Technical Field

Background
At present, along with the enhancement of the health consciousness of people, more and more users have higher and higher requirements on the washing effect of clothes. However, since the user cannot accurately put the detergent in the washing process, and the detergent is dragged and dropped too much, excessive foam is generated in the washing process, and the dewatering and the subsequent rinsing processes are affected during the dewatering, so that the detergent in the clothes is not rinsed cleanly.
Application No.: 201310646105.X discloses a method for detecting bubbles in a washing machine and the washing machine, wherein voltage is applied to an electrode device arranged in the washing machine, so as to detect whether the electrode device generates current, and if the electrode device generates current, it can be determined that the position of the electrode device has bubbles. The application needs to detect the bubbles through an additionally arranged electrode device, only causes the difficulty of installing the washing machine for detecting the bubbles in the washing water, and increases the cost.
In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a method for detecting and eliminating foam in a washing machine, wherein foam and water are mixed by rotating a roller at a high speed, so that the air pressure in the roller is increased, the water level pressure is further increased, then the residual foam content in the roller is detected by a pressure detection sensor, and the sensitivity for detecting residual foam in the roller is effectively improved. The condition of foam residue in the roller is accurately obtained according to the water level pressure information, and the elimination program is executed in time, so that the washing effect of the washing machine is ensured.
In order to realize the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a method for detecting and eliminating foam in a washing machine comprises the steps of detecting water level pressure information in the process of increasing the speed of a drum of the washing machine in the dewatering process of the washing machine, and executing an eliminating program according to the water level pressure information.
Further, the elimination procedure includes controlling the opening/closing of the spray valve, and/or the opening/closing of the drain pump, and/or the drum rotation speed.

s1, a dewatering process, wherein the roller rotates at a first set speed;
s2, detecting the water level pressure information in the washing machine drum, judging whether the water level pressure information reaches a preset value, if so, controlling the drum to rotate at a second set speed, starting a spray valve and a drainage pump, and then executing the step S1; if not, go to step S3;
and S3, controlling the roller to rotate at a third set speed.

After adopting the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the foam detection and elimination method of the washing machine solves the problem of detection and elimination of residual foam in the washing process of the washing machine, the foam and water are mixed by rotating the drum at a high speed at a first set speed, the air pressure in the drum is increased, the water level pressure is further increased, then the information of the water level pressure in the drum is detected by the pressure detection sensor, the residual foam content is obtained, and the sensitivity of detecting the residual foam in the drum is effectively improved.
2. The invention solves the problem of how to fully eliminate the foam, determines the second drainage time sequence of the drainage pump in the foam eliminating program according to the water level pressure information, so that more foam is accumulated in the drainage cavity of the drainage pump and then is discharged through the drainage pump, thereby improving the foam eliminating efficiency and realizing the function of fully eliminating the foam by the washing machine.
3. The method for detecting and eliminating the foam of the washing machine ensures that all residual foam in the roller is completely removed through multiple times of multi-parameter detection, improves the accuracy of foam detection of the washing machine, can also realize detection on the running condition of the motor within set time, ensures normal running of the motor and prolongs the service life of the motor.

Example one
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the embodiment of the invention relates to a method for detecting and eliminating foam in a washing machine, which detects water level pressure information during the acceleration of a drum of the washing machine during the dehydration process of the washing machine, and executes an elimination procedure according to the water level pressure information.
Preferably, the information of the water level pressure includes one or any combination of a water level pressure value at a set time point in the drum speed-up process, a change value of the water level pressure in the drum speed-up process, and a change rate of the water level pressure in the drum speed-up process.
Specifically, in the embodiment, the foam condition in the drum is judged by detecting the water level and water pressure information of the drum, wherein the air pressure in the drum is increased in the process of high-speed operation of the foam, so that the water level pressure is increased, the residual foam in the drum can be obtained according to the information of the water level pressure of the drum detected by the pressure detection sensor at the moment, and the cleaning program is executed according to the residual foam in the drum. According to the embodiment, the condition of foam residue in the drum can be accurately acquired through the information of the water level pressure in the drum, and the elimination program is executed in time, so that the washing effect of the washing machine is ensured.
Meanwhile, in the embodiment, because the outer cylinder is communicated with the roller, the information of the water level pressure of the outer cylinder and the water level pressure of the roller are the same, the information of the water level pressure in the roller is directly detected through the water level sensor arranged on the outer cylinder, the arrangement of the foam detection device is simplified, the cost is saved, and the residual foam in the roller can be accurately detected.
Further, the elimination procedure includes controlling the opening/closing of the spray valve, and/or the opening/closing of the drain pump, and/or the drum rotation speed.

s1, a dewatering process, wherein the roller rotates at a first set speed;

Specifically, in the present embodiment, in step S1, the drum rotates at a first set speed with a higher rotation speed to discharge a part of the foam and water in the drum; make the foam can mix with water at the rotation in-process foam of higher rotational speed, increased the atmospheric pressure in the cylinder, and then increaseed water level pressure, then rethread pressure detection sensor, perhaps water level sensor detect the residual foam content in the cylinder, effectively improved the sensitivity that detects residual foam in the cylinder to the realization is fully clear away the processing to the residual foam in the cylinder.
