With the continuous progress of science and technology, the hands of people are gradually liberated from heavy physical labor, and particularly, almost every household uses a washing machine to wash clothes to replace the traditional manual washing mode nowadays when the life pace is gradually accelerated. However, the conventional washing machines have many problems, for example, the conventional washing machines are rinsed by injecting a predetermined amount of water into the tub according to the load of the washing machine and the general standard, but the predetermined amount of water may not be sufficient to rinse all the laundry in the washing machine due to the temperature of the laundry and the temperature of the water; or the predetermined amount of water may have exceeded the amount of water required for rinsing considerably, resulting in a serious waste of water.
Specifically, in recent years, in order to effectively improve the overall performance of a washing machine, a technician detects the load of the washing machine by adding a sensor to the washing machine, and a control device of the washing machine can determine the water inflow of the washing machine according to the load information of the washing machine and then control the water inflow of the washing machine by controlling the opening time of a water inlet valve. However, this method of calculating the water inflow amount only considers the load factor, and does not consider the influence of other factors on the amount of water required for rinsing. Therefore, the water inflow calculated by the method can not rinse clothes completely, so that the problem of poor rinsing effect is caused; or the water consumption required by rinsing is already exceeded, so that the problem of serious water waste is caused.

Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. For example, although the steps of the method of the present invention are described herein in a particular order, these orders are not limiting, and one skilled in the art may perform the steps in a different order without departing from the underlying principles of the invention. It should be noted that, since all types of washing machines need to be rinsed, the present invention does not impose any limitation on the type of washing machine to which the rinsing water amount control method is applied; in other words, the washing machine can be a pulsator washing machine, a drum washing machine or other types of washing machines.
The control device of the existing washing machine based on the background art can only determine the rinsing water inflow of the washing machine according to the load information of the washing machine, and then actually control the water inflow of the washing machine by controlling the opening time of the water inlet valve. However, this method of determining the rinsing water inflow amount takes only the influence of the load factor on the rinsing water inflow amount into consideration, but does not take the influence of other factors on the rinsing water inflow amount into consideration. Therefore, the rinsing water inflow determined by the method can not rinse the clothes in the washing machine, so that the problem of poor rinsing effect is caused; or the amount of water required for rinsing is exceeded, thereby causing a problem of serious waste of water. In order to solve the above problems in the prior art, the present invention provides a rinsing water amount control method for a washing machine, which is capable of determining an initial value of a rinsing water inflow required by the washing machine according to a load amount, and then effectively adjusting the initial value of the rinsing water inflow according to a water inflow temperature and a load temperature of the washing machine, so as to maximally save water while ensuring that the washing machine can rinse laundry clean.
Specifically, the washing machine is provided with a control device capable of executing the rinsing water amount control method for a washing machine of the present invention; meanwhile, as can be understood by those skilled in the art, the control device may be a control module of the washing machine itself, or may be other fixed or mobile control equipment disposed outside the washing machine.
It should be noted that, the present invention does not limit the weighing manner of the washing machine, as long as the control device can obtain the load of the washing machine by the weighing method; for example, the existing pulsator washing machine generally realizes load weighing by arranging a gravity sensor at the bottom of a washing tub; the common weighing method of the existing drum washing machine is as follows: the control device can judge the current change of the washing drum in the rotation process and then roughly calculate the load of the drum washing machine.
Further, the washing machine is also provided with a first temperature sensor and a second temperature sensor; the first temperature sensor is arranged at a water inlet of the washing machine, and the second temperature sensor is arranged at a water outlet of the washing machine. Specifically, the first temperature sensor can detect the water inlet temperature of the washing machine and then transmit the water inlet temperature information to the control device; meanwhile, the second temperature sensor may detect a discharge water temperature of the washing machine and then transmit information of the discharge water temperature to the control device. It should be noted that the rinsing water amount control method of the present invention does not limit the method for detecting the water inlet temperature and the water outlet temperature of the washing machine, as long as the control device of the washing machine can obtain the water inlet temperature and the water outlet temperature of the washing machine by the method.
In addition, it should be noted that the present invention does not impose any limitation on the method for detecting the spin-drying speed of the washing tub; for example, a technician may detect the rotation speed of the washing tub by installing a tachometer in the washing machine, and meanwhile, the technician may directly obtain the operation parameters of the motor of the washing machine through the control device, so as to obtain the dehydration rotation speed of the washing tub. In other words, the present invention does not impose any limitation on the manner of detecting the rotation speed of the washing tub, as long as the control device of the washing machine can acquire the spinning rotation speed of the washing tub by this manner.
