Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of washing equipment, and particularly provides a balance correction method for washing equipment.
Background
With the progress of science and technology, the automation level of human life is higher and higher, and daily housework is gradually replaced by machines from manpower. The washing equipment is used as a common household appliance in daily life, and brings great convenience to the life of people. The washing apparatuses are classified according to washing methods, and may be roughly classified into pulsator washing machines and drum washing machines. In the prior art, because impeller washing machine's washing mode drives the impeller through drive arrangement and rotates thereby drive the clothing upset, this washing mode can cause the clothing to distribute inhomogeneous in the washtub, when washing machine operation spin-dry mode, the clothing of inhomogeneous distribution can produce asymmetric centrifugal force to the washtub for the washtub produces acutely because of the atress is inhomogeneous and rocks, thereby lead to washtub and control lever to bump, the noise production leads to impeller washing machine unable normal operating, user's use experience has greatly been influenced.
In order to solve the problems, the washing machine is provided with a balance correction program, when the collision frequency of the washing barrel and the control rod reaches a preset frequency, the washing machine enters the balance correction program, namely the washing barrel is controlled to stop running and water is injected into the washing barrel to a preset water level so as to balance the current washing water flow, washing is carried out, and the drainage returns to the original dehydration process. However, in the process of performing balance correction in the existing washing machine, the number of times of balance correction is fixed, the number of times of balance correction cannot be adjusted according to different washing parameters, and multiple water injection balance operations are performed, so that water resource waste is caused, and the use experience of a user is greatly influenced.

fig. 2 is a flow chart of a balance correction method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. For example, although the present application is described in conjunction with a washing machine, the technical solution of the present invention is not limited thereto, and it is apparent that the balance correction method can be applied to other washing apparatuses such as a washing and drying machine without departing from the principle and scope of the present invention.
Based on the technical problems proposed in the background art, the invention provides a balance correction method for a washing machine, aiming at flexibly adjusting and setting the balance correction times of the washing machine according to the rinsing times and adjusting a balance correction program of the washing machine according to the balance correction times, so that the condition that water injection balance operation is executed under the condition that a washing barrel is collided is avoided, the most reasonable balance correction program is provided for the washing machine, the balance correction effect of the washing machine is improved, the waste of water resources is avoided, and the use experience of a user is improved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a flow chart of a balance correction method of the present invention; fig. 2 is a flow chart of a balance correction method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the balance correction method of the present invention includes the following steps:
s1, obtaining the rinsing times of the washing machine;
s2, determining the balance correction times of the washing machine according to the rinsing times;
and S3, adjusting the balance correction program of the washing machine according to the balance correction times.
Example one
In the step S2, the step of determining the number of times of balance correction of the washing machine according to the number of times of rinsing when the number of times of rinsing is the number of times of rinsing corresponding to the selected washing course may include:
s211, acquiring a preset rinsing time threshold of the washing machine;
and S212, determining the balance correction times according to a preset rinsing time threshold and the rinsing times.
Preferably, in the step S212, the step of determining the number of balance corrections according to the preset number of rinsing times threshold and the number of rinsing times specifically includes: the number of balance corrections is calculated according to the following formula:
n=m 0 -m 1
wherein, n: balancing and correcting times;
m 0 : presetting a rinsing time threshold;
m 1 : number of rinses.
In the process of calculating the balance correction times, the balance correction times of the washing machine are determined according to the difference value between the preset rinsing times and the rinsing times, and the balance correction times are reduced along with the increase of the rinsing times, so that the times of water injection balance operation are reduced, the consumption of washing water is reduced, water resources are saved, and the use experience of a user is improved.
In order to adjust the balance correction frequency to the maximum, the preset rinsing frequency threshold is the preset maximum rinsing frequency of the washing machine. Of course, the preset rinsing time threshold is not limited to the preset maximum rinsing time of the washing machine listed above, and may be an experimental time obtained through experiments by a person skilled in the art under a specific working condition, or an empirical time obtained through experiments, as long as the requirement of determining the balance correction time by the preset rinsing time threshold is met.
Preferably, the washing machine includes a washing tub, and the step of "adjusting the balance correction program of the washing machine according to the number of balance corrections" in the above step S3 specifically includes:
s311, under the condition that the washing machine is in the dehydration stage, counting the times of tub collision of the washing tub;
s312, judging whether the counted times are larger than the balance correction times or not;
s313, if the counted times are more than the balance correction times, enabling the washing machine to enter an alarm mode;
and S314, if the counted times are less than or equal to the balance correction times, enabling the washing machine to enter a water injection balance mode.
