参照图1至图5,本发明的用于轮毂电动机动力传动系统的润滑系统包括:壳体HG、输入齿轮IN、输出齿轮OUT、两个中间齿轮G、泵齿轮PMG、轴承板BP、盖板CP以及第一润滑油供应部分OS1,所述壳体HG具有联接至其第一侧的电动机M并且将车轮W支撑在外周表面上,所述壳体HG在其中具有空间;所述输入齿轮IN设置成直接连接到壳体HG中的电动机M;所述输出齿轮OUT与输入齿轮IN平行地布置;两个中间齿轮G分别设置有与输入齿轮IN啮合的第一齿轮G1和与输出齿轮OUT啮合的第二齿轮G2,第二齿轮G2的节圆直径与第一齿轮G1的节圆直径不同,第一齿轮和第二齿轮一体地并且同心地联接在一起;所述泵齿轮PMG与输入齿轮IN啮合;所述轴承板BP可旋转地支撑壳体HG的第一侧上的输入齿轮IN,输出齿轮OUT和中间齿轮G;所述盖板CP与轴承板重叠,中间板MP插置在盖板CP与轴承板BP之间,所述盖板CP构造为提供润滑泵PM的一部分,所述润滑泵PM构造为由泵齿轮PMG驱动,从而泵送润滑油;所述第一润滑油供应部分OS1由盖板CP和中间板MP设置,用以利用从润滑泵PM排出的润滑油来润滑输出齿轮OUT和中间齿轮G的第一侧。
另外,本发明的轮毂电动机动力传动系统的润滑系统进一步包括第二润滑油供应部分OS2,该第二润滑油供应部分OS2设置在壳体HG中,以利用从润滑泵PM中排出的润滑油来润滑输出齿轮OUT和中间齿轮G的第二侧。
换而言之,在本发明的润滑系统中,当由轴承板BP、中间板MP和盖板CP设置的润滑泵PM通过接收来自泵齿轮PMG的驱动力而旋转以泵送润滑油的时候,通过经由第一润滑油供应部分OS1和第二润滑油供应部分OS2来平顺地润滑输出齿轮OUT、中间齿轮G以及支撑齿轮的轴承的两端,从而确保轮毂电动机动力传动系统的平顺运行和稳定的耐久性。
作为参考,壳体HG的第二侧设置有行星齿轮减速机构PG,该行星齿轮减速机构PG构造成对来自输出齿轮OUT的旋转力的速度进行进一步的减速,以将力传递至车轮W。
行星齿轮减速机构PG构造为通过太阳轮S连接至输出齿轮OUT,齿圈R被固定,并且行星架C与车轮轮毂WB一起连接至车轮W而进行减速。
因此,当电动机M的旋转力传递到输入齿轮IN的时候,通过第一齿轮G1和输入齿轮IN进行第一次减速,通过输出齿轮OUT和第二齿轮G2进行第二次减速,然后,通过行星齿轮减速机构PG进行第三次减速。因此,轮毂电动机动力传动系统实现了相对较高的减速比。
电动机M位于盖板CP的外侧,并且电动机M的旋转轴在依次穿过盖板CP、中间板MP和轴承板BP之后联接至输入齿轮IN。
润滑泵PM的转子RT设置成在轴承板BP上可旋转。盖板CP设置有流动路径形成凹槽1,以提供润滑泵PM的入口侧流动路径INL和出口侧流动路径OTL以及第一润滑油供应部分OS1。中间板MP覆盖盖板CP的流动路径形成凹槽1,以提供润滑泵PM的入口侧流动路径INL和出口侧流动路径OTL以及第一润滑油供应部分OS1。
换而言之,轴承板BP和盖板CP起到润滑泵PM的泵壳体HG的作用,并且通过在盖板CP中配备有流动路径形成凹槽1并且用中间板MP覆盖所述凹槽1,来提供构造润滑泵PM所需的流动路径。
因此,中间板MP设置为使得覆盖流动路径形成凹槽1的部分形成为提供封闭平面,并且润滑泵PM的入口侧和出口侧与稍后会描述的第一连接管P1和第二连接管P2所连接的部分处设置有薄板,该薄板具有在其中形成有孔的结构。
第一润滑油供应部分OS1构成为包括第一输出齿轮润滑部分OR1以及两个第一中间齿轮润滑部分GR1,所述第一输出齿轮润滑部分OR1从润滑泵PM的出口侧流动路径连接至上侧,并且具有在与输出齿轮OUT的第一侧相对应的位置处延伸以存储润滑油的空间;所述两个第一中间齿轮润滑部分GR1从第一输出齿轮润滑部分OR1的两侧向下延伸,以向与两个中间齿轮G的第一侧相对应的位置提供润滑油。
因此,通过储存在第一输出齿轮润滑部分OR1中的润滑油,从而在将润滑油连续不断地且平顺地供给至输出齿轮OUT的第一侧时进行润滑。此外,两个中间齿轮G的第一侧还可以分别利用由第一中间齿轮润滑部分GR1提供的润滑油来确保稳定的润滑性能。
同时,在壳体HG中设置有油底壳SMP;在壳体HG中设置有滤油器FL,从而能够对来自油底壳SMP的润滑油进行过滤;第一连接管P1设置在壳体HG与轴承板BP之间,使得经过滤油器FL的润滑油可以供应到润滑泵PM的入口侧。
换而言之,存储在壳体HG的油底壳SMP中的润滑油经过滤油器FL并且通过第一连接管P1而被供给至润滑泵PM,如图3中的箭头所示。
在润滑泵PM的出口侧与壳体HG的第二润滑油供应部分OS2之间设置有用作油道的第二连接管P2。
换而言之,润滑泵PM的出口侧必须同时向第二润滑油供应部分OS2和第一润滑油供应部分OS1供润滑油。为了向设置在壳体HG中的第二润滑油供应部分OS2供润滑油,必须通过第二连接管P2进行供润滑油。
