Abstract

本发明涉及一种液压吊皮冲孔装置,目前煤矿等工程中在沿墙壁等构筑物铺设电缆时,常利用废旧皮带加工成吊皮来固定电缆。吊皮在使用中不仅结实耐用而且具有很好的绝缘效果。但煤矿等工程中为满足生产需要,往往需要加工大量吊皮,但人工加工吊皮不仅工作量大,而且质量无法保证。该发明将液压缸的推力作为动力源,利用专用模具,一次性完成吊皮十一孔的冲裁及切断;加工效率成倍提高。将事先切割好的带宽50mm的皮带面沿着模具导料槽送入,到位之后,启动片阀,活塞推动上模往下推,十一个冲头在皮带面上面冲出十一个孔,同时切断刀将皮带面切断成为两截,冲出的圆饼形废料从下模下方的排料孔不断排出。该发明大大提高了吊皮的加工效率,解决了人工加工体力消耗大,容易因疲劳引发安全事故的问题,使得所加工的吊皮质量得到充分保证。

一种液压吊皮冲孔装置
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种液压吊皮冲孔装置,其适用于矿井井下等需要加工大量吊皮来固定电缆的工程中。本发明在节约生产成本和提高生产效率的同时,保证了吊皮的成孔质量稳定可靠,尺寸精确,整齐美观等优点。
背景技术:
矿井井下需要用到大量的吊皮,一直以来都靠工人手动加工,且靠人工加工吊皮不仅程序复杂,生产效率低,劳动强度大,且加工的吊皮质量参差不齐。本发明可以利用废旧皮带作为加工吊皮的材料,将液压缸的推力作为动力源,利用专用模具,一次性完成吊皮十一孔的冲裁及切断;加工效率成倍提高。
发明内容:
本发明为一种液压吊皮冲孔装置,其特征在于:包括液压缸装置、定心盘、连接套、冲头固定板、冲头、导料板、导向柱、导向板、冲板、切断刀、底座等。本发明利用圆柱形冲头和圆孔之间在液压缸动力下产生的强大剪切力作用下的成孔原理。将事先切割好的带宽50mm的皮带面沿着模具导料槽送入,到位之后,启动片阀,活塞推动上模往下推,十一个冲头在皮带面上面冲出十一个孔,同时切断刀将皮带面切断成为两截,冲出的圆饼形废料进入下模型腔,然后从下模下方的排料孔不断排出。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:利用该发明的结构特点,可以将煤矿废旧皮带加工成吊皮,节省了生产单位的生产成本,提高资源利用率。液压吊皮冲孔装置自使用以来,每小时可以加工900件吊皮,按照每班正常使用6小时,可以成型5400件,与人工相比速度提升了54倍,大大提高了生产效率。

为能进一步了解本发明专利的内容、特点及功效,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
本发明是一种液压吊皮冲孔装置,利用煤矿废旧皮带加工而成。解决了煤矿生产单位对吊皮需求量大而人工加工速度和质量跟不上的问题,且在很大程度上提高了资源的利用率和生产效率,节约了生产成本,保证了吊皮的加工成型质量。
液压缸通过2销轴套下连3连接架,3连接架通过6M16*45六角螺栓下连11冲头固定板,7冲头通过5冲头固定螺母与11冲头固定板固定连接。4导向柱通过12导向柱固定螺母固定在11冲头固定板上。15切断刀通过14切断刀刀座安装在11冲头固定板一侧。将事先切割好的带宽50mm的皮带面沿着模具18导料槽送入,到位之后,启动片阀,活塞推动上模往下推,十一个7冲头在皮带面上面冲出十一个孔,同时15切断刀将皮带面切断成为两截,冲出的圆饼形废料进入下模型腔,然后操作片阀手柄换向,上模退回,随着冲孔不断进行,废料从下模下方的20排料孔不断排出,此模具在安装时必须对液压缸活塞的方向进行校正,防止出现夹角,再有液压缸活塞的回程距离必须进行控制,要始终保持所有7冲头都不能离开导向孔,另外,冲头进入下模圆孔的深度也要进行控制,这些都是在设计时就必须要考虑的问题。

Claims (10)

1.一种液压吊皮冲孔装置,其特征在于,包括液压缸装置、定位盘、连接套、冲头锁定板、冲头、导料板、导向柱、导向板、冲板、切断刀、底座等,所述的液压缸装置位于液压吊皮冲孔装置的最上部,为整个装置提供动力源。
2.根据权利要求1所述定位盘,其特征在于,所述定位盘为圆盘形设计,方便与液压缸活塞连接和定位校准。
3.根据权利要求1所述连接套,其特征在于,所述连接套与定位盘属于一个整体,
冲头锁定板通过M16×45六角螺栓与定位盘固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述冲头锁定板,其特征在于,所述冲头锁定板主要用于固定下面的冲头,其上方通过螺栓与定位盘相连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述冲头,其特征在于,所述冲头为圆柱形,上端固定在上述冲头锁定板上,通过螺母与冲头锁定板牢固连接,冲头下端面平齐,方便与权利要求1所述冲板配合将所要加工的皮带冲压剪切成标准的圆形孔洞。
6.根据权利要求1所述导料板,其特征在于,所述导料板位于冲板和导向板之间,
主要用于限制待加工吊皮的位置,保证吊皮孔位的均匀和准确性。
7.根据权利要求1所述导向板,其特征在于,所述导向板位于导料板的上部,主要用来控制冲头下端头的方向,防止冲头的中线与冲板上的孔位中线偏离。
8.根据权利要求1所述导向柱,其特征在于,所述导向柱通过螺母固定在权利要求4所述的锁定板上,其下端插在底座上的限位孔里,左右各一个,保证整个上部结构方向的准确性。
9.根据权利要求1所述冲板,其特征在于,所述冲板有弹簧钢加工而成,刚度大、耐磨损,冲板上的圆孔与冲头配合将夹在二者之间导料板中的皮带剪切成孔。
10.根据权利要求1所述切断刀,其特征在于,所述切断刀,位于导料口的对侧,
与锁定板固定连接。将事先切割好的带宽50mm的皮带面沿着模具导料槽送入,到位之后,启动片阀,活塞推动上模往下推,十一个冲头在皮带面上面冲出十一个孔,同时切断刀将皮带面切断成为两截,省去了人工二次加工的步骤。
