, the solution in the washing barrel can not only ensure that the load is fully soaked, but also can furthest improve the concentration of the detergent in the solution, and the washing efficiency is improved.
Step 102: and controlling the washing barrel to wash for a first preset time period according to the preset temperature and the first motor parameter corresponding to the preset type.
The embodiment of the application presets the preset temperature and the first motor parameter of each stain type in the washing stage of the first preset time period in the clothes treatment equipment. For poorly soluble inorganic species, the preset temperature is greater than or equal to 30 ℃, e.g., the preset temperature may be 30 ℃, 35 ℃, 40 ℃, 45 ℃, or the like. For microorganisms, the predetermined temperature is greater than 60 ℃, e.g., the predetermined temperature may be 65 ℃, 70 ℃, 75 ℃, etc. The embodiment of the application is not particularly limited to the specific value of the preset temperature corresponding to the stain type, and in practical application, a large number of tests can be carried out on the load of the specific stain type to determine the preset temperature capable of optimizing the washing effect.
The first motor parameter includes a preset beat and a first rotational speed. The preset beat can be expressed as A1/B1, and A1/(A1+B1) is 100 percent or more than or equal to 85 percent. The first rotational speed is between 45rpm and 55rpm, such as 45rpm, 50rpm, 55rpm, etc. The embodiment of the application does not limit the specific values of the preset beat and the first rotating speed, and the preset beat and the first rotating speed corresponding to each stain type can be set according to the requirements in practical application.
After water is injected into the washing barrel and the detergent is put in, the clothes treatment equipment controls the motor to drive the washing barrel to wash for a first preset time period according to a preset beat and a first rotating speed included by a first motor parameter corresponding to a preset type. The first preset time period is greater than or equal to 10min, for example, the first preset time period may be 10min, 12min or 15 min.
The clothes processing equipment controls the motor to drive the washing barrel to carry out the washing operation, and meanwhile monitors the temperature in the washing barrel through the temperature sensor, compares the temperature in the washing barrel with the preset temperature corresponding to the stain type (namely the preset type) of the load, and controls the heating pipe to be started for heating if the temperature in the washing barrel is determined to be smaller than the preset temperature corresponding to the preset type. If the temperature in the washing barrel is determined to be greater than or equal to the preset temperature corresponding to the preset type, the heating pipe is not started any more. Wherein the temperature in the washing tub may be the temperature of water in the washing tub.
And monitoring whether the first preset time length is reached in real time in the heating process of the heating pipe, and monitoring whether the temperature in the washing barrel reaches the preset temperature corresponding to the preset type in real time. If the first preset time is detected to be reached, the heating pipe is controlled to be closed. If the first preset time period is not reached, but the temperature in the washing barrel reaches the preset temperature corresponding to the preset type, the heating pipe is controlled to be closed.
The heating washing in the step can raise the temperature in the washing barrel, and the washing is carried out by combining with stronger mechanical force, so that stains are promoted to be separated from the load, and the washing efficiency is improved.
Step 103: and controlling the washing barrel to perform rotary barrel washing for a second preset time length according to a second motor parameter corresponding to the preset type.
When the laundry treating apparatus determines that the first preset time period is reached, the heating washing operation of step 102 is ended. And controlling the motor to drive the washing barrel to rotate for a second preset time according to a second rotating speed included in a second motor parameter corresponding to the preset type, wherein the second rotating speed is larger than the first rotating speed included in the first motor parameter, and the second preset time is smaller than the first preset time.
Wherein the second rotational speed is greater than or equal to 150rpm, such as the second rotational speed may be 150rpm, 160rpm, 170rpm, or the like. The second preset time period is greater than or equal to 2min, for example, the second preset time period may be 2min or 3 min. The embodiment of the application does not limit the specific values of the second rotating speed and the second preset time, and in practical application, the second rotating speed and the second preset time which can enable the washing effect to be optimal can be set by setting a large number of tests on specific stain types.
The step adopts a larger rotating speed to carry out rotary barrel washing, and the washing barrel is rotated to generate larger mechanical force to promote stains to fall off from a load, so that the washing effect is improved.
Step 104: and circularly executing the washing and barrel-rotating washing operations for the first preset time length according to the preset circulation times corresponding to the preset types.
The operations of the steps 102 and 103 are circularly executed, and after the operations are circularly executed for a plurality of times, the temperature in the washing barrel can reach the preset temperature corresponding to the stain type after the temperature is accumulated by heating for a plurality of times. After the temperature in the washing tub reaches the preset temperature corresponding to the stain type, the washing in step 102 is performed without heating by the heating pipe.
Specifically, the preset cycle number corresponding to each stain type is preset in the clothes treatment equipment, and the preset cycle number is greater than or equal to 5, for example, the preset cycle number can be 5, 6, 7 or 8. The embodiment of the application does not limit the specific value of the preset cycle times corresponding to each stain type, and in practical application, a large number of experiments can be used for determining the preset cycle times corresponding to each stain type.
The clothes treating apparatus records the current cycle number, performs the operation of step 103 and determines that the second preset time period is reached, adds one to the current cycle number, then compares the added current cycle number with the preset cycle number corresponding to the stain type, and returns to the washing operation of step 102 if the added current cycle number is smaller than the preset cycle number. And if the current circulation times after the one-adding operation is compared to be equal to the preset circulation times, controlling the drainage of the drainage pump. And (3) carrying out a washing program of dehydration, rinsing and re-dehydration subsequently until the total washing time length of the current washing task reaches a third preset time length, and ending the current washing task.
The third preset time length is the total time length from the beginning to the end of the washing task, and the third preset time length can be 1h or 1.5h and the like. The embodiment of the application does not particularly limit the specific value of the third preset duration, and can be set according to the requirements in practical application.
In order to facilitate understanding of the washing control method provided by the embodiment of the present application, the following description will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in fig. 2, S1: and determining the stain type of the load as a preset type. S2: the amount of water and the dosage of detergent are determined according to the load weight and the type of stain. S3: the water of the water quantity is injected into the washing barrel, and the detergent of the dosage is put into the washing barrel. S4: and controlling the washing barrel to wash for a first preset time period according to the preset temperature and the first motor parameter corresponding to the preset type. S5: and controlling the washing barrel to perform rotary barrel washing for a second preset time length according to a second motor parameter corresponding to the preset type. S6: the current number of cycles is increased by one. S7: and judging whether the current cycle times after adding one is equal to the preset cycle times corresponding to the stain types, if so, executing the step S8, and if not, executing the step S4. S8: and controlling the drainage pump to drain and dewater. S9: and executing a rinsing and dehydrating washing program until the total washing time of the washing task reaches a third preset time.
In the embodiment of the application, aiming at the characteristics of indissolvable inorganic substance stains and microorganism stains, the heating washing and the spin-barrel washing are circularly carried out, so that the temperature in the washing barrel is increased, and the higher temperature can promote the more intense substance movement in the solution, thereby promoting the stains to be separated from the load.