第二润滑油供应部分OS2可以包括第二输出齿轮润滑部分OR2和第二中间齿轮润滑部分GR2,所述第二输出齿轮润滑部分OR2构造为将通过第二连接管P2供应到壳体HG中的润滑油输送到与输出齿轮OUT的第二侧相对应的位置;所述第二中间齿轮润滑部分GR2从连接到来自第二连接管P2的第二输出齿轮润滑部分OR2的流动路径的两侧分支,以将润滑油输送到与两个中间齿轮G的第二侧相对应的位置。
换而言之,通过第二连接管P2接收的来自润滑泵PM的润滑油输送至第二输出齿轮润滑部分OR2以润滑输出齿轮OUT的第二侧,并且输送至第二中间齿轮润滑部分GR2的润滑油用于润滑两个中间齿轮G的第二侧。
因此,始终通过第一润滑油供应部分OS1和第二润滑油供应部分OS2向输出齿轮OUT和两个中间齿轮G供给足够的润滑油,以确保润滑性能。由于输出齿轮OUT和中间齿轮G位于输入齿轮IN和泵齿轮PMG的上方,因此进行润滑并且向下流过输出齿轮OUT和中间齿轮G的润滑油可以充分润滑输入齿轮IN和泵齿轮PMG。
尽管出于说明的目的已公开了本发明的优选实施方案,但是本领域技术人员应当理解,各种修改、增加和替代是可能的,并不脱离所附权利要求中所公开的本发明的范围和精神。
Claims (8)
1.一种用于轮毂电动机动力传动系统的润滑系统,所述润滑系统包括:
壳体,所述壳体具有联接至其第一侧的电动机并且将车轮支撑在所述壳体的外周表面上,所述壳体在其中具有空间;
输入齿轮,其直接连接到壳体中的电动机;
输出齿轮,其与所述输入齿轮平行地布置;
两个中间齿轮,所述两个中间齿轮的每一个包括与输入齿轮啮合的第一齿轮以及与输出齿轮啮合的第二齿轮,所述第二齿轮的节圆直径与所述第一齿轮的节圆直径不同,第一齿轮和第二齿轮一体地并且同心地联接在一起;
泵齿轮,其与输入齿轮啮合;
轴承板,其可旋转地支撑所述壳体的第一侧上的输入齿轮、输出齿轮和两个中间齿轮;
盖板,其与所述轴承板重叠,在所述轴承板与所述盖板之间插置有中间板;
润滑泵,其布置在所述盖板上,所述润滑泵构造为由泵齿轮驱动以泵送润滑油;以及
第一润滑油供应部分,其由所述盖板和所述中间板设置,以用从所述润滑泵排出的润滑油来润滑所述输出齿轮和所述中间齿轮的第一侧,
其中,所述润滑泵具有转子,所述转子布置为在所述轴承板上能够旋转;
所述盖板具有流动路径形成凹槽,所述流动路径形成凹槽用于形成所述润滑泵的入口侧流动路径和出口侧流动路径以及第一润滑油供应部分;
所述中间板覆盖所述盖板的形成凹槽的流动路径,以形成所述第一润滑油供应部分以及润滑泵的入口侧流动路径和出口侧流动路径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于轮毂电动机动力传动系统的润滑系统,进一步包括第二润滑油供应部分,所述第二润滑油供应部分布置在所述壳体中,以利用从所述润滑泵排出的润滑油来实现所述输出齿轮和所述中间齿轮的第二侧的润滑。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于轮毂电动机动力传动系统的润滑系统,其中,所述第一润滑油供应部分包括:
第一输出齿轮润滑部分,其从润滑泵的出口侧流动路径连接至上侧,所述第一输出齿轮润滑部分具有在与所述输出齿轮的第一侧相对应的位置处延伸的空间,用以存储润滑油;以及
第一中间齿轮润滑部分,其从所述第一输出齿轮润滑部分的一侧向下延伸,以将润滑油提供到与两个中间齿轮中的每一个的第一侧相对应的位置。
4.根据权利要求2所述的用于轮毂电动机动力传动系统的润滑系统,其中,
油底壳布置在所述壳体中;
滤油器布置在所述壳体中,以能够过滤来自所述油底壳的润滑油;并且
第一连接管布置在所述壳体与所述轴承板之间,使得经过所述滤油器的润滑油供给至所述润滑泵的入口侧。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于轮毂电动机动力传动系统的润滑系统,其中,在所述润滑泵的出口侧与所述壳体的第二润滑油供应部分之间布置有第二连接管,在所述第二连接管中具有油道。
6.根据权利要求4所述的用于轮毂电动机动力传动系统的润滑系统,其中,所述第二润滑油供应部分包括:
第二输出齿轮润滑部分,其构造成将通过第二连接管供应到所述壳体中的润滑油输送到与所述输出齿轮的第二侧相对应的位置;以及
第二中间齿轮润滑部分,其从连接到来自第二连接管的第二输出齿轮润滑部分的流动路径分支到两侧,所述第二中间齿轮润滑部分构造为将润滑油输送到与所述两个中间齿轮的第二侧相对应的位置。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于轮毂电动机动力传动系统的润滑系统,其中,所述壳体的第二侧包括行星齿轮减速机构,所述行星齿轮减速机构构造成对来自所述输出齿轮的旋转力的速度进行进一步减小,以将力传递至所述车轮。
8.根据权利要求1所述的用于轮毂电动机动力传动系统的润滑系统,其中,所述电动机位于所述盖板的外侧,所述电动机的旋转轴在依次穿过所述盖板、所述中间板和所述轴承板之后联接至所述输入齿轮。
