Especially, when a user washes clothes by using washing powder, the washing powder can directly sink to the bottom of the inner barrel after being added, and the washing powder cannot be fully dissolved; meanwhile, the washing powder sinking into the bottom of the barrel can enter a pump hose at the bottom of the barrel along with water flow, and the washing powder cannot be utilized.
In order to fully dissolve the detergent, a detergent dissolving process is added, that is, after water is fed, the detergent sinks into the bottom of the washing tub along with water flow, and water at the bottom of the washing tub is controlled to enter the heating chamber 4 for heating treatment and then returns to the washing tub, so that hot water is delivered into the washing tub, the hot water fully activates detergent active enzymes, the detergent is fully dissolved, and the cleaning ratio is improved.
The washing machine of the embodiment can be selected from any washing barrel to operate independently, two washing barrels can be selected to operate, and even three washing barrels can be selected to operate simultaneously. The control logic diagram of the detergent dissolution process is shown in FIG. 2. The embodiment uses only controlling the washing of the first washing tub 1 as an example, when the first washing tub 1 is started, the water is fed before the washing is started, when the water feeding is completed, whether the water level in the first washing tub 1 reaches a first preset water level is detected, if the water level does not reach the first preset water level, the water is supplemented to the first preset water level, and the first preset water level at the position is the water level of the normal washing of the first washing tub 1. When the water level in the first washtub 1 reaches a first preset water level, the first washtub 1 enters a detergent dissolving process. The method specifically comprises the following steps: and controlling the drainage valve 13 of the first washing barrel to be opened and the drainage valve of the circulating water cavity to be closed. At this time, the passage of the circulating water outlet pipe is conducted, and at this time, the water in the first washing tub 1 flows into the water inlet pipe of the heating chamber 4 through the first circulating water outlet pipe 11, and finally enters the heating chamber 4 through the water inlet pipe for heating treatment. Since most of the detergent such as laundry powder sinks to the bottom of the first washing tub 1, the first circulation outlet pipe 11 is preferably disposed at the bottom of the first washing tub 1, and the water mixed with the detergent at the bottom of the first washing tub 1 enters the heating chamber 4.
In order to allow the water mixed with the detergent to rapidly flow into the heating chamber 4, when the water level of the first washtub 1 reaches a second preset water level in the process that the water enters the heating chamber 4, the second preset water level is less than or equal to the first preset water level, and the first washtub 1 is also controlled to operate at a first rotation speed. Preferably, the first rotation speed is greater than 120r/mi n, and the partial water in the washing tub is thrown out by rotating the partial water at a high speed, so that the concentration of the detergent in the washing tub is increased, and the detergent can better enter the inside of the laundry.
After the water in the first washing tub 1 enters the heating chamber 4, the water level in the heating chamber 4 is also detected in the present embodiment, and in order to avoid dry burning of the heating wire 43, the heating wire 43 is controlled to heat when the water level in the heating chamber 4 reaches the heating water level (i.e. the water level that can be detected by the first water level detecting means). When the water level in the heating chamber 4 reaches the highest water level (i.e. the water level detected by the second water level detection device), the first washing tub drain valve 13 is controlled to close, i.e. the passage of the first circulation water outlet pipe 11 is cut off, and at this time, the heating chamber 4 stops water inflow.
When the heating chamber 4 stops water feeding, the first washing tub 1 is controlled to operate at the second rotation speed, and the first rotation speed is greater than the second rotation speed. Since a portion of the water in the first washing tub 1 flows into the heating chamber 4, the concentration of the detergent dissolved in the first washing tub 1 increases, and the detergent is sufficiently absorbed by the laundry by controlling the first washing tub 1 to be decelerated, the second rotation speed ranging from 40 to 60r/mi n.
This embodiment still detects the temperature of water in heating chamber 4, and when the temperature of heating chamber 4 reached and predetermine the temperature, control heater strip 43 stopped heating, then control circulating pump 5 starts, and the water in the heating chamber 4 gets into minute water cavity 6 through the outlet pipe of heating chamber 4, is at last returned to first washtub 1 in through first circulation wet return 12 by minute water cavity 6, until the hot water evacuation in the heating chamber 4.
