It should be noted that the circulation pipe 20 is disposed in the clamping cavity, and the circulation pump 40 on the circulation pipe 20 is fixed on the inner wall of the clamping cavity by screws.
Specifically, the transmission part comprises a transmission shaft, a belt pulley and a belt, wherein one end of the transmission shaft extends into the door body washing cavity 10 and is in driving connection with the wave wheel disc 50; a plurality of belt pulleys are arranged on the transmission shaft and the output shaft of the motor 14; the belt is wound around a pulley. Of course, the transmission member may also include a coupler, the output shaft of the motor 14 is in driving connection with the transmission shaft through the coupler, and one end of the transmission shaft extends into the door body washing cavity 10 and is in driving connection with the wave wheel disc 50. The belt and the belt pulley are omitted due to the arrangement, the transmission process is simplified, the loss of mechanical energy is avoided, meanwhile, the output shaft of the motor 14 is correspondingly arranged with the transmission shaft and is not staggered, and the output shaft of the motor 14 and the extension direction of the transmission shaft are located on the same straight line, so that the occupied space of the transmission part can be effectively reduced, and the door body washing cavity 10 is guaranteed to have a large enough space for washing clothes.
The connecting position of the drive shaft and the wave wheel disc 50 is located at the center of the wave wheel disc 50.
As shown in fig. 2, the pulsator disc 50 is disposed on the side wall of the door washing chamber 10, and the installation position of the pulsator disc 50 is planned, so that the pulsator disc 50 can realize a lateral stirring function, and the use reliability of the pulsator disc 50 is improved.
In one embodiment not shown in the drawings, the pulsator disk 50 is disposed at the bottom of the door washing chamber 10, and the disk surface of the pulsator disk 50 is disposed upward. The impeller disc 50 at the bottom can realize the function of bottom stirring by the arrangement, and the cleaning effect of the washings in the door washing cavity 10 can be ensured.
Specifically, the door structure 100 further has a feeding opening 13 communicated with the door washing chamber 10, and the door washing structure is located below the feeding opening 13. In addition, the door structure 100 further includes a loading door provided at the loading port 13, and the loading door is configured to open or close the loading port 13 so that a user can take out or load clothes through the loading port 13. The door body washing structure is located below the feeding port 13, the position of the feeding port 13 is planned, and the door body washing cavity 10 can be used for containing enough water, so that the washing reliability of the door body structure 100 is ensured. Meanwhile, the condition that water in the door washing cavity 10 leaks from the feeding port 13 due to the stirring of the door washing structure in the washing process is avoided.
In addition, the input opening 13 and the door body washing structure are planned on one side of the door body structure 100, so that the occupied space of the door body washing structure is effectively reduced, the cleaning space of the door body washing cavity 10 is increased, a user can clean a plurality of small clothes at the same time, and the utilization rate of the door body structure 100 is effectively increased.
It should be noted that the lowest point of the door body washing cavity 10 is provided with a water outlet 12, a first end of the circulation pipeline 20 is communicated to the water outlet 12, and a second end of the circulation pipeline 20 is communicated to the spraying nozzle 11 at the top. The arrangement enables the washing water in the door washing cavity 10 to enter the circulating pipeline 20 from the water outlet 12, and the water outlet is arranged at the lowest point of the door washing cavity 10, so that the washing water in the door washing cavity 10 can be smoothly discharged.
The washing process of the present application includes two modes:
the first mode is a cyclic heating spraying process, the circulating pump 40 on the circulating pipeline 20 is used for enabling the washing water in the door washing cavity 10 to enter the circulating pipeline 20 from the water outlet 12 at the bottom, and then the washing in the door washing cavity 10 is sprayed from top to bottom through the spraying nozzle 11 at the top after being heated, so that the circulation of a water channel is realized, the washing is continuously sprayed through hot water, the stains on the surface of the washing are removed, and the cleaning ratio of the washing is increased. In addition, above-mentioned temperature-sensing element is water temperature sensing package, and when the temperature of the interior washing water of door body washing chamber 10 reached the settlement temperature, heating structure stopped heating, can realize like this that the hydroenergy in the circulating line 20 circulates simultaneously and heats for the heating effect is more even, and high temperature degerming effect is better.
