Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating embodiments of the invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the clothes treating apparatus is provided with an upper nozzle 21 and a lower nozzle 22 at upper and lower positions of the door seal ring, and the upper and lower nozzles are respectively communicated with a water inlet path of the clothes treating apparatus through a spraying path, so that when the water inlet path of the clothes treating apparatus feeds water into the clothes treating apparatus, water is sprayed onto the door seal ring 1 through the spraying path and the two nozzles, thereby washing the door seal ring 1, destroying adhesion of dirt to the door seal ring, and enhancing the cleaning effect of the door seal ring to a certain extent.
Of course, the invention is not limited to this, and the number of the nozzles may be set according to actual needs, and may be one, or may be a plurality of nozzles located at different positions near the door sealing ring.
Fig. 2 is a control flowchart of a self-cleaning control method for a laundry treatment apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, a self-cleaning control method for a laundry treatment apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: controlling a spraying water channel of the clothes treatment device to feed water (at the moment, a main water inlet channel of the clothes treatment device can feed water at the same time), wherein the spraying water channel is communicated with a nozzle arranged near a door seal ring of the clothes treatment device, and water sprayed by the nozzle can flush the door seal ring; and controlling the laundry treating apparatus to perform a washing operation and a rinsing operation after the water level in the washing tub reaches a set water level. According to the scheme, the water inlet of the spraying water channel and the water spray of the nozzle connected with the spraying water channel are combined into the self-cleaning control program of the clothes treatment device, so that the door seal ring 1 can be washed in the water inlet stage during the period of allowing the self-cleaning control program, the adhesive force of dirt and the door seal ring is damaged, and the cleaning effect of the door seal ring is enhanced to a certain extent.
The water inlet of the spraying water channel and the water spray of the nozzle connected with the spraying water channel can be combined with a special self-cleaning program and can also be combined with the conventional washing and rinsing programs of the clothes treatment device, for example, as long as the main water inlet channel enters the washing barrel of the clothes treatment device, the water inlet of the spraying water channel and the water spray of the nozzle connected with the spraying water channel can be opened, so that the aim of flushing dirt on the door seal ring is fulfilled, and the cleaning effect on the door seal ring is enhanced.
Fig. 3 is a control flow chart of a self-cleaning control method for a clothes treatment device according to another embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 3, compared to the control flow shown in fig. 2, the washing operation and the rinsing operation are detailed, and the hot air drying operation and the cold air drying operation are added. It should be noted that, part of the operations of the flow illustrated in fig. 3 may be omitted, and the execution sequence may be adjusted according to actual needs, and the present invention is not limited to only the operations and the execution sequence illustrated in fig. 3.
Firstly, the main water inlet waterway and the spraying waterway are controlled to simultaneously feed water into a washing barrel of the clothes treatment device until the water level in the washing barrel reaches a set water level. Of course, to further enhance the cleaning effect of the door seal, the spray water circuit may be controlled to supply water to the washing tub of the laundry treatment apparatus only until the water level in the washing tub reaches the set water level, but this may reduce the water supply efficiency.
After that, the clothes processing device is controlled to perform beat washing with heating, the washing time is a minutes, the beat adopts an s1 mode, the beat refers to the proportion of the duration time of the forward rotation, the stop, the reverse rotation and the stop of the washing barrel, for example, an exemplary beat can be the forward rotation of 4 seconds, the stop of 2 seconds, the reverse rotation of 4 seconds and the stop of 2 seconds, the invention is not limited to this, the duration time of the forward rotation, the stop, the reverse rotation and the stop can not be limited to the above examples, and the execution sequence among the forward rotation, the stop and the reverse rotation can not be limited to the above example.
Next, the laundry treating apparatus was controlled to perform the heated spin tub washing for b minutes at x1 RPM. The heated spin tub washing refers to controlling the washing tub to rotate in one direction (e.g., forward or reverse), and also heating water during washing to generate a better washing effect. The rotary tub washing with heating can be performed at a high speed, that is, the rotational speed of the washing tub can be high, so that the cleaning effect of the door seal ring can be enhanced.
The beat washing with heating provided by the embodiment of the invention is combined with the rotary barrel washing with heating as a novel washing mode, and the washing process can be finished after n times of circulation. The combination of multiple cycles of "beat washing with heating" and "spin tub washing with heating" greatly enhances the cleaning effect on the door seal.
Then, the water draining stage and the dewatering stage are carried out, and the rinsing stage of the self-cleaning program is entered. The water inlet in the rinsing stage can be independent spray water inlet (of course, the main water inlet waterway and the spray waterway can be controlled to simultaneously feed water into the washing barrel of the clothes treatment device until the water level in the washing barrel reaches the set water level), and the residual washing liquid in the door sealing ring part can be washed away. After the water is fed to the set water level, beat rinsing with heating is carried out, the rinsing time is c minutes, and a beat pattern of s2 is adopted. The s2 beat pattern may be the same as or different from the s1 beat pattern described above.
Next, the laundry treatment apparatus was controlled to perform a heated spin rinse for d minutes at x2 RPM. The high speed of the rotary barrel washing can further enhance the cleaning effect of the door sealing ring.
And finally, the self-cleaning program enters a drying stage after the water drainage stage and the dehydration stage again. Firstly, drying in a hot air mode for e minutes, and then drying in a cold air mode for a period of time for f minutes.
Through the above operations, the complete cartridge self-cleaning procedure is complete.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 3, a, b, c, d, e, and f indicating the time may be different according to the model of the laundry treatment apparatus, and the time may be the same or different, so that no specific value is given. The number of times n of the washing cycle is not specified, and is usually between 3 and 5 to achieve the best door seal cleaning effect. The beat patterns s1 and s2 and the rotation speeds x1 and x2 of the spin tub washing are also related to the model of the laundry treating apparatus, and may be the same or different from each other, and thus no specific values are specified.
The embodiment shown in fig. 3 circulates by a combination of beat washing (or rinsing) and spin tub washing (or rinsing), which greatly enhances the cleaning effect of the door seal. Especially "spin-tub washing", which has never been done before in conventional self-cleaning procedures. In addition, the cleaning effect of the door seal can be improved to some extent by heating during the beat washing (or rinsing) and the spin tub washing (or rinsing).
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of a self-cleaning control apparatus for a laundry treating device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, an embodiment of the present invention also provides a self-cleaning control apparatus for a laundry treating device, the self-cleaning control apparatus including: a water level sensor 100 for detecting a current water level in a washing tub in the laundry treating apparatus; a controller 200 for performing the following operations: controlling a spraying water path of the clothes treatment device to feed water, wherein the spraying water path is communicated with a nozzle arranged near a door seal ring of the clothes treatment device, and water sprayed by the nozzle can flush the door seal ring; and controlling the laundry treating apparatus to perform a washing operation and a rinsing operation after the water level in the washing tub reaches a set water level.
