技术领域
本公开涉及混合动力车辆的结构,尤其涉及车辆前部的发动机舱内的结构。
背景技术
燃料在燃料箱内气化而产生燃料气化气体。该燃料气化气体吸附于罐。并且,在驱动发动机时,使燃料气化气体从罐脱离,并从吹扫配管导入发动机的进气歧管而在发动机内燃烧。在吹扫配管设置有调整导入发动机的燃料气化气体量的气化气体控制阀。
气化气体控制阀通常配置在车辆前部的发动机舱的内部,例如,提出了配置在发动机的后方的结构(例如,参照日本特开2011-84088号公报)。另外,气化气体控制阀是与发动机关联的部件,所以也有时配置在发动机的附近。
发明内容
然而,近年来,逐渐广泛使用由发动机和电动机来驱动车辆的混合动力车辆。在混合动力车辆中,通常在车辆前方的发动机舱的内部收容有进行混合动力系统的控制的动力控制单元。在该情况下,由于气化气体控制阀的配置,在发生碰撞时动力控制单元有可能由于气化气体控制阀而损伤。
因此,本公开的目的在于抑制在混合动力车辆中,在发生碰撞时由气化气体控制阀引起的动力控制单元的损伤。
本公开的混合动力车辆在车辆前部的发动机舱中配置有:动力控制单元,控制发动机和电动机;和气化气体控制阀,设置于将在燃料箱中产生的燃料气化气体导入所述发动机的吹扫配管而调整所述燃料气化气体的流动,所述混合动力车辆的特征在于,所述动力控制单元收容于壳体,所述气化气体控制阀配置在所述壳体的侧壁的上部。
与其他的壳体的其他部分相比,壳体的侧壁的车辆上下方向的强度高,所以即使在发生碰撞时覆盖发动机舱的上表面的罩干涉气化气体控制阀而碰撞载荷向壳体的侧壁输入,也能够利用壳体的强度来抑制收容于内部的动力控制单元的损伤。
在本公开的混合动力车辆中,也可以是,所述发动机在所述发动机舱中与收容所述动力控制单元的所述壳体在车辆宽度方向上相邻,并且以使上表面比所述壳体的上表面高的方式配置,所述气化气体控制阀配置在所述壳体的所述发动机一侧的所述侧壁的上部。
通过设为这样的配置,能够在由罩、发动机以及壳体形成的间隙配置气化气体控制阀,能够抑制在发生前方碰撞时罩直接向下方挤压气化气体控制阀的情况。由此,能够抑制在发生前方碰撞时由气化气体控制阀引起的动力控制单元的损伤。
本公开能够抑制在混合动力车辆中,在发生碰撞时由气化气体控制阀引起的动力控制单元的损伤。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图对实施方式的混合动力车辆100进行说明。图1~4所示的箭头FR、箭头UP、箭头RH分别表示混合动力车辆100的前方向(行进方向)、上方向、右方向。另外,各箭头FR、UP、RH的相反方向表示车辆后方向、下方向、左方向。以下,在仅使用前后、左右、上下的方向进行说明的情况下,只要没有特别说明,则表示车辆前后方向的前后、车辆左右方向(车辆宽度方向)的左右、车辆上下方向的上下。
如图1所示,实施方式的混合动力车辆100在车辆前部的发动机舱10中配置有发动机11、电动机12、收容于壳体20的动力控制单元13以及气化气体控制阀15。如图2所示,发动机舱的上侧由罩30覆盖。
如图1、2所示,收容动力控制单元13的壳体20是由车辆宽度方向两侧的各侧壁21、22、车辆前后方向的各侧壁23、24、底板26以及上部板25构成的箱状构件。侧壁21~24的上下方向的强度比其它部分大。上部板25的上表面构成壳体20的上表面20U。
发动机11与壳体20在车辆宽度方向上相邻,并且被配置为上表面11U比壳体20的上表面20U高。
动力控制单元13是控制发动机11和电动机12的控制装置,包括高电压部件。
气化气体控制阀15是设置于将在燃料箱中产生的燃料气化气体导入发动机11的进气歧管11a的吹扫配管14而调整燃料气化气体的流动的阀。
气化气体控制阀15经由托架16安装于壳体20的发动机11一侧的侧壁21的车辆前方侧的上部。气化气体控制阀15通过托架16上升到比壳体20靠上方的位置,托架16的根部固定于壳体20的侧壁21。
如上所述,配置有气化气体控制阀15,所以如图3所示,在发生混合动力车辆100的前方碰撞的情况下,气化气体控制阀15不会夹在壁障91与动力控制单元13的壳体20之间,抑制了由于刚性高的气化气体控制阀15而壳体20或动力控制单元13受损的情况。
同样地,如图3所示,在发生左斜侧碰撞时,气化气体控制阀15也不会夹在壁障92与动力控制单元13的壳体20之间,抑制了由于刚性高的气化气体控制阀15而壳体20或动力控制单元13受损的情况。
另外,如在图4中用虚线所示那样,在混合动力车辆100发生前方碰撞而罩30向下方移动时,因为气化气体控制阀15配置在由罩30、发动机11以及壳体20形成的间隙50,所以能够抑制在发生碰撞时罩30干涉气化气体控制阀15而直接向下方挤压气化气体控制阀15的情况。由此,能够抑制在发生前方碰撞时由气化气体控制阀15引起的动力控制单元13的损伤。
另外,从图4中用虚线所示的状态来看,即使进一步地罩30向下方移动而干涉气化气体控制阀15,并且碰撞载荷经由托架16向壳体20的侧壁21输入,也能够利用侧壁21的强度来抑制收容于内部的动力控制单元13的损伤。另外,即使在托架16由于碰撞载荷而变形并且气化气体控制阀15干涉壳体20的侧壁21的情况下,也能够利用侧壁21的强度来抑制收容于内部的动力控制单元13的损伤。
如以上所说明的那样,实施方式的混合动力车辆100能够抑制在发生碰撞时由气化气体控制阀15引起的动力控制单元13的损伤。
以上,在所说明的实施方式的混合动力车辆100中,对气化气体控制阀15经由托架16安装于壳体20的发动机11一侧的侧壁21的车辆前方侧的上部的情况进行了说明,但不限于此,例如,气化气体控制阀15也可以安装于壳体20的侧壁21的车辆后方侧的上部,也可以安装于侧壁21的车辆前后方向的中央部分的上部。

Claims (1)

1.一种混合动力车辆,
在车辆前部的发动机舱中配置有:
动力控制单元,控制发动机和电动机;和
气化气体控制阀,设置于将在燃料箱中产生的燃料气化气体导入所述发动机的吹扫配管而调整所述燃料气化气体的流动,
所述混合动力车辆的特征在于,
所述动力控制单元收容于壳体,
所述气化气体控制阀配置在所述壳体的侧壁的上部,
所述发动机在所述发动机舱中与收容所述动力控制单元的所述壳体在车辆宽度方向上相邻,并且以使上表面比所述壳体的上表面高的方式配置,
所述气化气体控制阀配置在所述壳体的所述发动机一侧的所述侧壁的上部。