The second mode is a door body washing structure stirring process, the rotating impeller disc 50 drives the washing water in the door body washing cavity 10 to move in the washing process, the moving washing water and the washings in the door body washing cavity 10 generate relative motion, and the relative motion generates friction force, so that the effect of cleaning the washings is achieved. By adopting the washing mode combining the two modes, the clothes are washed from two aspects, and the washing effect can be substantially improved.
The first mode and the second mode may be operated simultaneously or individually, and may be set according to actual conditions.
The washing device comprises a whole machine 200 and the door body washing mechanism with the temperature sensing function, wherein the whole machine 200 is provided with an opening and an outer barrel washing cavity communicated with the opening; the door structure 100 of the door washing mechanism is openably and closably provided at the opening. The washing device with the door body washing mechanism can realize the split-drum washing of the underwear, realizes the double-drum washing with the lowest cost, and simultaneously can prevent the cross infection of the underwear between the door body washing cavity 10 and the outer drum washing cavity so as to ensure the independence of the double-drum washing. Meanwhile, the water resource can be recycled, the utilization rate of the water resource is improved, and the method has the advantages of cost saving and environmental protection. In addition, by arranging the heating structure in the circulating pump 40, the washing water in the door washing chamber 10 is heated when circularly flowing, and the heating is more uniform, and by the washing mode of circular heating, the dirt sensitive to temperature on the clothes can be removed, the cleaning effect is improved, and the cleaning efficiency is increased.
Of course, the door washing chamber 10 of the door structure 100 and the outer tub washing chamber of the whole machine 200 may work simultaneously or separately.

Claims (10)

1. A door body washing mechanism with temperature sensing function, its characterized in that includes:
a door structure (100), the door structure (100) having a door wash chamber (10);
the spraying nozzle (11) is arranged on the door body structure (100) and is communicated with the inner space of the door body washing cavity (10), so that washing water entering the door body washing cavity (10) through the spraying nozzle (11) sprays washings in the door body washing cavity (10);
the circulating pipeline (20), at least a part of the circulating pipeline (20) is arranged in the door body structure (100) and is respectively communicated with the door body washing cavity (10) and the spraying nozzle (11), so that washing water in the door body washing cavity (10) flows back to the door body washing cavity (10) through the circulating pipeline (20) and the spraying nozzle (11), and the circulating pipeline (20) is provided with a heating structure;
and at least the detection end of the temperature sensing element is arranged in the door body washing cavity (10) to detect the temperature of the washing water in the door body washing cavity (10), and the heating structure is electrically connected with the temperature sensing element and starts heating or stops heating according to a temperature signal fed back by the temperature sensing element.
2. The door washing mechanism with temperature sensing function according to claim 1, wherein the circulation pipeline (20) further has a circulation pump (40), and the circulation pump (40) is spaced apart from the heating structure.
3. The door washing mechanism with temperature sensing function according to claim 1, wherein the circulation pipeline (20) further has a circulation pump (40), and the heating structure is integrally formed with the circulation pump (40).
4. The door washing mechanism with temperature sensing function according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the circulating pump (40) and the heating structure are provided with ports for charging.
5. The door washing mechanism with the temperature sensing function according to claim 1, wherein the number of the spray nozzles (11) is one or more, and at least one spray nozzle (11) is disposed at the top of the door washing chamber (10).
6. The door washing mechanism with the temperature sensing function according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising a door washing structure, wherein at least a portion of the door washing structure extends into the door washing chamber (10).
7. The door washing mechanism with temperature sensing function according to claim 6, wherein the portion of the door washing mechanism extending into the door washing chamber (10) is rotatably disposed to stir the washings in the door washing chamber (10).
8. The door washing mechanism with temperature sensing function according to claim 6, wherein the door washing mechanism comprises:
a motor (14);
the output shaft of the motor (14) is in driving connection with the wave wheel disc (50) through a transmission piece, so that the motor (14) rotates and the wave wheel disc (50) is driven to rotate through the transmission piece;
the door body structure (100) is provided with a clamping cavity as an accommodating space for the motor (14) and the transmission part, and the wave wheel disc (50) is positioned in the door body washing cavity (10).
9. A washing apparatus, comprising:
a complete machine (200), wherein the complete machine (200) is provided with an opening and an outer barrel washing cavity communicated with the opening;
the door washing mechanism with temperature sensing function according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein a door structure (100) of the door washing mechanism is openably and closably provided at the opening.
10. A washing device according to claim 9, wherein the washing device is a washing machine or an all-in-one washer dryer.