The rinsing water amount control method of the present invention will be described below by taking as an example a process in which a pulsator washing machine operates the rinsing water amount control method of the present invention; referring first to fig. 1, there is shown a flowchart illustrating main steps of a rinsing water amount control method for a washing machine according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the rinse water amount control method mainly includes the steps of:
s1: acquiring the load capacity, load temperature and inlet water temperature of the washing machine;
s2: firstly, determining an initial value of rinsing water inflow according to the load capacity of the washing machine;
s3: and adjusting the initial value of the rinsing water inflow according to the load temperature and the water inflow temperature of the washing machine.
Further, in step S1, the control device may acquire a load amount, a load temperature, and a water inlet temperature of the washing machine, so as to determine a rinsing water inlet amount of the washing machine according to the data. Next, step S2 is executed, in which the control device can determine an initial value of the required rinsing water inflow of the washing machine according to the load amount of the washing machine, so that the initial value of the rinsing water inflow is further adjusted according to the load temperature and the inflow temperature of the washing machine in the following step. Finally, the control device can effectively adjust the initial value of the rinsing water inflow according to the water inflow temperature and the load temperature of the washing machine, so that water can be saved to the maximum extent on the basis that the washing machine can rinse clothes cleanly.
Referring next to fig. 2, the rinsing water amount control method according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 2, which is a flowchart illustrating the detailed steps of the rinsing water amount control method for a washing machine according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the rinse water amount control method specifically includes the steps of:
s101: putting the clothes into a washing barrel;
s102: before the washing machine runs a washing program, acquiring the load of the washing machine;
s103: determining an initial value of rinsing water inflow according to the load of the washing machine;
s104: in the washing water inlet stage of the washing machine, the water inlet temperature of the washing machine is obtained;
s105: in the washing and draining stage of the washing machine, the draining temperature of the washing machine is obtained;
s106: determining an initial value of a load temperature according to a drain temperature of the washing machine;
s107: in the washing and dewatering stage of the washing machine, the dewatering rotating speed of a washing barrel is obtained;
s108: correcting the initial value of the load temperature according to the dehydration rotating speed of the washing barrel;
s109: adjusting the initial value of rinsing water inflow according to the water inflow temperature and the load temperature;
s110: and injecting water into the washing machine according to the adjusted rinsing water inflow.
Specifically, in step S101, laundry is put into a washing tub of the washing machine, so that the washing machine can determine a water inflow amount according to the amount of the laundry put into the washing machine. Further, step S102 is executed, before the washing machine runs a washing program, the control device can obtain the load of the washing machine through a gravity sensor arranged at the bottom of the washing tub; it should be noted that, the present invention does not set any limit to the manner of measuring the load amount of the washing machine, as long as the control device of the washing machine can obtain the load amount of the washing machine through this manner.
Further, in step S103, the control device may determine an initial value of a rinsing water inflow of the washing machine according to a load of the washing machine. It should be noted that the initial value of the rinsing water inflow in this step is only the preferred value of the rinsing water inflow determined according to the load of the washing machine, and in the following step, the control device needs to further adjust the initial value of the rinsing water inflow according to the water inflow temperature and the load temperature of the washing machine. It can be understood by those skilled in the art that the method for determining the rinsing water inflow according to the load in this step is a method for determining the rinsing water inflow in the prior art, and therefore, a detailed manner for determining the initial value of the rinsing water inflow is not described in detail in the preferred embodiment. Of course, the technician may also determine the initial value of the rinsing water inflow according to other methods in the prior art, in other words, it is within the scope of the present invention as long as the technician needs to adjust the rinsing water inflow according to the water inflow temperature and the load temperature of the washing machine in the rinsing water amount control method.
In addition, after the control device of the washing machine determines the initial value of the rinsing water inflow according to the load of the washing machine; and S104, in a washing water inlet stage of the washing machine, the control device of the washing machine acquires the water inlet temperature of the washing machine through the first temperature sensor. It is understood that the load capacity of the washing machine is undoubtedly a major factor affecting the rinsing water inflow, but the temperature of the rinsing water also has an influence on the rinsing water inflow; specifically, the amount of water required for rinsing is inversely related to the temperature of the rinsing water within a predetermined temperature range, in other words, the higher the temperature of the rinsing water, the less the amount of water required for rinsing. Therefore, after the initial value of the rinsing water amount is determined according to the load of the washing machine, the rinsing water inlet amount can be adjusted according to the temperature of the rinsing water, so that water is saved to the maximum extent on the basis of ensuring that the washing machine can rinse clothes cleanly.
It should be noted that, although in the preferred embodiment, the control device measures the water inlet temperature of the washing machine during the washing water inlet stage of the washing machine, obviously, the control device may also measure the water inlet temperature of the washing machine during the rinsing water inlet stage of the washing machine; or the temperature of the inlet water of the washing machine is separately measured at other stages.
