The valve core 2 is arranged inside the housing 1 and can rotate to a preset angle, namely: when the first through hole a207 is communicated with the housing liquid inlet 101 through the first notch, the first through hole B208 is communicated with the first housing liquid outlet 102; when the second through hole a209 is communicated with the housing liquid inlet 101 through the second notch 202, the second through hole B210 is communicated with the third housing liquid outlet 104; when the third through hole a211 communicates with the housing liquid inlet 101, the third through hole B212 communicates with the second housing liquid outlet 103.
In some implementations, the first and second flow passages 203, 204, and the third flow passage 205 are open in a radial direction of the spool. The first sealing ring is sleeved on the valve core 2 and is positioned at one end far away from the driving component 3; the second sealing ring is sleeved on the valve core 2 and is positioned between the first flow channel 203 and the third flow channel 205; the third sealing ring is sleeved on the valve core 2 and is positioned between the second flow passage 204 and the third flow passage 205; the fourth sealing ring is sleeved on the valve core 2 and is positioned at one end close to the driving component 3. The three flow passages are isolated by the four sealing rings, so that the condition that water is mutually communicated due to poor sealing property between the shell and the valve core is avoided.
Further optionally, a first sealing ring supporting bridge 213 is disposed on the first notch 201, and a second sealing ring supporting bridge 214 is disposed on the second notch 202. Because sealing washer 4 is mostly softer material, if adopt materials such as rubber, it has certain deformation, supports the bridge through two sealing washers and can support the sealing washer of the left and right sides respectively, has avoided leading to the gap between sealed case that can not be better and the casing because sealing washer atress warp, causes sealed effect not good.
In order to improve automation and reduce manpower to realize automatic control, the driving assembly comprises a motor and can drive the valve core to rotate to a preset angle in the shell to form different passages. And a sealing washer is arranged between the motor and the valve core, so that water is prevented from overflowing the three-way valve and even burning the motor.
A cylinder bottom 105 is arranged at one end of the housing far away from the driving component 3, and since the valve element needs to rotate in the housing, in some implementations, a positioning support groove 106 is arranged on an inner side surface of the cylinder bottom 105, a positioning column 206 is arranged at an axial center of one end of the valve element 2 close to the cylinder bottom 105, and the positioning column 206 is assembled in the positioning support groove 106. Through the cooperation of this location support groove and reference column, can the spacing this case 2 of support to do benefit to the rotation of case in the casing. Furthermore, rolling parts such as bearings can be arranged in the positioning support grooves, so that friction between the parts is reduced.

(2) when the motor rotates forward by 90 degrees (rotates 90 degrees towards one side) when the motor is electrified, the first flow channel is in an open state, namely, the notch of the first flow channel is communicated with the liquid inlet of the shell, the second flow channel is parallel to the first flow channel, but the second notch of the second flow channel is not communicated with the liquid inlet of the shell, and the third flow channel is not communicated with the liquid outlet of the shell;
(3) when the motor rotates 90 degrees in a reverse direction (rotates 90 degrees towards the other side) when the motor is electrified, the second flow channel is in an open state, namely, the notch of the second flow channel is communicated with the liquid inlet of the shell, although the first flow channel is parallel to the second flow channel, the first notch of the first flow channel is not communicated with the liquid inlet of the shell, and the third flow channel is not communicated with the liquid outlet of the shell.

Claims (10)

1. A rotary multi-way valve, comprising:
the shell is in a long cylinder shape;
the valve core is arranged in the shell in a rotatable mode along the axial direction of the long cylinder of the shell;
the driving assembly is arranged on one side of the valve core and drives the valve core to rotate in the shell;
the upper circumferential surface of the shell is provided with a shell liquid inlet, and the lower circumferential surface of the shell is provided with a plurality of shell liquid outlets;
a plurality of valve core liquid inlets communicated with the shell liquid inlets and a plurality of valve core liquid outlets communicated with the plurality of shell liquid outlets are formed on the peripheral surface of the valve core; the plurality of valve core liquid inlets and the plurality of valve core liquid outlets are in one-to-one correspondence and form independent flow channels;
when the valve core is driven by the driving assembly to rotate to different preset angles, the inlet and the outlet of one corresponding flow channel in the valve core correspond to and are communicated with the shell liquid inlet and the shell liquid outlet according to preset rules.
2. The rotary multi-way valve according to claim 1, wherein the rotary multi-way valve is a three-way valve, the housing has a housing inlet at an upper peripheral surface and three housing outlets at a lower peripheral surface, and the three housing outlets are a first housing outlet, a second housing outlet and a third housing outlet in a left-to-right order;
the flow channel in the valve core comprises a first flow channel, a second flow channel and a third flow channel, the first flow channel, the second flow channel and the third flow channel are not on the same plane, wherein:
the first flow channel is provided with a first through hole A and a first through hole B on the circumferential surface of the valve core;
the second flow channel is provided with a second through hole A and a second through hole B on the circumferential surface of the valve core;
the third flow channel is provided with a third through hole A and a third through hole B on the circumferential surface of the valve core;
the valve core forms a first gap between the first through hole A and the position corresponding to the liquid inlet of the shell, and forms a second gap between the second through hole A and the position corresponding to the liquid inlet of the shell;
the first notch and the second notch are formed in a staggered mode so that the first notch and the second notch are not communicated with the liquid inlet of the shell at the same time; the third through hole A is not communicated with the first notch and the second notch in a staggered manner;
when the first through hole A is communicated with the shell liquid inlet through the first notch, the first through hole B is communicated with the first shell liquid outlet;
when the second through hole A is communicated with the shell liquid inlet through the second notch, the second through hole B is communicated with the third shell liquid outlet;
when the third through hole A is communicated with the liquid inlet of the shell, the third through hole B is communicated with the liquid outlet of the second shell.
3. The rotary multi-way valve of claim 2, wherein the first and second and third flow passages each open in a radial direction of the spool.
4. The rotary multi-way valve of claim 3, further comprising: a first sealing ring, a second sealing ring, a third sealing ring and a fourth sealing ring,
the first sealing ring is sleeved on the valve core and is positioned at one end far away from the driving assembly; the second sealing ring is sleeved on the valve core and is positioned between the first flow channel and the third flow channel; the third sealing ring is sleeved on the valve core and is positioned between the second flow channel and the third flow channel; the fourth sealing ring is sleeved on the valve core and is positioned at one end close to the driving assembly.
5. The rotary multi-way valve according to claim 4, wherein a first seal ring support bridge is provided on said first gap and a second seal ring support bridge is provided on said second gap.
6. The rotary multi-way valve according to claim 5, wherein the drive assembly comprises a motor for driving the spool to rotate within the housing to a predetermined angle to form different passages.
7. The rotary multi-ported valve of claim 6 wherein a sealing gasket is disposed between the motor and the spool.
8. The rotary multi-way valve according to claim 7, wherein a cylinder bottom is provided at an end of the housing remote from the drive assembly,
the inner side surface of the cylinder bottom is provided with a positioning support groove, the axis of one end of the valve core close to the cylinder bottom is provided with a positioning column, and the positioning column is assembled in the positioning support groove.
9. The rotary multi-way valve according to any one of claims 2 to 8, wherein the first and second flow passages are opened on the same plane, and the first and second notches are symmetrically opened on both sides of the spool.
10. The rotary multi-way valve of claim 9, wherein the first flow channel opens 90 ° from the third flow channel.
