Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of production of tobacco materials, and relates to reconstituted tobacco for cigarettes with low combustion temperature and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In recent years, with the increasing of the global smoking control strength and the improvement of the health consciousness of people, novel tobacco products represented by low-temperature cigarettes, smokeless tobacco products, electronic cigarettes and the like are rapidly developed, the product structure of the world tobacco market is continuously changed, and the active development of various novel tobacco products gradually becomes the strategic orientation of various tobacco companies in the world.
The traditional cigarette has high combustion temperature, so that substances such as tobacco raw materials, additives and the like in the cigarette are combusted and cracked at high temperature to generate a large amount of harmful components, and the health of smokers is greatly influenced. The release of the effective substances including nicotine and flavor components which are 'enjoyed' by smokers in the process of smoking cigarettes does not need high combustion temperature. In order to solve the problem and relieve the contradiction between smoking and health, various large tobacco companies at home and abroad strive for a plurality of types of heating non-combustion tobacco products, so that the development of the heating non-combustion tobacco products gradually becomes a hotspot of the research of the tobacco industry.
The heating non-combustion tobacco product has the characteristic of heating tobacco shreds or tobacco extracts instead of burning tobacco shreds, and the heating mode can be divided into electric heating, fuel heating, physicochemical reaction heating and the like. The tobacco product can obviously reduce harmful components generated by high-temperature combustion cracking of tobacco, greatly reduce the release amount of main stream smoke chemical components, and can adapt to and meet the sensory and physiological requirements of consumers to a certain extent. However, heating non-combustible smoking articles still suffers from the following disadvantages: 1. the appearance and the use mode of the cigarette are greatly different from those of the traditional cigarette, so that a consumer needs a certain time for accepting and adapting; 2. the difference between the smoking taste and the traditional cigarette is large, so the cigarette is easily rejected by consumers. Therefore, the development of a cigarette can reduce the combustion temperature of the cigarette so as to reduce the release of harmful ingredients, can keep the traditional burning and smoking mode of the cigarette so as to be more easily accepted by consumers, and can well meet the current consumption requirements.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the reconstituted tobacco for the cigarette with low combustion temperature, which utilizes the characteristic that the components of the reconstituted tobacco are easy to regulate and control, reduces the combustion temperature by regulating the composition formula of the reconstituted tobacco, and can obviously reduce the combustion temperature of the cigarette, thereby reducing the release amount of tar and harmful components and reducing the harm of smoking to the body.