When the water in the heating chamber 4 returns to the first washing tub 1 through the first circulating water return pipe 12, it is further determined whether the circulation frequency T of the water in the first washing tub 1 reaches a preset frequency, if the circulation frequency T reaches the preset frequency, the washing procedure is performed, and if the circulation frequency T does not reach the preset frequency, the water in the first washing tub 1 is controlled again to enter the heating chamber 4 through the first circulating water outlet pipe for heating treatment.

The present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that the washing machine of the present embodiment has a plurality of washing tubs to wash simultaneously. The washing machine includes a plurality of washing tubs, and the plurality of washing tubs perform washing simultaneously, the control method including: and after the plurality of washing barrels finish water inlet according to the water inlet time sequence, controlling the plurality of washing barrels to enter a detergent dissolving process in sequence according to a preset sequence.
One way that can be implemented is: before the plurality of washing barrels wash water, the water inlet time sequences of the plurality of washing barrels are obtained according to the load of the plurality of washing barrels and/or the capacity of the washing barrels, and the most advanced water of the washing barrel with the maximum load/capacity of the washing barrel is obtained. The sequence of the plurality of washing tubs entering the detergent dissolving process is determined according to the water inlet time sequences of the plurality of washing tubs, and the washing tub with the most advanced water preferentially enters the detergent dissolving process. This is because the most advanced washing tub of water is often loaded with a large amount of detergent and requires much detergent to be put into the tub, and thus the detergent is more likely to be insoluble. The washing barrel with large loading capacity is controlled to preferentially carry out the process of the detergent solvent, so that the longest period occupied by the washing barrel in the detergent dissolving process of the whole washing machine can be ensured, and the detergent can be more fully dissolved.
Another practicable manner is that the number of cycles in the detergent dissolution process is determined according to the water level and/or the load of the washing tub, the order of the plurality of washing tubs entering the detergent dissolution process is determined according to the number of cycles, and the washing tub with a large number of cycles preferentially performs the detergent dissolution process. And in the process of dissolving the washing agents in the washing barrels, after all the washing barrels are controlled to execute an independent waterway circulation process according to a preset sequence, the next independent waterway circulation process is executed according to the preset sequence until all the washing barrels finish respective circulation times. The detergent dissolving process is firstly carried out by controlling the washing barrel with the largest cycle period, and when the washing barrel finishes the whole detergent dissolving process, other washing barrels finish the detergent dissolving process in advance, so that the whole detergent dissolving time of the whole washing machine can be shortened.
In another practical manner, the user defines the priorities of the plurality of washing tubs for executing the detergent dissolving process, the washing machine determines the priority of executing the detergent dissolving process according to the priority determined by the user, and the washing tub with the higher priority enters the detergent dissolving process preferentially.
Taking the washing machine of fig. 1 as an example, the first, second, and third washtubs 1, 2, and 3 perform washing simultaneously. Before entering the washing program formally, entering a first washing barrel 1, a second washing barrel 2 and a third washing barrel 3 and entering water before washing, obtaining water inlet time sequences of the three washing barrels according to the load capacity of the three washing barrels and/or the capacity of the washing barrels, sequentially carrying out detergent dissolving processes of the three washing barrels according to the water inlet time sequences, or determining the cycle times in the detergent dissolving processes according to the load and/or water level condition of each washing barrel, determining the sequence of the washing barrels entering the detergent dissolving processes according to the cycle times, and further determining the sequence of the detergent dissolving processes according to the priority sequence customized by a user. For example, the order of entering the detergent dissolving process into the three washtubs according to any of the above methods is third washtub 3 > second washtub 2 > first washtub 1, and when the three washtubs are all filled with water, the detergent dissolving process into the three washtubs may be implemented in a manner that: the third washing tub 3 firstly enters a detergent dissolving process, and after the third washing tub 3 finishes the detergent dissolving, the third washing tub 3 enters a washing program; then, after the second washing barrel 2 finishes the dissolution of the detergent, the second washing barrel 2 enters a washing program; and finally, after the third washing tub 3 finishes the dissolution of the detergent, the third washing tub 3 enters a washing program.