Specifically, in step S313, if the counted number of times is greater than the number of balance corrections, it is indicated that the washing machine has performed the balance corrections the same number of times as the number of balance corrections, and still cannot uniformly distribute the objects to be cleaned in the washing tub, and in order to ensure the safety of the washing machine, the washing machine is put into an alarm mode to prompt the user that the objects to be cleaned in the washing tub are not uniformly distributed; in step S314, if the counted number of times is less than or equal to the number of times of balance correction, it is determined that the balance correction may be continued to uniformly distribute the objects to be washed in the washing tub, and the washing machine enters a water injection balance mode.
Preferably, when the washing machine enters the alarm mode, the washing machine may send alarm information to the user in the form of voice, text, picture, light, etc. to prompt the user that the laundry in the washing tub is not uniformly distributed.
Preferably, the washing tub includes an outer tub and an inner tub rotatably disposed in the outer tub, and the step of "putting the washing machine into the water injection balancing mode" in the step S314 includes:
s3141, enabling the washing machine to execute water filling operation;
s3142, in the process of making the washing machine execute the water filling operation, the inner tub is continuously rotated.
Of course, in the step S3142, the inner tub is intermittently rotated in the course of causing the washing machine to perform the water filling operation; or intermittently rotating the inner tub after the washing machine is caused to perform the water filling operation; or continuously rotating the inner tub after the washing machine performs the water filling operation, without departing from the principle and scope of the present invention.
Example two
In the case where the rinsing cycle is the rinsing cycle set by the user, the step of "determining the number of times of balance correction of the washing machine according to the rinsing cycle" in the step S2 may include:
s221, judging whether the rinsing times are smaller than a preset time threshold value;
s222, if the rinsing times are smaller than a preset time threshold, determining the balance correction times according to the preset correction time threshold of the washing machine;
and S223, if the rinsing times are larger than or equal to the preset times threshold, determining the balance correction times according to the preset correction times threshold and the preset times threshold of the washing machine.
Specifically, in step S222, if the number of times of rinsing is less than the preset number of times threshold, which indicates that the object to be cleaned is less and not dirty, the user does not want to use too much water for rinsing, and even if the number of times of rinsing is large, a large amount of washing water is not consumed, the number of times of balance correction is determined according to the preset number of times threshold, and preferably, the number of times of balance correction is equal to the preset number of times threshold; in step S223, if the rinsing frequency is greater than or equal to the preset frequency threshold, which indicates that the object to be cleaned is more or dirty, and the user wants to rinse the object to be cleaned cleaner and has a low requirement for water amount, the balance correction frequency is determined according to the preset correction frequency threshold and the preset frequency threshold, so that the balance correction frequency of the washing machine can be determined more accurately, and different requirements of the user for balance correction can be met.
Preferably, in step S223, the step of "determining the number of balance corrections according to the preset number of corrections threshold and the preset number of times threshold" specifically includes: the number of balance corrections is calculated according to the following formula:
n=n 0 +n 1
wherein, n: balancing and correcting times;
n 0 : presetting a correction frequency threshold;
n 1 : and presetting a time threshold.
In the process of calculating the balance correction times, the balance correction times of the washing machine are determined according to the sum of the preset correction time threshold and the preset time threshold preset by the washing machine, the balance correction times are increased, the requirement of a user for rinsing the objects to be washed clean is met, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Preferably, the preset correction number threshold is a preset maximum correction number of the washing machine. Of course, the preset correction time threshold is not limited to the preset maximum correction time of the washing machine listed above, and may be an experimental time obtained by a person skilled in the art according to an experiment under a specific working condition, or an empirical time obtained according to an experiment, as long as a requirement for determining the balance correction time from the preset correction time threshold is satisfied.
In the process, the conclusion of how to determine the balance correction times of the washing machine can be given through setting the preset time threshold, so that the washing machine can determine the optimal balance correction times under different conditions. The setting of the preset number threshold can be flexibly adjusted and set according to actual conditions, for example, the preset number threshold is 2 to 3, as long as the requirement of determining the balance correction number by the preset number threshold is met.
Preferably, the washing machine includes a washing tub, and the step of "adjusting the balance correction program of the washing machine according to the number of balance corrections" in the above step S3 specifically includes:
s321, counting the frequency of tub collision of the washing tub under the condition that the washing machine is in a dehydration stage;
s322, judging whether the counted times are greater than the balance correction times;
s323, if the counted times are more than the balance correction times, enabling the washing machine to enter a rinsing balance mode;
and S324, if the counted times are less than or equal to the balance correction times, enabling the washing machine to enter a water injection balance mode.