Referring next to fig. 2, it can be understood by those skilled in the art that since the conventional washing machine generally heats the washing water during the washing stage, the laundry in the washing machine has a certain initial temperature after the washing stage, and the initial temperature also affects the temperature of the rinsing water; meanwhile, in the washing and dehydrating stage of the washing machine, the high-speed rotation of the washing tub may reduce the temperature of the laundry in the washing machine to some extent. In other words, the final temperature of the laundry in the washing machine needs to be determined by both the temperature of the washing water used in the washing stage and the spinning speed used in the washing stage. It should be noted that, a technician may also directly measure the load temperature of the washing machine by other manners, as long as the control device can obtain the load temperature of the washing machine according to the manner, so that the control device can adjust the rinsing water inflow according to the load temperature of the washing machine.
Next, step S105 is executed, and in the washing and draining stage of the washing machine, the control device can acquire the draining temperature of the washing machine in the washing stage through the second temperature sensor. After acquiring the drain water temperature of the washing machine in the washing stage, executing step S106, namely enabling the control device to determine an initial value of the load temperature of the washing machine according to the drain water temperature of the washing machine in the washing stage; so that the control means can determine an initial value of a load temperature of the washing machine according to a discharge temperature of the washing machine in a washing stage, thereby adjusting a rinsing water inflow of the washing machine according to the load temperature in a subsequent step.
Further, step S107 is performed, namely, in the washing and dehydrating stage of the washing machine, the rotation speed of the motor of the washing machine is acquired by the control device, so as to determine the dehydrating rotation speed of the washing tub. Then in step S108, correcting the initial value of the load temperature of the washing machine according to the dehydration rotation speed of the washing tub in the washing dehydration stage; therefore, the control device can further adjust the load temperature of the washing machine according to the dehydration rotating speed of the washing machine in the washing and dehydration stage, and further provide effective basic data for the following steps, so that the data of the rinsing water inflow can be more accurate.
Further, in step S109, the control device can adjust the initial value of the rinsing water inflow of the washing machine according to the water inflow temperature and the load temperature of the washing machine, that is, according to the water inflow temperature of the washing machine, the water drainage temperature of the washing machine in the washing and water drainage stage, and the dehydration rotation speed of the washing machine in the washing and dehydration stage, so as to further optimize the initial value of the rinsing water inflow, and further save water to the greatest extent on the basis of ensuring that the washing machine can rinse the laundry in the washing machine clean.
In the present preferred embodiment, if the adjusted rinsing water inflow amount is set to V, the initial value of the rinsing water inflow amount is set to V0, the water inflow temperature of the washing machine is set to T0, the drain temperature of the washing machine in the washing drain stage is set to T1, and the spinning speed of the washing machine in the washing spinning stage is set to S1, the relationship between the adjusted rinsing water inflow amount V and the initial value of the rinsing water inflow amount V0 may be regarded as being determined by the coefficients determined by the water inflow temperature T0, the drain temperature T1, and the spinning speed S1 in common. Specifically, a first adjustment coefficient k1 can be determined through the inlet water temperature T0; a second adjustment coefficient k2 can be determined through the drainage temperature T1; a first adjustment coefficient k3 can be determined through the dewatering speed S1; further, the relationship between the adjusted rinsing water inflow V and the initial value V0 of the rinsing water inflow is:
V=V0*k1*k2*k3
specifically, the correspondence between the inlet water temperature T0 and the first adjustment coefficient k1 of the washing machine can refer to the following table, but is not limited to the relationship in the following table; meanwhile, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the data in the following table may be determined by way of experiment or modeling, but is not limited to the way of experiment or modeling:
further, the correspondence between the drain temperature T1 of the washing machine in the washing drain stage and the second adjustment coefficient k2 may refer to the following table, but is not limited to the relationship in the following table; those skilled in the art will appreciate that the data in the following table may be determined experimentally or modeled, but is not limited to such experimentally or modeled:
further, the corresponding relationship between the spinning speed S1 and the third adjustment coefficient k3 of the washing machine in the washing stage can refer to the following table, but is not limited to the relationship in the following table; those skilled in the art will appreciate that the data in the following table may be determined experimentally or modeled, but is not limited to such experimentally or modeled:
in addition, it can be understood by those skilled in the art that although the temperature parameter has some influence on the rinsing water inflow of the washing machine, the degree of influence is limited. Therefore, in the present preferred embodiment, the upper limit of the final adjustment coefficient is set to 1.4, and the lower limit is set to 0.85; that is, when the value multiplied by all the adjustment coefficients exceeds 1.4 or is lower than 0.85, the adjustment coefficients are not adjusted, and in this case, the limit value is directly used as the adjustment coefficient. It should be noted that the technician may set the limit value of the adjustment coefficient according to the actual situation. Finally, in step S110, water is injected into the washing machine according to the rinsing water inflow finally determined in the above steps.
Finally, it should be noted that the above examples are all preferred embodiments of the present invention, and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. When the present invention is actually used, a part of the steps may be added or deleted as needed or the order between the different steps may be changed by those skilled in the art. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the invention.
So far, the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, but it is apparent to those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