Another way of doing this is to control the second washtub 2 to enter a single water circuit cycle of the detergent solvent process after the third washtub 3 completes a single water circuit cycle of the detergent solvent process, and finally control the first washtub 1 to enter a single water circuit cycle of the detergent solvent process. And then the washing machine enters a next independent waterway circulation process according to the sequence of the third washing barrel 3, the second washing barrel 2 and the first washing barrel 1 until all the washing barrels complete the washing powder dissolving program and then simultaneously enter a washing stage.

Claims (8)

1. A control method of a washing machine, characterized in that the washing machine comprises a washing tub and a heating chamber, the washing tub comprises a circulation water return pipe and a circulation water outlet pipe, both of which are connected to the heating chamber,
before the washing barrel enters the washing program, a detergent dissolving process is also executed, and the detergent dissolving process comprises the following steps: after the water is fed into the washing barrel, the detergent sinks into the barrel bottom of the washing barrel along with water flow, and the water at the barrel bottom of the washing barrel is controlled to enter a heating cavity through a circulating water outlet pipe for heating treatment and then return through a circulating water return pipe;
the washing machine includes a plurality of washing tubs, and the plurality of washing tubs perform washing simultaneously, the control method including: after the plurality of washing barrels finish water inflow according to a water inflow time sequence, controlling the plurality of washing barrels to enter a detergent dissolving process in sequence according to a preset sequence;
determining the sequence of the plurality of washing barrels entering a detergent dissolving process according to the water inlet time sequences of the plurality of washing barrels, wherein the washing barrel with the most advanced water preferentially enters the detergent dissolving process, the water inlet time sequences of the plurality of washing barrels are obtained according to the load capacity of the plurality of washing barrels and/or the capacity of the washing barrels, and the washing barrel with the largest load capacity is the most advanced water; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
determining the circulation times in the detergent dissolving process according to the water level and/or the load of the washing barrel, determining the sequence of the plurality of washing barrels entering the detergent dissolving process according to the circulation times, and preferentially executing the detergent dissolving process by the washing barrel with large circulation times.
2. The control method of a washing machine according to claim 1, wherein when the water level in the washing tub reaches a first preset water level, controlling the water of the washing tub to enter the heating chamber through the circulation outlet pipe for heating treatment, and when the water level of the heating chamber reaches a maximum water level, controlling the heating chamber to stop water inflow.
3. The control method of a washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the washing tub is controlled to operate at a first rotation speed when the water level in the washing tub reaches a second preset water level, the first preset water level being greater than the second preset water level, in the course of the water of the washing tub entering the heating chamber through the circulation outlet pipe.
4. The control method of a washing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the washing tub is controlled to be operated at the second rotation speed after the water supply to the heating chamber is stopped, the first rotation speed being greater than the second rotation speed.
5. The control method of a washing machine according to claim 4, wherein after the water in the heating chamber returns to the washing tub through the circulation return pipe, it is further determined whether the number of circulation times of the water in the washing tub reaches a preset number, and if the number of circulation times reaches the preset number, the washing process is performed, and if the number of circulation times does not reach the preset number, the water in the washing tub is controlled again to enter the heating chamber through the circulation outlet pipe for heating treatment.
6. The control method of a washing machine according to claim 1, wherein in the detergent dissolving process of the plurality of washing tubs, after controlling all the washing tubs to perform an individual water circulation process according to a preset sequence, the next individual water circulation process is performed according to the preset sequence until all the washing tubs complete respective circulation times.
7. The control method of a washing machine according to claim 1, comprising:
s1, the washing machine starts to feed water, and the water level in the washing barrel reaches the preset water level;
s2, controlling water in the washing barrel to enter the heating chamber through the circulating water outlet pipe and controlling the washing barrel to rotate at a first rotating speed;
s3, when the water level in the heating cavity is detected to reach the highest water level, controlling the inner barrel to run at a second rotating speed, and controlling the channel of the circulating water outlet pipe to be closed, wherein the first rotating speed is higher than the second rotating speed;
s4, when the water temperature in the heating chamber reaches the preset water temperature, controlling the water in the heating chamber to return to the washing tub through the circulating water return pipe;
s5, judging whether the circulation frequency of the water in the washing barrel reaches the preset frequency, if so, entering S6, and if not, returning to S2;
and S6, the washing machine enters a washing program.
8. A washing machine comprising the control method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