Specifically, in step S323, if the counted number of times is greater than the number of balance corrections, it is indicated that the washing machine has performed the balance corrections the same number of times as the number of balance corrections, and still cannot uniformly distribute the objects to be washed in the washing tub, and in order to save the washing water, the washing machine is not in the water injection balance mode, but directly in the rinsing balance mode, thereby avoiding the water injection balance operation, and reducing the consumption of the washing books; in step S324, if the counted number of times is less than or equal to the number of times of balance correction, it is determined that the balance correction may be continued to uniformly distribute the objects to be cleaned in the washing tub, and the washing machine enters the water injection balance mode.
Preferably, the step of "making the washing machine enter the rinsing balance mode" in the step S323 includes:
s3231, enabling the washing machine to perform rinsing operation;
s3232, after the rinsing operation, the washing machine is caused to perform a balanced water flow operation.
Specifically, in step S3231, the washing machine enters a rinsing mode, the rinsing mode replaces a water injection balancing mode, and the object to be cleaned in the washing tub is uniformly distributed by the washing water injected in the rinsing mode, so that the object to be cleaned is uniformly distributed, and water resources are saved; in step S3232, after the rinsing mode, the washing machine enters a balanced water flow mode, and the objects to be washed in the washing tub can be better and uniformly distributed by the action of the balanced water flow.
Further, in step S3232, the step of "making the washing machine enter the balanced water flow mode" includes:
s32321, the washing machine is enabled to execute a water flow balancing operation according to a preset time threshold value.
Wherein, the washing barrel comprises an outer barrel and an inner barrel rotatably arranged in the outer barrel, the balanced water flow operation means that the rotation time of a motor driving the inner barrel to rotate is less than the stop time, preferably, the rotation time of the motor is 0.5s-0.8s, and the stop time of the motor is 1.0s-1.5s.
In the above process, the preset time threshold may be the shortest time for the washing machine to perform the water flow balancing operation, for example, the preset time threshold is 3min, so that when the objects to be washed in the washing tub are uniformly distributed, the washing tub is still in the water flow balancing mode, and the work efficiency of the washing machine is improved. Of course, the preset time threshold is not limited to the shortest time for the washing machine to perform the water flow balancing operation, and may be other times, such as experimental time obtained through experiments by those skilled in the art under specific conditions, or empirical time obtained through experiments, as long as the requirement for determining the time for the washing machine to perform the water flow balancing operation from the preset water level threshold is met.
Preferably, after the step of controlling the washing machine to enter the rinsing balance mode, the balance correction method further includes:
s325, enabling the washing machine to enter a dehydration mode, and detecting whether the washing barrel is collided;
s326, if the washing barrel is detected to be collided, the washing machine is enabled to enter an alarm mode;
s327, if it is not detected that the washing tub is bumped, the washing machine is maintained in the current dehydration mode.
Specifically, in step S326, if it is detected that the washing tub is bumped, it indicates that the washing machine still cannot uniformly distribute the objects to be washed in the washing tub after performing the rinsing balance operation, and in order to ensure the safety of the washing machine, the washing machine is put into an alarm mode to prompt the user that the objects to be washed in the washing tub are not uniformly distributed; in step S327, if it is not detected that the washing tub collides, it is determined that the washing machine has uniformly distributed the objects to be washed in the washing tub after the rinsing balance operation is performed, and no asymmetric centrifugal force is generated on the washing tub, and no balance correction is required, and the pulsator washing machine is controlled to maintain the current spin-drying mode.
Preferably, when the washing machine enters the alarm mode, the washing machine may send alarm information to the user in the form of voice, text, picture, light, etc. to prompt the user that the laundry in the washing tub is not uniformly distributed.
Preferably, in step S324, the step of "making the washing machine enter the water filling balance mode" includes:
s3241, enabling the washing machine to perform a water filling operation;
s3242, continuously rotating the inner tub in the course of the washing machine performing the water filling operation.
Of course, in the step S3242, the inner tub is intermittently rotated in the course of causing the washing machine to perform the water filling operation; or intermittently rotating the inner tub after the washing machine is caused to perform a water filling operation; or the inner tub is continuously rotated after the washing machine is caused to perform the water filling operation, without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
