It should be noted that the "laundry treatment apparatus" mentioned in the present application includes any apparatus capable of treating laundry, such as a pulsator washing machine, a drum washing machine, a dry cleaning machine, etc., which is applicable to the technical solution provided in the present application.
The embodiment of the invention provides a semi-automatic dispensing system for a clothes treatment device, which comprises: one or more reservoirs; a water inlet valve; and control means for performing the following operations (see fig. 3 for example): determining the current washing stage; determining the liquid needed to be used in the current washing stage according to the current washing stage; and controlling the water inlet valve to enable inlet water to flow through the liquid storage box where the liquid agent is located so as to flush the liquid agent stored in the liquid storage box into a washing barrel of the clothes treatment device. Through the technical scheme, before controlling the clothes treatment device to execute the washing program each time, a user can quantitatively put detergent, leavening agent, bleaching agent and the like into the corresponding liquid storage box according to the amount of clothes to be washed. The clothes treatment device can wash the liquid agent in the corresponding liquid storage box into the washing barrel through water inlet according to the current stage in the washing process. Compared with a manual feeding mode, the mode can save user operation, and on the other hand, compared with a full-automatic feeding mode, the mode can also avoid the failure of a feeding system caused by coagulation and solidification of the detergent in the liquid storage box under the condition of long-term non-use.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a semi-automatic dispensing system according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a schematic positional relationship diagram of valve bodies related to the semi-automatic dispensing system according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a semi-automatic dispensing system according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a detergent reservoir 20, a bleach reservoir 30 and a fluffer reservoir 10 respectively disposed at three corners of a worktable 40 of a laundry treating apparatus, the laundry treating apparatus involving the use of water having different temperatures, further including a cold water inlet 50 and a hot water inlet 60, the cold water inlet 50, the hot water inlet 60, the detergent reservoir 20, the bleach reservoir 30 and the fluffer reservoir 10 may be connected to each other through a two-in four-out water inlet valve, two inlets of the two-in four-out water inlet valve may be connected to the cold water inlet 50 and the hot water inlet 60, four outlets may be connected to the detergent reservoir 20, the bleach reservoir 30, the fluffer reservoir 10 and a spray head body of the laundry treating apparatus, and after mixing cold and hot water flowing from the cold water inlet 50 and the hot water inlet 60, can flow into the barrel of the clothes treatment device through the detergent storage box 20, the bleaching agent storage box 30, the fluffer storage box 10 and the spray head body.
As shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a diagram of the two-in four-out water inlet valves, which are divided into a communication cavity g and valve bodies respectively disposed at different cold water inlets 50, hot water inlets 60, detergent liquid storage boxes 20, bleach liquid storage boxes 30, fluffy agent liquid storage boxes 10, and at different positions in or upstream of the shower head body, for example, a cold water inlet valve a disposed at the position in or upstream of the cold water inlet 50, a hot water inlet valve b disposed at the position in or upstream of the hot water inlets 60, a shower head body inlet valve c disposed at the position in or upstream of the shower head body, a detergent inlet valve d disposed at the position in or upstream of the detergent liquid storage box 20, a fluffy agent inlet valve e disposed at the position in or upstream of the fluffy agent liquid storage box 10, and a bleach inlet valve f disposed at the position in or upstream of. By controlling the opening and closing of these water inlet valves, the cold and hot water flowing from the cold water inlet 50 and the hot water inlet 60 can be mixed in the communicating chamber g and then flow into the tub of the laundry treating apparatus through the detergent reservoir 20, the bleach reservoir 30, the fluffer reservoir 10, and the shower head body. The inlet valves may be all one-way valves with the water flow direction as shown in figure 2.
Before the clothes treatment device operates, a user can selectively put corresponding liquid into each box body according to the clothes material. In the washing process, the clothes treatment device can control water flow to flush the box body containing the liquid agent corresponding to the current stage according to the current stage, so that the liquid agent flows into the washing barrel. For example, as shown in fig. 4, in the case that the current laundry stage is a washing stage, the liquid agent required to be used in the current laundry stage is a detergent; under the condition that the current washing stage is the first rinsing stage, the liquid agent required to be used in the current washing stage is a bleaching agent; and/or in the case that the current laundry stage is the second rinsing stage, the liquid agent required to be used in the current laundry stage is a bulking agent.
