4. The method of making a low temperature cigarette having a green tea flavor of claim 1, wherein: the natural fiber is wood pulp fiber or tobacco fiber.
5. The method of making a low temperature cigarette having a green tea flavor of claim 1, wherein: in the step 7), after drying, the content of the atomizing agent is controlled to be 15-20%, and the content of moisture is controlled to be 3-6%.
