Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for acne scars and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, and in particular relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating acne scars.
Background
Acne is a chronic inflammatory skin disease of hair follicle sebaceous glands, which is better to males and females in adolescence, and the incidence rate of the acne is 8.1 percent according to Chinese population section statistics. However, researches find that more than 95% of people have acnes with different degrees, and 3% -7% of acnes leave scars, which bring great influence on physical and mental health of patients.
In addition, epidemiological studies show that the incidence rate of acne scars in common people is about 1-11%, wherein the incidence rate of patients with mild acne is 26.7%, the incidence rate of patients with moderate acne is 51.3%, and the incidence rate of patients with severe acne is 76.7%, which indicates that the incidence rate of acne scars is positively correlated with the severity of acne, and the incidence rate of acne scars is also correlated with factors such as the recurrence condition of acne. Early prevention is one of the important measures to effectively inhibit acne scarring.
Modern medicine considers that acne scars are formed because anabolism of collagen in the dermis layer is continuously carried out for a long time in the skin injury self-repairing process, the anabolism exceeds the catabolism speed, a large amount of collagen fibers are formed in a long time, or the collagen fibers and the elastic fibers are damaged in the inflammation resolution process, so that the dermis is atrophied. The principle of western medicine treatment is mainly based on the inhibition of collagen fiber formation or the inhibition of dermal atrophy.
Research shows that the Propionibacterium acnes can reduce dermal collagen fibers and further cause scar generation by changing the expression of key genes related to cell proliferation, cytoskeleton formation and cell metabolism in cells, and the transforming growth factors mainly have the functions of regulating cell growth, differentiation, migration and apoptosis and generating various extracellular matrixes including collagen, elastin and fibrin, and the expression of TGF- β is up-regulated in the scar formation process.
The traditional Chinese medicine considers that acne is caused by toxic heat, blood stasis and blood vessel obstruction due to overeating fat and sweet food, dampness and heat transformation assisting, dampness and heat mutual combination, or spleen and stomach injury, dampness generation and phlegm assisting, blood component accumulation for a long time, and skin stagnation due to damp heat and phlegm mutual combination. When acne is squeezed or damaged, stagnation of qi and blood stasis is easily caused, and damp and hot are combined to form the primary stage of acne scars; after qi stagnation and blood stasis, the tendon and vessel tissues of the scar lose the nourishment of qi and blood, so that the deficiency of qi and yin and the blood dryness and spasm of the tendons are caused, and the acne scar is further aggravated. Therefore, the therapeutic principles of removing blood stasis, eliminating dampness, detoxifying and resolving masses are mostly adopted in the early stage of acne scar formation.
The prior patent technology (No. CN103623152B) discloses a pharmaceutical composition for removing acnes, acne marks and acne scars, which comprises 5 Chinese medicinal raw materials such as cordyceps sinensis and the like, and also comprises 4 chemical raw materials, namely tetracycline, chlorpheniramine and metronidazole. According to the current registration or record management method of medicines and cosmetics, the products are difficult to be converted into products for preventing and treating acne scars. In addition, the prior patent technology (application number CN107375437A) discloses an acne-removing traditional Chinese medicine composition, which comprises centella extract, scutellaria extract, vitamin E, clove oil, liquorice extract, sophora flavescens extract, hydrolyzed pearl and borneol, has the effects of clearing heat, promoting diuresis, detoxifying and reducing swelling, and is used for treating acne and pigmentation after acne and resisting acne scar hyperplasia. But is different from the composition (comprising the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials of rhubarb, scutellaria, forsythia, salvia, gallnut and liquorice) and the efficacy (removing blood stasis and dampness, and detoxifying and resolving hard mass).
At present, the prevention and treatment measures aiming at the acne scar mainly comprise laser, radio frequency and medicines (asiaticoside, tretinoin and the like), the laser and the radio frequency are effective means for treating the acne scar, but individual curative effect difference exists, the condition of the acne scar is aggravated due to infection, and the treatment cost price is higher; asiaticoside, tretinoin and other medicines belong to treatment medicines for acne scars, and particularly, tretinoin and other medicines have large adverse reactions. Therefore, for acne scars, products which can be used for early preventive medication to block or inhibit the generation of acne scars and have high safety are urgently needed.