The examples of the present invention have been described by taking the liquid agents to be dosed as the detergent, the bleaching agent and the bulking agent as examples, but it should be noted that one or more of the detergent, the bleaching agent, the bulking agent aromatic agent, the disinfectant and the softener may be used as needed in the actual application process, and the present invention is not limited thereto, and other liquid agents to be dosed may be applied thereto. In addition, although the expression "liquid agent" is used herein, the expression should be understood to include only liquid substances, and also solid substances, such as washing powder and the like. Although the embodiment shown in fig. 1 employs a two-in four-out water inlet valve, the present invention is not limited thereto, and actually 1-in 2-out water inlet valve, 1-in 3-out water inlet valve, 1-in 5-out water inlet valve, 1-in N-out water inlet valve, 2-in 2-out water inlet valve, 2-in 3-out water inlet valve, 2-in 5-out water inlet valve, 2-in N-out water inlet valve, etc. may be employed according to the specific situation of the water inlet and the liquid storage box.
Preferably, the box structure for holding the liquid is designed to be a siphon structure, so that the liquid cannot flow into the washing barrel immediately after a user puts the liquid into the box, and the liquid can completely flow into the washing barrel according to the siphon principle after the box is subjected to water inlet flushing.
In addition, each of the one or more reservoirs is also equipped with a liquid level meter for detecting a liquid level within the reservoir; the control device is also used for judging whether the liquid exists in the liquid storage box according to the liquid level before controlling the inflow water to flow through the liquid storage box where the liquid is located, and controlling the inflow valve to enable the inflow water to flow through the liquid storage box where the liquid is located under the condition that the liquid exists; in the absence of the liquid formulation, the water flow is controlled to flow directly into the wash tub via the spray head body.
Preferably, the control device can also adjust the washing program according to the liquid level detection result in the one or more liquid storage boxes, so that the adjusted washing program is adaptive to the liquid level detection result in the one or more liquid storage boxes. For example, under the condition that a certain liquid storage box does not store corresponding liquid, a program which is separately corresponding to the liquid can be omitted, so that the washing process is accelerated, the washing efficiency is improved, and the waste of water and electricity resources is reduced; in the case where a certain liquid storage box stores a corresponding liquid agent, a procedure corresponding to the liquid agent alone may be added.
The control device may be a general purpose processor, a special purpose processor, a conventional processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), a plurality of microprocessors, one or more microprocessors in association with a DSP core, a controller, a microcontroller, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) Circuit, any other type of Integrated Circuit (IC), a state machine, and so forth. Which may be the same controller as a controller in the laundry treating device that performs control related to the laundry function.

First, the cold water inlet valve a and the hot water inlet valve b may be opened.
Then, whether or not the bleaching agent cartridge is stored in the liquid agent can be detected, and a judgment can be made by, for example, a detection result of a liquid level meter provided in the bleaching agent cartridge.
Under the condition that liquid is stored in the bleaching agent box, a bleaching agent inlet valve f can be controlled to be opened, a spray head body inlet valve c, a fluffing agent inlet valve e and a washing agent inlet valve d are kept closed, and water entering from a cold water inlet valve a and a hot water inlet valve b enters the bleaching agent box through the bleaching agent inlet valve f to wash bleaching agent and enter a washing barrel; after water inflow lasts for 1min (can be set according to actual needs), if the set rinsing water level is reached, all water valves are closed, if the set rinsing water level is not reached, the water inlet valve c of the spray head body is controlled to be opened, and the water inflow flow rate is increased until all the water valves are closed after the set rinsing water level is reached. At the moment, the residual liquid in the bleaching agent box completely enters the washing barrel through the siphon structure in the box body.
Under the condition that liquid is not stored in the bleaching agent box, the water inlet valve c of the spray head body can be controlled to be opened, the detergent water inlet valve d, the fluffing agent water inlet valve e and the bleaching agent water inlet valve f are kept closed, and water entering from the cold water inlet valve a and the hot water inlet valve b enters the washing barrel through the water inlet valve c of the spray head body. And after the set rinsing water level is reached, controlling all the valve bodies to be closed.
A rinsing program is run.
After the rinsing is finished, the drainage and dehydration program is operated until the rinsing is finished.
